I was travelling from shimla to hoshiyarpur on 8th of september 2017 in a hrtc bus which started the trip on 5:30 pm from shimla and it was gonna reach my destination by 1:30 am, the driver refused to go to hoshiyarpur bus stand and said that he was gonna leave me in the jungle which was about 5 kms before the city and the driver even misbehaved and shouted on me saying that he was not gonna leave me in the city. I want the hrtc to take a serious action against them.

    Hrtc has removed all semi deluxe non ac buses from road. This is very unfair measure took up by government. Frequent flyers from delhi to himachal (Hometown) were much satisfied with semi deluxe bus for night journey as it gave comfortness of sleeping by pulling back the seat and was easy on pocket. Now we have nothing but to travel in normal hrtc buses which are not comfortable for night journey.

    Solution : hrtc should run again semi deluxe buses.

        बस के परिचालक के द्वारा पूर्ण जानकारी प्राप्त न किये ही टिकट काटना हम 4 यात्री जिसमे कि 1 को पोंटा से सेलाकुई एव 3 को पोंटा से प्रेमनगर तक सफर करना था लेकिन परिचालक के द्वारा 4 यात्रियों की पोंटा से देहरादून तक की टिकट काटी गयी है
        मेरा आपसे अनुरोध है कि अपने परिचालको को पूर्ण प्रशिक्षण दे
        जरूरी नही हर यात्री को बस सेवा के अंतिम पड़ाव तक ही सफर करना हो
        परिचालक को यात्रियों से पूछ कर ही टिकट काटना चाहिये ।

          Sir,
          I have booked a ticket on route from hamirpur to chandigarh on 24th august, 2017 from h. R. T. C site for 26th august, 2017 but at 12 o'clock i come to no that all the routes to chandigarh punjab and haryana were cancelled due to the security reasons then i called the hrtc refund counter they told me that you refund will be given to me in 3 or 4 days but still now didn't got my refund. My ticket number is [protected]and my transaction id is ob[protected]

          Stoppage at dhaba at sanwara. I eat two chapati and dal for Rs 80-. It's too much. No bill was given. Pl stop such a huge expenditure. Every time I travel in het experience such kind of explotation.

            On[protected] i was riding on bus no. - hp 66 1058 from mandi to jahal (Leaves at 4:00pm from mandi). The pilot on duty was driving very fast and was also quite abusive to pessangers upon taking with other regular pessangers i get to know that he does this quite very often. These days no. Of accidents increasing day by day so driving like this would surely increase them. Kindly, i want the mandi bus stand authority to take action against him as anything obvious could happen in near future which could lead to a big loss. It's the matter of concern so hoping that the action will taken as soon as possible.

              I booked on line ticket from my hrtc login id from chintpurni to delhi and the time on the ticket was 21:30 hours but when i reach there i get to know that the bus gone from the stand at 20:00 hours
              When i reach i get to know that there is no bus on that time after that i check the hrtc counter but there is no one to guide me

              Sir, I have cancelled the ticket no [protected] for 25.08.17 and cancel on 24.08.17 before 8 pm. As per your policy after 10% deduction refund initiated but in my case only RS 538 refund intititaed from RS 1290. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful. Mbl no [protected]

                Sir, the hrtc services in new shimla area of shimla is very poor.. Sometimes 5-6 buses came in one time sometime we have to wait for more than hours.. The bus drivers and conductors are extremely non punctual.. They just waste our time and.. They just wasting government revenue.. They donot bother about us. They are wasting so much of time here and there.. Sometimes 5-6 buses are going to either 3 or 4 sector and we are waiting in 2nd sector for their return but neither of those 6 buses return till 45 minutes.. Besides going 6 buses we have waited fo almost an hour. So plese take appropriate action to those kamchor driver and conductors.

                  I want to say that I booked a ticket of hrtc bus online for 26 Aug 2017 from Delhi ISBT Kashmiri gate to Sujanpur HP of

                    While traveling on hrtc pathankot bus route pathankot to chandigarh on[protected], i take bus at rehan for una conducter not accepted my smart card he said this is only for 40 km authorise but as my knowledge for 40 km green card and for long journey smart card use and i have smart card. No discount given me on smart card and ticket fare is 126 rs and he not give me 4rs back

                      Above mentioned bus made accident with our bike on dharamshal to pathankot road at 12:30 pm. Driver stops bus and we were far behind from bus suddenly bus came back and roll over us and our bike and made injuries to us and bike when we talked to driver and conductor they were fighting with us and threatens us to kill us

                        Hello sir,
                        I am a traveller of himsuta (Hp 63 7550) dated 27/08/2017 from dharamshala to delhi. We were supposed to reach delhi at 05:00 am but we reached at 07:20am.
                        - this bus took this trip like a passenger bus, stopping everywhere to pick/drop passengers.
                        - the driver was not aware of the route to delhi so few times he was confused which route to take.
                        - stopped for dinner at a place where there were very dirty toilets, so lady passengers were not able to use them. A gentleman aged about 60 yrs told that his wife needs to use washroom. Then only they cared to stop (After 7 hrs the journey started)
                        - told everyone to get off at sector 43 in chandigarh, but few students refused, they said sector-17 is also in your route, after arguing they took them to sector-17.
                        -meanwhile the driver seemed to enjoy his long night drive at 60km/hr, without caring to reach the destination at time, and watching every motored vehicle (Car, tempo, truck, other hrtc himsuta bus) overtaking us.
                        - this journey/mental torture ended at 07:20, where i had almost missed my next day appointments.

                        Overall my himsuta experience was much worse than my previous hrtc travels.

                              Myself ishan and my dad is a patient after the treatment from pgimer we got volvo bus from chandigarh to kangra approximately 2:30 pm. I asked conductor and the person who was giving ticket's to give us ticket in the middle of the bus but he forcely gave us ticket in the last bench when i asked to give me front seat he misbehaved with me and said that bus is going so we get in the bus. Even conductor was not listening to us and give seats to the passengers of anandpur sahib and una in the bus only.

                                There is a requirement of bus service from hamirpur to dharamshala direct in the morning betwwen 5to6am, keeping in mind the huge number of people who travel from hamirpur to kangra and dharamshala daily. This is also to be informed that a previously running bus at 6in the morning was cancelled and is causing huge chaos among the people traveling daily. So kindly acknowledge thos problem and find an accurate solution.

                                  I am travelling in hrtc himsuta volvo buses since it had been introduced in hrtc i am very thankfull to hrtc for this buses as it provide me with pleasure journey but some of your services are not being provided to us that is television entertainment i asked conductor about it but he replied "kharab hai" i travelled same bus like 4 times this year but still there is no improvement on this, so all i am asking that kindly look forward to this issue

                                    unauthorized/access bus fare

                                    On dated 18/8/17, i traveled in hrtc bus no hp-69-a0598 from nadaun to hamirpur.
                                    Distance =28 km
                                    Bus fare is 28x1.44=40.32 +2.00 (Insurance charges)=42.32 rounded to rs =42.00
                                    Concession of green card i. E. 25% total concession=42.32 x25/100=10.58 rounded to rs=11.00
                                    Therefor total fare rs 42-11=31.
                                    But the conductor has charged rs 33.00
                                    The bus conductor has charged unauthorized/excess bus...

                                    On dated 18/8/17, I traveled in HRTC bus No HP-69-A0598 from Nadaun to Hamirpur.
                                    distance =28 KM
                                    Bus fare is 28X1.44=40.32 +2.00(Insurance Charges)=42.32 rounded to Rs =42.00
                                    Concession of Green Card i.e. 25% total concession=42.32 X25/100=10.58 rounded to Rs=11.00
                                    Therefor total Fare Rs 42-11=31.
                                    But the conductor has charged Rs 33.00
                                    the bus conductor has charged unauthorized/excess bus fare from me and made fun of me that it is matter of Rs 2 only. My issue/matter is not of Rs 2 but it is a matter o[censored]nauthorized /excess fare and request for justice and penalise the defaulter.The bus No is HP 69 A 0598. It was going from Dharamshala to Bilaspur. It left Nadaun at 5.15 Pm to Hamirpur. it was of Bilaspur depot.

                                      Respected madam/sir

                                      This complaint is about the hrtc booking office at isbt delhi kashmere gate.

                                      I booked a ticket from delhi to vaknaghat (Shimla) through hrtc online booking portal for 13/08/2017 of hrtc himsutta volvo bus.
                                      The bus timings were - departure at 10:30 pm from delhi isbt kashmere gate.
                                      My boarding place was singhu border which i entered at the time of booking and was also mentioned in the online generated ticket.
                                      I was trying to contact at the booking counter for the bus number and conductor contact number on 13/08/2017 evening but there was no response.
                                      As i am a regular traveller of hrtc so usually i receive a call from the bus conductor that the bus will be arriving at this time at your boarding place but on 13/8/17 there was no call from hrtc
                                      Although i was waiting at my boarding place and waited till 12 am, meanwhile was trying different contact numbers given on hrtc website, called on :[protected],[protected]No response)

                                      I called gm hrtc shimla division but he replied its midnight and he is not able to help me at the time.
                                      Although at 12.5 am himsutta volvo delhi to shimla passed from there i with my family members followed the bus and then asked the driver then he replied that the bus is not the same that was the bus which started at 11.00 pm from isbt kashmere gate, then he mentioned that there is hrtc white color bus and the bus is at sheesh mahal restaurant murthal, u have car u can catch the bus from there we don't have seats empty with us,
                                      Then we reached at sheesh mahal and the bus was there we asked them about the scenario and showed them the ticket then the conductor mr rajeev mentioned thet due to some reasons the volvo bus was cancelled and this bus white color new ac bus is coming in place of that bus and he mentioned that he is not having any list of passangers with him and the passengers who hv booked for this there remaning fare was refunded at the booking counter at kashmere gate isbt and the booking counter staff didn't given any information about my reservation to the conductor.

                                      Although the conductor mr rajeev was very kind he understood my problem, he called someone of his senior and i was able to board the bus that time, and in the morning mr rajeev (Conductor) refunded me ₹210/- and i have given him a written receiving of the same on a paper.

                                      During this incident my family members suffered a lot that they had to come near about 20 kilometers one side for catching the bus at midnight. We all were very tensed and helpless.

                                      Throughout this incident i only want the hrtc should take action against the booking office delhi isbt staff-
                                      1. For not informing the conductor about my booking.
                                      2. For not informing me as a passenger about the bus shuffling and the refund process although the have all details with them i. E, passanger's contact no. Seat no. Ticket no. And boarding place.
                                      3. For presenting wrong contact details at hrtc website which are always not working or invalid or if we call them then they never talk properly talk rudly.

                                      I m harshit jaiswal my hrtc user id har_90 my mobile no [protected] and email Id [protected]@gmail.com, please resolved my issue i m doing a booking from manali to delhi himsuta bus from hrtc so my transaction done amount deducted but ticket not done and amount not refund to my credit card so please refund my amount
