My Consumer No. is 601369 and HP Gas agency name is bimbis gas agency ,kaduthuruthy,kottayam dt,kerala.i booked home delivery for gas on 20.02.2011 & i got the booking no.as 252301.on 25.03.2011 i got a message in my mobile that "your refill will be delivered within next 48 hrs & cash memo no.103773.on 26th march i went gas agency office for clarification ,they told me that gas is already despatched for delivery .but today is 30.03.2011 ,i wouldnt got the gas.Another thing is that the gas agency is only 2 km away from my home& the godown is only .4km from my home.kindly do he needful for me.This happens for most of the consumers not only for me.

    BEFORE 2 to 3 days ago we complaint to our nearest consumer service outlet about the problem of lekage of our hp stove(segdi) 2 buurner which is lekage when its start and a huge smale come from the start button and today my wife complaint that after 15 minutes there is around the gas segdi a big flame will take place and she was very worried no budy was injured but there was a chance ,
    my moto to complaint that no budy from consumer service outlet of hp was respond quickly and they told that we send our service man but they dont, pls take sum action .

      I want to get the new LPG connection in indore
      So i went to HP distributor (Manglik kitchen works) AB ROAD INDORE
      On 8th march 2011, where i was told to complete some formalities
      I complete all formalities , but they told me to come after 18th march
      With out any reason, on 21st march i call the distributor he told me to
      Come on 26th march upto 5:00 pm, i went there at 11:30 am.
      But they are simply harassing they refuse to listen anything ,they simply told me
      To come after 1st of april with out any reason, when i enquired for reason, the
      Answer was we don’t have form,

      Dear sir for the last 20 days they are harassing us for nothing , so please
      Look at the issue as earliest as i am facing lot of trouble without gas
      How come such a navratan company do this to the customer

        My HP gas consumer no.609338.I have booked my gas on 4th March-11.As Gas cylider was not delivered,on 21st March I personally went and met Mr.Subrata Paul of Dipto Joyte HP Gas services,our dealer,who promised to deliver Gas within 2 days.On 23rd March my wife made a call and was informed that Gas cylinder will be delivered on that day.It was not delivered. I again went today(25.3.11) and met Subrata Paul who promised that today itself Gas cylinder will be delivered within 1pm.As usual gas cylider was not delivered.It is nothing but mental and physical tortured to us.

            This in regard to the hassels we are facing as when we book the gas cylinder it is not at all delivered in time it takes them aleast 15 days to deliver n when called to take information abot the status they respond very rudely and give false information about the booking.
            Can you please look into this matter as it is very difficult to to chase them.

              Consumer complaint 21.03.2011

              I am a consumer and using gas cylinders distributed from HP GAS - Aundh Gas Company (1, N.C.L, Shopping Centre), Pashan Road, Pune 411 008. At present, the allotment of filled gas cylinders will be done at their NCL, Shopping Centre and the collection of cylinders will be done at Sakalnagar (1.5 KM away), which has caused inconvenience to the consumers. They can as well distribute the cylinders inside NCL campus close to the shop and why the consumer has to be troubled. Secondly, the cost of the 14.2 Kg filled gas cylinder as on today is Rs.346.79 per cylinder. It so happens that the fellow who is issuing the filled gas cylinder do not return Rs.3.21 (may be small fraction) if one gives Rs.350. You know that the distributer will never take less than the one written on the slip, but more is silently accepted. The fellow will get a profit of Rs.3.21 per cylinder issued. If one presumes that daily 200 – 300 filled gas cylinders are being issued, the fellow will collect Rs. 641 to 963 as an extra illegal income apart from his salary. Even if fifty percent of the consumer may give the exact money and still the fellow’s income will be anywhere around Rs.500/= minimum approximately. Hence, the following action is suggested immediately by the Consumer Forum.

              1) The cost of the filled gas cylinder either should be rounded off to the nearest figure around Rs.345 or 350 per cylinder so that consumer or the government will get the benefit.

              2) The gas company is situated at NCL campus, space available nearer to the shop should be utilized for the distribution purpose.

              3) Ideally distribution of filled gas cylinders have to be nearer to the shop or if space is not available, the cost of the cylinder has to be collected at the shop itself and fractioned money should be returned promptly to the consumer.

              I wish that above suggested action will be taken as soon as possible to avoid malpractices in the gas cylinder distribution system.

                I am a user of HP Gas. The local dealer is Maruthi enterprises at Karkala. The office phone is[protected], The ph number of the manager[protected].

                Problem: Not supplying the cylinder in time, more severe during last two months.

                Details: My consumer number is 616752. The date of previous cylinder delivery -Feb 19, 2011. I had booked a new cylinder on[protected]. I was told that my booking number as 1573. I reminded them once again, on[protected]. The clerk told me that the cylinder will be delivered in the following week. I contacted the manager and reminded him the irregularities happened in the previois week (details below). He promised me that, the cylinder will be supplied in the following week. Very next day HP gas cylinder delivery truck had passed in front of our house, without stopping in front of house.

                On[protected], I again contacted the office and the lady who received the phone told me that the cylinder will be given in the next week, may be before wednesday[protected]. I called the manager once again and reminded him that 30 days after previous delivery will be over on 19th march. He said that by Mondey the cylinder will be delivered. I told him that our family has small kids and school going kids. In the event of gas getting over whether the cylinder will be replaced, if I come to their office personally. He replied in negative.

                Previous case: January 10, 2011, the cylinder was delivered. There was no delivery to house. Their truck had passed in front of the house atleast 4 times after the gas was booked. Everytime when we called the office, the clerk will respond saying that it will be delivered within next 2-3 days. It did not happen and on 19th feb, 2011 (after 39 days), the cylinder became empty and still the clerk was not ready to give replacement (even I was ready to shift the cylinder). Then I requested the manager and after a long discussion he agreed to give a new cylinder. I personally went and got my cylinder replaced. This time the manager says he will not give a replacement even if second cylinders becomes empty.

                It looks agencies are taking the customers for a ride.

                  I myself am living on the first floor alongwith my wife and one and a half year old daughter, we just freshly been seperated from our parents and sourcing food from the market, and I hope you understand how difficult it is with a child, also I have a 4 burner stove and a 1 burner stove and would be using the 4 burner one as you just told me that 1 burner is dangerious to use, thanks for the advice, now would you please speed up the process and alot me the connection as soon as possible as it has already been more than a month i have been following up with this.

                    Gas not delivered after booking on 11.02.2011.People have to listen to the horn sound of the delivery vehicle at Keonjhar. A consumer has to book cylinder after 15 days of delivery of last cylinder. This is a recurring problem since years. no body bother for any type of complain. Service class has to take leave to get a gas cylinders. Can you solve this problem in Keonjhar Town.

                      I had booked for HP gas on 8th Feb approx one month before. HP Gas distributor is Praveen General Store(ADHOC) of Hadapsar, PUNE.Contact no of agency is[protected]/50) here dealer confirmed to deliver the gas within 8 days, but he failed.
                      Later he confirmed to deliver gas on 16th march, again he failed and we waited whole day.
                      On 17th, again he confirmed for the gas to be deliver on 17th, but as a worst experience on this, i asked contact number of delivery boy([protected]) and contacted him.
                      delivery boy said, he will deliver it within 30-45 minutes, after an hour again I called him. he confirmed to deliver withing 15-20 minutes...likewise i called about 10 times in a day and every time he was like I am on delivery and will deliver you gas within 20-30 minutes or so...
                      .........
                      How cheap they all are..
                      don't know what exactly they are doing but i m sure they are in black marketing of gas cylinder and sell to their friends or agents. and later on Agent sell those on double price to stupid common man like us. And we are forced to buy on even more than double price since we are not getting on-time service from distributors.

                      I dont know , what the impact will be of posting my complain here. whther you will action on it or just take it as a comment as already thousands are there.

                      But we as a people should be aware of black marketing happening in all areas specially in Metros where this kinda things are necessary.

                        Sir there is a petrol pump in sector 23A namely Auto Care Centre, which is a HP company owned station managed by Ranbir Singh and Shyam Mohan. There is extensive cheating in the way they fill petrol, all there attendentants cheat consumers by filling less petrol for more money, same such thing happened today and the attendant was caught red handed, can you please help in taking some action .

                        Very rightly said, i too have faced a similar situation at BP pump Sector -1, Dwarka, New Delhi, few days back. The attendants get you engaged in the conversation while the other continues to fill up your tank and ends up filling short and since there is long Que all the time they hurry up things and cheat you.

                          I have made a booking 10 days back, but yet not received a cylinder. Nor these agency guys bother to keep their phone lines available or even pick up the phone. The kind of service they are offering is really questionable. If they are not in a position to keep a maintain a facility at their place and cater to the requirements for which they are liable to, they better give up their licences and let us other capable agency take up.

                          I have been a customer of HP since past 25 years and have always had the impression of HP being very good at their service. Looking at the performance of this agency I seriously doubt HP now.

                          Somebody please let me know if there can be anything that can be done to wake up these people from their dreams.

                            Day before yesterday(On 12/03/2011) I received a gas cylinder from Manas Gas Agency(HP Gas Distributor) located at 543/109, K.Block, Kidwai Nagar, Kanpur. Today(14/03/2011) the same person came again for giving another gas cylinder even though I did not order for it. The person Immediately removed the seal before I could see it and started checking the leakage, gave it to me, took money and a Gas Coupon. When I became alarmed and took out my weighing machine to weigh it the person immediately took the gas cylinder and rushed away saying the cylinder was leaking. When I asked him to give another from the lot he told me all were leaking. Immediately I checked the weight of the cylinder that I received day before yesterday and the weight came out to be roughly 25 kg, the picture of which I have attached with the complain. According to the body of cylinder the mass of a cylinder is (14.2+15.9)kg that becomes 30.1 kg. The difference in the masses turns out to be about 5 kgs. The cylinder I received also had a tampered seal, the photo of which i have again attached with the complain. I want to notify all the concerned people that please check the weight of your gas cylinder before taking it and confirm that the seal is properly closed.

                              Myself a user of HP gas Cylinder..wants to file a complaint against the Gas Agencies ( DHAMDHERE GAS AGENCY ) in DHayari for their poor service to the customers.
                              I had to book a new cylinder as one of mine was over. I tried to call several times but their phone lines are always busy.
                              Also i had a problem with a cylinder - the problem was like while connecting it to the gas stove..it leaked..so we couldn't use it. We tried calling the HP 24 Hour Gas Helpline No. 12665 AS MENTIONED ON THE BILL. But it said PLZ CHK THE NUMBER U HAVE DIALLED.
                              We couldn't get in touch with any service for 2 days (SAT & SUN).
                              Who is responsible if any mishap takes place or any Blast would have taken place because of this pathetic service by HP and it dealers ?

                              HP Gas — Phone line always busy

                              The phone lines at[protected] at R.S. Sharma Gas Agency, Ballygunje Phari, Kolkata-700039 are always engaged. There is no delivery of gas if we book through computerised booking service. hence we are facing a lot problems as it is not possible evrytime to visit the agency. I kindly request to you to look into the matter.
                              Whenever you dial their number is always busy.
                              After trying 2-3 days i[censored] get booking, They don't deliver as per schedule or commitment. And for follow up if you again try to call - you are gone in loop - 'cos u never get the line free - by that time your 2nd sylendar gets off

                                The dealer can not book gas refill cylinder before 35 days and will deliver cylinder after 20 days of booking. so one refill cylinder take 55 days . I faced so many times this prolem . please resolve it as early as possiable.

                                  Today I visited the Sikka Enterprise, to get my gas connection transferred from Kamal gas agency, Delhi to this Sikka enterprise, faridabad.

                                  Beside other formalities, I was asked to pay around Rs. 380/- to get my connections transferred. When I asked what are the charges for?, the Girl on the counter replied, that you need to purchase a gas tube (that i already have in good condition and that also was given by hp dealer in Delhi) , and a pack of RICE for Rs.121/- (I never knew HP sells RICE also).
                                  When I refused to buy these things, as i don't need them, I was told that this is instructed by HP, that no connection can be given without selling these articles.
                                  And when i refused to accept this excuse, I was returned back saying the authorized person is not in, and i must keep checking his availability to meet and discuss the same with him.
                                  Dear Concern,
                                  I wrote to HP earlier also, but didn't received a response,I had to buy all these things and few cookwares also worth around 2000/- from the dealer in Delhi when i needed this connection, and now to transfer this again I am being forced to buy unnecessary articles. I am running low on refill, and because of the delay in response i would be soon out of fuel.

                                  Please look into the matter and do the needful.

                                      i have requested for gas refill on 23-feb-2011 through Ram gas agencies,vasant kunj, new delhi with booking no. 477203. but i have not recieved the refill cylinder yet though i have recieved the message of gas delivery on cash memo number 35092.
                                      please let me know but what time i will get the connection.

                                      Iam Mr.Bharat Reddy My.C.No.401309, My Distributor is ( R V GAS AGENCY[protected] No.6-5-41, E-SEVA LANE, OPP: SHOBANA THEATRE, BALANAGAR, HYDERABAD BALANAGAR, Dist. RANGA REDDY, )
                                      I Booked the Double Bottle Connection (DBC) on 09-Nov-10. al most 120 days is over. till to day we are not received any conformation from they side. I Called so many times. but not given proper response. evert time they telling Stock is not Available.( Indian & Bharat getting with in 40 days ) why happing this type of services. kindly conform the status immediately as soon as possible.

                                        complaints of consumers against Shivkrupa Gas Agency,Shahapur,Dist.Thane,Maharashtra State.

                                        1) The agency has almost stopped the home deliveries of refill gas cylinders to the consumers.
                                        2) The consumers are compelled to attend the agency for obtaining refill gas cylinders.The said agency is far away from Shahapur.Fetching the cylinders from agency to home has become headache and an expensive job for the consumers.The agency do not pay any rebate to consumers.The agency charges Rs.350 per cylinder from consumers.
                                        3) The telephone system of the agency remains failure for many times which creates great inconvenience to the consumers.
                                        Please take a note of above said complaints and respond accordingly.
