Took bus from victory tunnel bus stop

Got down in bus stop - by pass crossing 8 40 to 8 45 approx
Yellow color bag was left in bus.

    I am the student of medical college chandigarh sir your bus of sundar nagar dipo going by route mandi to haridwar by nahan and chandigarh at nahan the bus driver refuses to stop the bus at the bus stoppage named as gunnu ghat aa it was the bud stoppage and he is driving the bus very rudely and refuse to stop the bus due to which i were late for the class at chandigarh kindly take action against it bus depot _ sunder nagar bus route _ mandi to haridwar by nahan and chandigarh dated as - 15 febraury timing of the bus at the time of refuging to stop bus is 9: 45 am

      I was travelling from lalru to zirakpur on 10/feb/2019 at 7:10 pm through hrtc. The bus was overcrowded and conductor reached to us after 10 min we boarded the bus at dappar. I asked fr the ticket and he handed over the ticket of rs 22 (For 2 people) and charged 50 rs saying the fair is rs 50 from lalru to zirakpur. When i got down from the bus i again asked for the refund to which driver misbehaved and conductor tore the ticket. Somehow i snatched the one half of the ticket. I have got the video witnessing the whole scenario. I want you to take appropriate action against them as they are harassing common people.

        Sir, i m student of govt. Pg college solan.
        We are go to college by hrtc govt. Bus. From kasauli to solan.
        But some time bus will not come and all student will face problems.
        We are not able to attend our morning classes..
        Since two days (11feb, 12feb 2019)
        Continue bus will not come and many of students go back to their home, lack behind their sllybus and attendance going shot.
        In time of exam same problem face by the students...
        Sir i requested you to take action regarding this immediately.
        If action was not take immediately...
        All students protest against rto solan.

        Despite of almost one third seats vacant conductor refused the entry of passengers for Karnal on the grounds that he will take passengers only for Chandigarh it does not only cause inconvenience to committed passengers of HRTC but also may lead to lot of revenue loss to the Corporation

          I booked a ticket from kashmere gate (Delhi) to kasol for 24 dec but due to some personal reasons my travel to kasol was not possible so i cancelled my ticket before 24 hrs ie (On 23 dec) and received a confirmation from hrtc that rs.1031refund has been initiated. But it's been around 1.5 months and i haven't received any refund.

          Hrtc policy says refund would be initiated in 7 working days then why 1.5 months for me.

          Other transport organisations are giving much good standard of seats like semi delux seats in ordinary fare. For eg. Rajasthan transport
          But your ordinary seats are horrible.

          One thing more
          So many delux, semi delux to Manali, Shimla, Kangra etc
          But not a single route to Sujanpur, via Nadaun. Why?

            I beg to say that we are the students of govt collage nalagarh. They can't wrote any instructions in back side of bus pass about deposite the pass after ending of this valitidy. They tourched us to recovery from the last but there is so many of holidays in january, so we cannot able to deposit our bus pass. So we cannot able to recovery of the money.
            I request to look into this matter and take suitable action.

              Sir,
              After enquiring from messers hrtc kashere gate it was intimated that conductor will issue ticket for karnal provided seat is available. However it was insisted by the conductor that he would issue ticket for ambala only.
              I am quite reguar passenger of hrtc and prefer these volvos because of good services.
              Kindly educate.

                I am travelling in your (Hrtc) ac small mini travellers... You have charged me inr 587/- from dharamshala to shimla but the ac of the traveller is not working and concerned driver told me to talk with the owner... What the argument is this???

                  Today i am travelling in himachal roadways transport corporation bus from new delhi to chandigarh on 26 jan 10.45 pm i have taken this bus from karnal bypass new delhi
                  The conductor has given me old bus tickets of some other collected bus instead of computerised printed ticket which they generally give to passenger's
                  Saying that some old tickets are left with him and he has to finish issuing them
                  And all this old hrtc tickets (Paper one) have be punched on different stop in route code printed on them
                  The bus registration no is hp 63 a 2845
                  Kindly do look into as the conductor is earning money by giving false bus tickets to passenger which are catching this bus in between this bus route stating that i can't issue compuerised ticket on the way
                  And as i have to get reimbursement off my ticket from my company i require original ticket only other i can loose my job
                  It's my request kindly do look into as it is not only going to hampers hrtc revenues but it will also hampers somebody's carrier also

                    I have take ticket from Kangra to Nalagarh from Bus Roots Dharmshala to Kalka. At Una Bus stand they have not stop bus near bus stand. I have told them but they told me Here is not adequate place to stop the bus. And they told we don't want to make traffic chaalan on this place. Bus conductor told with me very ruff language which was not the way of talking with the passengers. They drive bus and leave me at una without informing to me. I caught bus at Nangal due to Jaam(Road Traffic). Kindly take adequate action against the driver and conductor. They are not following Transportation Rules wich made by state Government. I trouble too much because i was so essential documents and cash amount in my bag.

                      II booked 2 tickets from delhi to una for 21/01/19 in hrtc non/ac seater bus. The bording time given in the ticket was 0435 pm and reporting time 0420 pm at boarding point isbt kashmiri gate bus stand. But when i reached at boarding point before 10 min of reporting time i. e. At 0410 pm i found the bus not there. When i asked the consultant present at hrtc counter he told me that the bus already departed on 0400 pm and perhaps the time shown in my ticket is wrong. I found a big shock as this is not expected by hrtc online ticketing system.

The departure time of bus is 7:10 from kangra and i was in nadaun at 8:15. After waiting for some time i asked taxi drivers and they said the bus has left the nadaun at 8.                           Dear hrtc officers,

                          I would like to make a formal complaint regarding loss of our baggage from volvo bus from shimla to delhi, the details of the bus and ticket are below.

                          Hrtc bus : ticket no.:[protected], journey date :07-jan-2019 22:15 (Hrs), service no :4, bus number :hp-63-2847, depot :dw taradevi, crew mobile no:[protected]

                          Our baggage was given to another traveller while we were seated in the bus. The conductor assumes he gave the bag to another set of travelers who got down at bypass stop in delhi.

                          The bag is a green color back pack used for trekking and has our belongings which are mostly cloths, personal care items and souvenirs worth more that 45000/- rupees.

                          We have provided the following details to hrtc crew for following up and returning our luggage once received

                          We are hoping that you will be able to retrieve our luggage and send us to the address provided. If not we should be compensated for the luggage lost and inconvenience caused, as this was clearly due to lack of care/responsibility from the conductor and lack of proper method for baggage handling from hrtc. Additionally, issuing tickets without taking proper identification and contact number has made this situation complicated.

                          Please do the necessary, hope this incident will help hrtc streamline the service and management.

                            I was travelling from chandigarh to dehradun on 9 jan 2019 at night. The bus dispatched from chandigarh at 9 o clock at night. When i reached to my distination i said to conductor that please leave 500 meter ahead then conductor said give me rs 10 and i gave him 100 rs because i did not have change 10 rs but after checking my all pocket i got 10 rs change it means i gave him 110 rs and asked for ticket then they said if you want ticket then it will have 30 rs cost. But i asked them for ticket again and again but they did not gave me.

                            After that they threated me and did not stop the. I was calling to driver that please stop the bus but he did not. And lastly he stop the bus after 1 km. I was forgot to take my 100 rs which i gave him first..

                            It was totally unprofessionlism behaviour by driver and conductor and also envolved in taking gratification (Illegal).

                            Lastly i will thankful to himachal roadways if you help me out in returning my 110 rs from them.. Bus numer was 1603.

                              Rspected sir, we are regular passengers from bringuli (Talwara) to daultpur. Our school closed at 3:30pm. And there is only one private bus service from talawra to una between 3.30 to 4.30pm. And the bus driver can t stop bus due to heavy rush. Many passengers to una also worried about it. Sir please it is requested you to start a new bus between the time. So the passengers o[censored]na feel the relief. With regards...

                                Buses of himachal pradesh going to other states or travelling with in himachal, where ever they stop for breakfast, lunch and dinner. All destinations are very dirty and very expensive. Please check this and change the destination and list of that place should be posted inside bus with menue card sign and stamp by review authority. People are suffering and posting things on facebook. Please take quick action. Thank you

                                  I had very bad experience last midnight. I booked ticket from chandigarh to thural. Unfortunately palampur depot of bus stuck midnight on road near by roopnagar highways which was coming to haridwar. I understand to cooperate with bus driver and conductor on mean time. They drop me to baijnath depot of bus till sujanpur destination.
                                  Baijnath depot of bus driver and conductor were shouting and rudeless behaviour showing on me.
                                  Eg:- same as like as police who behave with criminal.
                                  They were not corporative with me at midnight who drop me at una near by petrol pump and called me go to palampur depot of bus.

                                  I just need an answer. I have taken the proper hrtc ticket. I never break any rule of hrtc. I'm loyal with hrtc always. Maximum staff members and people are good in hrtc. Why some hrtc staff members are not corporate with passenger's and trying to damage hrtc image in front o[censored]s.

                                  Kindly teach and trained to driver's and conductor's how to co-operate and behave with hrtc passenger's in midnight due to emergency time and condition.

                                    This is to bring under your kind notice that there was a massive accident that took place last night between the volvo bus in which we were traveling and a truck, around 12.52 am near mandi. The accident was so huge that all the windows glasses shattered at once on everyone sitting inside the bus within seconds of impact. By god's grace, we met only with minor injuries. Our lives got saved by a narrow escape and this benefit of the doubt goes to the driver. Unfortunately, there were no alternative travel arrangements made by the bus staff despite our various request. Since we had another scheduled urgent assignment at delhi today and we were left with no other option but to reach delhi by some other transport which we had to arrange on our own amid the midnight. The police also arrived following the incident and they registered a case too.
                                    We have gone through severe mental agony and deserve for a fair amount of compensation.

                                    You are requested to please arrange to pay inr 20k along with total cost of the ticket against mental agony and nightmare.

                                      Sir we were heading towards delhi on national highway 1 nh1 its time around 5:09 near murthal sonipat haryana. A himachal pradesh roadways bus containing bus no. Hp 36 c 6295. Driver was driving so rashly he overtook our car in very wrongly way by god grace we hardly controlled our car. I am also inspector in home ministry.. I request you take a strict action against the driver.

                                      I have booked bus and driver abuse very loudly to anyone even bus having female passenger, ND hot blowers not working either he is not start the same I feel like local roadways bus very worst service.
                                      I feel waistage of my money in hrtc next time I will suggest nd book Pvt Volvo.

                                        Bus driver of delhi to chamba route did not stop the bus at pathankot cantt bus stop at 1300 hrs todat. I have to go to chamba urgently so on arrival of bus i show my hand to driver to stop the bus. He gave me a signal to come forward. He slow down the speed of bus and looking that he is stopping. But as i go towards the bus he accerlate the speed and did not stop. This is the negligence of driver due to which public suffers much problem.
                                        Himachal Road Transport Corporation [HRTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
