In this bike of Glamor FI, There is a problem with the driving power of the bike, Even after applying the number 1 gear, the bike is not moving even after giving full acceleration in the bike. Workshop manager is saying that the will have to change the FI pump of the bike, It has been only 2 years since I bought the bike, The bike having starting problem in the forth fifth months of buying, workshop people already changed FI pump one time and again pickup issue is there in my newly owned bike, I'm very much disappointed from HEROMOTO, please look at the issue and try to resolve as soon as possible.

      Sir my name is Asma khatun .I have a scooty maestro edge that I was purchased 10/03/2019 from Balai hero show room at Thakurpukur
      From last few month some problem issue my scooty .For that I am going to service center venline hero service (VINLINE ENGINEERING PVT.LTD AT TOPSIA) MY SCOOTY NUMBERS IS WB06R3557
      Service manager told me electric wearing problem in my scooty so that they order that parts to company 12 days passed no works done
      No improve ment so I request to your company please do something
      I am a working woman I always travel by scooty

        I have bought bs6 bike. But bike has oil leakage problem, but they didn"t provide any service to bike. I have given bike in showroom 10 days, they didn't resolve the issue and they are cheated to customers in hero showrooms.

        Hero company peoples are cheating to customers...worest company...worest servicing...

        My bike kept 10 days in medavakam hero showroom for repair, but they are cheating to customers.

        Now Issue is resolved, but I have faced engine oil leakage problem and issue with your hero showrooms, they didn't respond properly. My bike kept 10 days in medavakam, chennai hero showroom. After ten days also they couldn't able to resolve the issue, second time I given complaint in this app, Then they have resolved the issue.

        Recently (last wednesday), they have resolved the issue .

                Sir
                I have purchased a Xpulse 200 on 12.11.2020 from Runway Motors SOLAN (HP)
                they apply HSRP for me and got fitted on 10.01.2021 but from then till today 02.03.2021 they have not updated in the system so that my RC can print and dispatch.
                I am continuously calling them but they are not responding to my calls and i cat go SOLAN from Chandigarh for just to inquire about the same. Kindly look into this as this is destroying the Hero motocorp image not any Agency.

                  I purchase hero ismart 110cc in 2017 july "UP 85 BA 8986" from jain hero showroom mathura.
                  My bike engine seized 4 time every time. I repaired engine hero service center but this time. Service center said me I can't repaired you bike in warranty period because you are not done service on time. Yes I accepted I can't service on time but this is not my folt this is happen due to covid reason so please help me.

                    I bought xpulse 200T about 1.5 years ago and the running of bike is not so smooth in this span of time. The showroom which is in malad east I bought this from there and they have a service center also the service also I don't find it upto the mark and I just loose confidence in Hero in 1 year of working. The tires are also not good and I have to change the same. Any help will be appreciated.

                      My scooty not starting, it has sudden off, so i went to dealer for checking. I went there on dated 28 feb 2021, but still after 2 days my scooty is not prepaired nor inform to me anything regarding this. There is a person in service center mr naveen bhatt, who misbehaved to me may be the resion to delay. There is very bad behaviour and service quality by dealer.. i am in doubt that my scooty is safe or not there

                            My brother bought a brand new Hero Xtreme 160r bs6 2020 model in September 2020. I was quite impressed with the bike . So I also bought one in December . Everything was fine until after 1 st servicing I noticed Engine oil on my engine header . I just cleaned it . But 2 days later I noticed it again on the same spot . I was convinced that the fitting of my engine header is not correct, that caused this leakage. So I went to my dealer's service centre and told them about this problem . They opened the engine header and reassambled the gasket, and thats done for the day. But I again faced the problem just before 2nd service. I told them at the service centre to replace the gasket and reseal the header . But they didn't had any spare gasket in stock .So They made me wait for 5 hours giving me excuse that they are working on it . I was pissed off. Then I noticed that they took out another Brand new unsold Hero Xtreme 160r 's header and put it on my bike . WTF. I didn't say much and took my bike home . Rode it for another day on weekend . Next day same problem . I only rode it for 30 km. and the problem reappeared. I called the dealer and told them about the problem . They said that they tried enough, they cant solve my problem . They suggested me to go another service centre to get fixed . Or write a complaint.

                                I bought a Hero Destini scooter on 9 March 2020. The scooter developed a snag and started giving starting problem. On visiting the service center of the dealer they claimed to fix it but the problem persisted. On second visit they attempted deeper openings of the scooter and again claimed to have fixed it but the problem was not resolved. On third complaint they changed the push button of the scooter but the problem was not resolved.
                                On next complaint they admitted the problem in the battery and got it replaced. The process of replacement took 3 days and the scooter remained stranded. But much to my chagrin the problem was still not resolved. When I again contacted the Tulsi motors they told me that the company service engineer, Mr. Sanjay Sharma is scheduled to visit their dealership. The dealership guys cooperated and picked the scooter from my residence and claimed to have got the battery replaced again and also some part by the name 'RR unit'. But the problem is again relapsing.
                                All this description is only to explain that the scooter I have been sold by your dealership is defective and after five attempts to fix the problem they have miserably failed. I can convincingly deduce that your dealership mechanics and the area service engineer are not capable of handling the problem. This speaks volumes about the standard of quality check in production and the skill level of your service personnel.
                                NOW I humbly request you to kindly either take the scooter back and refund my money or replace the scooter with a proper one. This machine is only giving me headache and embarrassment and I want to get rid of this stupid machine.

                                  I am ready with documents and price for purchasing bike but dealer is not ready to sell bike on ex-showroom price. He argue and said that bike will not be sell on ex-showroom price as all the other accessories, services and insurance are compulsory along with. Is it mandatory/compulsory to buy all other services and accessories. Please clarify.

                                      Finally he proposed more than 10000.

                                      But he takes full day time but not did what they charged all.

No. DL3SEP6294 hai jo mene last year hi purchase ki thi jiski sari services time to time service center par hui hai lekin mene apni bike ki service last month krai thi Pashupati hero motorcops neb sarai delhi uss time meri bike bike ke ander engine oil nhi tha bilkul mene apne advisor se bola to usne merko koi revert ni kiya or bola hum log nya engine oil dal dete hai aap 500km ke baad lake chek kra dena me 500km ke baad leke gya to bike ander engine oil nhi tha mene bola apne advisor ko dubara to usne fir koi revert ni kiya or meri bike me purana engine oil daal diya or ab meri bike bhot jyada noise kri hai engine bhi bhot heat hai agr mera engine sees ho jayega to kya Pashupati hero merko free of cost usko thik kr ke dega plz me bhot jyada preshan hu meri bike ko abhi tak 1 year bhi ni hua hai i am very dissatisfied... please agr koi solution ho to meri help krai jaye kuki dealership se merko koi bhi response nhi mil rha hai
