I have taken new ac 1ton since 2 month ago and now its pcb got defect.

I have called to customer care many time atlast technical man who came to repair but pcb is not available here.

I really dont know if you guys are not providing services then why selling the product.
Your main problem is you have not any good technician and management.

You provide a very bad service with your team and...

As we bought 7 hitachi ac from electronic paradise on june 2016 along with other products. The story starts from the day when we bought the product from that dealer who done major bluff with us when in one of our ac of 2 tone they change the...

We have purchased hitachi ac before two years it started giving trouble from beginning on words we have spended more than 20000 for its services even once also company services men not responded us we tried a lot n now we have warranty n aslo company was not responded the worst company services in air conditioner companies u please support us let them contact us [protected]...

Purchased a washing machine in july 2016 on 8/7/17 i called hitachi complain no [protected] they registered our complain and told that itwud be solved within 48 hrs. On 3rd day i got a call from [protected] that we willcome and resolvethe complain. No 1 came again after 2 days i called then he asked for wat is broken in ur machine so i send the picture of broken part again on 16/7 i call to hitachi complain no that no 1 has resolved the complain...

I purchased hitachi rsd 318 on 27th of may'2017.

On 14th of july, my ac didn't start and i booked complaint on 15th of july.

On the same day (On 15th of july) technical team of hitachi visited us on and informed us that circuit board/pcb bard of ac is failed and has to replace.

Till date after completion of 11 days, my complaint has not been resolved.

Besides, i send various emails...

This yogesh here, i purchased an hitachi 1.5 ton air conditioner from kohinoor electronics a month before since then i regret buying this faulty ac first of all the installation was not properly for which i had to raise requests time and again at the service centres which the forward to the dedicated team near my area but all i get is a message notification saying that my case is closed after complaining several times the ac was reinstalled...

Being mental and physical harrassed after buying your product ac no 02.08.2017, having model hitachi rau318kwea 1.5 inveter. After installation it had found broken issue of front cabinet and it took 3 months time to replace, what a service! After few days again unit got defective, burning smell was coming it has been resolve by your, before 20 days ago logged complaint and technician found pcb defective and it is crossed 15 days already....

Hi. I have recently purchased the most expensive ac from hitachi - a 1.5 ton split 5 star inverter ac. However after few months a minor problem of dripping water from indoor unit crept in. I was aware about the hitachi app so i registered a complaint online.

Please support in fixing problem for my split ac model rau318awd/2016 - which is under break down for more than 1 month

(1) call no [protected] — person visited — collected rs 500 (As out of warranty) — call closed without fixing problem
(2) call no [protected] — person visited — call closed (In closure report mentioned that i do not want to pay for spare — which is not correct)...

I have purchased hitachi windows ac in last month and handset stopped working, i have logged a service request # [protected]. Engineer visited next day and asked me for handset replacement.

But after that i am doing continuous follow up and escalate to all levels but there is not any response very poor service.

Seeking help to get this resolved....

This is to inform that i bought a hitachi led tv in the month of feb 2017 which started malfunctioning in the month of june so the case was filed on 5th june. After so many follow ups, the service team informed about the issue being with panel so they assured to replace the panel within a week and since then i am waiting for someone to resolve my issue.

I bought hitachi split ac - 1.5tr hitachi waza 3200i inverter - r410a - rsd318eaea in june 2017. I have purchased this ac from
Big bazaar, gip, noida. Since then it has not been functioning properly. Soon after one week from the date of purchase, it stopped working. After complaining till more than 7 days, it was detected that pcb card is faulty. Finally it was replaced with another one. It worked well till 15-20 days. Then it again...

I recently bought a hitachi window a/c from vijay sales who said that rs. 500 would be installation charges where the hitachi company person would do the installation + fill up gaps in the window.

Now hitachi people are charging rs. 550 for installation and additional money to fill the gaps and are refusing to give a bill. When we are calling vijay sales, central market, lajpat nagar, delhi, they are not picking up the phones...

Its been 5 months, i putting my complain in hitachi customer care.
They send the executive 10 days after complaint. Take our ac for minimum a week, come back n put it.
Next day its the same. They dont know what is the problem nor they know how to rectify.
We are really annoyed n dont know what to do.
Hitachi not heping us out.

My hitachi ac stopped working just in a month of buying on june 23. I immediately logged a complaint with their customer support. Complaint no. Is [protected]. Since then they are continuously saying they will repair it soon. After much arguments their technician visited on june 28. 5 days after complaint registration. Hi Team,

This is the fourth time I am contacting you for the same issue. In my last Email I mentioned that your executive promised to come to my house to fill leaked gas in the window AC. After making several calls to the customer, an executive visited and filled the GAS on Monday.

The Ac just worked for 1 day and again it is the same. There is no cooling at all.

I am so dam fed up with this...

My Hitachi 1.5 ton A.C(Air Conditioner)was not working from 3rd June 2017.Complain no is [protected].The Mechanic from Hitachi was came on 05/06/2017 & He told that"The internal fuse of A.C is damage so it is replaced by company because it is under warranty period".Still the problem is not solved.I purchased it from Great Eastern, Kazipara, 290 G.T Road, Howrah-711102.
