I have lost my One year HT subscription coupons from March 2011 to Jan 2012.It is requeste to you to inform respective dealer, and to send me the duplicate set of coupons for the aforementioned duration as dealer is demanding full charges.

This is with reference to the subscription paid for 2 years to Hindustan Times vide cheque no: 000029 dt 13/12/2010 for Rs 249/- in the name of HT media ltd through our local new paper agent Rangbhadur yadav, who delivers the news paper at our door, after several reminders to the agent as well as customer care of Hindustan Times, we get the reply that the coupon has been delivered to us on 25th december'10.br...

I had subscribed to Hindustan Times Rs 199 plan on 24th December 2010 and had Hindustan Time Representative visit my house in January 1st week 2011 for verification.
After calling on several occassions on [protected] I got reply saying I am staying in the chawl thats why subscription has been declined. I told them I do not stay in a chawl, I stay in Coop Hsg Society and that might be data entry error on the're side but they said...

I had subscribed to Hindustan Times for daily news paper for one year duration.
My booking date is 11th FEB 2011 but still i had not got any reply (i.e. Coupon Booklet ) from Hindustan Times Office . I contacted their vendor Suchee ([protected]) in Navi Mumbai area but he is simply neglecting.My Form no is 607813. So i request the requsted body to please look into it and help me.

I am working in an IT firm where guys from this company came to promote their paper and gave special discount to associates of this company.As I satay in Thane, I repeatedly asked them will it be available at my hometown and they deliberately said yes. its been around two months and up-til now i haven't received any coupons from their side and no assurance whatsoever.
Now I am not interested in this paper and want all my money...

I have paid INR 149 towards annual subscription of Hindustan Times vide cheque no. 144660 dated 14th Feb 2011.

The form no. is 629382.

Till date I have not received the coupons and hence the subscription has not commenced.

Inspite of repeated followups with the subscriptions department I have not received any affirmative response.

Hi, I have not received my coupons from Hindustan Times which they suppose to deliver within a weeks time. I tried to contact the customer care & even the customer executive but even they are not responding well to me.

At the time of subscription they we saying you will get the coupons within a week,almost 3 months has passed from the date when amount is debited from my account.

sir, I wish to subscribe for one year hindustan times paper, for which i had submitted a cheque of 149 (icici bank)on 24th january 11to a vendor of my locality, which has been submitted to hindustan times agent by him. However there is no responce from your side. Please make me aware of the present suitation of my subscribion. This is further to my complaint of 6.12.2010 to the ICC forum. After the submission of complaint I received phone call from Ms. Soumya of HT from Tel No. 67764232 on 8.12.2010 at 9.55 AM. She assured that coupons will be sent to me however till

Not recd the coupons even after subscription

I have paid for the annual scheme of Rs 199 for a year on via SBI cheque dated 17 december. But since then the coupons for the newspaper havent been delivered.When enquired with my newspaper vendor, he said that the coupons are not given to him from Hindustan times. I would also like to add to the complaint book. I had also subscribed for Hindustan Times for one year. I have not received HT coupons yet now.My subscription form number is 603763 dated 15-DEC-2010 . I call no of times but they get always 6 days assurance. after that I Tried calling (HT office) number 67764242 but keep getting disconnected.

I hope the neccesary authorities will take sincere action...

Dear Sir/Madam,

Kindly find herewith file containing my subscription details inorder
to subscribe for HT copy for the year. Also enclosing, bank statement
copy.

You can see that the cheque had been issued on[protected]. But the
same had been deposited on[protected]. Since I did not have
insufficient funds in the account on 30th December, I was fined for
cheque bounce Rs. 386/-...

I paid a amout of Rs.249/- by cheque no.076656 on 13.11.2010 by Union Bank kandivali branch for subscription of hindustan times newspaper. But i have not received the coupons.
Kindly look into the matter and help us out of this problem.
