Sir,
I am sahil chauhan from shimla. The reason behind writing here is the matter of public interest. I am working as an engineer in wapcos ltd and deployed to hpsebl kumar house. I live in at panthaghati and i have to travel everyday either through public transport or private buses. Today, when i was going office in the morning, i was misbehaved by the conductor of rajindra bus which is destined to summer hill. I don't know the exact name but he is a tall man and regular to this bus with this rude behaviour the bus exit the old bus stand at around 10.30.
It is not only i, who suffered this inconvenient and disrespected from his childish nature and rude behaviour, but the many who were travelling in the bus that time. I need the administration and other concerned department to please look after as this is the serious issue this time. The same issues i felt so many times with senior citizens, ladies as well.
Please look after this and necessary action against him may be taken. If i am wrong at my level, you can depute any officer as a random traveller and can have a look after the issue.

    There was non receiving of phone at shimla bus stand tutikandi, new shimla bus stand, solan bus stand giving a mental harrassment to me. Neither any one picked up the phone nor the conductor/driver of volvo of 11:26 pm from solan to delhi contacted before the boarding point. He contacted after he have crossed the boarding point and moreover he indulged in a quarrel after giving a call 5-6 kms (Near sanwara) after crossing the boarding point. (Dharampur). He didnot stop the bus and after crossing 5-6 kms when he gave the first call then again and again he called to pretend that it is our mistake. He firstly said we are waiting in sanwara then again next call and said waiting in jabli then again next call waiting in koti. When i reached there he again indulged in the quarel. I appreciate the gesture of him giving the call but the way of talking is not acceptable and he let me catch the after crossing 15-20 kms from the boarding point leading to harrasment in midnight. So kindly look in the matter, your action in this regard be obliged

      Fake information is given to the people of chowari that the hrtc bus route chowari to. Shimla is being book and the people don't allowed to sit in seats 2-25, but this chowari station is not available in online booking and even in chowari their is no booking station that mean the pre booking can't be done. The conductor and driver were being rude and harsh and not being not able to answer our questions. Strict action should be taken against this inconvenience of hrtc staff.

        I want to complain about not providing fare concession while travelling in himachal on bhai dooj. If it has been written all over the news papers that all women will be travelling free on this day then why do i have to pay. If you can't implement your services then you should not fool the common people. I am travelling from una to solan and details of my ticket are attached herewith. Kindly help the needy ones and look into the matter.

          I want to bring your notice to the places the bus "himsuta" chandigarh to kullu/manali has been stopping. Its the second time i have got food poisoning due to the poor choice of places the bus stops at. This is not the first time i have got food infection and many people trust hrtc and your services it should not be taken lightly. I request the bus to be asked to atop at a proper place.

          Food service are poor quelity as per ur approved dhaba in ur language but in our its rehari fadhi type food in ur stops.

            Myself yashpaul and my mother is cancer patient under treatment at igmc shimla vide rt no. 3353/15. Further i want to complaint for reservation rules are no followed by hrtc department in hp, especialy at hrtc booking counter shimla for way no. 2 booking (I. E. For shimla to hamirpur).
            They say that after online booking and counter booking if any seats remain free then that seat is provided to cancer paitent (For cancer pass patient), otherwise no seat reserved for cancer patient. I also enclose the pass photo for ready referance. And against this pass the reservation window refuse to give seat or reservation in shimla chamba bus departure time 5pm and for next shimla chamba bus which is scheduled to departure at 6:30 pm.
            It is also intimated that there is no option provided for cancer pass patient in online portal of hrtc

                Dear sir,
                I had booked three tickets from kullu to shimla on 8th oct. 2017 in kullu shimla non - stop bus. I had to board in the bus at jhiri (Dr. Y. S. Parmar university field extension centre) and was waiting there for the bus since 4:45 am to 5:35 am. A bus crossed from here at 5:04 am but it did not stopped inspite of waving my hand to stop the bus. I kept on trying the phone numbers but all were engaged. Due to all this i had to face a lot of problem had to hire a taxi from bajaura to mandi. You are therefore requested to address my complaint as soon as possible and refund my fare.

                I had cancelled a ticket on 30th of september 2017 and i had to get a refund of 169 rupees..its been more than 10 days.The money is not refunded in my account.

                  When i am travel with hrtc bus dhali to kingal in that bus cunductor treat me very bedly he spek very bdly and when i am asking something so that time he said you are not only one person who r paying money. If you are haring this kind of people in your bus so no one can travel with hrtc

                    Today when i came from school the bus conductor beaten me very hardly 2 times. The bus number is 2956. I also want to hit him hardly two times. And he took all my information too the time was 3:15 pm and the bus was chandigarh. I want the justice either take him out of service or i will complain in the police station. So please do me this favour my cheeks are warm now too.

                      Respected sir/ mam, sorry to point out that no lavotary services i. E. Bathroom/ washroom services are available on mata chintpurni bus station (Under construction) except one board indicating that toilets are this side/बाथरूम इधर हैं, thus making a joke of people as well as h. P. Govt. Atleast kindly arrange the facility on the analogy of isbt mandi, while it was under construction, thus bringing a relief to all pilgrims as well as other commuters. Thanx with regards,

                        Today dated 02, october 2017,
                        I boarded hrtc bus hp 69 2549,
                        From hrtc bus stand bilaspur at 1:00 pm.

                        I got ticket at extra cost on the name of special bus service from bilaspur to chandigarh of rs. 230.

                        Which is about rs. 40 more then normal bus fare.

                        As we started from bilaspur in first 10 kilometer bus fought by some seviour fault, observed as the loud nocking sound came from left rear wheels, and after crossing nauni driver stopped bus at one automobile repair shop for 10-15 minutes.

                        About 3 pm bus again stopped at swarghat for repair at private shop.

                        And still all passenger's waiting from last half hour, and still we are nowhere.

                        Does hrtc provides such experience in the name of special services.

                        Request to avoid such situations and improve the services.

                          We traveled in 9.45 am volvo bus from shimla to delhi with seat no. 15, 19 & 20. With primary passenger name s. Yogish mobil e no. [protected].

                          We reached kashmiri gate isn't delhi bus depot at 6.20 pm, while getting down, we forgot to collect the plastic bag big size with ezone print containing manali apple, anbar, & japanese apple total weighing arrondissement 4 to 5 kg.

                          While the bus left, we remember and & again went back to bus depot & checked, we could not locate the bus.

                          I don't remember the bus no. Or crew numbers.

                          Can we get back the bag. Please help.

                              Hello sir the bus service for theog to bhaj is not good. Sometimes they never come.. Or even they come to half of the root. What is this...?? Sometimes they told that bus is having technically issue we can't go. Every month bus goes with technically issue.. The bus driver and conductor do their own free will to not go today. And no services in sundays.. Please i am student and if you can resolve this issue so please... I can only write mail for you.. Please do some action.

                                  On 19th sep i had booked a ticket for my parents from chandigah to dharamshala. The bus name was ac luxury mini bus. It was ac mini bus. We got into the bus at 4.30 pm. During the travel there was some mechanical problem (Breakdown) in the bus and driver has stopped the bus near to chintpurani (Himachal pradesh). Bus driver and conductor tried to repaired the bus but it was some major problem. They reported that issue to their higher authority and no action has been taken by their seniors. All the passengers were waiting for another bus for more than 2 hrs and finally all the passengers boarded in to ordinary bus which was coming from another route and no seat was available in that ordinary bus. As hrtc charged for ac bus but half of the journey was covered by ordinary bus. It is so shameful that hrtc is giving 3rd class service to the passengers. Kindly take strict action against hrtc.

                                    Respected sir,
                                    It is kindly brought to your kind notice that the hrtc booking office, allocate the back seats for cancer patient (E. G. 32 to 34 or 37 to 39 or 43 to45) wheather for normal person they gives forward seats. Its not the problm of one time, but from last 2 years with my mother who are a cancer patient at igmc shimla. It is requested to direct ur staff to allocate at least middle seats or forward seat. That a patient could travel hassal free.

                                      Online booked a ticket for ac delux 9 30 pm for 19/09/2017
                                      Deducted the money but the stuatus is a failure... Helpline number is not attending the call plus he's cutting off the call. My reg no isob[protected].. If can't operate these thing why the he'll your doing then... I need a refund back but nobody is answering or in spite of that they are cutting the call

                                        I have travelled in hrtc bus coming from delhi to terrace or chintpurni.
                                        It stopped at una bus stand for 50 minutes for no reason.
                                        I wonder if this is the stoppage time of long route buses of hrtc (Himachal pradesh)
                                        What will happen in short route bus..
                                        I have to walk in night for 4 km due to this wastage of time to reach my home.
