Hello sir,

I had a very bad experience on 17.2.11 with the HP petrol pump in sarjapur road (near wipro office). although the metre showed 0 when he started filling petrol it suddenly jumped to Rs. 40 after the 0. when i enquired, the boys working there laughed at me and they kept on insisting that were doing the right job. Inspite of their wrong doing they never seem to be cared about what i am pointing out. Instead of screaming at these issues,i would switch the petrol pumps.

    I am a consumer of HP LPG Gas. My dealer is "Rajdhani Gas", Nayapali, Bhubaneswar.I am a bona-fide consumer with double cylinder. The dealer refuses to book for supply of cooking gas unless 15 days are passed after supply of last cylinder saying that it is the Company's rule. Further the dealer is taking at least 15-20 days time after booking date to supply the gas. Thus the process takes more than a month to get a fresh refill. Since one refill lasts for 20-25 days for my family I have to go 5-10 days without gas for cooking facing a lot of trouble. Since I am having double cylinder consumer-ship I should have the privilege of booking for a refill after 15 days of supply of penultimate cylinder and not the last one. Otherwise the very purpose of subscribing double cylinder is meaning less.Plz help.

    LPG Gas — delay in booking

    Respected sir/madam,
    I have complaint from the reputed gas agency in AMRITSAR(PUNJAB) named "premier gas agency" that after delivery of gas cylinder they do not book gas cylinder before last delivery date of cylinder.

    We are facing this since 6 months. I have been transferred from SRIGANGANAGAR (Rajasthan) 6 months before.
    We are new in amritsar so please consider my complaint and do some thing.

      i have availed gas connection from hp gas from saveetha agencies aalandur chennai. four days back i ahve applied for extra cylinder and they have promised me of delivering the same. as they said the agency has delivered a gas cylinder today morining without seal and without proper bill(hand written on a plain bit paper). kindly do the needfull to avoid further happenings to the customers.

        here is a complaint against (HP Gas Agency) Karwal Gas Agency Adampur, here noted that there s no proper delivery in villages covered by Gas Agency. and this gives rise to black marketing of Cylinders. A Cylinder is sold on 700 to 800 normally in market but there is no delvery by the agency in DAROLI KALAN , GHURIAL, DAMUNDA and other villages also. here to be noted that if any one goes drectly to the agency for refilling then he was refused by making excuse that he will get the cylinder at their village. as this agency covers 5-6 villages including adampur.

        one more thing to be noted here is also that they have their own marriage palace KARWAL RESORTS where they use domestic gas cylinder openly. but there is no gas to saLE TO CONSUMERS. no delivery even after booking more than 0ne and half month.

        No local body or authority is set up to control this .

        In India it is always a problem regardng the necessities are blak markted.

          i inform you that the agency can not give the refill delivery till day.They can not follow the order which is given by you.They can not take bother about consumer and the instruction.The gas agency always working according to there will.They always delay the delivery of refill cylinder.i hope u will do your best

              In the last of JANUARY i booked for cylinder in HP gas, on the same time they asked for checking of regulator,burner etc. i replied "no every thing was working properly, and if any problem will there i will inform u myself", then they said 'OK', but On 11 Feb 2011 at 4:30 pm mechanic of "hindustan petroleum gas" company came to my house saying that checking was going, then my mother told him "when we already said we don't want checking then why u came, we don't want any checking" on that he started arguing with using badwords to my mother and about this i told him that "i will complaint about him in police" he replied "i will show u!".
              kindly take a strict action against this incidence because the way of his talking is very bad

                Sir,
                I have taken a domestic gas connection from Bharat gas agency,AF Station kolshet,Thane ,Maharastra.Then I got transferred my connection to my home distinct East champaran (Bhavani Gas agency Motihari).I have submitted my document there and got new connection. they (Bhawani gas agency) told me collect your original document after one week.when i reach bhawani gas after one week i found that gas agency seized due to some reason and gas is distributed at police station and i could not received any document against my gas connection. for proof i am having regulator.i don't have even blue book. Can i get my original document.

                  Consumer number 611255-booked gas on 01.02.2011 with M/s Subha Gas Agency,Coimbatore.They have registered the booking as 60601 dated 06.02.2011.Delivery of cylinders to those booked later after my booking have been done, but not to me purposefully.There is a tendency to sell the cylinders to outsiders for money.When asked for the cylinder they are not replying properly.immediate remedy is requested.

                  I Booked hp gas cylinder on november 19th.till today its not delivered.Daily we are calling them and they are saying today only we will send and is not being delivered, even we went to the office personally twice but there is noproper response from them.its been very disgusting though we are having spare the purpose is not served.now we are not having gas...so please kindly do the needful.
                  I the resident of Virar (West), have to inform you that we are not getting timely delivery of HP Gas from our Agent.

                  It takes at least 25- 30 days after Booking. Whenever we call they inform us that we are facing the short supply of Cylinder from Company.

                  I HAD BOOKED THE CYLINDER ON 06/02/2008 WITH MY HP GAS AGENCY M/S PELICAN GAS AGENCY MAYUR VIHAR PHASE-I, DELHI 91, FROM 6/2/2008 TILL TODAY WE HAD VISITED THEIR OFFICE AT LEAST 5 TO 6 TIME ALWAYES THE ARE SAYINY THAT THE CYLINDER WILL BE DELIVER TODAY, BUT CYLINDER WAS NOT RECIVE TOLL TODAY.

                  HP Gas — Non Deliver of Cylinder

                  Hi Sir,

                  I mr Ganpat K Wanage a resindent of Laxmi Vilas, Gantali, Naupada ( Thane ) as been a cutomer with HP Gas since many years and by cust ID no is 608377 with M/s Omkar Gas service Thane .
                  This was regarding a booking which was place by myself on several occasion using the facility of your helpline. The first was placed on 23/7/2008 ( Booking no 3 ) and the second was on 5/8/2008 ( Booking no 7)
                  I was given a assurance that i would receive the cylinder within few days on the failure of the same, i personally made it a point to visit this agency and check the status of my deliver.
                  As per their information it seems my cylinder was just dispatched and would reach my home before i be there and its been 1 week i am waiting for the deliver
                  everyday i try to call them up and check and they reply back saying it would take approx 2 days
                  Is this whats called customer service, if yes then i guess we have to look out for better service providers
                  The IVR which is been used as a medium to take bookings is totally incompatible as according to me and my expierence with your service says that its just to sake of it as no bookings are considered through the same the reason i say so is because after using the IVR service twice its still been approx 23 days that i havent received my cylinder

                  Please consider my humble request and try to put yourself in my shoes wherein you dont have a cylinder to cook food at home.

                  i am very disapointed with the work of superior sales service.
                  they give cylinder in very delay.
                  I am a customer of Parvesh Gas Agency Raipur and my consumer no. is 609073. Even after 15 days of booking, they are yet to deliver cylinder. The agency phone is either not working, continuously busy or will not respond some time. Even if i get chance to talk to them they will tell that it will be delivered today or tomorrow or have some excuse that the vehicle hasn't come today. This is very much ridiculous.

                  HP Gas — non delivery of cylinder

                  i am a consumer of hp gas sonipat distributor M/S Ajay gas Service no. 616063 and on telephonic booking they forcely ordered me like a dectator that if you are not showing a gas copy and ration card the refill never delivered " TUM CHAIYE KAHIN BHI KISI SE BHI KAH DO HAMARA KOI KUCH NAHIN BIGAR SAKTA"

                  Amrapali Gas Agency Chinchwad Pune We have booked gas on 23rd Oct 2008 Customer ID 628435 till date cylinder not delivered and still they are saying min 5 more days reqd.Kindly do the needful.
                  My consumer no. with HP Gas is 617839 with Ruckmani Gas agencies (HP Gas) in Coimbatore, I had booked for refill cylinder on 27/10/2008 till date i had not been delivered the refill cylinder. Despite daily followups on this the agency is deliberately negligent towards its customers.

                  Our customer code is 4912 – HP GAS – COIMBATORE, OUR SUPPLY AGENCY NAME IS M/S. RUKMANI GAS AGENCY, KALVEERAMPALAYAM.

                  We are waiting more than 50 days for cylinder refilling, but i make phone call to their local agency ( RUKMANI GAS AGENCY )- in COIMBATORE, they are not lifting phone or putting the receiver out of the phone instrument ( phone no :[protected] / 2423141) All the times we have to visit personally to book a cylinder or get a reply or see the persons face who not lifting the customers phone. Some times rarely they left the phone separate phone number (not mentioned in their receipt –[protected], they give reply i don't know or recently joined or with in one or two days you will get a cylinder, this type of problem we are facing more than 5 years.

                  What is the solution ?? lot of times we went & collected the cylinders but agency persons selling to back marker / four wheelers for extra work . Our government supplying to house use only with subsidy not for commercial purpose.

                  I have a Gas connection with Ravi Prasad gas Agency at Nacharam, Hyderabad and My consumer No. 607860 & booked for a cylinder on[protected] and got the reply that it will be delivered in 10 days. Again I personally went to the office to enquire then they told it will be delivered the same day but till today I haven't get the cylinder delivered and I am trying with the phone No[protected] and never connects. This is repeated problem to everyone who have opened a connection in this agency. the owner Mr. Ravi Prasad never replays politely. I feel they have excess connections and becoming difficult to deliver the cylinders to all the consumers in time. Kindly see into the matter.

                  On top of that, some people who collected the copy and sale in black rs/ 650 for each cylinder.
                  I am giving a sugetion to you that, piease paste a faimly snap on the gas cylinder copy. you also can check the khanouri branch of hp.

                  Amrapali gas agency, chinchwad, pune based distributor of HP gas. I made request for 2nd cylinder in month of NOV, 2009. But till the date ( FEB, 2009). I dint get the cylinder. There manager is very rude, shmaeless person. Dont know how to talk with customer. If that will be the case then there wld be soon when no one will going for HP gas connection.

                  Booked gas on 14.03.2009 & promised by the agent that the cylinder will be delivered within 10 days from the booking date. But till date we have not recd. the refill. When asked on phone for the delay in delivery, the answer from the agent was " collect the refill from our godown if you are in urgent need of the gas". Sorry how it is possible for a person who can not move out from their home.
                  Look into the matter urgently & ask the dealer to deliver the same at our end.

                  My consumer number of HP Gas is 606033 and have a two cylinder connection with HP gas agency (Customer No: 15119500, Divine Gas Service, Ulloor, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.) We normaly book after some days of one cylinder becoming completely empty. Whenever we book, normally they deliver after 15-20 days and that also only after continuous telephone reminders. This becomes very difficult in our busy schedule.

                  The last time I booked was through HP Any Time service which I found really helpful for working people like us. I did the booking on 16th March 09. ( Booking No. 210466). To my surprise, I find that again I have to follow the good old method of calling those people and reminding them to deliver the cylinder.
                  Today is the 2nd of April 09 and I have not received the delivery. Kindly look into this matter and see to it that such inconvenience is not repeated. One more thing to clarify: Is it mandatory to call the agency for the delivery even after booking through HP Any Time ?

                  i had booked my gas on 10th november,2009 and now its been over a month and i have still not received my gas cylinder. it has been a regular practice of the dealer to give the cylider in more than a month due to which i have to face a lot of problems! and the neglegency is so much that even after my staff visiting the office thrice there is no response.... please look into the problem as soon as possible......and take a strict action towards it as i highly fed up with the recurring problem....

We are not understanding what to do & how to get the justice of getting the cylenders.

                  I have booked My refill Cylinder with area dealer whose Dealer code is 723051 and my consumer no. is 508559 . Dealer is not delivered any of refill cylinders before 1 month and service is also not good as he is only dealer nearby.
                  I am asking the Rukmani gas agencey - vadavalli coimbatore for new gas connection. But they force me to buy induction stove or mixy or gas stove or any others from them. Otherwise they are not ready to give the connection

                  Is it correct? Any solution for that.

                  my name is anita goyal, i have one h p gas connection by ashoka agency , sastri nagar ,jaipur, last 10 April12 i have no any refill , not call received by agency not my reffle , my connection is 4 and half years old but totally 21 time agency give my refill delivery , pls give solution.

I have received following message " your refill will be delivered within next 48 hours" with booking no. 230135 and cash memo no. 136924. Now its been 8 x 48 hours till date I do not understand how many more 48 hours they required. My father owner of this number Mr. Ashok Kumar Mehra visited Sabhawal Gas agency so many time but they are so rude and keep on delaying booking delivery. They gave us some kind of form we filled it and deposit it 7 -8 days ago everyone near to my place receiving there refills even they booked there refills 2 - 3 ago only we are still waiting they are not giving any exact reason. Kindly take necessary action against them ASAP.

Kalka je Gas agency pinjore haryana maintain that home delivery facility but maximum time follow up by me and requested to delivery person please give the cylinder at home and i am personally and tellphonically discussed the delivery person (sandeep, manoj) but that person not give any response .please look no that because with out gas nothing possible

                    This complaint is against SMART GAS AGENCY (an HP authorized gas dealer) address : Lajpat nagar 1st Near Railway crossing.
                    i had booked a request to refill my gas cylinder on 19th January 2011 . My gas registration no. is 628813.
                    They have not sent the refilled gas cylinder till date. I have called several times on their complaint no. but they are not responding in any manner . On visiting the dealer i was given this waiting no. ( 355976) & was assured that it will arrive in a couple of days . Since then also more than a week has passed but i haven't received the refilled cylinder till date.
                    to make things worse , 100 meters away from the same gas agency, HP GAS cylinders are being sold in black at very higher prices to consumers .
                    It is simply a harassment with lajpat nagar residents .
                    I expect a relief immediately from this forum so that my faith in the administration continues/

                      I had filled petrol at Cauvery Auto Sevice station on the 31st of January 2011 for Rupees 689.32 using my Axis bank debit card.
                      Today on the 7th of February 2011 while glancing the statement, I noticed that the employee at the outlet had cheated me by adding rupees 17.23 as tips which was deducted from my axis bank account on the 2nd of February 2011.

                      This a big fraud that had to be brought to the notice of the authorities as many people would have been cheated with the amount which goes unnoticed.

                      I would like the gas station to compensate my losses and also pay for cheating the public.
                      I have the bill for filling the petrol at the station if proof is required.

                        Refer my complaint No. 10046450 of 02 Feb 2011and repeat complaint of 04 Feb 2011 with HP GAS website. I have booked gas on 24 Jan 2011 and 13 days have been passed but I have not received the refilled gas cylender. Kindly direct the delaer to give delivery with out further delay. This is a regular practice by the agent/dealer. What I shall do in future?

                          This is a complaint towards Kumar Gas agency which is the main HP Gas distributors in Thrissur. Such bad delivery service and rude telephone operator. The delivery man has threatened to make sure no one makes a delivery to our house if we don't tip him more than ten rupees, even though they take a service fee of 25 rupees, and his demeanour was so rude, nobody would have wanted to tip him even 1 rupee.
                          Please ensure to use some other gas agency in Thrissur, other than HP gas.

                          FOR THE PAST 6 MONTHS THERE IS ALWAYS DELAY IN DELIVERY TO 45 DAYS.WHEN I PHONE TO ENQUIRE ABOUT THE THE PROBABLE DATE OF GETTING THE GAS OR THE REASON FOR DELAY THE OPERATOR'S TAPED VOICE BEING PLAYED"DIALED NUMBER IS BUSY PLEASE TRY AFTER SOMETIME"THROUGHOUT THE DAY.ON BOTH TELPHONE NOS 2334900 AND 2334950.
                          Complaint against HP GAS Kamla Agency, Bahadurpura, Hyderabad., That agency Manager was fraud with the customers and giving in the Black and taking extra amount, and changing the Formats of Affidavits and Rude behavior with the Costumers take action against him as soon as possible.

                            Emergency Gas Leakage complaint not working

                            HP GAS Emergency call no has no relevance or authenticity. We call the emergency no and are routed to IVR menu. Once the leakage complaint is logged, there is a message that the complaint has been registered without giving any complaint no. Its been over 12 days of searching ways to overcome the issue. During this course, imagine the complete cylinder has been emptied. Now just imagine the kind of risk my family was living in if a gas cylinder...

                              I have a problem with HP gas cylinder delivery every time. I dont weather this thread will help or not, but i hope so.
                              The current problem is i have book for gas cylinder on 14th Jan 2011 but till now not yet came. But our neighbors get there gas cylinder soon very soon because they pay extra amount like 100 and 200 Rs more.
                              And also if i get gas cylinder tomorrow or any day billing date will be not present date its like 5days back date ,

                              Please see that whats going on.

                              I booked gas for home delivery on17.06.11 but till today 29.06.11 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. My Gas Agency...VIJAYA AGNCIES, VIJAYAWADA, KRISHNA (DT), AP.

                              This Is Not The First Instance That It Has Happened We Have Already Faced Problems Many A Times And Have Also Made Complaints To The Ho Gas Office At VIJAYAWADA. We Receive Prompt Service Once We Make A Complaint. But It Is Not Possible To Make A Complaint Every Time Soon After We Make Bookings With Our Dealer Each And Every Time. I Dont Understand Why Hp Is Not Looking Into This Matter Seriously And Not Taking Any Stringent Actions Against The Dealer. Every Time We Call Our Dealer He Says That He Is Out Of Stock Or The Stock Are Not Recieved And We Have More Demand Than Supply. What Hp Is Doing?????? If they are not able to supply they should stop their business.

                                This is to bring to your notice the immense trouble faced by the HP gas consumers.

                                From the last 4 months, Kiran Gas Agency in Hadapsar is creating a lot of problems for the consumers. Cylinders are always out of stock. Even after proper booking period, they do not deliver the cylinders at the residences saying they have no means to send the cylinders home and ask to collect from their godowns, where they charge extra money and still give the excuse of shortage and ask consumers to come again.

                                Domestic cylinders are a basic necessity and these people therefore try to take undue advantage of people's need and extract money illegally and trouble the consumers.

                                Please look into the matter.

                                  I regret to inform you that in spite of my complaint registered with customer zone of HPCL vide registration no.10043453 dated 24th January, 2011 and an email sent to their Chairman & Managing Director at Mumbai on 28th January, 2011 regarding non-delivery of LPG against booking for a refilled cylinder through their Single Number 24x7 IVR booking no.12665 as mentioned in their website but my grievance has not yet been redressed. Please note that I had booked for a refilled cylinder through the above phone number and got serial number 1 on 5th January, 2011. On 24th January, 2011 when I wanted to know the reason from the dealer about delivery status over phone, the dealer straightway told me that they are not accepting any booking if any customer book through the above phone number and refused to give delivery.

                                  I had requested HPCL to confirm whether your Single Number 24x7 IVR booking no.12665 for booking of refilled cylinder is in vogue and my booking through the above number for the same vide serial no.1 dated 5th January, 2011 is valid or not. Also I wanted to know that in future, shall I book for a refilled cylinder to the above number or not. I do not understand why the concerned officer of HPCL has not been taking any action against the said dealer? Most probably it is the system problem for downloading the data for which they have not transmitted the data to the respective dealers. HPCL can easily instruct the said dealer to deliver the refilled cylinder to the undersigned against my booking so that I can get the same and my purpose can be served immediately, but they had not done so. Lastly, I had received the refilled cylinder on 16th December 2010 which please note. I do not understand why the concerned officer of HPCL has kept himself as silence.

                                  I do sincerely hope that on receipt of my mail you will take up this case very seriously and do the needful at the earliest possible date.

                                  I look forward to receive your valuable reply as well as action immediately.

                                  Hindustan Petroleum — Non-receipt of refill

                                  I have booked a refill of my HP Gas on[protected] vide on-line booking no. 470689 which was downloaded by the Distributor M/s Tap Trisha, Jessore Road, Kolkata[protected] and was confirmed by the distributor on the following day vide order no 424811. No refill was supplied till[protected]. The matter was brought to the notice of the Company vide Complaint N[protected] dated[protected]. Now the Distributor is showing vindictive attitude and asks me to meet them, which is not possible for me at present. Kindly do the needful.

                                    I Have book refill cylinder as on 15.01.2011 with home delivery but as on till date cyillender not received. And I have inform to you following coments given by Agency Owner

                                    1st Day visit-15.01.11 at the time of booking owner said cylinder recd within 4 days

                                    2nd Visit-20.01.11 Owner said cyliender allready dispatch

                                    3rd visit-21.01.11 Owner said -cylinder issue on saturday

                                    4th visit-22.01.11-Owner said -cylinder issue on monday ..... But not received

                                    5th visit-24.01.11 Owner said -cylinder issue today upto 3pm.

                                    6th visit-25.01.11-Owner said -cylinder issue tomarrow but actulay he already konwn tomarrow is 26 jan Republic day office colsed.

                                    7th visit today-28.01.11- Owner said we have not posiable to dispatch home delivery next 10 days if you have required urgently so please come at godowen and take you cylinder.
                                    As per owner instruction I have go to godowen but godowen officer said cylinder not available.............

                                    So dear Sir i have request to you please solve our problem and doo the needful
