On 14/02/2014 around 10 PM HPCL Dealer B.S. Bhatia & Co. filled Petrol in My Car Maruti Ritz CG04HC1428 . On Next day when I tried to start my Car I was unable to start it and was I didnt understood the reason for it and was unable to attend my Very important meeting. On 17th Feb 2014 after a Sunday, when I called Company personnels for verification of the reason they were also unable to find it out ad ultimately my Car had to be toed and taken to Authorized Company Service Centre . On detailed checking of my Car and unable to find any fault in it, they further Checked the Petrol & fuel tank upon which they found Water and outside particles in it. The same was because of One of your Dealer B.S. Bhatia & Co. from whom I unfortunately filled Petrol in my Car. HPCL is therefore requested to have a detailed survey on the Dealer and compensate me for its irresponsibility and poor Quality Petrol . Hoping to see some immediate action from your side.

    Our gas company dealer has already made a complaint in this matter. no action is initiated from your side.
    i request you to deposit the amount in to my Savings bank account mentioned above at the earliest.

      my name is peruri perayya aged 80 years, senior citizen, during the aadhar linkup the HP gas agency asked me to sumbit aadhar no.with xerox, bank a/c no. I submitted the same. But unfortunately the subsidy amount is not getting t
      ransfer to my a/c right from the begining. I approached the hp gas agency and bank people, but no action has been taken so far. being an old man i could not able to approach frequently for the above problem, kindly take immediate action for transfering the same.

        Dear sir,

        In kothamangalam-ernakulam-kerala 686691 only one agency for large area & monopoly.

        This is from thrikkariyoor -3km away from kothamangalam town-kochi-686692

        Now for few years they are bring house hold gas cycilenders in 40ft x 12ft national permit truck/lorry. & delivery in main road & junctions only.

        Those who requires refilling they should arrenge your own vehciles, rush to the junction or main road & collect. Those who reach first they only gets.

        In this regards your enquiry commity or investigation officers or agencies can check with customers in houses.

        You can able to see cycilenders kept infront of every house with chain lock. But charges the full amount for delivery also.

        15 days once or monthly once in particuler day delivery in junctions only. That auto rishows & other public carrier drivers, shop keepers are keeping their cyclinders & their dear & near people's cycilders in junctions & collecting - there itself finishing. Tarred pocket roads they are not comming.

        Old people, ladies, handicaped, disable persons, day time working people all find it very defficult to get

        Make ensure that as per law & contract this to be delivered in homes - kitchen conneted.

        Hopes you will do the needful for direct enquiry, feed back, checking then make delivery as per law - hp.

          my consumer no. is 720792. i had booked 8th refill cylinder vide booking no. 288927 and subsidized cash memo. no. 198703 dated[protected] and paid rs. 1310. but the subsidy of rs. 839.29 has not been transferred in my account till date whereas the advance of rs. 435 and subsidy of rs. 839.29 towards 9th refill cylinder has been transferred in my account. suggest how would i get that amount.

            sir my HPCL company distributer is aditi gas agency, civil lines sagar, m.p. sir i am very hurt about my distributer every time my distributer delay my refill this time my HP gas booking No. 234710 cleared[protected] but till date not delivered to me. I am contact many time to distributer but his employee miss we have. Pl rectify my complaint.

              Sir/Madam, we have become victim of poor delivery service of HP Gas Agency. 10 days back i booked a cylinder. 2 days after booking the cylinder, it is updated as delivered on their online system. However, as on date i haven't received the cylinder. after, that i am running from piller to post but all in vain. They have started doing mental torture of me.                 This is Parthiban, My distributor TRUPTI ENTERPRISES, Devasandra Main Road, KR Puram, Bangalore - 560036. I booked cylinder on 28.01.14, Booking No 284082, Consumer No 604832. Cash memo 161639 generated on 29.01.2014 and I received message on 30.01.2014 for the Refill delivered on 29.01.14 for the same booking. I Immediately called HP and raised a complaint on 30.01.2014. Till date my refill was not delivered. The issue happened earlier 2 times in last 6 Months from this dealer. I called personally to dealer reported the issue. But still the same problem continues. Previous ref HPGas Booking No 249097 Cash Memo 125703; Dt 24.10.13 and got delivered message on 26.10.13. HPGas Booking No 235628 Cash Memo 112660; Dt 18.09.13 and got delivered message on 20.09.13. I request HP to take immediate action against the dealer and take necessary action against them. Thanks, S. Parthiban
                I did complaint through HP Online forum on 2nd Feb 2014.

                But I don't see any action taken against the above complaint in a serious way.

                Again the same issue happened to me. I booked the cylinder on 03/02/2014 and I received message today as the Refill cylinder delivered on yesterday 18/02/2014. But I had not received the cylinder yet.

                I don't know how the HP allows like this distributors cheating to consumers.

                This creates a bad name on HP service.

                I don't like to see this issue continues in future.

                  I am Sr Citizen Stay alone. My Gas consumer No. 614073. Gas Distributor Darshan Gas Service, Kalwa (West) Thane. I booked my gas on 11.1.2014.My booking no. is 264764. I have not received my gas till today. Phone of Darshan Gas never picked up. Most of the time it is observed kept aside or just ringing. Every consumer has to rush at Darshan's godown / office. They console only that cylinder will be delivered tomorrow but after 19 days I have not received the same. My consumption 3 cylinders per year. Though I have submitted my AADHAR CARD, Bank statement detail etc. Every time they ask for gas pass book which is also shown. I am tired with the supplier. Why this is done?                   I have been wrongly intimated the gas subsidy of some others gas booking to my mobile no and the details are Cash Memo : 150258, Dated:[protected] Bank A/c details : Karur Vysya Bank Agency: Ratna Gas Agency, Pragathi Nagar, Kukatpally, Hyderabad The above detials do not pertain to my booking

                  Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited — Complains against local dealer (HP) - Kota Service Station, Kotri Chauraha, Kota(Raj.)

                  1. Been given less volume of petrol against full value paid. 2. Different volumes of petrol given from two different machines of the same station. 3. Absence of complaint no.(s) on the petrol pump 4. Misconduct and non-cooperation of the employees when tried to inquire.
                  We had booked for HP Gas refill and we got a message with booking no.202016 and cash memo no.171563 on 14.1.2015. But, till date, cylinder is not supplied and when we try to speak to our Ashirwad agency, Bangalore, either the phone numbers 23333555 and 23333257 are engaged or unanswered. LPG subsidy of Rs.568 has been credited to my bank account with reference BZ2SBHP638118 LPGADV[protected] on 14.1.2015 itself. But, we need the cylinder very urgently. Please resolve the issue immediately. When I tried to register a complaint at myhpgas.in, after filling all the details and press submit button, the website goes to "page cannot be displayed". I have not seen a company, which is in service sector but, doesn't have a email address in the website. Nobody attends to the call in the company and no one can question. They enjoy 2 days holiday in a week. What a luxury?

                    To get a gas connection transferred to my name from my late father's name, I have to do the following visits: 1. Visit Dealer who will insist on a Consumer number before they can print out a "format" of the affidavit. 2. Buy Stamp paper of Rs.100 3. Go to some typing guy to get it types. 4. Go to Notary public and leave it there with a 200 rupees fee. 5. Collect it after 3 days. 6. Go to a studio to take 3 photographs 7. Take these back to the Gas dealer. 8. They then give you a KYC form, and tell you what else to bring. 9. Go with all these, and then THESE give you a date & time. 10. Go on that date, but if you miss the time, they will give you another appointment. On the 10th visit, you will know if they need anything more!! Totally 20 Auto Rickshaw trips for an old person. Two ladies sitting at the HP gas agency have absolutely no intention to do anything faster. Looked like they are enjoying annoying you with all these trips, and ultimately getting you to SUBMIT, and Surrender to them because should you show any displeasure, they have the " Power" to get you to make two more visits somewhere!!! Maybe India is spending a lot more fuel than necessary because of these blasted red tapism and the pleasure people take in getting you to walk so many times to them.

                      Vignaharta Gas agency Bhandup East does black marketing of the gas. I have done a Gas booking from HP anytime on 24th Jan 2014. The next day 25th Jan 2014 I received a message saying that the Cylinder will be delivered in a short while, I waited till evening but there was no clue of the cylinder. Then I made a call to the Gas Agency, from where I came to know that the gas has already been sent with the delivery guy from their godown. The agency gave the number of the guy who was bringing the gas cylinder to deliver. We tried to contact the guy named Mani n number of times but he did not answered our call. On the same day we received an SMS from HP anytime with the receipt number stating that the gas was delivered, when we did not received the gas only. Then on 27th Jan 2014 we again called at the agency (Vignaharta Gas Agency) to check the status, from where we were told that they had already sent the gas cylinder and should not bother calling them and try to contact the delivery guy Mani. After several attempts finally Mani received my call at 5pm on 27th Jan, and when we asked about the gas he was very rude and said it will take more 2-3 days. When I told him that I have already received a delivery SMS with the receipt number of the gas delivery done on my account, then he said these things happen. When I sternly told him to deliver the gas on the same day then he said he is not having any gas at that point of time and can only try the next day. My question is when the Agency godown had already released the gas cylinder on my name on 25th Jan, 2014, where did the Cylinder go and who received that cylinder? And if I have not yet received the Gas cylinder then how come I received a receipt as well as delivery confirmation. Now its been 3 days since I have received the delivery confirmation and receipt number(Cash Memo number) where is my gas. Its very obvious that the agency is selling the cylinders in Black market and due to which the consumers are facing issues.

I booked LPG gas cylinder for refilling on 10.1.2014 Booking No. 264764, I have not received Gas till today. Gas service phone is not lifted. I inquire during office hours regularly but no response till today. 4 times it is registered in their log book but not yet supplied. I am Senior Citizen & stay alone.                           My Consumer No :637513, I had Received the Cylinder on 23.01.2013 from Pune - Kiran Agencies, 9 Anchore House, Bank of India Compound, Kondhwa Road, Pune, I had paid Rs.1300/= to the gas supplier person, Cash Memo No:[protected]/01/2014.                             Our Consumer No.is 618593; Distributor Code:7 123320 Distributor Name : S.A.Todankar ;Located at Parel I Have Booked the cylinder(Refill) thru Mobile on 9th Jan 2014 & Booking No.245034;On 17th Jan 2014 SMS received that on HP Gas Booking No.245034 Subsidized Cash Memo 166670 Dated 16th Jan 2014 ;Your Refill will be delivered shortly.Till 23rd Jan 2014 I have not received the cylinder and for the same resaon I have called twice to disributor but always receives useless reply from his employees and this has become regular practice. The distributor must be delivering the booked cylinders to some others & that is the reason never get proper answer to the customers. I request you to take appropriate action against him.

                              I have manually booked one cylinder through distributer’s office on[protected], but this booking status was not shown on online portal. Then I again booked cylinder through online portal on[protected] and finally cylinder delivers to my home on[protected]. I have paid Rs.1052/- for the same. But still I don’t get the Subsidy to my Aadhar card linked account number ( I have already received advance Subsidy of Rs. 435/-). My complaints/Queries are 1. Why I have not received my Subsidy even after 10 days of delivery? 2. When I Checked my online refilling status through consumer portal, my booking still shows open even after 10 days of receiving the Cylinder. 3. One booking and delivery shows on my account on 20.12.2013, but I haven’t booked/received any cylinder after 25/09/2013. So whom this delivery has been done and why? I have registered complaint regarding this on HPGas Consumer Zone on 14.01.2014 with reference no. 13131520. But nobody is not responding. Kindly help me out if possible.                                     I am Dinesh Sahane. I'm HP gas consumer. September 19, 2013 I had a blast of gas at our house, and the house that incident I lost my mother took the loss, but also help US incident, yet none or insurance we have did not get the Gas Company.
