I was travelling from delhi to shimla in 9.36 p. M. Volvo bus on 09.04.2019. I had kept my camera in a bag on the shelf provided inside the bus but when i reached shimla my bag was not there. Instead, someone had put an empty bag in its place. Also, there were very less people in the bus and still it happened somehow. Itâ€™s such a shame that even volvo bus are not safe.

Mandi and their should be no volvo buses from shimla to joginder nagar and their is also very less hrtc buses for joginder nagar to shimla. I have booked my himgaurav bus from delhi to manali (Himgaurav timing 7:10). After reaching delhi isbt kashmiri gate i get to know that bus is not available due to known reasons.. I have booked my tickets since 8th march there is no updae given to me regarding this. I have made my all schedule regarding this.. All this # happed with me i need a satisfactory answer. Now the counter people is saying bus is not going since 14 or 15 days. You people have some commons sense to let us know these things. Previously my mind was like hrtc is best.. I will travel in hrtc only. But hrtc is careless.

As i was traveling from lakkar bazaar bus stand to bhatakuffer in hrtc bus from lakkar bazaar to patgerh (Bhatakuffer) the conductor of the bus slapped a boy as he was drunked. Sir, he the boy was sleeping and he was not disturbing anyone but the conductor slapped him very tightly and he got injured. I request you to take strict action against the conductor of patgerh bus because this kind of behavior with pesenger is intolerateable.

At "green valley punjabi dhaba, taraori karnal" they had not not put any menu card and they from customers according to there will. As hrtc buses stops there only hence people are forced to have food there even the quality of food was worst.
So kindly take some action against this.
They are charging â‚¹210 for one plate which is not affordable for a ordinary person travelling in ordinary class bus..

Chintpurni Sarhan ordinary hrtc bus which is scheduled to be departed at sharp 7:30 pm in the evening departed at 7:25 pm.
Moreover, Delhi Manali ordinary hrtc which is scheduled to be depart at 10:50 pm from bilaspur departed at 10:25. Thus leaving the passengerd reaching bus stand at 10:40.

Hello sir i am akshay thakur. My sister was travelling to taal to hamirpur daily in govt bus (Timing 8:45 a. M). I beg to say that irresponsible both drivers and bus conductors with the commuters. They look towards the passengers with indifference and behave with them in a very strange and absurd way. They lack etiquette and use filthy language.

Generally, the bus drivers do not stop the bus.in this way many commuters fall, and feel a lot of irritation and insult.
Humblest request for you sir quick action against the bus conductor and driver

Hello sir I am akshay thakur .My sister was travelling daily tal to hamirpur on hrtc bus (timing 8:45 at Taal) the behaviour of bus conductor is very rude with passengers. They are not at all cooperative.

I narender kumar. I travelled daily from una to anandpur sahib by hrtc buses. I notice that there is variation in bus fare some of the conductor charge 52 rs.. Some 48 some 44 some 47 rs and so on for the same route. Please tell me the reason behind this and also set a fix bus fare for same route. Today on 9 february, i am trevling chandigarh to shimla in your deluxe bus. Condition is not well as compare to other transport like haryana or punjab roadways.. These buses are well maintain if i talk about a normal bus. Nowba luxury. If you are take extra charge to trevel in your buses then provide the service acording to your fare.
Why himachal transport in loss every year, because of your this type of service. The condition of bus, break sound.. Atlist bus is not clean properly.
Roughest experice with himachal transport..

Last night my sister was travelling from delhi to hamirpur in volvo bus, she took the bus at 9:20 from delhi, she was with 6 friend they were sleeping and her bag was on the upper rack to keep thing she didn't realise and someone stolen the laptop please find by cctv survillance. Please please plaese help we belong to a poor family. The laptop was worth rupees 50000 and was of company lenovo along with laptop there was also headphones of company boat

I was travelling from chandigarh to kangra in bus with timing 10:10 pm at night. The bus stops at fresh and choice restaurant in ropar, that has poor staff service. And they were charging 30 rupees over 20 rupees bottle of soft drink. If mrp is 20 how can they charge 30 for that. I had some arguments with the satff member on counter then he said you give 20 rupees. The food was not good. I have been travelling in this bus since last 2 years the bus used to stop at haveli which is best. The food of haveli is really good. I think hrtc should maintain its standard as we are painting 700 from kangra to chandigarh atleast bus stop should be a standard place not like fresh and choice.
I will ask my media friends to make this thing public as people should also know about these things.

I kept my laptop bag on the upper shelf in bus from Delhi to Joginder nagar (bus no. HP72B9938, Delhi departure at 9:27pm on 24th Feb 2019). The luggage went missing between Mayur dhaba, pipli to harabag. It contained dell laptop(service tag no. GC79QC2), headphone, power bank, cell phone chargers and some other documents.

Sir, today i was travel from chandigarh to palampur bus no:-hp53 1897 with me and my friend at 11am and i have 3 4 bags along with me so i had place my bags behind the driver seat and there is too much space bt the driver of this bus said very rudely. He said donâ€™t place ur bag here just take it from here. Seroiusly he didâ€™nt know that how to talk with passengers. I am 21 years old girl and he talked very wrong way with me. So please its humble request to hrtc. Take action again driver.

The bus goes from nerwa at 6.30 am but the bus didn't come as the driver and conductor are making there own self made holiday. Passangers are highly suffering due to this behavior.

Hp 12 H 9432 Conductor could not trickett on main station it says not mehtpur not a station.He can ticket only una not any other sration.
After that He behave angryand unnatural like a behave

Bus no. Hp69a1489. The behaviour of bus staff is very rude with passengers. They are not at all cooperative. Their main aim is only to make more and more money.
I lost my ticket and conductor was aware of the thing that he had given the ticket to me but still he behaved in an arrogant manner and asked me to leave the bus. He had all the details of the seats even which are booked but still to upload new passengers he did such a disgusting thing.

Updated by Chandnishukla I want to add on that I am with my elder brother and younger sister in the bus. My brother is a respected army soldier. He is on recall from his army unit as the atmosphere of our country is surrounded by terrorist wibes. The driver and conductor did not even respected him and this was the most disrespectful thing, they did. So I want authorities to take some strict action against them.

It is been observed a lot of times that drivers are very rude of himachal roadways specially bus that starts from delhi to baggage, and also they have a huge problem when people who are seated on the seat no 2/3. The bus timings are such wherein it's a overnight journey. People would definitely sleep. And if single women is travelling she would go to back seat and sit there. If drivers are so uncomfortable and feel uneasy to other passengers sleeping. I think drivers needs to be changed and they should be driving overnight. They can be a possible hazard to other passengers and their safety.

Hello sir/madam,

Hrtc buses stops near parwanoo (Near shiwalik hotel) for break while travelling from chandigarh to shimla. But the quality of the restuarant is below average, there are hardly any snacks, meals, soft drinks available and no other shops in the surrounding. Also the prices are way above of tea/coffee, snacks.

I was travelling with my mom from chandigarh to shimla and suddenly my mom was not feeling well and ask me to bring limca bottle and some sweet/salty candies to feel little better. But unfortunately i didn't find a single thing there and was feeling so frustrated and helpless.
First i thought to share my concern on social media (Fb, twitter) but then realized it would be good to first raise it with the concerned team and will raise it to social media platform if necessary actions will not be taken.

Hrtc is charging 12 rs fare of 5 kilometers and showing the distance 7 kilometers on their tickets.
They make the ticket from jahu which is further 700 meters apart from new bhambla chowk. But also from jahu the distance is 6 km.
By pass chowk bhambla, (Near to jahu bus stand) is 5 km apart from baldwara. Kindly refer to attached snapshots for your reference and take necessary action.
