My bike arr in warnty and bike engine oil are leakege and showroom owner vaery bad behavior with me

i want to a new vehicle at their company and the name of that bike hero splender plus. I Iast paid that full amount for my vehicle on[protected]. But to this day that dealer has not given me his vehicle.

MAJOR COMPLAINT ON MY BIKE

1. My insurance company and amount is cheating.

2.Back side steel murguad full scratches and visually worst
condition.

3. Dealer and your customer care officers continously not
responds for after one month.

ಆಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಕಂಪನಿಯ ಷೋರೂಂ ನವರು ತಿಳಿಸಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ 52ಸಾವಿರ ಕಿಲೋಮಿಟರ್ ಓಡಿದೆ ನಿನ್ನೆ ಆಟೂದಲ್ಲಿ ತಂದು ಷೋರೂಂ ಗೆ ಬಿಡಲಾಗಿದೆ ಕೆಟ್ಟು ನಿಂತ ಜಾಗಕ್ಕೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಯವರು ಬಂದಿಲ್ಲ ಆಯಿಲ್ ಕುಡಿದಿದೆ ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಷೋರೂಂ ನವರು ಇಂಜಿನ್ ಸೀಜ್ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಇದ್ದಕ್ಕೆ ಪರಿಹಾರ ಸೂಚಿಸಿ.

I am very disappointed for purchased your pleasure plus scooter at 1year before. One complaint (Back wheel makes very noise while brake applying) was raised 2 months after purchased. now three services were completed and three complaints also attended by dealer show room. But till date complaints are not solved. i has very worried for ur brand scooter is very worst and your dealer also worst handle this complaint. my bike no. TN 45 BR 8311. Service boy no response for customer, next my bike is hero bs6 model, serive date in[protected] time 9.00am delivery time 5.00pm, but not work my bike total damage battery low all complaint in[protected], next day I am going to job my bike is issue, not work in company you willl complaint the company sir

I have purchased a new passion pro from Sur motor chinsurah, Hooghly, West Bengal.On 29th January 2021 till now they are not given my registration number and insurance policy.How can I use my vehicle without number.I am requesting you to kindly take necessary action on this.and provide me as soon as possible.

I had purchase super splendour bs 6 on dated 19 October 2020 from Sahara automobile dist. Bijnor u.p. after 700km riding of bike a noise came from engine. The company mechanic said that it comes from piston kit. I request to eradicate this. No action taken by showroom. At present bike ride 6100km. मेरे बार बार कहने पर भी ये मुझे टाल दे रहे है । pl do needful for me

i given my bike service to Rutvi Motors, Huvinahadagali branch their
the i told all complaint to service manager regarding my bike problem
1) it will off when i am driving 2) it will not start even in i3s mode 3) it will not start when i use clutch when the bike in gear and so many comaplaints but they not at all solve all my problems and they just water wash and change the oil so please take serious action on dealer and solve my bike problem and i am totally unhappy about service and one more thing they charge 450rs for this and the send message servcie charge is 376rs and they collected 74 extra so please take action against dealer and solve my bike problem.

This is to inform you that I purchased Hero bike splendor + Engine No 08934 and chesis no 52864 on[protected] from M/s Sai Motors Bhopal.

on the day of purchase before payment the sales executive assured me to give complementary accessories including stickers and later refused to stick stickers on the tank. when asked they mentioned, it is optional and asked additional money i.e. around Rs 2400/- (including pasting labor charges) to stick the stickers.

Sir, as I am 30 years old customer and using Hero bikes since last 30 years, I wish that my request for sticking the stickers without payment will be done without any further problem.

Kindly look in the matter and do the needful.

after pur.Bike i fill 151.13 lt.Petrol and now meter redding
is 5790 km. So avrege is 38.12 /km.
Pl do somthing every sarvice i comlain about avg.
As per this day petrol prise about 90/rs and avg.Is 38.12km.
2.36 rs.Per liter exp. How can people use your bike

HERO MAESTRO EDGE Service not Satisfactory. After Servicing our Maestro not self start. i reached two days in service center. This is very painful.

I had multiple problems in my bike but there is incompitent mechanic available at workshop who can not resolve the problems.
And also the invoice of the service does not provided

I have been a regular customer to the authorised workshop of vishal hero and by bike has been serviced there ever since i purchased it. As my bike does a lot of running i take it in every week for general checkup. But from the last few months i have been seeing the ill behaviour of the owner towards me coming in regularly for servicing. He has even requested some staff to tell me not to come to the workshop. The staff are helpful and suppotive. But this type of behaviour from an owner towards a customer is really surprising. Its not only with me but many customers face this bad behaviour when they try to clarify anything with the owner. He will not listen and just shout to shup the people up. Kindly look into this matter as its a bad impression for the company if the owner of a showroom behaves badly with a customer. Yes i have changed my workshop now i go to Bharat Motors bbsr where this are a complete new picture. Every thing is better 100 times compared to vishal automobiles.

Since I brought the bike, the bike functioning was not at all good . The engine is stopping in the middle of driving, I nearly got hit by a lorry!! . The engine pick up is not at all good . I've complained my problem many times but there not at all a good responce . I'm very disappointed with my bike
