This is regarding the HT Newspaper for which i had taken annual subscription. Meanwhile we shifted from Delhi to Gurgaon and requested for the change of address and also to align the local vendor. Its been almost 2 months and nothing happened. I myself tried to contact the local vendor but he said that new coupons will be issued by HT as these coupons will not work in Gurgaon. I have contacted HT team 4 times till date but no satisfactory response is there. Moreover there helpline number is always busy and if you have to reach them at least call them 20 - 25 times and if you get to talk to them finally please consider yourself very lucky. 3 hours is the minimum time to contact them. I have also written an email twice to there customer care but did not get any response.

I am giving below details of the various SMS received from your organization from the period 13th September 2015. I would request you to kindly spare your time to read this which will give you the reason why I am sending this e-mail to you. Yesterday I had a telephonic conversation with your Mr. Kalidas who adviced me to send the e-mail on my grievances. The SMS received from you on various dates are given below: 1. 13/9/15 Dear Reader, your HT subscription has lapsed. to resubscribe @Rs 799/yr, give us a missed call @[protected] and get a NUMERO UNO wallet worth Rs 699 free. Sender: AM-HTMUMB 2. 13/9/15 Dear Reader, thank you for showing interest in Hindustan times subscription. Our executive will contact your over this weekend Sender: AD-MISCAL 3. 30/9/15 Dear Reader, your subscription form has been received and is under process. HT media Ltd. Sender: AD-HTMUMB. 4. 19/10/15 Dear Reader HT/Mint Subs coupon has been sent thru Speed post EMS No. ea[protected]in. To track log on to www.indiapost.gov.in/tracking.aspx. HT Media Ltd. 5. 12/10/15 Dear Reader, your HT/Mint subscription coupon has been delivered through speed post, if not received pls sms [protected]@[protected] or call us @[protected] 6. 14/10/15 Welcome to Hindustan Times. Pls rate your HT subscription experience by giving a free Missed call @[protected] of delighted or else @[protected] if annoyed To the above message I sent a missed call to telephone number [protected] which denotes my annoyance. 7. 14/10/15 Thank you for your response. We regret the inconvenience caused to you. We will get back to you shortly. Regards, Hindustan Times. After receiving the above message your organization did not bother to contact me to find out what was my grievance. I, on my own, telephoned your organization on 15/10/15 and told the person on the line about the subscription collected by me and your failure to send the gift promised in the first SMS dated 13/9/15 sent to me.. The person mentioned to me that the gift has already been dispatched and I would get the same within the next seven days. From 14/10/15 till now, I have made calls to your office every week on the subject and received same reply. It was after I got the last identical reply, I telephoned to Mr. Kalidas on 07/11/15 and under his advice this e-mail is sent to you. Please note that I don't care for the gift. The purpose of sending this mail is to make you understand that you have cheated a subscriber and also humiliated him. I had renewed my annual subscription of "The Hindustan Times" ( to be started on 01/10/2015 ) on 28/08/2015, online through my credit card by paying Rs 799/-. I got a number of calls from HT executives asking for that if i have received the coupons or not. Every time my answer was no, and they assured me that you will receive the same shortly. But till now I haven't recd the monthly coupons that I have to give to the vendor. I am trying to call them every day since last one week at 60004242 but no one picks up the phone. This is reccha from new delhi I have paid the whole amount by cheque to a ht agent 3 months back who came to my house through Company and he told me that I'll my coupons within 15 days but till now I haven't got any coupons, I have registered infinite complaints in their customer care through calls and through mails but evry time they tell me a new story even I called their agent to whom I have handed the cheque and he told me that he has left his job so even he can't help...I really don't know whose fault is this but 1 thing I know is that since childhood I'm reading their newspaper only and now my day starts only with it only but they have disappointed me so much that now I wish to get my money back and go to another company with better services Name.Reccha valecha City.new delhi Registered mob no.[protected]

I paid Rs.699/- as yearly subscription for delivery of Hindustan Times.The amount was debited to my account on 21st April 2015.I received a SMS from your office informing me that delivery of paper will start from 1st May 2015.I received the paper only for one month.After this I have not got any news paper.I contacted MR.Navneet and he informed me that the company is unable to deliver paper.I asked him for refund of my money and he said that I will receive my refund cheque by post soon.But I have not received the cheque.Please refund my money. I live in ambala cantt.this Sunday or 11/10/2015 I got newspaper of only 40 pages where as it was written 58 pages.on asking my vendor he was not able to give a satisfactory reply.pls could you answer to my query.why are we getting lesser pages even on paying the full amount.

Sir i have been a regular customer of hindustan times newspaper. But since i shifted to delhi my newspaper isn't regular and at most times i miss my newspaper. I contacted to vendor but to no avail.. At last i tried contacting hindustan through the landline and toll free. They kept me on line for 5 min and then the call was cut .Again i tried calling the same thing happened.. Further i was charged a balance of rs 12 on their so called toll free no. Please look into the matter

We read Hindustan Times newspaper in both languages Hindi and English and every month we pay almost Rs.300 for that but whenever we ask the supplier about any package that company offer to its customers he always say there is no such package. So I want you to look after this problem because if this goes on like this I have to go for some other newspaper. You should stop such happening where the suppliers are taking benefits from those packages.

I had renewed my annual subscription of The Hindustan Times on 30/4/15, vide cheque no. 287581 dated 30/4/15 for Rs 799/- drawn on Syndicate Bank Ghaziabad. But till now I haven't recd the monthly coupons that I have to give to the vendor. For the same I have called the customer service center as well as mailed my escalation several times but seems there is no body to take care of my concern. Only once I was told by the customer care executive that the coupons have been delivered to which I denied. Upon my denial he assured me that the duplicate coupons will be delivered shortly but till now I haven't recd the same. REMINDER-6 This is regarding booking of Hindustan (Hindi Newspaper) where I have not received monthly coupons, cheque of INR 499/- is already debited from my account (siblings account) on 14/07/2015 my detail as Name: Vijendra Kumar Sharma, B-97, Mahendra Enclave, Shastri Nagar, Ghaziabad cheque no. 000031 our contact no. [protected] even after calling almost 10 times and a long trail mail (5-7) to there customer service team in last month nothing has happened except getting there pet dialogue that we are providing new paper.

My name is Rohan Thorat ([protected]) and this complaint is for Hindustan Times Newspaper, I have been taking the newspaper subscription since years now and the latest subscription was a bad idea. I have taken this subscription months ago and even the submitted the cheque, the Hindustan times executive has banked the cheque, the amount is been paid and till date I haven't received my subscription coupons, I have spoken to the Hindustan times customer care department, but still no use.

Kindly look into this asap.
Else please return my money back.

Hi, My name is Durgesh Patil ([protected]) and this complaint is for Hindustan Times Newspaper, I have been taking the newspaper subscription since years now and the latest subscription was a bad idea. I have taken this subscription months ago and even the submitted the cheque, the Hindustan times executive has banked the cheque, the amount is been paid and till date I haven't received my subscription coupons, I have spoken to the Hindustan times customer care department about the change in address and they even took my new address still you guys have delivered them to my old address couple of times and as per the text I have received on 23 September 2015 again you guys have dispatched the coupons through procure logistics vide AWB No.[protected]. which says city name Sandhurst Road East-53, I don't even stay there, it does not matched my old address as well as new address, I don't who has updated the address, but kindly make sure the coupon is delivered asap at my below mentioned address as the its almost been three months. HT representatives issued the coupons at my home and collected a cheque of INR 799. The newspaper vendor refused to redeem the coupons. After submitting my complain to the HT consumer complain department, the representative did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. When I called the senior office Mr.Gaurav, he bluntly told me that he is under no obligation to update the customer about the status of their complain resolution. The officers are completely insensitive about the customer complaints and refuse to correspond or answer by mail. one Mr. Ashish clearly told me that if i want any written confirmation then better wait for his seniors to respond. Basically, it appears they HT is collecting Rs.799 for free. It is a case of cheating since HT could not provide the service. If HT cannot deliver then they should withdraw such schemes immediately than to make their readers and consumers suffer at the hands of their so inefficient representatives at the consumer complain department . Is any one looking in these matters or simply dumped as one of thousand cases. extremely bad experience !!! can I expect any action in the next 24 hours???

Dear All, I had paid Rs 799 for yearly subscription for Hindustan Times newspaper subscription in month of August. I was told newspaper delivery will begin 1st of Sept 15, still there is no one to support. I had received an sms from HINDUSTAN TIMES asking to misscall @ [protected] incase of no delivery. I had applied for One year Hindustan Times subscription by paying Rs 799/- in cheque and Rs 100/- in cash. The cheque already debited from my account on 26 th Aug'15. The subscription supposed to begin from 1st Sep'2015 but didn't got any coupons as yet. As per local Newspaper vendor, the coupons should come directly from Hindustan Times office. Kindly send the coupons urgently.

My father, Mr. Dilip Mane had requested to subscribe for Hindusthan times newspaper earlier. We have also given a cheque (Abhyudaya bank, ch no. 100001 for Rs.998/-) in favor of HT media Ltd. Mr. Shashikant had collected a cheque, which was cleared on 16 July 15. Form no for the same is[protected]. However its been 2 months still haven't got coupons for newspaper. This has happened previous year also. We have complained about it in the past still we not got the coupons. We are fed up of complaining again and again. Have not got any response from your end. How many times we need to complain about coupons?? Still I request you to provide us with coupons soon as possible. Also as we are in the mid of Sep-15, so we want coupons from the month of Oct-15. If you guys can not provide us with coupons on time simply refund our money. Also take some efforts to reply atleast.
