Hi,

This is in regards on miss behavior of hrtc ticket counter.

My name is rajeev sharma today 9th jan2018 i was travelling from delhi to hamirpur hp.

I am new in delhi today when i arrived at kashmiri gate bus stand around 8:00 inquire about bus timings from counter's on 1st floor and they told me that your bus will arrive around 8:40 at counter no 19 or maybe 20.

When i reached there and asked for ticket person who was there named (Kushal) very rudely said your bus is already gone at 8:20. So again i asked him to tell me next bus on same root, too rudely he replied "oye this is not a enquiry counter". I simply asked a small question "if you can't answer then who will".

Now my question from you is being a common man i pay all kinds of my taxes to indian government and i think i have a right to know why you hair this kind of disgusting people who even don't know how to speak with someone.

I want a strict action against this person "kushal who was saying" tujhe jahan complete karni hai kar le " and who give him rights to speak rudely with customers.
If it's happened when the me i this you guys are doing this with another customer also.

I need a reply from you. I had a words with someone on call also.

    Hi,

    I would like to inform you that today (29-December-2017) Himsut Volvo (Delhi to Kangra) departed at delay of 20 minutes and the reason behind this is illegaly non-scanned packed material stored in Bus Luggage space which neither food item nor any of passenger luggage.
    After arrival from Kashmiri Gate Bus stand, The driver has stopped bus outside may be to earn extra money or any illegal wrong activity he is thinking. Bus no. is HP-72B-6566 and travel time is 10:40 PM.
    All passengers worring to understand that why driver keeping all untracked packed matieral as it may carry explosion. After many question ask to conductor .. He said that because of old relationship with driver a person kept his material to transport and he (condutor) even wasn't knew that perosn who kept his packages into bus luggage space.

    As an indian person Its my right to know what material is travelling with me in public bus so I'm asking the same to you. And I would like you to take action on it so every person sleep without worrying or thinking illegal activities.

      Today i am at nagrota. I am physically challenged. I have to travel to mandi today but bus driver didn't stop bus even after giving the sign to stop the bus. Bus was travelling from pathankot to sundernagar. Its not how government employees work. I am physically challenged so its duty of driver to stop the bus. its public property not his own.i will look forward for your response.

        Sir, with profound regards i am here to state that the time since you have ameliorated your website it has proven substandard/dissatisfactory to me as well as to my colleagues. Earlier when i used to book a ticket from sunder nagar to holta (Palampur) it was quite easy and simple but now even palampur station is no more in your dropping point. Here i am talking about sundernagar-chamba bus that leaves 05.15 pm in evening from sundernagar because i travel only in evening or night. You may have upgraded your website for betterness o[censored]s but i didn't found anything better in this as now only 4 stations are perceptible and the nearest station is dharamshala. Sir, why should i pay ₹40-50 more when i have to drop at palampur. When i discussed the same problem at sundernagar bus-stand ticket enquiry counter, they shouted at me and said talk to head office shimla. This was really very embarrassing for me. Sir, it's a request to you that kindly add palampur station for this (Sundernagar-chamba) bus service as i have a problem while traveling in day or morning.

          The service for food and tea at the dhaba near amb is very bad. The prices of the commodities are increased as per the wish of the dhaba owner. The behaviour is very rude to the customers. The dhaba owner treat people as if he can talk to anyone in anyway and when we ask him that why certain changes, then he talk in a way as if he will beat us up. Please request you to change the stoppage to a better place.

            I am daily customer of hrtc at hamirpur.
            Now days most of the bus drivers and conductors use loud music in buses. They fit their own music systems in buses. Which causes noise pollution. Also some college students use their mobile phones for loud music. We now there are different types of peoples travel in buses. Most of them don't like load music because of their different types of situations. Loud music causes hypertension, disturbance etc. Please my request is to solve this problem of music in buses. I shall be thankful to you for this.

              I say that connectors stop the bus next two turn ago. He say that bus not stopped here. I request to connector. But he didn't not stop the bus. He stop the bus 2km distance on my stop. Bus no is hp67 2362. Plz gave punishment hardly. Thanks

                Requested to allow green and yellow cards in HRTC Buses in early hours i.e 0530 hrs. So all card holders gain this facility. All card holders are serving the Nation as Public sector employee or Private sector employee. Individuals are not availing this facility due to later hour timing i.e 0700 to 1900 hours. Please resolve the matter seriously and timely.

                If you are not solve the complaint you must stop this facility of cards.
                Hav u checked any complaints more then 200 and u resolved only 2 what ur % for customer satisfaction. U also a currupt thats why u are not giving the attention to public service.

                Feel when its happened 2 ur family.
                There is no seat belt on the seats next to emergency exit, passengers has to sit holding the seat tight while traveling on distances like delhi to Palampur. Even on middle seat of last seat should have seat belt. you guys are compromising passengers safety even after paying so huge.

                  bus no. hp 67 4828 driver and conductor misbehave and not taken into bus

                  Today me and my family board a bus of hamirpur depot number hp67 4828 from zirakpur bus stand but I shock to see the behaviour of bus conducter and driver. The driver and conductor both are the low level class of employees. It is beyond understanding that how can a public dealing transport appoint such foolish people. The time of travel is 8 pm on 25.11.2017. No doubt both are government employee and govt employees don't care of passengers...

                  Sir this is to inform you that I'm a permanent consumer of hrtc. I like to travel in hrtc thats why I use it very frequently.
                  Today I'm taking the tickets from Chandigarh counter no. 31 and the official seating over their is drunked which is unacceptable in any govt. Services and he is also using abusive language of all the consumers .
                  This is vry shameful for our us to let that type of creature to be in the govt. Services..
                  Plz take a suitable action against the ticket booker. Chandighr..(7:25 pm).

                    Me and my family took himachal roadways bus from chandigarh to dehradun
                    Points -
                    1. Heavy luggage was not asked by conductor and driver to be kept in the luggage box. This caused problem for passengers to move in and out of the bus as it was in passage area
                    2. Bus was overcrowded from ponta saheb to dehradun. Many people having children were allowed to get into the bus and they remain standing from ponta saheb to dehradun even after paying for there tickets.
                    This is really annoying and feeling of getting cheated by state transportation

                    Request to make this better for future travel for people traveling via himachal roadways

                      I travel from delhi to palampur in volvo bus himsuta delhi-bir on 12 november at 0640. While keeping my luggage in the luggage space of the vehicle the driver asked me to pay rs 10 to keep the luggage, when i told it's not mentioned in ticket or website he started misbehaving and told than i must keep the luggage my self in the luggage space. It was extremely shocking as i traveled in volvo from palampur to delhi on 10 but no such charge was asked from the driver or conductor. If this is a corruption incident than would request a inquiry.

                        I daily travel from una to nadaun in the morning as well evening
                        It's matter of date 15th november 2017 evening
                        In bus nalagarh to palampir while traveling i sit on seat 1
                        He also came there and sit on the same seat he didnot think that this seat is for one person this travel was pathetic for me while he also seated there for travel from neharian to nadaun he did call passenger over there for money not given the tickets

                          Just now (7:40 pm) 11th nov an hrtc delux bus which was going to delhi to palampur... Bus conductor of that bus said rs.90 fare wil be charged for journey from kangra to palampur... And believe me that was just disgusting. The bus was call zzomi green in colour... I want hrtc board to take some action against these type of cheap #... The conductor is surely was lucky i was standing at little distance from bus... He saved himself from good beating.

                            A big big non sense has been created at jalandhar bus stand. Your driver and conductor ran away with the bus after leaving all the passangers at bus stand. Bus no is hp28 1896. Amritsar to sarkaghat. Such a bloody # they have created non sense people. We are at jalandhar bus stand with no bus available. What a bloody non sense is going on. Where we will go at middle of the night. We called at your office. Your people are not ready to listen. That bloody in the office is not ready to make any arrangement. He says we cannot do anything you go whereever you want. This is the reply we get in the middle of night from these #. A big bloody system of hrtc. Stop your buses on long routes if you cannot manage. You #.

                              Bus conductor on route chamba to delhi via una himachal on night of 23-oct-2017 did not gave the tickets to multiple passengers. He got the money to put into his pocket. Kindly note that ticket for more than 300 km's of travel was not provided.

                              This is first time i saw happening in hrtc buses as most of the hrtc staff in himachal is honest. I am sorry but i did not note down the bus number.

                              I believe bus checking might prevent this from happening in future. As responsible citizen, reporting it to concerned authority. Kindly take the necessary action. Thank you

                              I was travelling in Non Stop Super Fast HRTC Bus on dated 23.10.2047 which started on 4.45 A.M from Hamirpur to Chandigarh. reaching time of this non stop bus is 9.20 a.m. at Chandigarh but this bus reached at 10.10 a.m. in Chandigarh sector 43 Bus stand due to overloading of passengers. it is serious matter and high risk for passengers.
                              Today 13/11/2017 I want to travel yamunanagar to karnal HP bus no 9725 (HRTC nahan bus) when I ask this bus is going to karnal bypass he says no he says only Delhi person sit in this bus and he behaves me rued and tell me do complaint at complaint office I have video of rued behavior of this conductor name is Mr gaurave
                              This kind of service are reduclus that tooks money but not giving tickets

                              And as per ur checker are staying in nights and noons rests in their rest house or their homes

                              Not doing their job in warm or rain weather.

                                Keylong depot bus, misbehaving conductor in a little far away in parol from palampur, hp-66-4257, bus timings around 2 pm. The conductor misbehaved with the passanger and refused to pick up travellers for long routes and when the passangers complained he said that he is not going to listen to anyone and do as he wants to do. Use of foul language has been done and he shouted at the passengers saying that i have connections in the higher authorities and you cannot do anything to me so i don’t care if you place any complaints online or over the phone or on written basis. I want the higher authorities to go through the case and suspend the conductor for bad misconduct with passengers and foul use of language with the passengers, women and the elderly. This behaviour is highly unacceptable and should be taught a lesson.

                                  The provided time at hrtc road transport corporation’s website for bus from dehradun to shimla was 6:30 in the morning and i booked an online ticket for the same but there was no as such bus available at bus stand at 6:30. Moreover on further enquiring at the bus stand itself the hrtc road transport staff was very ruthless, rude and reluctant in their behaviour. Talking about the consumer helpline number, they aren’t picking the calls. This type of # bus facilities the said corporation provides.
                                  It is my humble request to please increase the frequency of volvo buses in the morning and be punctual in your regard.

                                    We lost a bag (Black colored) full of cbse class xiith text books + note books, stationaries, amway medicine in hrtc volvo bus no. Hp.62d.1054 leaving dehradun on 23/10/2017 evening at 7pm and reaching dharamshala on 24/10/2017 around 5am. The text books and note books are very precious to my son who is appearing for 12th board exam in feb. 2017. Plz help.

                                      I am sahil chauhan from shimla. The reason behind writing here is the matter of public interest. I am working as an engineer in wapcos ltd and deployed to hpsebl kumar house. I live in at panthaghati and i have to travel everyday either through public transport or private buses. Today, when i was going office in the morning, i was misbehaved by the conductor of rajindra bus which is destined to summer hill. I don't know the exact name but he is a tall man and regular to this bus with this rude behaviour the bus exit the old bus stand at around 10.30.
                                      It is not only i, who suffered this inconvenient and disrespected from his childish nature and rude behaviour, but the many who were travelling in the bus that time. I need the administration and other concerned department to please look after as this is the serious issue this time. The same issues i felt so many times with senior citizens, ladies as well.
                                      Please look after this and necessary action against him may be taken. If i am wrong at my level, you can depute any officer as a random traveller and can have a look after the issue.
