I have not received the renewal coupon after subsribing with Hindustan Times Newspaper.

Does anyone has any clue about where to get the coupon from these people who are acting very smart? I don't know how much money have they taken...

We had subscribed to Hindustan TImes News Paper vide "Form No: N209372" for two years. Subscription was in the form of monthly coupons to be given to news paper vendor on monthly basis. Of the two years subscribed we had received coupons only for first twelve months. Hindustan times was supposed to give the remaining 12 months coupon at end of first year term....

I have subscribed for 2 years for Hindustan Times newspaper, vide subscription no.118436. Paid ICICI cheque no.300337 dtd.23.08.2007.
I received 12 months couponbooklet.
But the 2nd years coupon booklet from Sep'2008 to Aug'2009 is not received yet! I have made numerous phones on their customercare no.67764242 over the last 4 months, & always got assurances that the coupons are being dispatched & will be received...

I a regular reader of Hindustan times Newspaper from last 1 year & i have subscribed for 2 years for which i have paid Rs.350/-, but from last one month i'm not receiving the newspaper, so i complained at the vendor i.e (shiva Paper, Shanti Nagar, Thane-(W[protected] he informed me that he has not received the coupon for the next year from the company so unable to deliver.

Actually I had subscribed for 2 year subscription.I received news paper for the first year i.e.from 2/10/2007 to 1/10/2008.My vendor stopped issuing the paper from 10/10/2008 b'cos second yr renewal coupon not received.Paper Vendor is saying that so many subscribers have same complaint.Whether HT is going to resolve this or not.There is a chance that HT may loose the dissatisfied subscribers.

I am a subscriber of Hindustan Times. I had sent a check of Rs. 195 for 2 years subscription of Hindustan TImes in October 2007. My local newspaper vendor stop delivering newpaper to me. THey said they already delivered to me. when i asked for POD of courier, they are refusing it. i gave my email id to send thru email also but could not.
I calling everytime who will pay for those calls, that calles charges may exceed 195 rs....

I had an issue where one of the electricity pole in my residential area that got bent after being hit by a vehicle couple of months back. That pole is having four live wires and those wires are crossing from round-bout of sector 11, 10, 2, 3. I use that crossing every day and my other family members are also using that road. That being a pretty busy road, i felt like that i should complain and point out HT for this, so that HT could do something...

In the matrimonial advertisement printed (Brides wanted – Agarwal – item no. 16)
On 20-07-08, the telephone number is wrongly printed as[protected] instead of[protected]. I have the proof of above complaint (telephone no. mentioned in payment receipt is correct).

Wrong telephone no. printed in advertisement has resulted the negation of the advertisement printed.
