Regarding the subscription booking reference no htm[protected] for 14 months of rs 799/-

I have paid for the subscription on 31/03/2016 but even after 43 days i did not received the subscription coupons.

My payment transaction no was : [protected]

I am continuously trying to contact customer care[protected] but no body is responding.


Please do not needful as soon as possible

I gave the cheque of rs 799 in october which got cleared on 19th nov. After that i received a verification call. The person told me that i would receive coupons in few days. But till now (After 6 months), i have not received any coupon.

Cheque disbursed date: 19th november 2015
I have tried mailing hindustan times, but i have not received any reply yet.

I was being called on April 11, 2016 from Hindustan Times Jobs.A lady named Aanya called me and said that whether I am looking for a change in job.She also added that she could schedule an interview in companies like HCL, TCS if I pay Rs 1900 as a charge.Her words were so convincing that my mistake I got convinced and paid that too.After few hours, a guy from TCS called me and took my interview and told me that I would share the interview result soon.After 2 days, a guy named Avinash from the company called me and said that my job is confirmed in TCS and for Verification charges they need an amount of Rs 3700.I again paid that amount .Next 2 days after again a guy named Sumit called me and asked me to pay 6500 as PRM Charges which I again did.In this way, they cheated me one by one with charges 9700, 8200, 14800, 6000 which I gave one by one.Now at last they asked me that to pay 20, 000 as it would be a direct recruitment .I asked them that what was the purpose of scheduling the interview then and I told them to refund me my money as I was quiet suspicious now.They told me that on 12th May they would make me to go to the TCS office in Kolkata which they haven't.
I have every proof of the mail, the transaction details and the phone nos of these cheaters.Request you to please take necessary actions for the same so that no one again gets cheated from them in future.
Please take necessary action against them.I have every proof of it and I can share it personally also.I want my entire amount back.Please take necessary action for the same.

I have been regular customer of ht yearly, 14 months & 18 months subscription
From respective years 2014, 2015 & now 2016

My previous subscription was from mar 2015 for 14 months (So shall be lasting may 2016)

I also paid inr 799 last for 18 months subscription in this march 2016

However i am not getting newspaper & the local vendor wants to charge me for news paper

We gave ht vendor (K raja) our 3-month subscription coupon he accepted and started giving us paper from 14th feb but coupon starting date was 16 feb
We received papers properly till a week but after that he didn't give us paper.
In every week 2-3 days we have to go to his stall to take newspaper. Literally poor customer service. And now he is arguing that our subscription is ended but actually our subscription is about to end on 16 may. Our subscription started on 16 feb it was 3-month subscription i. E. 16 feb-16 march, 16 march -16 april, 16 april - 16 may.

I am very-very sorry to write you that my daughter riya gupta has come first in st. Xavier's senior secondary school, chandigarh & she has scored 96.4%. But instead of riya gupta photo, you have published bigger photo of amisha khurana who has scored only 96% in 7th may-16th hindustan times paper while other news papers like punjab kesri, amar ujala & tribune has published correctly. My daughter has got 5th position in chandigarh as per chandigarh tribune.
Wrong publishing in your news paper is a serious issue as my daughter is suffering from mental tension for which you are responsible. My whole family is also suffering for the same reason.

Therefore, you are kindly requested to look into seriously & publish it again by changing the photo and kindly inform us.

I have not my received mint coupons but has a lot of tickets from automated crm saying someone will talk to me and resolve.

Cheque was cleared on 20th feb'2016. It was for rs 1099 for ht & mint. I have received ht coupons a month back. Yet to receive mint coupons.

I can only recommend to others is stay away from the ht media subscription racket and if you can exercise a choice away from the magazine.

March mid wk, 2016 ht executive collected cheque of rs. 799 (Under delhi bonanza offer for 14 months) from me. 28th april, 2016 i have received an sms from ht that your hindustan times subscription is processed and newspaper delivery should start from 02/05/2016. But no coupon is sent to my address unlike last year. And i am not getting ht copy by my vendor. My vendor is asking for the coupon.. What should i do? I have called ht office several times. But as it is customer service is always busy. So could not get any solution. I am expecting a reply from ht customer support as sent 4 mails, but never got any reply. If they can not provide promised service, they should return the money.

I subscribed for annual newspaper scheme for Hindustan times on 23 Feb 2015, got this confirmation through message from their office that my subscription/newspaper will start from 16 March 2015. On 5th May I was informed that my coupons are directly delivered to the Vendor Abhishek Asija.

He never started delivering the newspaper and even stopped responding to my calls when questioned about the status of our coupons. In HT customer makes the payment but coupons are directly delivered to the vendor, after lots of chase I got to know that he has stopped delivering paper to all his clients and has winded up his business. I highlighted this thing to one of their representative when they inquired about regular delivery of the newspaper about more than a month ago but no action was taken.

After running from pillar to post I got to know about one of your employee Mr. Rajeev, , I spoke to him once and highlighted my concern, he promised to help me on Monday about 2 weeks back but since then he has never responded to any calls on his mobile. With this kind of team and systems, I can understand why HT is losing its client base.

Your call/customer service centre are no different, it is impossible to contact anyone there. I repent my decision that I decided to continue my subscription with HT for this year also.

After months of follow up a new vendor was appointed and he started delivering paper from 26th June 2015, since the subscription was for one year I was expecting the delivery of the paper till June but he is asking for money from March 2016 onward.

I have availed TOI’s scheme also but never faced any problem. They never give coupons to the vendor and are very transparent in their deals.

Hope someone will get the time to pay attention to this matter and help.

Sir i got yearly subscription coupon id r0020984 no 43749288 due on 01 jun 16, , , i told my vendor to on 30 apr to start my daily paper on 01 may, , he came on 01 may morning and asked me the coupon, , , when i started to give him the coupon he insisted me to give all 12 coupons,

After that he told that the coupon is due on 01 jun so he can start giving the paper on that date only so he has not given any paper till now, , i have also complained to ur customer care on 02 may and 03 may comp no 4621, , , but no response,

This is the way that a vendor can deal with customer than how your distribution will be smooth?
I humbly request you to correct your vendor and if possible change that vendor

I have done an ht personnel through cheque payment of rs. 799 (Under delhi bonanza offer for 14 months) on 20/3/2016, and have received a sms from ht that your hindustan times subscription is processed and newspaper delivery should start from 15/04/2016. But till date i haven't received any coupons.

I tried to call their customer service number multiple times over the phone, but no body picks up the call neither they respond over the e-mail for my multiple e-mails.

I have done an online payment of Rs. 799 (under Delhi Bonanza offer for 14 months) on 12/3/2016, and have received a SMS from HT that your HINDUSTAN TIMES subscription is processed and newspaper delivery should start from 01/06/2016. But till date I haven't received any coupons.

I tried to call their customer service number multiple times over the phone, but no body picks up the call neither they respond over the e-mail for my multiple e-mails.

But no coupon is sent to my address unlike last year. I am not getting ht copy by my newspaper vendor. I could not contact him as newspaper distributed very early in the morning. I have purchased annual subscribtion of english newdpaper till march 2016 and hindi newspaper till August 2016.

But since january 1 2016 i m not getting newspaper as the vendor is asking for rs 100 p.m addutional from the coupon holders.

In the month of Dec hindustan times has sold me the annuak subscribtion for another 1 year means i have valid coupon till March 2017 in hindi and August 2017 in English.

Even after the frequent cimpkaints vendor is not delivering the newspaper.

I m also moving it to the consumer court for the compensation in lieu of mental harassment and monetary fraud byhindustan times.

I booked HT subscription of 1 year and made payment of 799 via cheque 717688. Still I have not received the coupons and with so many followup aslo, I am still trying to be in touch with HT media but no body picks up the phone. I have received the response that they have couriered by coupons and I will receive it in 4-5 days. Its already 7 days and I have not received any coupons. I am trying to get courier details but neither they are responding on mail nor on calls.

i have paid the HT person wia cheque for the coupons in october 2015 and also received a message in my mobile phone regarding subscription of Hindustan Times news paper on 26/11/2015. But i have not received coupons till now and i am paying for the newspaper now. cheque no. 678866 of Indian Overseas Bank also cleared on 21/12/2015. i am very much disappointed with your service.

Either refund my money back or send coupons.

I had handed over all the coupons of 24 Months to our newspaper vendor.
I do not receiving newspaper Hindustan Times since last months as the vendor denying that he have received the coupons.

HT also informed me that the coupons are redeeming by vendor but they are unable to stop him .

I also feel that HT is not helping to the subscriber.

We have renewed our newspaper subscription on 6 March 2016 & made payment via ICICI Bank Cheque No. 867250 dated 06.03.2016. But still we haven't received any subscription coupons. We have made the payment for renewal well in advance but after that facing worst services from Hindustan times.
Please do the needfull at the earliest...

I have asked my vendor so many times to give newspaper on Sunday only, as now there's no one at home to read newspaper daily.. I have been telling this to him for 4 months, but he drops newspaper all days and ask for money at the end of every month..please tell me when he will stop delivering newspaper except on sundays ??
I live in Sant garh, tilak nagar, New Delhi. Don't know the name of the vendor.
Please take immediate action.

On 27th feb 2016 have change my address & subsequently request was raised with ht customer care toll free no to update.

But it's been 2 months till now no updates on my ht newspaper subscription..

In spite of continuously writing emails & doing tele-cons over toll free the pathetic part is no response from ht media...

Being a good reader of hindustan times really having a very very bad response & experience...!!!..

Will not recommend any of my knowns & friends to enrol this cheating subscription offer from ht media...
