Hi my name is Sunil Kumar Gautam. My dear friend sent me a courier weighning 2kgs from delhi to patna. But the package received here is not a condition to accept. The packet has been torn from sides and 500 pieces of visiting card is missing. I got all other things in the courier but the visiting card was missing. Contacting the office they told to contact the head office and hence the main office gurgaon. My consignment number is D991B5014137. I can specify that the visiting card was on the name of AMIT SINGH.

On subscribing for HT news paper for Feb 2015, we never received any coupons from them. On repeated inquiry we were informed that the coupons were delivered at a wrong address and hence we will get the coupons at the right address but we never got them. When we called them again some 10-15 (first week of august) days back we came to know that our complain has never been registered with them. We have been calling them since April and all they said was that we are calling them for the first time. Moreover the guys were arrogant enough to blame us saying that the wrong address (where the coupons have been delivered by them) is not wrong, it got changed by us. How is it even possible for we have been living in the same house for past 3 years and have been getting the HT subscription until the last one.

Dear Concern, Take it seriously, Read it Full. & Reply other wise I have to choose another options to get the services for which I had paid my hard earned money. I had made Payment of Rs. 1500/- in the month of Feb.2015 via ICICI Chq, for your scheme of One Year Subscription coupons for English Hindustan Times and some Passes of KOD, which I had not received till now & your One Manager named AJAY (Mobile No. [protected]) is misguiding me again and again from past one month. I made a complaint on 17th June 2015 at your complaint No. 011 – 60004242 via complaint No. 94, Customer Care Executive is Deepak. Since then I had made contacts regularly on 19/06/15 with Dishant, on27/06/2015 with Some another, on 29/06/2015 with Deepak he says coupans will be delivered in 8-10 days, then again on 08/07/2015 with Dishant, he suggested to write a mail on [protected]@hindustantimes.com I mail my concern again on that mail & got reply that we are working on your request, Then Some Executive named SARASWATI give me 5-6 calls on different days from Tel No. [protected] & every time asked whether I had received the coupons or not and I have to reply “NO” again and again. Now the Main Problem starts when an Another EXECUTIVE of yours Called me on 17th July 2015, his name is AJAY from Mobile No. [protected], (Email : [protected]@gmail.com) he is saying that I am the manager here, he said that we had received your complaint and sending u the stuff again, He is misguiding me again and again by telling that your stuff is couriered tomorrow, I had give him 50-60 calls since then almost twice every day but he has another excuse every time, ask Sorry every time and again promises to send the revert next tomorrow aground 11.30 or 12.00 pm. Some time he says your stuff will be couriered, some times he says that I am sending the stuff with my field boy, some tyime he says I have to check my Sahibabad office for your concern, some times he says the courier is received at your address, if not received by you I can send it again as these are the non transferable coupons, means lots of excuses. Tha same is happing again and again, since 17th July, I told him several time that if there any problem tell me the true picture of the story, but every time that guy is telling that Sir, please believe me, your problem will be sorted by tomorrow, but that tomorrow never came, I have his Voice Recordings and SMSs also, regarding his false committeemen’s if you want I can send them to u, Now, Since 2-3 days he is not picking my phone and sending SMS that I am not in town, now again he send the same SMS. But now I am fed up with the follow-up of this complaint, My news paper vender also harassing me again and again as he want the monthly coupons for his papers. Dear Sir, I want to bring to your Notice That few months ago your Representatives Mr Amit Kumar met me for promotional sales and I paid him the cash for the subscription and he gave me the slip attached above .And told me that now onwards you have to show this slip when someone ask you for the payment I took his words and I did the same but newspaper people are asking for the coupons which Mr amit has not given it to me, I have tried Amit Numbers for coupons but no body responded, Please provide me the coupons as soon as possible

I had applied for annual subscription. After a great toil and follow ups for 2 months, got coupons but now no body is delivering newspaper. Sir, after repeated calls from your end for renewal of annual subscription I agreed and asked to collect the cheque of rs 799 but nobody have turned up for last 2-3 weeks despite repeated reminder from my end to customer care . now I am forced to opt for TOI if not collected within 2 days..I think there is some foul play is being played between hawker and cheque collector for some vested interests .thanks. This is regarding booking of Hindustan (Hindi Newspaper) where I have not received monthly coupons, cheque of INR 499/- is already debited from my account (siblings account ) on 27-March-14. Its not a big issue where they people took three months to dig out the facts that what went wrong. I don't know how they people knows basics of services or not. If they can't resolve the issue return my money, I am not asking for charity you are paid for that.

I placed a classified ad on the Hindustan times thru releasemyad.com. It was an 1 plus1 ad combo offer wherein you pay for 1 and the next add is released as free. I got a confirmation call and email for the same, however after 4 days of booking the ad, I get another call from publishing house saying that offer is no longer valid and we have taken it down from the website and we will not give the free advertisement. I requested them several times to consider this as special request as the I have received confirmation emails and calls but they stopped calling and entertaining my emails and kept my 1 advertisement also on hold. ReleasemyAd customer care agents kept calling me every day saying give us 1 day when we can release your ad but publishing house will not release the free advertisement. This is how big publishing house likes HT are making a fool of the customers to attract advertisements. I will never again place ad with HT. TOI does a much better job at this however there ads are bit costly from HT. Hope someone will help me here.

Dear Sir, This is to inform you that from last month i have been not delivered the News paper Daily. The delivery boy directly said he can't deliver the paper in spite being a Old Customer since from last 3 years .We don't need these kind of poor services from you . Hi Sir I stay in Gurgaon and had purchased annual subscription plan from HT Media sales executive on 1st Dec 2014 vide applicaiton number - HT1378169‏. Since then I have been chasing them on emails/phones to send me my coupons or get the circulation started. They have failed to do so in last 7 months. Now they have even stopped responding to the emails. Even if in a rare occassion I get a response, it is within 2-3 days everything would be sorted. But it never happens. I need my refund and they are not ready to process that either. Amount might be small, but I feel cheated by a big media house. I'll never trust them and would also make my friends aware of them. I also want others to be aware that it is an inefficient organizatiion and that probably is the reason Times group has gone so far ahead of HT. Thanks Rishabh

Dear Concern, I am an avid reader of Hindustan Times from last 6 years but from last month i am not able to get the newspaper under the subscription scheme which i had opted for as the vendor has stopped dropping the paper at my residence. i had provided him all the required coupons and he has replied stating that he has not received the same. My only question is that if i had not provided him the coupons than how did he deliver the newspapers at my place. Even he is not speaking politely. i hope that you will take this matter to your senior authorities and help me to get the newspaper under this scheme. When I told him why you not have HT News paper, he told up today HT not printed. Sir if you unable provide paper daily. Why give you subscription. I gave a cheque of Rs. 699/- in the name of HT Media on 31.01.2015 through HT news paper vendor Mr. Mohd Irshad. Now since 20th March. 2015 I am not getting HT news paper, I made constant complain to your HT executive and customer care officer but nothing was done. I have made constant follow up on it. Regret to say but your customer care service is very pathetic. During the time of booking I was told that the coupons will be delivered to my house either by courier or by hand, which was also mentioned in the form. But when asked the customer care about it they said that the coupons have been delivered to the vendor directly. Please lookminto the matter and do the needful or refund my money ASAP..
