I am ready with documents and price for purchasing bike but dealer is not ready to sell bike on ex-showroom price. He argue and said that bike will not be sell on ex-showroom price as all the other accessories, services and insurance are compulsory along with. Is it mandatory/compulsory to buy all other services and accessories. Please clarify....

Mera hero Xtreme 160 octeber 2020 ka purchase hai.jo maine Motihari R.C.hero se lia hai .ye bike begining se hi starting me problem karta hai .maine kai bar isko agency me dia urja par in logo ne kai bar iska repairing kia lekin abhi tak koi solution nahi hua hai.kindly isko aap priority dekar isko thik karaye....

Hero service centre supervisor, told bike have lot of issue it may chances to break of chai and etc etc.
Finally he proposed more than 10000.

But he takes full day time but not did what they charged all.

I was disappointed due to big brands cheated people.and not picking call...

Bike ka accident ho gaya tha jiska claim budhwar ko clear ho gaya tha but bike Abhi Tak nahin Mili hai jabki mujhe bike budhwar ko dene ke liye bola gaya tha mujhe bike Gorakhpur lekar Jani thi by train jiski ticket bhi book hai but meri 2500 rupees ka nuksan ho gaya hai...

Hero motorcycle bike glamour it's handle front part is slightly turned to left side . I have free service, so when I given my bike to workshop for service, I informed him my bike problem about handle front part need to be fixed, he said claim an insurance, I was shocked why should I claim it an insurance it's a small thing. Even the guy whom I informed about this he didn't seen where and how it's happened. He just saying claim an insurance....

Mine is a 2019 November model Xpulse. The bike is still under warranty. The bike had a minor complaint which I didn’t noticed during the delivery. It’s about the painting job. The clear coat on the upper, and both sides of the tank is damaged. I took my bike to the showroom and told them the same story. They told me that they’ll get me the tank replaced. Dealer not gave feedback properly. They made foolish their customer. i was purchage scooty pleaser + bs6 0n 4th feb 21 and delivered 12 feb 21. This scooty seatcover was tear & wear than agency staff told you come tomorrow change it mahim agency. But tommorow they change local product seatcover. agency staaf mr. ashok told we change after 10 days. But till to date they missguided him.

Another big issue I will paid Rs14, 723.00...

I purchased a Hero Glamour from Bike Point, Sihora, Dist- Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh on 31.03.2020 but I have not been provided RC and Insurance paper of the vehicle till now. I whenever I call or personally visit their office they ask for wait for 15 days, now it is to complete one year but they are still misleading me.

This is an unexpected behaviour from a dealer of a reputed company like Hero MotoCorp....

I have purchased glamour fi 2020 in March 2020, bike has self starts problem from the day of purchase, now the speedometer also not working where as only 2800km runs and not completed one year....

I have given my motorcycle for servicing on 9th february 2021.
as some major issue was noted by me in regular basis like mobil leakage, gear shifting, starting problem etc. The service centre employee told me that it will take time around 10-15 days as we have to change the chamber.so they told that we have ordered that product and its available in stock.
so now its 23rd feb and i am facing many problems...

But the performance of new bike is very poor I am unable to maintain this I am willing to return the bike to hero

I am costumer of your company. I purchase Super Splendor on 16/03/2020 on this date. For each free services they find much more by saying to replace some engine parts and by this way they fine much more from costumer & i am one of the sufferer....

I give my bike to service in service centre, they give me an estimate for my bike as 16000 rs, but they didn't check my bike and informed me, at last they call and give me an bill amount of 25000 above, but they didn't ask me any approvel to change the spare parts of my bike, they change without asking me, know they were saying to pay the full bill amount, please take an action immediately....
