Respected sir
My name is rajiv. My ticket no is 036939, dated:24/09/18 time: 5; 34. I was traveling from una to bharwain with the green card but he charged me wrong. I want to register a complaint against hrtc bus driver, conductor & a person who was seated with them. They were tried to harass me, insulting, threatening and tried to salp me.
[protected] : [protected] :[protected] i made call on these numbers but due to mobile battery issue i was unable to talk to them properly.
As you know that today national highway was jammed due to landslide between 5pm to 8pm. I simply asked to conductor, if you have another way to go then why don't you tried it? He said it requires senior permission. I asked again to let me know the number but "he denied and said sare so rahe koi phone nahi uthaega", and the person who was seated on seat no.1 start insulting me and said tare ko jyada takleef ho rahi hai, ek thappad padega sare hosh thekane aa jayega, chupchap beth ja pechhe ja k"
Then i made a call on [protected] which was printed there and let him clear was happened there. He suggested me another number them i dialled and talked to him but due to mobile battery issues call was disconnected in between.
Bus comes out from una bus stand at 5pm (Shimla to nagrota surian).
I request you to take an action against this otherwise i am gonna lodge fir against them.

I am travelling today i.e. 21.09.18 on SHIMLA Chamba him mani bus via ticket no [protected], I have a important meeting tomorrow morning wanted to sleep but the bus conductor is refusing to switch off the LED head lamps above my seat and is saying these light will stay on till morning we will not switch off, this is the type of service HRTC is giving to it’s pessengers.
Total disgusting. 😡😱

Hope you are fine, on 17/09/2018 on the 9.00 A.M bus no. HP 73 0671 from bharmour to Chamba the bus arrived half hour late and to compensate that the bus driver drove the vehicle too fast and carelessly till Chamba. I am localite of Chamba and no one drives that fast specially not that daily route bus. . No concern of safety for the passenger.Sir, bus driver stopped bus the main road in Mehla & and go to the bath and came half an hour later It is strictly forbidden to approach the river Ravi, as water can be released from the dam any time. and when he come, he fought with my father and with the rest of the passengers and began to say what I would like to do, If you will have courage, then go and do reports! And also he said to my father Hy Maladhari you can't do anything.he use very badly misbehave. i must say that he drunken alcohol or weeds. Please Look this Situation. And punish the bus driver

Regret to inform that despite having vacated seat in haridwar route bus, i have not been allowed to board in bus for roorkee since 10 pm (16.09.2018) to 12.15 am (17.09.2018)
Five buses have gone no one has favoured in this regard, even your time officer chandigarh.
Please make some direction in this regard.

A hrtc bus that comes from chitkul to chandigarh reach parwanoo at 7:30am and tha bus driver don't srop bus at bus stand... Even there is lot of space in bus but they do t stop... The buses are provided for the public but hrtc driver dont stop bus at parwanoo bus stand please take an action bus shoud be stop at every bus stop by which public can reach at job easily thnku

I had booked an online bus travel journey ticket from new delhi to chadiar. My ticket number is [protected], service number is 585. When the bus reached jaisinghpur at 4:30 am (On 10th september, 2018), the bus conductor informed me that bus will not go to chadiar and early morning i had to get done at jaisinghpur. Without any other mode of local travel, i had to book a cab. This is unacceptable. I would request for taking action against the erring official and refund of my ticket amount for the reason that my journey was not completed by the hrtc bus.

Today i travelled from manali to chd in hrtc volvo which starts at 9:00 am from manali. While travelling from volvos in dharamshala we are given service like water bottle vomit bags already kept one per seat. But in hrtc volvos from manali they don't provide water even on asking for it. Moreover today a child vomited in bus and still conductor gave newspaper and stuff but not vomit bag it was only given when all the passengers asked that why are they not giving the bag as the bus will go stinky. And this is not the only himsuta from manali that has this story. Everytime i have travelled its same. I dont know what management do with the stock of water that comes for passengers. I have no complaint from driver or conductor because they have alot more to do but management for not keeping check

I booked my bus ticket on 14/8/18 at 12:15 pm from dharamshala to chandigarh which was departing at 9:00 pm with ticket no:. [protected]
And seat no. Was 25. I cancelled it on the same day at around 4:00 pm. And it has been a month almost but i haven't received the refund yet. So i want you to look into this matter as i am not able to get in contact with you by calling to the
Helpline no. Please look into this as soon as possible

Hope you are fine, on 05/09/2018 on the 5:30 pm bus from kullu to delhi the bus arrived one hour late and to compensate that the bus driver drove the vehicle too fast and carelessly till mandi. I am localite of kullu and no one drives that fast specially not that big bus. Further more the bus driver was keep on using his phone and i have a video proof. No concern of safety for the passenger i told the conductor to tell the bus driver not to use the phone and he said ismey kya hua “what happened “ after that he stopped he was continously using his phone for more than 40 minutes while driving guess using facebook and whatsapp is more important while driving a bus full of passengers. Can’t believe this is our himachal.

Today, 03/09/2018 time 2:35 pm at kotla, near 32mile distt. Kangra, hrtc bus with bus number hp 38c 2022 hit my cab alto hp40b 5525 with its back even after i was blowing the horn continue and continue but bus driver didn't listen and went away after misbehave with me. Bus driver said that you can do complaint anywhere and went away. My cab has damaged about 40 %. And i am not able to repair my car. So, please take necessary action against this complaint so that it would be recovered soon.

I am agarwal family from delhi.

I want to know more that really company working or just make other fool.

They start there process they send me profiles of groom for my daughter and ask me to pay 6, 500/-

I done all the formality pay their amount in there company account. After that i ask for the contact no and address they provide me.

I cross check them all and i am very happy to meet that groom family they stay in delhi (Pirawadi chowk)

When i got a call from Www.Haardik.Com service the girl name gunjan she told me that she have some good profile for my daughter.

I give his my daughter details she told me that she send me some profile, on same evening i got some profiles then she told me if you like the profile you have to pay 6, 500/- for contact details

I heard about matrimonial fraud so go through i found so many complaints against then. I ask her gunjan i read so many complaints about your company

She explain me and told me sir i give you the contact details of the family's after registration.

One thing which touch my heart she told me sir if you find anything wrong do whatever you like to

But i am very happy with the services of www.haardik.com. bcoz his company true profiles send me and correct contact number and address. And good services from service team. Send me filter profiles in my mail id monthly 4 to 5 profiles (Per month). So i’m satisfied in www.haardik.com.

Teh. Sarkaghat distt. Mandi. I have complaint regarding bus timing adherence issue on sarkaghat to sandhol route. Actually this bus go through tihra village around 13:30 but some time it left from tihra 13:15. So this is serious concern, we reported to driver also but they behave rudely & told to complaint where ever you can. So request you acknowledge the complaint, investigate & take necessary action. I hope this would be closed by nest week & will see the fix timing of this bus

Hrtc bus on mandi pairi sehal nerchowk route in morning time do not come on time. School and college college going students and office going employees can not reach their destination on time. So, it is requested thst bus should always come via pairi and timing of bus should be such that it reach should reach nerchowk at 8:00 am and busses should be regular.

I am travelling from delhi to karsog and our bus stopped for snacks at 1:25am near karnal.
I had my meal and was paying bill. I give him rs.500 and he asked for change, i looked up for change and didn't picked up the 500 note. At the same time the conductor of karsog to delhi bus tried to distract me by knocking on my other shoulder to pick the note. When i asked him he was out of words and ran away.

I request you to kindly take strict action about such staff who are insulting our hrtc (Dev bhoomi).

Me hrtc ki bus hp 67 4877 me nouni se shimla ja rha tha mene conductor ko apna pass dikhata joki 60% hai to usne use chalane se mna kr diya or ticket lene ke liye behsh krne lga ki ise bus me pass nhi chalta hai jo ki mera pass all himachal pradesh me hrtc ki ordinary bus me chalta hai

Sir/ma'am,
I am resident of shimla and work in chandigarh. I usually board the bus from. Kalka while coming back. All other bus drivers stop the bus in market for a passenger to shimla, however hrtc drivers and conductors just ignore and never open the door. They do not open the door even if the bus is standing.
I had to reach home as soon as possible due to some emergency, but due to the ignorant behavior i was late by 3 hours. The staff is really rude and ignorant!!!
We are passengers, not dogs laying on road, why don't they understand...
If anyone can look into it, it would be great.

I am a student of a govt college dhaliyara when i come back from the college the bus conductor are talking with me very rubbish language ही said to me why u are coming in this bus there is no seats i know that but if i am going in another bus i am late for my home thats by i am going in bus he behaves me very rubbish the bus root is dharamshala to होशियारपुर/jalandher
The टाइमिंग in this bus in dehra gopipur stand is 4:30pm and it going to dharamshala from dehra is 4:40pm and date of this incident is 16/august/2018 but i don't know बस no. And conductor name please check the कंडक्टर of this root in this day i am very thankful i[censored] are solve my problem.

Sir, I, being a girl student of school was travelling today in hrtc bus to my home from una . But when my stop came, the conductor didn't stopped the bus even after asking so many times patiently, he didn't even give bus ticket also.He stopped the bus metres away even when i have asked him whether he will stop at my stop or not previously.Then he talked badly to me and he also unloaded a woman with two little children on that place whose stop was some metres away from there. Don't know how "beti bachao beti padhao " will function if this kind of incidents occur . I never expected this from hrtc. The bus number was " HP 72 B 0238". Shame on hrtc if not resolved this kind of problem .

Sir bus conductor of bus number hp38 e62 11 (Shimla to pathankot via hamirpur) misbehaved with me on 13 aug 18 at 1430 hrs near matour. I am a army serving personal and going on leave today. He throughout my lagauge from bus and told go out side and come in other bus. M y mobile number is [protected]. Email id is... [protected]@gmail.com
Pl give a suitable punishment to them so that no buddy can do the same with any passenger in future.
