Dear sir/ma'am,
I subscribed for mint newspaper 8month back but i have not received the coupon till date my serial number is 4016164. I have called customer care several times but they are not responding and every time they disconnect the call... Very pathetic customer care service,
I have also called the guy who came to sell me the subscription his name is ajay gupta [protected] he is also not responding. Now i am feeling that i have been cheated.

I have booked hindustan hindi newspaper in kanpur. I have paid amount rs 666 as per the scheme on 19th march 2016. This scheme was for delivery of newspaper for whole year from april 2016 to april 2017. Last month newspaper did not came for 13 days and this month it is not coming from 10th august. Please take strict action against these person and provide uninterrupted supply of newspaper.

Sir I have taken your subscription of Rs.799 for 15 month. company have promised to send coupon and vendor will give news paper till 15 month. every month vendor will collect coupon. but 6 month have left. vendor will not start newspaper. I have requested you please return my money. otherwise i will go to consumer court. for your wrong commitment. you will also take hard step against your vendor. I am living in sourabh vihar O block in badar pur.

We have subscribed to gurgaon winter bonanza offer and submitted inr 799/- for subscription to 18 months of ht newspaper vide receipt no 1008115 dated 26-june-2016. However even the amount is credited in ht media account on 19-july-2016 vendor is not ready to deliver the newspaper to us.
It is my request to the concerned person to look into this and if they are not able to get the newspaper delivered kindly refund the amount asap.

My name is rajnish i live in lajpat nagar 2. My newspaper vendor's name is vinod, everytime the newspaper gives samples my vendor steals then. I am attaching a picture of the same. Though the value the sample carries is not high but stealing is stealing

Hi,

I have applied for 1 year subscription from ht for which i paid the check in nov 2015, from last 1 month the newspaper is not coming post when we complained of irregular delivery of the newspaper. Either start the newspaper subscription or return my money back. My address is tulip orange sec 70. Even the newspaper waala misbehaved when we complained of irregular newspaper delivery. & asked us to get the newspaper directly from ht.

Hi Team,

I took a 14 months of HT newspaper scheme but it is not started yet. Please let me know the status of this ASAP as it has been too long. For reference, i have attached screenshot of receipt.

Please resolve this ASAP.

A subscription of Rs 350/- from each of the student has been collected for a period of six months towards subscription of The Hidustan Times newspaper on the doorstep of each student with some othe package benifits like free movie show, workshop etc at The S D Vidya School, Ambala Cantt. There has been more tan 15 days the amount has been collected but the delivery of newspaper has yet not started, even though we have discontinued our earlier subscription i.e. Dainik Jagran.

I m Anil jadhav done annual subscription for 2 yrs, in Hindustan times from no[protected] booking date 18/02/2016, I have received only coupon,
But not received free gift yet.
Therefore, I requested to u look this mater seriously and do needful from ur side.

Subscribed Hindustan Times Mumbai (ID : R0000518) but news paper not being delivered at my place on a regular basis.Concerned vendor deliver two day but forget to deliver third day or forth day.Even he deliver only after 9.30 or 10 AM after several discussion.
Now it's useless to ask anything to vendor.
Please help.

Executive made me fake promises that you will received this month and that month.. Since starting u gave me a worst service i have received coupons at home after 3 months after payment. I read today's newspaper of hindustan times in jalandhar you just put an advertisement of punjab government based on comparison of electricity and mentioned punjab as its lowest why your editor use himachal pradesh in that column???... Because the lowest one is himachal.!!..
Please stop making people fool about this kind of information. I read your newspaper because of trust but this kind of incidence tend to lose my trust on your newspaper.Incomplete information is also harmful and seems to be wrong. I was going to lodge a complaint but somehow i feel may need to submit a complaint on your own website

On 28th i got a call from gurgaon/new delhi shine.com office for a good job in indore. i was impressed & paid rs.4000/- for registration charges as they demand (call made by mr. sunil mobile no.[protected]& [protected]). on 29th mr. sunil again call me & asked to deposit rs. 8600/-for verification fees & i deposited the same through my banker hdfc bank and mr. sunil arranged for a false telephonec interview with j. k. tyres personnel (name mr. ankit cel no.[protected]) after depositing rs.13400/- & rs.24600/- on 30th june & 1st july2016 as callection & interview id registration. the amount rs. 4000/- & rs.8600/- i have deposited with axis bank (a/c no.[protected] & ifsc no. utib0001810. details of transaction given below from my bank statement) in favor of shine a/c, & rs.13400/- & 24500/- deposited to icici bank a/c no.[protected] ifsc no. icic0000831 in favor of securend).
Theyhave assured me for interview on 7th of july but now they are asking for more money rs.32500/- for final interview but now they are not responding properly. so please help by recovering my money.

After that it has stopped again in the month of july. i not being started after various follow ups.

Dear concern, i find an error in scramble 2015 last option. The puzzle was inorc and there are six blank boxes available to put in the right answer where as the initial puzzle only provides you with 5 letters.
The correct answer also shows that there should be availability of 6 alphabets because the correct answer given was zircon.
So it clearly proves that the letter z was missing from the initial puzzle.
This was a error that was unnoticed by hindustan times and i was totally disappointed to see this kind of a mistake by such a branded newspaper. It will hurt people's sentiments who clearly trusts a source like hindustan times.

I opeted for hindustan times 14 months subscription eff jan 2015 but my vendor told me that he never got the coupons and now asks me money @ 170 rs per month... The shocking part is i am continuously writings emails to hindustan times since april this year at but apart from acknowledgement mails and 1 mail for some additional information i never got any mail or call from them regarding the issue resolution. This is really shocking and shameful that so called leading news paper is cheating the public...
