The state of hrtc has been glorious but certain places, like kuthad remain remote to the advanced world because o[censored]navailablility of buses. I've been waiting since 2 hours to board a bus to banalgi. And there are no buses. Kindly take action in this matter. Not everyone can afford pvt transportation at all times. The people have to suffer a lot without the availability of public transportation. Also, no one really works for the betterment of the place.

Bus number hp12g 2433 conductor misbehave with me and my wife without any reason. My ticket number229660 name baldev singh. We we say for ticket derabassi then he said bus goes from the flyover so we cant stop the bus on dera bassi bus stop after we said gave the dapper ticket i gave 500 hundred ticket rs20 but they don't stop bus dapper when we ask why do you it then he misbehaves with us and without any stop on the way they stop the bus on road then i said to him i do complaint stop the bus near police station derabassi. Then he says the uneducated people come for annoying without any matter. After all passenger tell him for stop bus near police station dera bassi then he stop the bus near police station but when we takeoff for complaint then they took bus there after misbehave and he dont give me my balance 480. We face shame in bus because he talk very bad language with us so i want u take strict action against him. I[censored] wouldn't take any action then i will go court. Hi i am ashish travelling to mandi to manali on date 3-5-2019. Due to traffic jam near the aut i feel thirsty and i request to bus conducter to give me a water bottle, but he refuse to give the water bottle even i am ready to pay the amount also. Wt the # rude behaviour, even the water bottle lying beside him.
Very bad experience to travel in hrtc volvo.

Today (2/05/2019) i was traveling from deepak guest house (Sanjauli dhalli bypass) to pajog. I have a senior citizen card so i should get 30% rebate. But the conductor refused to do give me rebate. The actual fare is 23 rupees. But he gave me a 30 rupees ticket instead of 23 rupees. A proper action should be taken against him so that he never do this thing again. Please do resolve my complaint as soon as possible.

I was boarding a bus to Chandigarh from Old bus staion around 8.00 am. I kept my bag on the seat and I came outto take water, it was just 5 mnts but the bus left without me. In my bag I had all my documents such as Voter ID, PAN card and Aadhar card as well along with a sony headphone a shirt and a jacket. Please help me to get my documents. I don't need any other things please. All the documents are very much necessary. I don't remember the bus number.

We're travelling hrtc bus : ticket no.:[protected], journey date :28-apr-2019 21:00 (Hrs), service no :99, bus number :hp-63-8668, depot :dw taradevi and due to motion sickness we used sickness bags for vomiting and it was not able to hold the vomit for even two minutes. So please look into the matter as due to this the passengers have to face humiliation while dealing with sickness

I was travelling on 24.04.2019 from hrtc baijnath depot bus no. Hp-53a 6809. I have valid free journey pass for cancer patient sr. No.0344058. When i showed my pass to conductor he started misbehaving me and charged me fare of rs 272. Also driver started arguing me and insulted me. Both harrased me. I complaint this matter to r. M baijnath. But no step has been taken yet. Kindly take this matter seriously and on priority basis.

My brother aged 15yrs is travelling in hrtc bus for the first time. The bus was scheduled to depart from gurgaon at 6:00 pm. The bus departed on the scheduled time but on arriving delhi, the bus stopped at delhi isbt for unreasonable time. On being asked for the reason behind this, the conductor spoke very rudely to the child and asked him to take another bus. My brother was really frightened by such behavior. My brother even asked for the bus no. And name of the conductor which he refused to tell. I request to you to kindly look into the matter as such kind of behavior towards the children is not tolerable. The bus was routed from gurgaon to baijnath. Departing time from gurgaon being 6:00 pm.

I have book 2 set seat for ladies 3rd seat was vacant, one dunk person was entered into the bus and conductor ask him to sit next to me after telling also he is dunk and most of the seats are vacant tell him to seat in some other place but conductor didn't listen and doing argument stating that bus is mine and doing rubbish talking.. Hii, complaint against bus number - hp63a 2848 on 21 april sunday at 1:45 pm. I asked for ticket on counter.. But guy on this counter at 1:30 said no and he gives ticket to their known one in front of me and when i asked him why he is doing this. He said he will do what he wants to do. And after sometime conductor is giving clearificatikn against the complaint. I

The conditions of stoppages for food and washrooms is very bad every where please select the stoppage with some inspections and do checkings after some interval of time... Even there are some stops where there is no washrooms and peeople are pissing openly like the one where sarkaghat to chandigarh bus stops at somewhere in bilaspur. You not only produce disturbance to people but also polluting the environment. So do something i[censored] can..

The HRTC bus is not completing it's route from theog to kadyeog.The bus driver always return from sarog, the always give a reason that the weather is not good and road also they refused to go to kadeyog.Many people suffer due to their irresponsibility. if there will be little drizzling the says that will not go. due to this many children's, ladies, and some disabled and senior citizens suffer they have to travel 10-15 km by foot.i u will do something about this than it will be very helpful to all people's.

Same thing happened to me again, i booked 2 volvo bus seats from delhi to jwala ji (6:20 am) on 12th of april.

From delhi to dehra they took five time halt that time they are not getting late but when they reached at dehra they said we are not able to drop you at jwala ji, because they wanted to wash the bus before completing the route. This is happening for 5th time with me, they drop passengers by giving these excuses.

My question is if you can't drop at jawalaji then why dont you remove this from the route. Even rm dehra said he cant resolve this issue because bus needs oil refiling, can anybody answer how much time a bus took for refiling, driver n conductor said go and complaint at dehra adda but we can't drop you and we do this daily. Event they don't make offline tickets for jwala ji at delhi counter.

The bus conductors and drivers behave very badly with passengers. My mother is a patient of diabetes & neurology. And we were coming back from delhi after her 15 days counseling at a hospital in delhi. And at chandigarh bus stand, we booked tickets to hamirpur (H. P.). And the bus driver and behavior very ruthless from very starting and commented very badly about our luggage. And when my mother tried to justify her reason, he tried to harass her by arguing.

I'm sorry to say but the public transport is not someone's personal property. And we are paying for our traveling. There are similar incidents which i and numerous passengers tackle every day with such kind of creepy govt. Employees. Kindly take strict action against them, otherwise, these people won't stop taking people for granted.

I have travelling from last 7 years from Hamirpur to Dehradun through route number 622. and many times HRTC Dept change the Bus from Nahan, but Today (15.04.2019 at 05.00 AM) happening the same case and 48 seater bus shift to 37 seater bus and the condition of new bus is very poor (Dusty seats). So Please look in to the matter.

Bus board was indicating the bus was travelling to solan via kalka still they resfused to travellers stating roads are closed and in morning while coming to chandigarh from kalka through a hrtc there was no such problem.
This is a big issue which always take place and no body means not a single authority works on such problems.
These conductors take whole power of running the bus and whole transportation system. I feel sorry for india where even the conductors, drivers and transportation doesn't even follow the royte which is pre-specified. I don't understand how these drivers and conductors take the whole power.. We are paying and traveling.. How can they refuse to travel the pre specified path and route.
We all know just because of traffic in kalka due to navratra and kali maata mandir how can they refuse. This is shame on the transport authority.

Y self sushil handa r/o of vpo bhota i m a employee in pnb met life as manager andtravel in ur bus route shimla to dharamshala bia bhota and sujanpur and by default i sit in ghumarwin at 10:30 pm for bhota but but driver does not go in bus stand of bhota and drop me on one km far from the destination at 11:30pm on 11.04.19 i have to walk in alone in dark. Even i request him. Very poor service i recommend not to travel in hrtc and pls give job to deserving person..

On dated 11/04/19 at time 11:00pm i was waiting for bus towards shimla. Bus from chandigarh going to rohruu does not stop when i request to stop. So my complaint is why this bus coductor and driver do their duty with responsibilty. Because in night there are some few service if they not stopped and receive passengers so its means hrtc employee doing not their duty carefully.
And i want its explanation from this bus driver & conductor.
Bus route: chandigarh to samarkot
Depot: rohroo

In maximum long route buses show khera stoppage in their ticket cutting machine but in sarkaghat bus khera stoppage not shown as per conductor and he cut the ticket for nalagarh stoppage.
So please i request to check the issue and solve immediately.
Please incorporate all stoppage in your machines to avoid such extra payment by such problems.
