Thanks for spoiling the last 4 sunday. Its like we have opted for the scheme of complete year, thats why he is not sending the ht weekend instead of he throws times of india. This is really upsetting me as i have to go n buy ht from outside as im addictive to it. Kindly take strict action against this activity of him and his behaviour was very annoying, im giving 60/ rs per month service charge also. But this is not taken. The newspaper has been stopped since June 18, 2016 onwards. We are continuosly following up, but no response from either side. We have paid an amount of annual subsciption of Rs1099/-for 2 years. We have'nt received any coupon fron HT Times.We are fed up of messaging them.

I subscribe ht news papers in Nov 2015 but gift vouchers not received with coupons .
last 7 months I complained to ht customers care no. but they r not give proper response me.

With due respect, it is submitted that i have not been receiving hindustan newspaper from last 2months, although i have paid check of rs799 to ht media ltd through vendor abhinandan. I have complaint many times to vendor as well as to distributer head of wazirabad whose name is govind pandey but they don't pay heed to my complaint. So my humble request is that please provide me regular newspaper upto 1year as per plan.

I have given check of amount 799 rs. against one year ht newspaper subscription 3 months ago. during booking, it was told to me that i will receive coupon within one month but till now 3 months has been passed and coupons are not deliverd to me. my newspaper vendor stop the delivery of the newspaper due to fail of coupon payment to him. i tried number of times to contact ht but didn't received any response from them. its a completely harassement for a customer like me who have already made payment to ht and now not receiving the coupons. i request you to provide the solution to me as doon as possible as i am not receiving my newspaper.

I am a reader oh HT from past 7-8 years and recently facing problem with the distributor. He knowingly make default of delivery of newspaper to my place. After making complaint to complaint officer Mr. Jaideep Dahiya, nothing has improved. The distributor does not deliver newspaper to my address knowingly, and when i confronted the delivery boy, he doesnot talk to me properly. I am very disappointed that after giving money to these guys they do not deliver me the newspaper. So please help me get my money back. Please look into the matter.

The subscription done online before 3 months by me.Till one month paper was very regularly coming, after that it was not regular basis.I asked delivery boy he said we don't care about the customers.You complain wherever you want to do.Now from last week the newspaper isn't delivered.This thing is happening in ghaziabad...I am shocked that what may happen in remote areas???

I have sucribe HT for 2 Years on 08/05/2015 buy issuing a cheque no. 013206 of Indian Overseas Bank Borivali (West) Branch, Mumbai -400 092 for Rs. 998/- but to my srprised Vendor Ambadevi News Paper - Prashant Brid of Charkop is not giving a News Paper from last 1 month from the Vendor.

Please, look into the matter with the prayer urgency.

I want to draw your attention that i have paid an amount of rs. 799/- thru on-line vide bank transaction ref. no. [protected] on 09.05.2016 for 15 months subscription of ht. the booking reference no. is htm[protected]. it is surprising that till date i have not received the coupens. the newspaper vendor has stopped delivery of newspaper.
2. from the last 3 years i have been taking this scheme, but every time when renewal of this scheme, this mismanagement happens.
3. beside this the newspaper vendor charges convenience fee of rs.30/- per month (total 30x15= rs. 450/-) and take the coupens and convenience fee in advance. if we decline this fee, he threatened to stop supply of newspaper. this has resulted financial loss to me.
4. from the last so many years, we read ht newspaper regularly but your service for supplying of coupens is pathetic and should be improved. your customer care no. 60004242 is always remain busy.
5. i once again request you to provide ht coupens and compensate me in lieu of convenience charges immediately, so that delivery of newspaper may be started.

Dear Sir,

My registered mobile No. is [protected] staying in Kandivali Mumbai. I have subscribed for HT. Then vendor came to me and told me that I have to give him all the coupons at one time only then he will give the newspaper. I refused and told him that it is mentioned on the coupons that we should give only after the month is over. The vendor has not stopped giving the paper from 1st July 2016. Last year the vendor has not given the newspaper for more than 45 days in a year.

When I called the customer support, they told me that it will take 7 days to arrange for another vendor but nothing has been done so far. When I called up today the CS executive told me that it will take 15 days and the earlier executive has given wrong information. When I told her to give it to the supervisor or manager, she refused and was not willing to transfer the line or call the supervisor. She just put me on Hold for more than half hour and then disconnected the call This is not professionalism.
Pleas look into this matter or refund my money back. I am having very bad experience with Hindustan times from past 2 years. Please feel free to call me for any

We are reading ht newspaper for long time while living in vaastu apartments, sector 55, gurgaon and using various offers given by company. recently we have enrolled for gurgaon winter bonanza offer for 15 months ht subscription for inr799/- vide serial no. 1008115.

Although we have faced no delivery of newspaper in earlier subscriptions as well recent one being serial no 4815875 since we are getting newspaper at the mercy of vendor (s) because ht media co. did not issue coupons to readers but directly gives it to vendor. hence weather reader gets the newspaper or not vendor will certainly get the money or newspaper since he will give coupons back to ht media.

I am writing my complaint since even after reminding the local ht representative several times that we are not getting newspaper he is not able to provide solution to the same.

It is my request to seniors in the ht media to look into this since this is not good for the reputation of such a big company and with such good history.in my opinion it is always good to give some powers to consumers by giving monthly redemption coupons to consumers/readers instead of vendors.

Looking for the resolution of my problem on permanent basis.

I subscribed for Hindustan Times for 14 months and got a confirmation on my registered mobile no. [protected], for start of subscription from 02 Apr 16. However, I have not received the coupons yet. With great difficulty and in around 50 attempts, I could contact a customer care executive who took my complaint but to no avail. I have been lodging complaints through emails but yet to receive a response for the same.
Please dispatch coupons at the earliest so that same could be handed over to the dealer.
