Hero motorcycle bike glamour it's handle front part is slightly turned to left side . I have free service, so when I given my bike to workshop for service, I informed him my bike problem about handle front part need to be fixed, he said claim an insurance, I was shocked why should I claim it an insurance it's a small thing. Even the guy whom I informed about this he didn't seen where and how it's happened. He just saying claim an insurance. I said I don't wannna do anything just do serving . Then he charged me rs. 400/- fir mobile changing. When I asked about the work shop manager he was out of station.
I don't understand why the staff is forcing to claim an insurance. It's very pathetic service on big trusted company.

    Mine is a 2019 November model Xpulse. The bike is still under warranty. The bike had a minor complaint which I didn’t noticed during the delivery. It’s about the painting job. The clear coat on the upper, and both sides of the tank is damaged. I took my bike to the showroom and told them the same story. They told me that they’ll get me the tank replaced. It’s been Almost 5 months since they’ve made that promise and nothing had happened till now. I went to the showroom many times asking for the replacement. Still nothing happened. I want that replaced part, and I wish Hero MoroCorp will enquire about this. Details of the showroom will be given below as a screenshot.

      I’m Reena complaining your bad service bcoz before servicing my Scooty was Better.
      Duet- DL5SBT 8125
      After you handover me Scooty I was going from Aman Motor service centre to my home the Scooty was stoped with heavy sound and not started. I was stuck mid of the heavy running Trrafic. Even i was not reach home. Next day I complained about this. Yesterday I was coming from office my Scooty stuck. Not started, I face problem at 9:00pm on road. Plug not connected or any other problems... Very sharp sound from Scooty . It was worst experience from Aman motor service.
      I have problem to go office bcoz Scooty not working. Send any Service man for take Scooty I cannot tow.

        Dealer not gave feedback properly. They made foolish their customer. i was purchage scooty pleaser + bs6 0n 4th feb 21 and delivered 12 feb 21. This scooty seatcover was tear & wear than agency staff told you come tomorrow change it mahim agency. But tommorow they change local product seatcover. agency staaf mr. ashok told we change after 10 days. But till to date they missguided him.

        Another big issue I will paid Rs14, 723.00 for RTO, INSURANCE, HMCL Accessories . payment throgh digital mode. And agency gave me invoice/ receipt 12, 973.00 only. Dealer have not agree to return
        diffrence amount Rs 2182.00 to the customer .
        if above problem not resolve than I will go to conjumer forom.

                  Please consider this as a grievance mail which is related to the service quality I have received. I have been using Hero XPulse 200 since January 2020 purchased from SPEED MOTORS, Thoppumpady (Kochi, Kerala) showroom. Since then I am doing vehicle service only in company authorized showrooms, usually doing it from NEW MARIYA MOTORS Kizhakambalam showroom as my office nearby it. Last November onwards I encountered this dilemma as my vehicle’s center mono shock absorber got damaged, it can be replaced under the warranty claim as I am within the coverage period. But the problem here is this part is not available in the showroom. Since then I have been requesting and waiting for replacement. The showroom people have also assured that they are doing the maximum possible for availing the damaged part, but nothing happened till now. I am a person travelling approximately 60 kms per day using this vehicle to commute back and forth to my office. Seriously I am not sure how much impact it has on my health. Even my family includes my 2-year-old kid also using the same vehicle for commuting along with me

                    I purchased a Hero Glamour from Bike Point, Sihora, Dist- Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh on 31.03.2020 but I have not been provided RC and Insurance paper of the vehicle till now. I whenever I call or personally visit their office they ask for wait for 15 days, now it is to complete one year but they are still misleading me.

                    This is an unexpected behaviour from a dealer of a reputed company like Hero MotoCorp. Please resolve the issue.

                        I have given my motorcycle for servicing on 9th february 2021.
                        as some major issue was noted by me in regular basis like mobil leakage, gear shifting, starting problem etc. The service centre employee told me that it will take time around 10-15 days as we have to change the chamber.so they told that we have ordered that product and its available in stock.

                              I give my bike to service in service centre, they give me an estimate for my bike as 16000 rs, but they didn't check my bike and informed me, at last they call and give me an bill amount of 25000 above, but they didn't ask me any approvel to change the spare parts of my bike, they change without asking me, know they were saying to pay the full bill amount, please take an action immediately.
