Service is verry poor, , self start is very poor...

Hero agency Malik not gadi futures details...

They are selling two Wheeler, but showing customer have only hero option or Mr.Ranjeet Tunga feeling he have more bussiness according to target, he don't know how to handle the customer and his queries, his attitude was very rude, it's realy working with service industrial or selling hero ego .

He should knows how to give customer questions....

Mistri ka name deepu hai usse Maine wiring kit clutch plate aur kuch chote 2 kam bole the usne mujse kaha ki wiring kit company se na dawalo muje 1500 de do mai sab dal duga aur service achi kar duga Maine kaha ki mai bill pe karwaoga sab to usne bike ki service sahi se nhi ki puri aur bike puri karab kar di. Pura kaam bhi sahi se nhi kara....

Bed behavior of service manager in Hero Service center, Nadiad...

I left the vehicle at the servics centre (Maninagappa motors, madurai) with two litres of petrol in it . When i got it after the service, the petrol tank was empty . It has happened a several time . I have made a complain there . They werent doing anything in response to the complain . So kindly see to it ....

Sir, i am saroj Kanta Mahapatro, resident of AT/PO-PANDIAPATHAR, PIN-761116, block:-ASKA, Dist -Ganjam, odisha. Today on dt -21/02/2021 i purchased a new Glamour fi byke from ASHOKA HERO SHOWROOM, ASKA.
But when i started the byke there is big raise sound and tunning problems for these reason I am disappointed on this byke and your company and want to replace of this byke . So therefore i request you solve my problems and obliged....

Only 2 workers👷 in whole service centre and without displine or manners and untrained workers👷 work very slowly...

I am having some issue in fuel injection, sometimes fuel injection indicator keeps on even after engaging bike in gear. And engine has very much vibration which extends to wiser....

Bike running up to 14000 km and now it's firing having changed and turn one side while on running, please the resolve said issue as early as possible
