      I received a call on 05 mar 2021 from dhanshree Hero dealer in noida regarding service of my scooty no UP14 EE 7830 they booked my appointment for 06 mar at 1000 hrs next day i reached service center at 0945 hrs and gave scooty for service and told collect by 1300 hrs. I reached service center by 1245 hrs and saw my scooty was standing untouched by any one, than i approach to maneger than he told to do the device of scooty, than i wait there for two and half hour to receive my scooty. This was the most unsatisfied experience to face and overall Poor manegement by the dealer.

        I have purchased HF deluxe DL3S ET7848 on 7Feb 2021.I am very much disturb by the sounds coming from front handle and head light bulb low beam not working.I got the first service done at Viswkarma motor hero service vasant kunj on 25feb2021.but they tried but couldn't solve the problem.

            I had purchased new splendor+I3s motor cycle on dated 21/01/2021. It was lapsed approx 45 days from purchase but yet we have not received Registration certificate of my motor cycle.               Dr satyendra this side, I have bought hero x pulse 200 bs 6 form jabalpur last year, now the bike is in delhi and I have a gear problem in my bike and went to showroom 2 times pashupati motors work shop and they kept the bike for 2-3 days but nothing changed and I told them please look into it but instead of solving my problem they told please put the gear softly.So if someone is reading this mail be generous to solve my problem because I don't have time to go again and again to ur stupid workshop.

                I purchased splendor+ vs6 in november, 2020.

                In almost 4 months, their is a problem with engine.The agency mechanic says that their is problem with gas kit in engine and they are asking for money to change it. I dont have any problem with money but this is not the genuine service by hero motocop that the engine is damaged in four months even after proper services on time.

                  Reference to service of Hero splendor pro at sai motors, bhanshankari, bangalore-560085 vide invoice no. 10728CA21V11902 dated 23/01/2021valuing 5374 INR. The following are the issues faced.
                  1) At the time of pickup of vehicle on 23/01, the vehicle was not starting different technician started using self start repeatedly for 10 min. for a vehicle which was available idle in service station for 5 days post completion of service. Later concerned service engineer confirmed battery is dead for a battery recharged from service station at the time of service checked and found ok. It is shame for telling the battery failure at the time of vehicle pickup. Later some amount of recharge of battery for 20 min. done and handed over the delivery.

                  2) There was no concerned service engineer available to test and handover the vehicle.

                  3) I started driving towards my home, i found the vehicle not in good service condition as i see unstable acceleration and it was not a smooth ride. It looks no proper service done.

                  4) on the way to home i went to petrol filling station, unable to open petrol tank lock as newly changed lock keys are not matching to petrol tank old lock. Looks not changed petrol tank lock along with start key. Unable to fill fuel and vehicle stopped on the way to home, iam forced to take vehicle by walk.

                  5) I have complained to service centre and given 0 ratings, they have taken my complaints after 1 week and assured that vehicle will be picked and rectified. Till now no one turned up for resolving issue.

                  6) Last one month iam unable to use this vehicle as iam unable to fill fuel due to unavailable of petrol keys.

                  Iam totally unhappy with hero service and the kind of service outlets is pathetic. I never recommend hero vehicles in the near future to anyone.

                  Please take action against sai motors and confirm the action to fix the issues faced.

                  Pathetic. No courtesy from Dealer. He commited to pick my bike yesterday and not done till now. I don't see transparency on complaint resolution process timelines.

                        My Hero Pleasure scooter buy at Velans motor Kattumannarkoil, @ 18.10.19..only 2 free service no issue after 3 service my battery complaint he only charged batteries, , , I said warranty claim to provide me a new battery..but he only put charge..after two service same complain battery...but he said warranty period expired don't change new battery...I am so upset with the velan motor service and management not given proper responce...

                              I have a issue with spark Plug current in my newly purchased hero glamour.i have complained this issue to Jaydeep hero show room and they already changed electronic parts and i have paid for this parts for 2-3 times but still i am facing this problem again and again.

                                I brought xtreme 200 from MB motors in 2020 and have problems from 1st day with its brake and gear.. Also sided mirror fitted was of splendor and silencer nuts are droped.. When i complain to service center of MB motors they said it will resolve in 1st service but it was not resolved... In 2 nd service the mechnic behave like goon and not agree on any problem. ..I m very upset from this type of service from heromotor cop... Plz resolve my problem...

                                    एजेन्सी में भी काफी बार बोला है लेकिन कोई सुनवाई नही है । बस उसको ठीक कर देते है । 2 या 3 दिन बाद वही समस्या आने लगती है । उसे बदलने के लिए बोला है कई बार लेकिन बदल नही रहे ।
                                    अतः आपसे अनुरोध है कि आप मेरी समस्या का समाधान जल्द से जल्द करने की कृपा करे ।

                                      My bike got through a accident and I went to hero showroom for repairs. But the service I got is worst. They keep on delaying things. The always ask me to after some time some days etc. They frustrated me so much that i have thought of sharing my experience with my friends and all near ones and advice them to never buy hero bikes.

                                        Bike register no is GJ02DG0922, i bought hf delux around 6-7 months ago, after one month i faced bike starting problem, bike can not start via cell, and i specially purchase this simple cellstart bike for my father, after some time battery is not working at 1%, in last 3 months i was visited your service station more then 50 times, but i did not get any response from your service station side they totally ignore me and my complain, i requested contantly every 10 days, and they take my battery, they say we will fix it, and also it is chargeable, they not give any timeline when they will fix it, today it takes 21 days and i am not sure when i get my battery, my father is not able to kick every time whenever they start bike, this is not acceptable in any ways, ridicules service, no one take responsibility,
