I went to drew you kind attention toward. I am Pankaj Prajapat. Vender of Vikas puri and Uttam nager my vender code is 52 at vikas puri . Subscription was in the form of monthly coupons to be given to news paper vendor on monthly basis.. Hindustan time offered a sachem MATRO OFFER. At (Aug 2009 to Feb 2010). However my 52 customer coupons not received at till date. The response from officer was highly irr-responsible and negligent.

Hindustan Times Newspaper — Stopped receiving the mewspaper

I had subscribed for Hindustan times nearly a year back, for a 2 year subscription. I was supposed to get the coupons which i could forward to the agency dropping the newspaper. It didn't happen for the last 1 year.

Now for the past 1 month i have stopped receiving any newspaper from the vendor, morover when asked they say that there is some issue related to coupons. Needed some help on what is the issue and whom to approach for the same.

Hindustan Times Newspaper — stopped receiving newspaper.

I had taken the Hindustan Times newspaper vide recipt/Form no- 116125, dated 5/08/07 and the validity for 24 Months starting from 1st September 2007 to 31st August 2009.
The payment was given by cheque of Rs 350/-.
All this time i received the newspaper, but suddenly it was stopped from 1st July 2009. when i contacted the paper vendor, he clearly said that it had been intimated by the Mr. Awasthi the area manger(cell- [protected]).
I gave the complain at the Hindustan Times office on phone[protected], who intimated that the offer is still vaild.
I complained about the same to Mr.Awasthi, who is only giving assurance for the same.
Kindly solve my problem at the earliest.

Mr. Khithani, I have been a victim of HT Media's callous attitude too. I too have been calling Mr. Ajit Awasthi, their Area Manager in Thane, who assures better service, but to no avail. It is a pity that Hindustan Times has no Consumer Grievance Cell. Many attempts to get the issue resolved thru their Customer Care has failed as they refuse to even register the complaint. I have decided to switch back to TOI once my subscription of HT expires later this year.

Hindustan Times — Non-Receipt of Coupons

I paid Rs. 349/- by cheque on HJDC Bank for 2 years subscription on 13.9.2008 under R. No.546351 handed over to Mr. Amit Mishra(Executive Code K6X80). My subscription upto year Dec.2008 was paid by my son under ID:HTR 18713; Scheme [protected]@349. I have not received coupons from HT for the same. My paper supplier is collecting charges from me every month. SMS sent to HT says invalid key word and phone no. 67764242 does not respond. Further there is no email address of HT available where the complaint can be forwarded.

There appears to be great cheating practised by hindustan times.They Lure the customers with cheap advance payments of Rs 199/- OR rs 249/- & so on & later on the customers do not receive the new paper regularly .It seems that Hindustan times is not paying the vendors their due commision in COUPON Scheme & as a result Vendors make up their money By Not giving the paper regularly & they seel out those issues in the market & compensate for their income.

All the above complaints seems and are in fact genuine - I am facing similar problems and for a cheque issued on 13 March 2011, I have NOT yet received the coupons till 9th June 2011 despite many calls to HT customer care - every time I get standard reply "your coupons have been given to Sigma couriers - and you will receive in 1 week" after 4 weeks now they have come out with a new excuse - "your coupons were returned" whereas the fact is they were not delivered in the first place. I am writing off my 249/- and before even reading the newspaper have a very negative emotion - a company which cannot even take care of basic logistic issues and communication - how can they claim to be a good company? I hope that the newspaper is not as bad as their customer/courier services - that is IF EVER I RECEIVE THE COUPONS AND THEN THE NEWSPAPER

Hindustan Times — Issue of HTC coupons

HT coupons against HDFC cheque no. 000074 dated 15 December 2015 not received so far. Pawan sharma contacted several times by SMS / phone but problem still unsolved. Sent the coupons for payment to the vendor.

I stronglly agrre with this i am facing the same problem .. even after follow up 2 months, i have not received coupon what i got is only false assurance .. so this is really example of poor service.

Hindustan Times have cheated me as they do not care for the customer. HT collects money in advance for 2 year as subscription, but, does not bother to see that have received coupon and i am getting news paper. I only get SMS saying read this or that in HT paper, but, does not bother whether i am getting news paper.

THIS IS NOT EXPECTEDFOR HT !!!

I have paid chq. no.094102 dtd.31.1.2008 for Rs.195/- drawn on Corporation Bank, Sector-15, Vashi Br. fvg. HT Media Ltd. for 2 years from 10.02.2008 to 9.02.2010. I received coupon Booklet No.668097 for 1st year. but, 2nd year coupon still not received. My news paper - Hindusta Times - has been stopped by my news paper agent M/s V. Sundaram - mob. no.[protected].

HINDUSTAN TIMES / SUBSCRIPTION 2 YEARS — NON DELIVERY OF RENEWED COUPON

I Mr. Sabyasachi Dhalasamant have subscribed Hindustan Times for 2 year on 15th September 2007. The same subcription has been renewed for 2nd year but it was not delivered to my address because of address change.I have updated the address with Hindustan Times Call center in the month of August 2008 and same has been confirmed by the concern executive.

Since 15th Sep 2008 I have been follow up with Hindustan Times and they have given there Area Executive Mr. Ankush’s mobile number co-ordination. He again gave one of the executives number Mr. Mahesh for follow-up but all went in vein.

I am constantly following up with Hindustan Times call center and there executives for same but no one is reverting.

Please help me claim my coupon to avail the Hindustan Times Daily News Paper.

News paper vendor Mr Kalekar _ Rambaug, Kalyan (w) - has stopped giving me news paper for want of coupan since 31 st August, 2009 . I have already paid subscription of Rs 195/- in February 2009 .

Please arrange for coupan at earliest

this is regarding multiparty (government) school which is near at my house...they had demolished one classroom...its roof was very bad thats why they had demolished...2 months have past after demolished still they have not done the anything about it..they even have not clean it properly..all the demolished things are still lieing on ground...the classroom which they had demolished is near the playing ground of school..all the boys and girls play over their..they have not done anything about the demolished classroom.. and this is the place where all the politics fuilfill their dreams because in this school voting takes place... sir place do something ..they are even not watering plants near the school...all the trees are dieing..

We have shown him the march coupan. He has taken our March and October Coupan and went telling that he will not provide any paper to us.

THEY SHOULD WAKE UP.

Dear Sir,
I had opted for Hindustan Times to be delivered to me for 2 years, for that I had issued a cheque of Rs 195 /-, cheque no[protected] of Syndicate Bank (Dahisar West) cleared on 27th March 2008 but still I have not received any coupons.
If you are not in a position to manage these schemes efficiently why do you introduce such schemes.With such a negative impression in the market, it will be difficult for your company's growth and competitiveness.
If you are unable to deliver these coupons at the earliest in that case kindly pay us back because that money is our Hard earned money.I hope you will take corrective action on the same and I will keep on chasing it till I get these coupons or my money back or else we have to take some action against this. Please treat this matter seriously because I can find similar people like me we can work on this collectively.

HT is a newspaper for masses and hearing such kind of experiences of general public really gives a bad impression. the concerned person must take some step regarding there employees who really don't know that how to deal with there costumer.
