Today i am travelling in himachal roadways transport corporation bus from new delhi to chandigarh on 26 jan 10.45 pm i have taken this bus from karnal bypass new delhi
The conductor has given me old bus tickets of some other collected bus instead of computerised printed ticket which they generally give to passenger's
Saying that some old tickets are left with him and he has to finish issuing them
And all this old hrtc...

I have take ticket from Kangra to Nalagarh from Bus Roots Dharmshala to Kalka. At Una Bus stand they have not stop bus near bus stand. I have told them but they told me Here is not adequate place to stop the bus. And they told we don't want to make traffic chaalan on this place. Bus conductor told with me very ruff language which was not the way of talking with the passengers. They drive bus and leave me at una without informing to me. I...

II booked 2 tickets from delhi to una for 21/01/19 in hrtc non/ac seater bus. The bording time given in the ticket was 0435 pm and reporting time 0420 pm at boarding point isbt kashmiri gate bus stand. But when i reached at boarding point before 10 min of reporting time i. e. At 0410 pm i found the bus not there. When i asked the consultant present at hrtc counter he told me that the bus already departed on 0400 pm and perhaps the time shown...

Hi, my name is anshul walia. I booked volvo on 13 january from kangra to delhi. My boarding point was nadaun. The departure time of bus is 7:10 from kangra and i was in nadaun at 8:15. After waiting for some time i asked taxi drivers and they said the bus has left the nadaun at 8. This is totally unfair and shameful for hrtc. I would like to make a formal complaint regarding loss of our baggage from volvo bus from shimla to delhi, the details of the bus and ticket are below.

I was travelling from chandigarh to dehradun on 9 jan 2019 at night. The bus dispatched from chandigarh at 9 o clock at night. When i reached to my distination i said to conductor that please leave 500 meter ahead then conductor said give me rs 10 and i gave him 100 rs because i did not have change 10 rs but after checking my all pocket i got 10 rs change it means i gave him 110 rs and asked for ticket then they said if you want ticket then...

Rspected sir, we are regular passengers from bringuli (Talwara) to daultpur. Our school closed at 3:30pm. And there is only one private bus service from talawra to una between 3.30 to 4.30pm. And the bus driver can t stop bus due to heavy rush. Many passengers to una also worried about it. Sir please it is requested you to start a new bus between the time. Buses of himachal pradesh going to other states or travelling with in himachal, where ever they stop for breakfast, lunch and dinner. All destinations are very dirty and very expensive. Please check this and change the destination and list of that place should be posted inside bus with menue card sign and stamp by review authority. People are suffering and posting things on facebook. Please take quick action. Thank you...

This is to bring under your kind notice that there was a massive accident that took place last night between the volvo bus in which we were traveling and a truck, around 12.52 am near mandi. The accident was so huge that all the windows glasses shattered at once on everyone sitting inside the bus within seconds of impact. By god's grace, we met only with minor injuries. Our lives got saved by a narrow escape and this benefit of the doubt...

Sir we were heading towards delhi on national highway 1 nh1 its time around 5:09 near murthal sonipat haryana. A himachal pradesh roadways bus containing bus no. Hp 36 c 6295. Driver was driving so rashly he overtook our car in very wrongly way by god grace we hardly controlled our car. I am also inspector in home ministry.. I request you take a strict action against the driver....

Bus driver of delhi to chamba route did not stop the bus at pathankot cantt bus stop at 1300 hrs todat. I have to go to chamba urgently so on arrival of bus i show my hand to driver to stop the bus. He gave me a signal to come forward. He slow down the speed of bus and looking that he is stopping. But as i go towards the bus he accerlate the speed and did not stop. This is the negligence of driver due to which public suffers much problem....

Sir i'm koshika i'm from banikhet and it's really disappointed that buses don't stop because my home is not at bus stop but is that my fault what if being a girl something happen with me who gonna take responsibility about it just because bus are of long rout. Today 25 dec 2018 around 11 am kangra bus stand firstly conductor ask every one to board the bus for hosiyarpur but in next five min he came back and ask come down nd first book your tickets on counter.
There was person in ticket counter was so lazy wih with his work. It's hardly matters for him that people are standing in queue for ticket.
When i asked him why don't we do that in bus as bus about to leave...

We are totally unhappy with such service and staff for tata 2x2 ac bus service.

This complaint is in regards to the:

1) the driver of bus no (Hp 63 a 4131) ac delhi to himachal date 26 oct 2018 departure time 7:45 pm kashmiri gate isbt.

- the behavior of driver on duty on above mentioned bus and date was arrogant while asking about bus timeing and counter information...

I am very disappointed with the conductor of hrtc volvo from delhi to manali. Bus no: hp63a5230. I was not able to find the ticket for a while during check, he forcefully told me take 2nd ticket for the same seat. How can he charge double for a seat??
I got the previous ticket in few time n told him. He simply said nothing can be done now.
How rude n arrogant these conductors are for hrtc.

Sir this complaint is regarding the rash driving and bad conduct of driver of hrtc bus. Which is starting from bilaspur hp and going to the rout by shiva hospital. Sir/mam as today morning i was om my scooty and i was on my to work firstly this driver stop his bus on my way suddenly. I thought may be it was unintentionally bt as i move forward driver stop his bus at benlla bt not on side road as it was stopped daily on the side of the road...

I mahesh and an old man aged 85 yrs waiting for the bus for two hrs at bus stop karanthal po showad teh anni kullu. Then a bus anni bansha reached here about 2.10 pm for anni... We raised our hands to stop the bus but the driver did not stop here and matter of the fact is that the bus was semi full. Kindly take necessary action against the driver of anni - bansha route's driver as soon as possible. We have not noticed the bus no. Kindly resolve...

One bus no. Hp 65 - 3740 which is standing at isbt 43. Date -22.11.2018, timing - 07.30 pm, moving towards joginder nagar via nalagarh. When passengers are asking to driver and conductor for nalagarh tickets, they both are clearly denying with this sentence “ nalagarh wala koi bhi iss bus me nhi chadhhenga “ and both are misbehaving with passengers.
