Hello,

This is with regard to the hindustan times subscription vouchers. We had bought ht vouchers by paying rs799 on 29 november 2015 though a cheque but the vouchers have not been received till date.
Every time we call the customer care of ht they take our details and then never call back. Please help us in getting either the vouchers or a refund of the money paid.
Please let me know incase you need any other information from me on this.

I am a regular reader of ht. From the month euro football has started there has been quite a few mistakes regarding the statistics. Recent example is that is in 28th june edition, it has been printed that argentina where runner ups of 2010 world cup rather it shpuld be 2014. Latest is that in your sports section you have given stats of england players where from my knowledge jamie vardy has played 36 pl matches. Please do look into this.

The amount rs-799/-. I am very surprise to a leading news paper company cheating me, till date they are not sending any coupans my address. The feb month i had call help line, they were saying your address was wrong, i told him, you people collected cheque my residence, how it is change the address, again i told him, last two years you were sending my original address, but you are saying address has been changed, again i was telling my address, but, til date i am not receving any coupons and my money.
Please, returns my money, i don not want any subscription from h t news paper.

For lucky draw wineer they said i have won 14, 000/rs of mobile phone & 2gms of gold they called and confirm with my address.

But they send me another box of having gods photos of waste iron metal items.

I have called them and complaint also noted but next day on wards they were no lifting my mobile call.

Plz note this my luck draw gift or give back my money of cash on delivery 3200i have paid.

That without coupons he will not give any further supply.
With lot of faith we had chosen this scheme keeping in mind the reputation of ht. But i am sorry to say
That i am completely taken aback by the unprofessional attitude. No body is picking calls on customer

I had taken hindustan times subscription. Paid the entire amount but did not get the newspaper even for a single day. Haven't received hindustan times paper even for a single day in complete year even after paying full subscription money. Called up customer care but for no success. Ht calls you up for subscription, takes full payment and then unable to fulfill commitments. Even there is no one to help. Now i am again getting calls from hindustan times to renew my subscription.

I bought 2 years subscription of hindustan times newspapers but suddenly after 1 year vendor stopped giving me newspapers...

I subscribed to your newspaper under Gurgaon Winter Bonanza. Your repersentative Mr. INTZAR collected cheque number 304436 for Rs.799/= on[protected] and issued a receipt no.1005492 against it. The cheque was credited to your account on[protected] as per my bank statement. I also received sms messages from you confirming my subscription.
However I have not received any coupons promised by your executive and now the vendor is demanding money for the newspapers delivered. Once in first week of June2016 I also received a call from your office regarding my subscription and when I complained about non receipt of coupons, she promised to get these delivered. But nothing happened. My vendor is fighting with me for money. I have already paid the amount to you.
Please do the needful.
It is very disappointing to get this kind of service from a paper of HINDUSTAN STANDING and it is not doing anything to encourage people to subscribe to it.

The news paper is not yet issued to me. I got the call from ht media customer care for over 2 times and each time they told that coupons will be delivered soon.

My son, vivek pandey, mobile-[protected] made payment for ht annual subscription in dec-15 thru cheque and cheque was encashed in jan-16 but coupon not recd. Tried to contact customer care at times & could get through in may-16 when request for re-issuance of coupon was taken with assurance that coupons would be sent in a fortnight but till date the same has not been received. Speaking to customer care is not easy task as one has to dial for number of times and to one's good luck once in while you may get through.

Intervention is solicited in arranging despatch of coupons without any further delay as purpose of taking annual subscription is defeated as every month i have to pay to vendor.

Madam, dear sir,

Please see the trail mail. The delivery as not yet started and i have talked to my distribution vendor, he said that the delivery cannot start within this month due to some problem with the collection centre. I have already requested for cancellation. Please cancel the subscription as i have already raised the issue on 1st june (Within 3 days of the subscription) and refund the money-rs.509/- to my bank of india a/c-[protected], ifsc code-bkid0004074, kalikapur branch (The same a/c from which the money was deducted on31.05.2016) the contract was started reluctantly on my part based on the persuasion of the sales person and i have immediately requested for it's withdrawal. Kindle accede to my request as early as possible so that the issue could be resolved amicably.

I had applied for the renewal of the annual subscription of Hindustan times for amount Rs. 799 (14 months Scheme) on 21 March 2016 and the subscription no. is 8018992. Your representative had collected the HDFC Bank cheque (no. 000053) from me and the cheque had been debited from my account as well in April-16. But till now I haven't received the coupons.
Can you please check this? Awaiting for your quick response.

Hi, my name is Hargovind Tiwari. I am using Hindustan times newspapers since last 2year. But before some days I have not received newspapers properly. Ever some days he given me another papers like TIMES OF INDIA and if i ask to paper boy or vender than he give me reason due to shortage from HT MEDIA. And it repeated 3-4 times. Second things I have received a newspaper of HINDUSTAN TIMES today and one cosmetic product like shampoo of TRESemmé shows on front paper of HTCITY but I has also removed before given me.

I have been using yearly subscription plan for HT newspaper since Dec 2015. I shifted my home and i lost my coupon and i wrote a mail to them on 20 April 2016 for sending me coupon again and got this reply that they will send me in next 15-20 days. since then i have been chasing them and havn't got any reply.

There vendot who gives me paper argues with me for coupons and i keep chasing them.

Please send them a notice that if they are incapable of serving there customer them return my money.

I am colonel raghu rajbir singh, residing at h. No 227, sector 10, panchkula. My mob no is [protected].
I booked ht and sunday hindustan times for a period of 6 months and paid a icici bank sec 11, panchkula cheque no 063216 of rs450/- to your agent mr jasmeet, mob no [protected] on 12 mar 2016 which has already been encashed and debited in my bank a/c. The serial no of my booking receipt is 1461613
I did not receive any coupons for more than a month. I contacted your mohali office at no[protected]. I was told that i have already been issued with the coupons and they have got the courier receipt. On further pursuing it was found that courier had not delivered the coupons as the receipt did not have my signature.
The mohali office has now taken a undertaking from me that i have not received the coupons about 4 weeks back and assured me that coupons will be deliverd soon. When i checked on 01 jun about the coupons, i was told it will be delivered by 10 jun. I checked with them today and have been told it will take some more time and it depends upon delhi office when they send it. I asked for your head office email etc which was denied by saying they are not entitled to tell any one. I think this is shameful.
I request you to please take action to send me the coupons at the earliest or i shall go to the consumer court irrespective of the small amount involved in the transaction to expose your mohali office and the courier company involved in the racket.

Companies are distributing free samples. These are not reaching customers. Paper distributors are taking the samples out before supplying to end users. I have seen that it is wide spread in our area. I have complained number of times to paper distributors but he does not care. For example in todays edition sunsilk shampoo was distributed but again it was missing from the paper. I checked with many people in my society and found that nobody received free sample. Companies are spending significant money but not getting the end result. It is your responsibility to ensure that free sample reaches to end customers. If the concern is not dealt with then i will be taking up the matter with companies.

I am raising this complaints all because of your employees working in our najafgarh area and taking my request as granted for the coupons of the HT and the good thing is that the cheque which I had paid was already cut from the account and when I call to your executive he used to tell me always that send me the details I will call you for the same but I didn't get the call from your executive side. So please check it and the details are given below..
