Dear HT person, I have booked a yearly subscription of hindustan times which has been started since 16 Aug 2014 . I have paid money via cheque, cheque number is 373821 to newspaper vendor. I am not getting newspaper regularly and since 10 Days I didn't get any newpaper as well. I request you to please check the status and do the needful for the same.

I am writing this complaint to bring to your kind attention the inconvenience provided to us by the company Hindustan. Sir/Mam, I became the part of Hindustan's Hungama Hindustan offer. For this I have booked Hindustan hindi newspaper for 12 months for Rs. 499 on 28/4/2015.I had given a cheque (payment) and they had to provide monthly coupon for that, as per the condition within 25 days . They haven't provide monthly coupon yet . The distributor is asking for coupon .We are trying the customer care number but nobody is answering it. So, I request you to take necessary action. I have booked for a yearly subscription with an amount of Rs.699 through one Hindustan times executives who visited our home as its a scheme announced by HT to their regular customers and after honouring of the cheque HT will send us yearly subscription coupon which we have give it to our local vendor on every month, last years subscription was upto February 2015, several months have passed but this years coupons are still awaited and the vendor is asking for the same every time please send me this years coupons at the earliest. Not receiving my subscription copies from past 7 days in Gr. Noida. After contacting my vendor, he said that even he is not receiving subscription copies and so he can't be blamed. Please provide a solution asap at abhishek.[protected]@gmail.com

I want to complain about hindustan times newspaper as from the last four days we are not receiving our newspaper.The person named Abhishek who used to deliver us the newspaper is not working in hindustan times anymore...So just want to know that who will deliver us the newspaper...Please fix out this problem as soon as possible.

Today I received a imagemassage of "Ganpati ji printed footwear" on whatsapp. I don't know whether its orginal pic of a footwear or just a stunt. Whatever it is .its very bad. It should be stopped. As HT is a very famous and true newspaper I request u to rage ur voice against such things.

My cheque has been refunded for scheme HT+Mint saying that i have the coupons valid till August 2015. But since Jan i have not been received HT Mint. Now HT Rep. Parveen & Dinesh Yadav are not picking the phone. Kindly resolve my problem. Do the loyal cuatomers hv to face the problem everytime likewise i am . Hi My subscription coupons were once returned, since then I have tried at a least 10 times to connect with customer care to get my subscription coupon but to no avail. There is a missed call service for them to call you back but that seems to be SHAM as well as I haven't receieved it from HT Media. I need somebody to call me before sending it. Hi HT With so much anger and frustration, I am writing this mail for last time. I am really fed up of repeating this story time to time for N number of customer care guys and sick of hearing every time that coupons will be printed and send within 7 days So Story for the last time here : Last year in April 2014, I changed my address from Bhiwadi to Gurgaon and on sending a mail, HT team delivered my coupons promptly at 280, II floor, Sec-10, Gurgaon This year in 2015, I renewed my subscription online by paying 699/- on Feb 19 (check trailing mail). But to my utter surprise coupons didn't came in 1 month. When I asked customer care, they said coupons were sent to Bhiwadi vendor (Why ??? ) . They admitted mistake and said coupons will be re-printed and send within 7 days to my Gurgaon address . From March, I am hearing this story and nothing is going on. Complaint no is 415 and its really shameful for such a group like HT to do such activities and harass customer . You really think I have no other work in my office and call you every week to find out about coupons ??? So for the last time, I vow never to subscribe HT and if you have any shame, then return my 699/- immediately or I will be go to consumer court and other platforms to raise awareness about your cheating !! Sir/ Madam AS per HT Scheme I have received HT COUPONS since June 2014 to May 2015 My vender was supplying HT paper upto february 2015. i have subscribe for 1 year newspaper plan[protected] with coupon id-R0280688 Name- ABHA JAIN C/O SANJAY KUMAR JAIN Address- 95/b POCKET/I, DILSHAD GARDEN NEAR CANARA BANK ATM DELHI DELHI-110095 but sir now after at the end of the plan since 2 months, from march our vender 'CHANDAR PAL NEWS PAPER AND MAGAZINE AGENCY' is asking RS. 30 every month for supplying newspaper. Sir though our coupon's orignal vender name is ARVIND KUMAR but the coupon taker at the end of the month comes from the above agency and in person BRIJ LAL ([protected]) takes the money and supply newspaper and belong to above agency. Sir the coupons orignal vender never tried to make contact to us after receiving the coupon too and nor we have any detail of him but instead the above agency did. Sir Brij lal comes every month and create havoc in the building for the unjustified demand of rs 30. and now from 6 may 2014 he had stop delivering newspaer even aftr giving the coupons. I ( Ripul Jain, # [protected]) have subscribed HT Delhi No.1 scheme since December 2013. I am residing at Ramprastha Colony, Ghaziabad. since October 2014 the vendor Mr. Manoj Tyagi is not supplying the news paper for want of money. your (HT) executive Mr. Parminder interfered after our complaint, took all the coupans from me handed over to the vendor. He gave verbal assurance that the vendor will not interrupt the news paper delivery after this. but to my surprise later I understood that I have been mischieved by both of them. & from the very next day the vendor stopped paper delivery & Mr. Parminder is not picking up is mobile phone no. I Alisha jindal subscribed for rs 699, form# 5354002, cheque no 076108, Axis bank. I subscribe on 19/12/14 bt till now newspaper wasnt recived. At the end of the month I will have to provide one coupon to the vendor . More then the month passed, nobody turned up since then . Vendor is asking fr all coupon at same time but(according to hintustan times policy we need to provide only one coupon a month).we would be thankful to you if you could take the necessary action.for any info. contact undersigned. On Monday 18th May in your Trans-Hindan Live city(In Hindi Edition) issue at page no. 19 your correspondent Mr.Naresh Kashyap clubbed the issue of light breakdown with the issue of firing in the mall.Regarding the light breakdown shopkeepers asking bodyguard for light breakdown reason and minor arguement held for the same which is not related in any regard with the firing in the mall and for the same mall management instruct guard to lodge a complaint and police take me to police station and misbehaved with me please ask your correspondance Mr.Naresh Kashyap when he don't have the knowledge of the issue how he published the photograph and relate it with firing issue in which he mentioned me as a accused and in others paper the same news is published correctly in Navbharat times at page no.6, in Delhi edition of Hindustan time(In Hindi Edition) at page no-6 on 18th May look at the matter immediately and ask your correspondent to apologise otherwise i will take legal action for the same in which your correspondent show me as accused which harm my image socially very much as i am a law abiding citizen. I have received my above redemption coupon against a payment of Rs.699. Vendor Name as printed on these is Manoj Kumar News Agency, depot name I G I Airport. I hardly know this vendor. Whereas my vendor for the past 12 years is Mr. Satish Kumar whose agency is Udar News Paper Agency, Sector 22, Dwarka, New Delhi. My vendor is not accepting the coupons issued in the name of some other vendor. I may request that subjected coupons may please reissued as per following details. Depot Name: Udar News Agency, Dwarka, Sec.22, New Delhi. Vendor Name: Mr. Satish Kumar. Even my name is wrongly printed. It should be SM MARWAHA.

It is respectfully submitted that on 19.4.2015 one Mr. Dharmender Kumar CRE (Customer Relation Executive) from Hindustan Times visited our residential complex (JM Orchid) Sector-76 Noida with a special offer drive from Hindustan Times. On his instance we gave him a cheque of Rs.499/- on the same day in favour of Hindustan Media Ventures Limited, New Delhi and we were given a receipt No.HH 7555148 dated 19.4.2015. We were told that despatch of coupans will take a week or so but the paper will be started on clearance of cheque. To the time of writing, we have neither received any newspaper or coupans so far despite a month’s time is going to be over. Pls intervene the matter and update back at the earliest. Refer the google search. Refer the complaint against HT Media coupon. After collecting 100% advance from customers. delay in delievery of news papers coupons, not in a position to produce the postal proof that any one of my family signature that we have collected the coupon and signed rLets see what action to be taken by mr.Sharad saxena Executive Director & Mr.Shamit Bhartia. 100% there is no coordination between various departments HT media New Mumbai. In my opinion there is misuse of customer coupon by concerned department or there is some recket. Investigation, enquiry & internal control is must by the top Management. HT Media can take help of Local Police Station.

I have already paid my 2 yrs subscribers of rs 998 .My form no 20044185 booking date 14/02/15 but my check had spelling error in words. But your executive prabhat mob no [protected] visited my residence and took fresh check of the said amiunt but he did not give any new form no but my amount is already debited in favour of ht media ltd .But coupons are not received yet.and your rep has not called me yet and reply me nor the phone he is available. This has created worries and the vendor hss stopped issuing daily newspaper of ht. You are requested to issue me voucher or remiburse the amount.
