I am not getting the newspaper .I took yearly plan of ht. My registered mobile no is [protected] and address - A-1/334, Hastsal Road, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi -59. I dont have the no. of my vendor also. We have received the coupons issued by you but till date we have not received any single News papar.

What is this?. Is it my fault to believe on the Hindustan Times. Please sort my problem otherwise return my amt. 799/- to my account .

I have complaint so many times but no body is taking it seriously.

So you are requested to solve this matter with immediate effects. Otherwise i am going to Consumer Court for the same

1. very difficult to get thru your helpline, numbers are always busy, after holding on for long the call gets disconnected saying drop a mail...
2. No response on emails sent, no action taken

3.its been 1 month since i am following up with you guys..no one is bothered to answer calls.

4.paid rs 799 and still not recieved the coupons and got a call that we have started delivering newspaper at your doorstep.i haven't recieved any newpaper nor i have recieved vouchers.

3. Your courier services wrongly delivered the packed at wrong address, had tough time dealing with BSA courier, Mr Ganesan, their head didnot help, he acknowledged that they have wrongly delivered the packet and now not traceable.
4. Mr Gaurav Tyagi- I have been following up with this man since 9th May, he confirmed taht he is from HT and he has our coupons with him but till date he has not delivered the coupons to us. Our vendor is discontinuing giving us the news paper due to non availability of coupons.
Its been two months and I have made more that 50 -60 calls for followups but no one is bothered.
We donot want any association with HT, refund our amount.

Hi,

I subscribe the Hindustan news paper under the scheme of 799/- for six month subscription, but news paper is still not started.

I received a call from HT that news paper will be starting next month and now more than 3 month have passed.

My vendor name as I got Aman Bhardwaj : [protected], he committed that news paper delivery will start soon but after that he is not responding the phone as well.

I am not getting the newspaper properly from the very first day.Infact i have to make a call for getting the newspaper on daily basis which is really terrible. I took yearly plan of ht. My registered mobile no is [protected] and address - g 5 jop plaza sector 18 noida, up. The vendor also not taking it seriously, he always said sir i forget to deliver your newspaper. I mean what is it, how can you forgot only my newspaper. To bring newspaper a should call him daily, if i not then he would not deliver the newspaper this gives mentally torture and harrassing me so badly. Is it my mistake that i took yearly package of ht.

I had submitted Cheque no. 045792 dated 17.9.15 for subscription of Hindustan Times for one year under their much touted Scheme. Delivery of paper was to start from 1.12.15.They have failed to deliver single paper till date..Monthly Coupons for 12 months are languishing with me. Despite repeated mails, the behemoth has not refunded my annual subscription paid to them.Their telephone lines are always busy.Studied silence maintained by them has caused me deep anguish.

I have applied for your ht newspaper since february 2016. For the month of feb and march i have already given coupons to the newspaper vendor but i want to tell you that my newspaper vendor asking me for the whole 14 redemption coupons in advance but i didn't gave to him bcoz it is mentioned over the coupons that we should not handover the same in advance and should provide him only after due date and then he challenged me that if i will not provide the same to him then he will not provide the newspaper to me and warn me to complain to whomsoever i can. But even after this episode i got the newspaper on daily basis. So i didn't complained anyone.

But, on the last sunday on 22.05.2016 the same person came to my house for asking balance coupons, then also i refuse to give him the same and only gave him coupons which were due, i. E. Only for the month of april 2016, but he didn't provide me any kind of acknowledgement or receipt for the same even after asking. And then also he warns me that he will not going to provide me newspaper from tomorrow onwards just bcoz i m not giving him balance coupons and he also asks me for rs. 20/- for delivering newspaper but i refused to pay the same.

From 23.05.2016 till date i m not getting any newspaper. I am providing my details below for your reference. Plz look into this matter and revert me at the earliest bcoz this kind of service from such a big company and all this things will surely effecting the reputation of such big brand like ht.

I am also attaching the acknowledgement which was given to me by vendor at the time of his first visit regarding coupon collection for the month of feb and march and he has not provided me any acknowledgement for the month of april and only made additions in the old acknowledgement by adding +1 coupon and mentioned the date thereon and signed the same.

Delivery of newspaper has been stopped since 15 aprl.since den tried to talk on custom serv. No. Bt wid great difficulty i was able to talk.registered d cmplaint( CAS - 94729-Q6F9Q1 ).Bt till date nt resolved.evn i got msg on 13 may dat paper thru new subscrition wll start frm 16 may. Bt nt gettng any ...neither prev one delivery for a mnth nor frm new subscrition..vendor is also nt responding.POOREST customer care. U r requested to fefund my money at d earliest as also previous unused coupons need to b refunded.sorry to find dat u hv no control over vendors who r raking customers for a ride.the organisation balatantly refused to change d vendor inspite of request. The company might b sold to vendor why the customer?

I have subscribed to ht for a year and made an online payment on 25th march 2016. Till date (23rd may 2016), i have not received the coupon. I am not able to contact them on phone. I am not getting any response to mails too.

I had renewed my Hindustan times subscription on July'15 and was receiving my daily news paper till May15, after that my vendor Mayur Patil started chasing me for coupons, which i did not receive till date.When spoke to him came to know that Mumbai office sent the coupons directly to vendor and as per HT's office 9 coupons already redeemed.Now i am not receiving the said paper hence would like to know why coupons were not sent to me and what should be the earliest possible action against the said matter.Local HT office only sent a mail stating that they have nothing to do in this matter.
Kindly look into the matter.

With reference to my emails to you dated (7/2/16, 28/2/16 and 20/4/16), i had given a cheque amounting rs799 (Dated[protected], in the name of ht media ltd.
More than 6 months have passed but i have not received the coupons for the annual subscription of ht newspaper. I would like to bring this to your notice that this cheque was cleared on[protected] by my bank. I have also mentioned my address at the back of the cheque. On 20/4/16 i had received an email from the ht media executive (Ms deepika) saying that they have delivered the coupon to wrong vendor.
Such unsatisfactory customer service is not expected from such a prestigious/leading newspaper. Kindly do the needful.

I have paid the amount for the hindustan times annual subscription. The cheque was cleared by the company but the coupons as promised never got delivered to my address. The reference number is 352357. The coupons which were supposed to be delivered to the address in borivali east never reached. It has been 6 months since the money was paid. It is a frustrating experience following up with them. I would like to either get the coupons at the earliest or a refund of the amount.

I am a regular reader of hindustan times. I have been subscribing the ht subscription coupon since many years about 5/6 years. I never face such problem so far. However, this time, i have complained to ht reader customer care by writing email to them. There is no response from them. I also tried to call the customer care but it always busy. When i got called from ht many times, they are asking me whether i am still continuing the newspaper. When they called me, i also ask the problem. Here is my issue:
Since i have finished all the coupon, i have renewed the ht subscription coupon on 01 september 2015. Since then, i am waiting for the coupon, still i am not getting the coupon. But rs. 799/- was deducted from my account. I wrote email at [protected]@hindustantimes.com for complaining the matter on twice in the month of january 2016. Earlier, i wrote for renewal, they immediately responded me. But this time, no one response me.In the meantime, i received also calls from ht customer care (About 4/5 times) asking me that i am still continuing the same newspaper. Whenever i got the calls, i complained them that i did not get the coupon. They replied me that its department is different it so, they will forward the matter. Even through, they said like that it seems no action has been taken. Now, i am not subscribing the hindustan times. Rather i changed to "times of india" because it is comfortable for me without the offer. I want to read hindustan times since i become habitual to the hindustan times. Because of this issues, i am compelled to read the "times of india". Please take the necessary action as soon as possible. I am also enclosing the receipt too.

Regarding the subscription booking for 14 months of rs 799/-

I have paid for the subscription on 30/04/2016 and received a message that the news paper will start from 02 may but till date i did not received news paper.

I had a word with my vendor he said that give me all 14 coupons then i will start your paper. Please let me know should i give all the 14 coupons to him.

I am continuously trying to contact customer care[protected] but no body is responding.

Hi Complaint forum,

I have made a payment of 799 on 02/12/2015 via cheque no. 894123 of ICICI Bank Limited to Hindustan Times towards 1 year subscription of Hindustan Times newspaper.
HT's executive Goresh Kumar number [protected] has collected the cheque from me which was cleared on 24/12/2015 from my bank account.
HT's receipt number is 6038673.

These coupons are not yet dispatched to me.
Please dispatch these coupon asap.
