I am vinay joshi. I am trying to cancel the ticket booked from shimla to delhi for 16-jun-2018. I am unable to do so because the site says down because of maintenance activity. Given below are the details:

Price : 1830

Customer care contacted on number [protected] is really rude and not ready to accept that the site is down. He is not even revealing his name. We are trying past 2 hours.
Please assist.

    I am in the bus hp38c from chandigarh to jasur timing is 3:20 departure from chandigarh. I got issue in window closed by another customer which is in backside of my seat. I got issue in taking breath. Please help me as soon as possible. My seat no is 18, 19. Please help me to resolve the issue. Other customer is saying me that she have child's with they need more breath.

One ticket was cancelled and there was message for refund in two days. But till 14/06/2018 I have not received the refund in my Paytm. Please refund my amount at the earliest.

      14 jun 18. Travelled from delhi to dharamshala with family hrtc volvo. Journey started at 7.30pm. Around 10 pm when we asked the bus staff to stop for food he told us that their superior order is to stop at mirchi restaurant which is near ambala and it will come at around 1130 pm.
      It is not understood that for getting commission from the restaurent hrtc putting their orders to customer. Is it the time to take food at midnight. How children can stay without food. Drastic experience.. I never travel again with hrtc.. Bad system....

        Today bus no. Hp_ b 6250 simla mamlig left 2 minutes early @ 8:28 from old bus stand so i missed the bus. It can be verified by cctv in the bus and tickets as compared to previous days. I boarded another bus to reach totu at 8:48 but didn't get it. So i took a short cut, walking, and got the bus at badheri. I asked the driver why he took out the bus 2 min. Early. He said that you can complain to anyone. I may have ignored it but his audacity forced me to write this complaint. As he is local even other passengers sided with him. But if masses are with the wrong it doesn't make it right. It is not a big issue, but as today it was immunisation day at satrol, his mistake would have caused public inconvenience as small children would have had to wait for another half hour. It is humbly requested that the drivers should be instructed to strictly follow the timings because even being early is sign of inefficiency.

        I was booked tickets or AC Volvo (himsuta) in Kangra bus station from McLeod ganj to New Delhi..I wanted to book the bus for 8:15 PM on 9th June 2018 ..they booked it for 8:15 AM ..due to which I missed the bus thinking it is in evening..I had my family along with kid that was a big problem I want a refund for my ticket
        While travelling in chamunda shimla route it was very poor food provided in chamakri bridge the standard was so low that it is not in the condition that any human being can eat that food

          Today I had traveled to dharamshala from gharoh in n nurm hrtc bus... It was the worst experience I had ever have. Driver was very rude n had very bad language skills. He was misbehaving with everyone while driving.. He was in hurry Nd not stopped bus in the stoppages. On one stop conductor has whistled to stop the bus for passenger he spoke very rudely to conductor. The bus conductor was female staff. I feel very owkward. Again n again he was misbehaving wid the female conductor because she has whistled to stop the bus for pessanger.. he said why are u whistling, she said there is pessanger who is running to take the bus. Then he replied I know that I have to stopthe bus or not... When we all find him wrong we questioned him for his misbehaviour. Then he started misbehaving wid us also... The experience was very bad. He was very rude n full of anger... Conductor was doing her duty but I thought driver was not good in work at all.. he stopped the bus at dharamshala bus stand. After that when I returned from market he was again started misbehaving wid me n my mother as he identified us n said now I will never stop the bus on it stations. Said U have to travel in ur personal vehicle.. I was shocked with his reaction. He is an employee, he has no right to speak this rubbish with any of pessanger specially ladies... I does not had control on his toung... This is my request to CGM n MD of HRTc that please control these people n do useful on my complete.. kindly take action against this driver as soon as possible...

            This is not a complaint but a suggestion to hrtc department... As our himachal buses are almost travelling in. Many of the cities and states with allover all facilities but there is no ac or deluxe or semi deluxe to jalandhar.. I request to department of hrtc to please look out for this matter and. As. Much soon bus must be provided to jalandhar.. It would be helpful to people travelling to jalandhar and near by places... I would hope. That my suggestion must be conformed thank you.

              I am standing at mandi bus stand right now (2:29 am), waiting for the bus since three hours now, me with my parents, they are also at discomfort right now, this is really hopeless and harrassing, no documentation of the bus, ticket was prebooked on 2/06/2018, stuck money, waste of time and we are really helpless. We are not even sure if the bus has been scheduled or will it reach at mandi. This is definitely not expected being a government transport organisation.
              Please update the timing of actual reaching of the above said bus at mandi for avoiding any inconveniences.

                At inquiry centre of chd busstand sector 43 when i asked for the next bus to kangra the lady said that i am eating food (Lunch) but she was about to... She doesn't hv opened her lunch box.. I want you to please have a check on all these sections.. One says that ask at inquiry centre when we arrived there the lady said come after lunch.. Where the public will go...! Again i request to check..!

                  In shimla local buses. Is music system allowed or not. If allowed than what is volume label is fixed.
                  My complaint is simply about music system in buses. Sir from last few months i observing that in private local buses music system is loudly playing and due to this passengers disturbing and we also can't talk on mobile properly. And as we all know that music system is biggest reson of accident also.

                    The driver of the bus number hp63 a 4721 was driving very rash and had almost hit our car. The # was overtaking on a very narrow road.
                    No wonder the buses just fall off the clif so often and the governing bodies they don't care about people' s lives. They just have to give a licence to an ammatuer irresponsible driver and place hundreds of live at stake.

                      I'm here to complain about having very less buses to hamirpur! As a distt hamirpur must have more buses for transportation.. At night! We have to wait around 2 to 3 hours or more than that from chandigarh at night mainly to the span of morning 5-7 and evening 5:30 to 9! N the crowd for hamirpur is very high too! Its not easy to always get a seat! And the hrtc online site for the enquiry and for booking the tickets is very bad.. Too much issues for enquiry of buses

                        Hrtc kullu sent an ordinary bus instead of the deluxe... On 27 may 2018 at 7:45 am. Causing discomfort n inconvenience. What about the extra fare we had paid on booking. Also the ordinary bus no hp 66a2597 had puncture near mandi... Disgusting and poor service of hrtc... Pathetic traveling experience... What about the refund of our time n money...😠why aren't the buses checked thoroughly by the driver n conductor before heading to a long journey...

                              Cunductor refused to give ticket from chandiagrh to moginand. He said stop is not described in their list rather that they gave ticket for nahan which is almost 15 km away from moginand. Even he agrees to give ticket for kalaamb which is near about 7 km before moginand. They always do this thing they never gave ticket to the stations in between. And i guess the route is same then what is the problem for giving the tickets for the station mentioned above kindly take some strict actions against them. It create so much inconvenience to us.

                                The conductor who was on duty with the bus no. Hp12f 0991 coming from manali to delhi misbehaved with me and others when i had asked him for charging rs 2 more then the exact fare by giving ticket no. 159474 dated 25/5/2018 14:30. Being senior citizen, i request that action must be taken against him and this conductor sholud not be deputed in public dealings. He also rude and denied the passangers not to sit in the bus whereas the seats were avaiailable.

                                  I'm on board of HRTC bus with my ill wife. After a continuous run of 7 hours, bus stopped @ Sarai Bharatgarh Dhaba. We visited to the reception for meal. I requested for one plate food, suddenly it's manager started insisting that"only one will eat on one plate"

                                  I strongly oppose this rubbish @ British Rulers thought in Independent India. No one has the right to decide what & how should I eat. This is a breach of the fundamental rights given to a person who is a citizen of India.

                                  On the other hand, it's also a matter of investigation that why this bus was stopped only @ this particular place where food smugglers are ready to bite in their own ways.

                                  We have started journey again and still hungry. Tell me why this happened and who is responsible for this inconvenience I am facing. Here I claim my full refund as well as a strict action against the people who are involved in this nexus with food smugglers. Kindly inform ASAP.

                                    This is to bring to ur notice that we are regular users of hrtc and board the delhi-manikaran bus from sabzi mandi chowk almost daily due to our job at jari. But today the bus came half an hour late at 9:10 instead of the usual time of 8:40. Ok... That is fine... But to our astonishment the driver didn't stop the bus, despite our signal. This is not done. I want an explanation from the driver for this. We were late for the duty due to this stupid driver. He is at no power to not to stop the bus for public. N because of this we have to suffer.

                                    The delhi manikaran bus which crosses the sabzi mandi chowk at bhuntar at 8:40 am reached here at 9:10 am. Although it was half an hour late we waited for the bus... But when we signalled the bus to stop, the driver ignored and didn't stop. I want the driver on duty to explain the reason for this act of his and also the concerned officers to take action against him so that this is not repeated in future with any other person. The bus no was hp31a 8869 bilaspur depot. The bus had many vacant seats. This attitude of driver is not acceptable. He is no authority of the bus. Hrtc is for public and the driver is on job to carry the passengers and not to move the vacant bus to and fro. Kindly get the driver concerned to explain his status. Thanks.

                                      R/ sir here with inform you that on date 20/05/2018 i have book my seat in hrtc chamba ac deluxe bus from pathankot... But when the bus come the driver does not stop the bus... At evening time i also ask to enquire department chamba but they are not given me conductor no. For this happening i m not attend the today duty... So please take serious action about this matter and refund my ticket amount. I also attached the my ticket... Thanks and regards..
