    On 26 Feb 2015, an executive from Hindustan Times came at my doorstep with an offer of 14 months subscription at Rs 699 and I gave him the cheque regarding that and he gave me a slip with serial no. 1382893 as you can see in attached image ht 001. My cheque got cleared on 19th March 2015 and after that I got a message that your newspaper delivery should start from 1st April 2015, you can refer attached image ht 002. But till now I am not getting any newspaper from Hindustan Times and when I contacted my Vendor Sunil (Mobile no. [protected]) than he told me that he has no information about this offer and therefore he cant provide us the newspaper according to the scheme. After that I contacted the numbers which are mentioned on the slip (see image ht 001) and they told me that it will start in a day or two from 1st April till now they say the same lines and I am not getting newspaper till now. Please look into this matter and you can contact me on [protected].

      On recommendation of my vendor I had applied for coupons under above scheme. Mr R K Sharma (Mob:[protected] had collected the cheque from my office which was en cashed thereafter. I had been issued receipt no: 1415309. There being no information for almost a month I tried to contact Mr Sharma but he never responded. Phone nos mentioned on the reverse of receipt of your HT Media were also not attended. I then contacted your Patiala office and got Mohali phone no: 5050672. I complained to the operator about non receipt of vouchers. After 2/3 days she told me to contact Jasbir Singh [protected]. He took a week to get me the information that coupons had been delivered at my residence on 25th April, a blatant lie. I again contacted him to tell that coupons had not been delivered at my residence. It is now over a week and he tells me that it will take him 4/5 days to check.         I have booked for a yearly subscription with an amount of Rs.699 through one Hindustan times executives who visited our home and explained me that they are collecting CHEQUES only and NO CASH as its a scheme announced by HT to their regular customers and after honouring of the cheques HT will send us yearly subscription coupon which we have give it to our local vendor on every month, While enquiring about any other charges he assured me that NO OTHER CHARGES HAS TO BE PAID IN THIS REGARD AS THIS IS SCHEME IS BEING ANNOUNCED BY HT HENCE THE VENDORS WILL NOT BE ASKING THE SAME ALSO.Ht will provide all the benefits to them. On receipt of the coupons when i show this to Mr. ARVIND PANDEY whose name has been printed on it for papers he simply say that we have to pay an additional amounting to Rs.180/- ( full yearly )as delivery charges else he will not provide us the news paper i have to collect the papers my own from the site where it comes and they are not responsible for the commitments made by the HT EXECUTIVES. I have to deliver the cheques directly to him then only he is liable for the schemes announced by HT else an amount of Rs.180/- has to be paid to them. He also gave me the number of Mr. AMAR PAL, MAYUR VIHAR PHASE 3, AREAEXECUTIVE, EAST DELHI-110096 . While having my conversation with Mr.Amar pal area Representative he explained me that if i am unable to pay an amount of Rs. 180/- together for full year then there is an option provided for Rs. 15/-pm along with coupons .He insisted that he is also ready to take the coupons back and pay me Rs. 699/- in cash he is unable to provide me with cheque as HT WILL NOT ATTEND US ANY MORE. ROLE OF HT STANDS UPTO COLLECTION OF CHEQUES ONLY DELIVERY HAS TO BE MADE BY VENDORS & NOT BY HT EXECUTIVE. Paying Rs.180/- is not an issue but I simply want to know why if HT is making a commitment they should also keep the same. If i had paid the same cheque to local vendor no charges or any problems would have risen. This problem is not only mine there may be many morepeoples are also facing this kind problem who might have thought paying anadditional amount is better who will waste time with HT so I would request you to kindly HELP ME TO sort out this one.               Hi, I stay in sector 78 of mohali (Punjab) Minor scuffle with the local newspaper vendor with regard to advance payment of monthly newspaper led me to put this complaint. We dismiss his services and talked to other newspaper vendor and came to know that the earlier vendor told him not to give us newspaper. We are in need of daily newspaper Hindustan Times.                 As i am the customer of hindustan times from last so many years from last two to three years your company gives free gifts for the subscription for two years and i have not received any gifts from your company, from last two to three days Mr prashant is calling me again and again for the new subscription i told him i have not received the gift from last two years i dont want to renew, he told me he will provide one gift for last year and before that there was no gift you are telling me lie and your vendor is also telling lie and using bad words and i am surprised this are the employees of Hindustan times saying bad words to the clients using bad words like Bhikaris and harami and saying that i will come to your place and see what i can do to you etc. Iam afraid for this so please look into the matter or else i will do police complaint against your company.                                 I am regular subscriber of Hindustan time news paper, my HT subscription. form no is[protected] amount paid 599rs. Cheque no 000091 .Dated. 12/05/2014. Bank of baroda.for one year renewal. From April 1st they have stopped delivering new paper as they have not issued coupons to the respective vendor.I have already inform about this matter to their executives but could not get any positive response.                                   My renewal of newspaper subscription was pending on 8th December 2014. These guys kept on following me to pay it via check! As I was out of checks, so I requested them to suggest me some other medium to pay! The rep never gave me any option and kept on hanging up that we will let you know. After so many tries, I got hold of online payment system, but to my surprise, there was some issue and they were not accepting the online payments. I requested the cash which they refuse to accept. After that I ordered my check book and post that I again contacted these guys. A rep came to me in late December, I guess, and took the check and confirmed me that the coupons will be delivered within 3-4 weeks. Meanwhile, i requested the vendor to continue the paper as the they accept coupon with a delay of a month. during 25th Jan, Vendor started insisting me to give the coupons but i kept on asking for some more grace as if I was begging. in Mid Feb, vendor told that he will not deliver the paper. He stopped delivering the paper and I gave him the amount for 2 months, based on their monthly cycle. and these 2 months, although i have paid for the scheme, but I could not enjoy the benefits. I told the rep in the beginning that I will be shifting to Bangalore in April, but he still suggested to go for the coupons as if I avail the paper for 5 months without offer, the amount will still come closer to the yearly subscription. The whole deal was on this purpose which was missed badly because of HT's PATHETIC SERVICE. I kept on trying there call center number which never took me anywhere. Then i started writing emails, the first email sent was on 9th February. it is 8th April and HT team has replied only once which is today! I have sent them 7 reminders to beg for a reply! This is complete breach of trust and timelines and I want these people to pay my money and will never be associated with them EVER AGAIN! VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!

                                        Hi, I did subscription for Hindustan times for one year in last year September 2014. Here is the details for the check: check clear date : 22/9/2014 check number: [protected] Amount: Rs 599 My paper was not started until January 2015. I did follow up with HT for 4 months and a lot of complaints they started it in Jan. I got paper for just one month and it again stopped by end of February. I did reach out to the Vendor, HT and complaint so many time but no response. I think this is a fraud done to me. please help me. thanks!!
