With due respect i want to state that the palampur depot department is not giving his services properly. I on the behalf of 10-15 students want to say that we have made a pass of hrtc bus (Palampur to dharamshala) and go 8:30 in the morning but palampur depot staff is not giving regular services. They skip once or twice every day and if we ask them they give one statement buses nahi hain (Shortage of buses). On the other they are sending their bus (8:30 am) to pahara which is 10 km and there is no such school /college /university in the route. On the other hand number of students boards in malan dadh. On the other hand lots of other passengers are also going through this bus. Neither this route is making any loss to department. It is my kind request to provide regular their is no other bus service 30 minutes before this bus. Some students cannot afford to pay 50 rs of one side that is why they are taking such great benefit of hrtc services. I kindly request to give regular services and take some strict action against palampur depot

    Respected sir,
    I called Delhi helpline no. On[protected] between 7:30 pm to 8:35 many times . First of all, phone is not working properly and secondly the person who attended the call after so many efforts he used hard language and didn't help me, instead he got angry on me and cut my call. Please you are therefore requested to find that person and take serious steps to stop this kind of arrogance of that kind of person because they are there for passengers help .

      I booked a ticket in volvo from solan to delhi for Today, i.e on 26/02/2018 boarding bus from dharampur of departure from source at 9:41 AM. I made a call at hrtc enquiry/helpline shimla tutikandi bus stand. No one replied as i need mobile no.of conductor to know about his where abouts. I was haressed as i need to wait atleast an hour . Kindly, assure that phone call is picked and queries are resolved of the travellers to provide a good experience.

        We want to submit the complaint regarding misbehaviour of bus conductor of route isbt to mehli at 7.00 p. M. From isbt bus no. Hp 63-6712. Me and my wife was travelling from isbt to bcs just today at 7.00 pm from bus no. Mentioned above whose conductor asked for the fair in change which was 16 rs. We gave 20 rs. As we didn't have 6 rs. Change. He was not returning the balance during the whole journey and kept on asking for change. At khalini i again asked him for the balance amount of 4 rs. He started shouting at us and misbehaved very badly not only with me but when my wife opposed his behaviour he misbehaved with her too. We were continuously denoting him with "aap". But he was using very bad language throughout which has actually made us very disappointed with the behaviour of an hrtc employee. He was not willing to return the balance although he was having the change. Above the balance only thing that made us complain is the harsh rude and derogatory behaviour of the conductor. We would like an immediate action to resolve our grievance as we had a trust and proud on hrtc department for working in such critical and difficult weather and road conditions since our childhood which has actually arised a question on such kind of employees of the department. Hope to get a satisfactory action and reply.

        The luggage space provided at the back of bus is full of dust. The amount of dust is so much that it seems soil has been purposely spread all over there. I am attaching the photo of number plate . This bus runs from Chamunda to Nerva.

          Today at around 1pm all traffic was stopped at the kurali traffic lights due to red traffic signal, driver of hrtc bus number hp36c 8326 from debra depot turns the bus to his left without looking in the side mirror and hits mine car causing damage to my car’s right side mirror and it could have been more serious damage to the car and even could have cause serious injuries to myself and my family. Not only this after such an unsafe act, bus conductor just looked outside and bus driver did not even stopped to check whether there is any damage or injury to anyone. I hereby notify all concerned parties, authorities and officials to act promptly and take necessary required action against the bus driver. This driver is a danger to safety of life on road.

            Hi i am student of govt college dhaliara. I am basically from [censored]laa which is 10 km away from chintpurni. Pathankot depu bus from pathankot to diorsidh everyday. 4-5 drivers comes in a week. One driver of them never stop bus at [censored]la for pass student or [censored]la is the main station he always make excuss that bus is overloaded bt he always lie. Today again he didnot stop bus at shilta when me and my frnds catch the bus at chintpurni then we ask him why you not stop bus at shilta then he again try to make excuses then we said to him give us complaint book then he said he dont have complaint book or he said conductor have complaint book or conductor said driver have complaint book and he did not give complaint book and at last he say do whatever do i will not stop bus in future so sr it is requested you to please take any action fast otherwise we will do strike towards the hrtc and you will be responsible for everything bcoz we have complaint before many time but there is no any suitable action should be taken.. The bus no is hp 38c-3362 and driver name is raj kumar

              Conductor and driver did miss behave to me and with my family. They did not have any regret. I am not satisfied with your services. They doesn't know that how talk and behave with their passengers. They had a 5minutes of stoppage and me my wife my sister get outside for fresh n up. They move the bus immediately. This really hurts me and my family. So right now i am very disappointed with himachal road ways...

Almost all the seats was vacant but the ticket collection counter person given me last seat 45 this is not the right thing for the government employes who are doing ridiculous work.                   Hi. I belong to himachal pradesh and i have been a frequent traveller in hrtc volvo buses. Sorry to say but the condition of hrtc volvo buses is degrading day by day. The bus fare of volvo bus from delhi to manali (6pm) is around inr1150/-. People usually prefer volvo buses because of its climate control feature i. E cool climate inside the bus in summers and warm climate inside the bus in winters. But this climate control is not working in this volvo bus. Weather is cold and people are shivering despite of paying almost double bus fare compared to ordinary hrtc bus. Himachal is known for tourism. Our hona'ble chief minister is also from mandi district and what impression will tourist get after paying high fare for a volvo bus to mandi with such a poor condition. Hrtc seriously needs to work on transport facilities in himachal. Seriously disappointed. Also there should be a quick resolution forum for complaints regarding transport in himachal.

                  I boarded on Rohru Chandigarh ordinary bus from Shimla to Solan on dated 13.218.at4.40pm conductor refused to give concession on green card saying that green card is not allowed. please let me know.

                    Toady when i was travelling from kullu to chandigarh (Bus timings: 10:45) the conductor of the bus firstly gave a seat next to me to a lady whoes seat no. Was somewhere else. Not only this as the woman was vomiting continuosly even i started feeling nauseatic and when i asked the conductor to change her seat he did not reply me back instead he stared very badly at me. And as the front seats were empty i asked him that whether i can sit there he refused me. If he could allot any seat to that woman then why did he refuse me. I am sorry but his behaviour was not tolerable and was acutally a harrasment. I am a student and harrasing a girl student is not acceptable. I could have called the transport minister mr. Govind singh thakur. I request you please ask your management people to behave well with the passangers.

                      I am travelling from fatehpur to chandigarh via hrtc bus. Haridwar chandigarh bus.

                      I took a ticket for una because driver refused me to give seat no. 1 which was empty.
                      Later on he gave that seat to his relative who boarded bus at talwara.
                      I asked him again and he misbehave with me saying this seat is reserved.
                      There was no notice above the seat regarding it's reservation.
                      I am a medical officer.
                      I am tax payer
                      I am a public servant

                      And this is what i gain in return

                        I was travelling with my brother to delhi - manali 7:35 volvo on 22/01/2018 seat no. 9 &10. Next day 13 km before manali road was closed due to accident. Bus conductor told us that bus can't reach manali till evening so u can wait or manage yourself. When i told him to open the bus dicky to take my luggage. The bus conductor told me that he is not "kuli" and he can't lift the bag from dicky.in delhi i paid 20/-rs. For two bag. Second, my bag was that not place where conductor kept in dicky. When i asked conductor about my bag. He told me he doesn't know where is bag. Actually someone covered my bag with a blanket. The conductor was completely careless and he told me he has no idea about my bag. Then i told him i am calling the police, he told me he kept my bag inside the dicky but right know he has no idea about my bag. I go inside the dicky and search my bag myself.
                        Can hptc will take any disciplinary action of this conductor who was completely careless after taking money?

                          I am the regular customer of HRTC from last two years.
                          i take the bus from pacca paroh near Amb in morning bus route Daultpur to chandigarh time 7.45 a.m. But from last few days they dont pick me . Today morning last sunday 28 jan 2018 .Only in this week, iam also facing this problem last few days

                          We wants the reason.

                            I traveled to dharamshala from chandigarh on 26 january 2018 by himsuta volvo bus that starts from chandigarh at 3:30 pm
                            1. Floor was so dirty which really needs to b cleaned after each journey
                            2. Seat covers are so dirty that even the normal buses may b having better cleaner seats than this and condition is deteriorating day by day as i have noticed in just 2 year span since when i am traveling
                            These seats really need urgent dry cleaning
                            3. Most important there was vomit on the backside of seat on my front which inspite of telling the conducter for getting that cleaned nothing was done

                            All this is happening in the days when our central government is putting so much emphasis on swatchh bharat abhiyan and taxes of swachhata are also being levied

                            Its high time roadways really need to think more seriously about cleanliness issues which may b by employing people for housekeeping job
                            Do not only concentrate on increasing the bus fairs

                              My son boards the bus daily from dehradun (Mehuwala) to paonta sahib of hrtc. However from past few days the vechile driver is being typically rude and drives in a hurry from where my son has to board therefore i had to drive some kms to make him halt. Furthermore he chats in an abusive way when i ask the reason of not stopping. The registration no of vechicle is hp 31 a 8971 and the driver name is dayananad lal something.
                              I hope you would listen to my request and drive out the best. Plz resolve the misbehaviourity of driver as well as of conductor

                                We were arriving from manali to chandigarh and it was written on the tickets as well that the final destination is sector 43 chandigarh. But, driver dropped everyone at mohali bus stand (New one) and said it is the last stop not sector 43. I also took a picture of the bus. It was a new mini bus from service that is started by hrtc recently. Didn't expected this from hrtc. Most of the passengers suffered because of this. Happened on 21 jan, 2018. Travel time was 5.45am to 3pm from manali to chandigarh. Bus number in picture below

                                  I'm complaint that in non stop buses 40singl fare passed not allowed. Vhy in this pas we pay our full month ticket.. Vith out any concessions... Ok the pas not allowed then vhy they provide their service to all near by passenger... I don't think this is not fare... U should change the rules... Because there is no profit.. If there is any rules they should be equal..

                                    Conductor charged full fare of 11 year child and upon opposing the over charge he misbehave with us.
                                    Bus route: jahu to chandigarh 4:40 am
                                    Boarding station: bhager, bilaspur, h. P.
                                    Destination: chandigarh
                                    Journey date: 12/01/2018

                                    It doesn't matter whether conductor taken full fare of my child, but conductor should be aware of rules. I have visited the hrtc website and it is clearly mentioned on site that below 12 years passenger half the ticket amount shall be charged.

                                    I along with my friends was travelling in AC Travellor (HP 72 B 5771) from Manali to Shimla. The conductor was not switching the AC ON and when we said to switch it on he misbehaved with us in foul language. There was even a foreigner, what sort of image will he carry of our services? Prompt action must be taken in this regards.

                                      I am complaining for the conductor and especially the driver of the bus with registration no hp 72a 5069 which left una at around 12 :40 and reached chandigarh at around 3:20 on 15/01/2018.
                                      Firstly, we were given tickets from the counter at 12 and we have to wait for around 30 minutes at the bus stand for the bus to arrive but that can be ignored considering the demand of the buses to chandigarh.
                                      Secondly, my final destination was pgi so it is convenient for me to stop at 40-41 chowk and i asked the conductor band driver to stop the bus there but the declined it saying they have some kind of order to not stop anywhere between phase 6 and 43 isbt. It was an urgent matter so i insisted, but the driver replied me harshly his exact words were "chup chap be jaa jaake" and to that i replied in an insisting voice that it's necessary for me to stop but they kept on declining and after my desired destination passed and i said "what could ve happened i[censored] did stop for two seconds" in a frustrated voice then the driver threatened me by saying "saari behas ji utaar deni teri ethe hi laa dena" meaning he was threatening to push me out or something in that context.

                                      My request is that action should be taken against the driver and conductor for such aggressive behavior.

                                        I was supposed to board bus from tehsil chowk kangra but the bus in which i was supposed to go did not stop at the prescribed bus stop. And my trip got cancelled. At the time i booked the ticket at the ticket counter the person asked me my alternating boarding point i told him tehsil chowk he entered my boarding point online and took my phone number so that i could be informed in case i was late on my boarding point. I was right on time and the bus crossed right in front of me neither i received a call nor did the bus stop. There should be a strict action taken regarding this complaint. I lost my money my precious time in this process. The ticket alone cost me 1145rs plus i lost an important day of my life my ticket number is md12148. I was supposed to travel from kangra to delhi by himsuta volvo scania 2×2.
