I have purchased a new AC in Oct 2010. I have installed the said AC in April 2011. After installation i have realized that there was no cooling of AC. I have made several complaints in Hitachi customer care but our complaint was solved almost after one week. As per Hitachi’s technician the motor of our AC was not working. Now again the cooling is not there in our AC I have already made a complaint 05 days back i.e 29/06/2011 but no one is coming to attend the complaint.
Is this the kind of services hitachi provide to their customer? I have talked to customer care regarding replacement of the AC but the guys say that it is very difficult. Is there any responsible person to whom i can talk so that my problem may be solved because the guys who are sitting in the customer care are poor guys they basically bear the customer 's frustation & simply say sorry & assured that this will not happen in future but the things remain the same.
I am feeling very frustrated by the way Hitachi is handling their customer & If anyone ask me for any recommendation i will never suggest anyone to buy a Hitachi AC.& I will make a complaint to the consumer forum also.

    NEVER EVER TRUST HITACHI IN LIFE THEY WILL NOT GROW ABOVE 5% SHARE IN INDIA

    Dear Sir,

    I was cheated by the name Hitachi "great japanese company" . I have bought hitachi ace AC(ACE 1.5ton) 2years back,

    Every first day hitachi dealer cheated with not giving installation kit.
    Second week gas recharged as it leaks
    End of the first season machine starts making ice.
    Second week gas recharged as it leaks no leakage cause found
    End of season gas leaked
    Third season leakage found on cooling coil technician told need to replace
    Now it is been brased(repaired) without my concent.
    Now i want clear answer from you only why these bad quality product are been sold with the name Hiatchi how gas can be leaked from very first day to every season
    i want my hard earned money back or service of my money

    My IDU was delivered 2days backs from service centre after working 5days on it yesterday technician install IDU and gas leakage detected within 15 minutes
    now this indoor unit need to be re-repair back in service centre as told by technician.
    Dear sir my humble request to you please change my IDU on discount basis from your approval as me and my family suffered a lot instead i have paid premium
    amount for your product and service and respected sir why should only me to suffer its your company who made this product and served by you.
    Been late to escalate to you with this issue is only my patience on the name of Hitachi.

      Filed a complaint for the compressor of Hitachi Air condition with their customer care helpline no 35324848. Complaint no [protected] dt 11/06/2011. Mr Shoaid from their Authorised Service Centre visited on 13/06/2011 and confirmed that Compressor need to be replaced. Also charged 380/-Rs as their visiting charges(formal receipt is there). Assured that by Friday i.e 17/06/2011 problem will be solved. when nothing is being done, I called their customer care no again on Sunday and talk to Mr. Prashant and he also gave assurance that by Monday somebody will visit to my house to have a clear idea about the problem. Again when no response is there I called up Monday evening and talk to Miss Mittal on their helpline once again. She also confirmed that by 22/06/2011 compressor will be replaced as it is not available in the stock.Before that nobody told about the availablity of the compressor. In fact when I talk to Mr Shoaib on 16/06/2011 he told me that compressor is already being loaded in the Tempo and by 18/06/2011 I will replace the compressor. Now Today is 26 June and no response from this company.

        Respected Sir
        I Have using Hitachi Inverter Air condition since 10 month. i paid Rs.52000/- for that. but this model having manufacturing defect that it is being switch off at every one hour & this problem facing by me from the day of fitting to till the date. By having this defect in A/C it is restless to sleep in night and noon because it is so problematic to wake up after every one hour for switch on the A.C.


        So for that i had make many complains to the company for solve my problem. But they are not responding properly and just giving answers on phone. And only one time technician of company came to us and after seeing a.c. he said that he will forward this query to upper level then after many days no one have visited or not solved my problem in a.c. At present i am calling every day to company's service centre but no one giving prompt reply and not replying about solving the fault.

        Thus, after doing all this things i am being totally tired, because you can understand the position of person who can not take proper sleep at night after work for full day. here i hope now with the help of yours i can solve my problem.

          Dear Colleague,
          We had bought an Hitachi AC from Rg's Air Conditioning on 14th April,2010 in the name of Jitesh Dilipbhai Patni. We had made a complaint to Rg's Air Conditioning, vadodara on 3rd April, 2011 & secondly on 26th May, 2011 regarding our AC complaint which is till date not in a working condition. After the complaint, we were in frequent communication with Mr. Gautambhai, owner of Rg's Air Conditioning, every 3 to 4 days, but he did not care about the complaint & till today i.e. 16th june, 2011 it is not solved. Ever since we made the complaint & whenver we call them or try to communicate with them, we came to listen only one answer that your complaint will be solved today & thrice i visited their showroom but the same answer. Now, we would like you to help us in this matter. Hence, We are neither satisfied by their answers nor their services. kindly do the needful.

          Hitachi — AIR CONDITIONER not working in condition

          We buy your hitachi AC on April 8th and it is fixed on 14th April at the time of opening itself L-cover is damaged and it is fixed slightly tilted.
          After that another technician come and fixed. Within one month itself the cooling is very low. we made a complaint and they said that gas is leaked so we have to indue the gas in to it. After that noise comes from that AC, they again come and reinstalled the AC. But the problem is not solved. we feeled agin the cooling is low, noise from AC and Water is coming from the inlet itself. The technician is telling that again the gas is leaking and it should be filled.
          Within 5 months we faced lots of problem with Hitachi AC. so i need a replacement of that product.
          agree to the same! Even I bought a Window AC not even a month ago and within a week of installation, it has become as if it is 5 months old and even on continuous follow ups on a complaint registered 10 days ago, we are yet to hear from them.

          HITACHI is super PATHETIC when it comes to after sale services and customer retention!

            I had puchased Hitachi Atom from its authorised dealer M/s Freeze Engg. here at kalpakkam last May 2010. Just after 1year the indoor unit suddenly stopped working. I had registered a complain No. [protected] with Hitachi for over 23 days but without any action. The authorised dealer has taken the PCB of the indoor unit to get it repaired by the company which has not been reinstalled. In this hot summer months my family is suffering. After paying such a huge sum for the product with poor service.

              Myself is AGM in NABARD at Jaipur.I hope that my complaint is brought to the notice of right person who can understand the agony which I and my family are facing because of the non functioning of our AC since one month in the scorching heat of Jaipur.

              I purchased a window Hitachi AC of 1.5 ton on 12th Jan'2011 from CHOICE COMFORT C-7 JAYANTI MARKET, M.I. ROAD, JAIPUR due to the facility provided by my organisation in that month. It was finally installed in the end of Jan., 2011. We started using it in May when we felt it necessary.It functioned well for hardly 1 week or say it run only for about 15-20 hrs overall. After that it stopped giving cooling effect.

              We contacted the dealer for the same. After having called repeatedly for about 10 days and faced a lot of frustration, the dealer sent his technician on 28th May who reported that there was no gas in the AC. As a result, it was taken back by them on 31st May for repair.

              Now,the dealer is asking me to take the repaired AC back. But,I am refusing to do so on the ground that it was a defective piece and I want it to be replaced by a New Good one AC. I believe that its a big failure on the part of such a reputed company. I request the company to redress my grievances at the earliest so as to relieve us of the adverse affect of the scorching Heat at Jaipur failing which I shall be constrained to move to Court of law for justice.

              Almost a month has passed since the date of complaint i.e.15th June.We are dismayed to see that no action has been taken yet by the company (Hitachi).We have been suffering since the 1st week of month.The company has not bothered even to reply to our complaint.The A.C. is still lying with the dealer(CHOICE COMFORT, C-7 JAYANTI MARKET, M.I. But no technician till date has come to solve the problem.everytime when I call to Customer care I am getting same reply that within 24 hours my problem will be resolved but its now more than 24 days.

                  yesterday i.e on 07/06/2011 i had purchased a hitachi 1.5 ton kaze 3-star window ac. but since installation it is not cooling effectively and there is excess sound with the fan and the unit. also the compressor turns off automatically. i had made a complaint yesterday only at around 8pm vide complaint no. [protected] (ac being installed at around 6pm).the unit was purchased from an authorized dealer of hitachi. it seems to be of poor quality or refurbished unit.
                  it is constantly troubling me and i feel humiliated owing to the defective product.....it is hereby requested to you to please replace the unit immediately.

                  I am also a victim of the Hitachi poor quality products.
                  I purchased a window AC in last month(24 March 11) and get installed the same on 23 April 11 and since installation getting error E1 and when confirmed from hitachi call center as per them there is PCB got faulty.
                  This is suprise how company like hitachi delivers defective machine to end consumer and now i am not sure what to do, though i have complaind hitachi [protected] today 24 April 11 and waiting for the engineer visit.

                  Moreover Demo call is still pending with reference no [protected] which logged on 23 April-11.

                  Pls suggest what to do, and i want to replace my machine not to repair.

                    Dear Sir,

                    Sub: Service Complaint in respect of Refrigerator 530 Ltrs, 2 Door
                    I have purchased 530 Ltrs , 2 Door Refrigerator – Model No R-Z530AND7KX-1 (Item Code[protected] SR No [protected]) vide Invoice dated[protected] which is covered by standard warranty / guarantee without any exclusion whatsoever. I call upon you to replace the product sold to me which contains technical failure and manufacturing defects. The technical failures / manufacturing defects are evident from the fact I was informed that the refrigerator will be required to be (once again) taken to the work shop for ‘modification’.

                    The entire sequence of events (spanning from 18/04/2011 till date) is noted below to demonstrate that it was a traumatic experience for me seeking much publicized enjoyable experience of a HITACHI product. I was required to chase the customer help line / service centre on a daily basis praying for the redressal of my grievances.

                    (1) It may please be noted that Installation demo was not given to me as per your standard policy. This was initial deficiency on the part of the company, however, later on (as described here-in-after) I learnt the harder way that there is absolutely no regards for customer satisfaction in your company and all the bombastic claims of the company were totally hollow.

                    (2) Perhaps, the machine was not working properly right from the day one (first week of November 2010), however in view of the winter season I could not realize that. But it became extremely evident immediately when the summer set on. It was noticed that the cooling in the refrigerator compartment was dismally low.

                    (3) The first complaint was registered on[protected] vide Service Registration No [protected]. The company engineer came to my home 3-4 times but no solution to the complaint was given. Even when the temperature measuring unit was installed in the machine to monitor the performance, the complaint was closed without the solution and without my knowledge.

                    (4) I took exception to the complaint being closed without solution and hence again the complaint was logged in on 2-5-2011 vide Service Registration No [protected]. Again 3-4 times the company engineer visited my home and went on saying to me that the machine is working properly. It was shocking for me. The engineers went on citing absurd reasons and went on maintaining that there is no problem in the machine just only to later on admit that the machine required ‘repairing’ and finally ‘modification’.

                    (5) Since, the machine was not working properly, almost on regular / daily basis I repeated the complaint vide emails. You can verify this from your records. My persistent complaint forced the involvement of higher authorities. They personally found, having spent about 60 Minutes on the site, that there is in fact defect in the machine. For the first time, the company official admitted of the problems with the machine (some where in the first week of May). [I was shocked to learn as to how a company of the stature of HITACHI can afford to give base less responses that machine was working perfectly – Refer to the matters noted in Para 3 & 4 above.]

                    (6) The faulty machine was taken away for repair to the company workshop during the 2nd Week of May. After a week or so, the machine was returned to my location intimating me that the machine is put in order. There was defect with the ducting and the same has been fixed. Assurance was given that the defect is fixed, that the cooling is restored to company specification and now there would not be the complaint of cooling in the Refrigerator compartment.

                    (7) However, within 24 Hours, I noticed that in the repaired machine there was absolutely no improvement in the cooling. Still, Cooling was dismally low in the refrigerator compartment. I waited for 3-4 days in the hope that assurance given by company engineers would come true. The defect persisted and I realized that false assurances were given.

                    (8) On or around 23/05/2011, the higher up at the service centre was informed about the matter. You would be shocked to learn that the service engineer visited the location only on 03/06/2011 and that too not before my persisting telephonic calls. His visit again revealed that it was a fact there was absolutely dismal cooling as I had been complaining. – I was shocked to learn that the company like HITACHI acted so lethargically, took the machine to work shop, kept it for one week and returned it without fixing the problem and still conveyed that the problem was fixed as per company specification.

                    (9) The story does not end here. Once again there was lethargy. Instead of escalating the redressal of customer satisfaction by acting quickly and swiftly, there were no words heard from the company as to how the matter will be sorted out. Once again, after persistent enquiry, I was informed today on 07/06/2011 at around 4.00 p.m. that the machine would be required to be taken to the workshop for ‘modifications’ to fix the defect.

                    (10) It is amazing to note that modification in the machine would be carried out. I fail to understand – have I purchased an assembled local machine? The chronological events narrated above proves it beyond doubt that there is a MANUFACTURING DEFECT in the machine.

                    (11) It is our honest and bonafide belief that in a newly purchased machine modification can never be done so much so that even repairs can be done only if there is some minor problem. In this case, there is some fundamental technical failure / manufacturing defect and it can not be handled in the manner suggested to me.


                    (12) It may be noted that, during the period from[protected] till today[protected] –

                    (a) More than 10 times the service engineer of the company (may be 3 to 4 different engineer) has visited my home.

                    (b) We have talked to various personnel / executive / customer care operator of the company for more than 25 times. Some of the person to whom we came in to contact during these are:
                    a. Mr Mohan
                    b. Mr Jagat Gajjar
                    c. Mr Navin
                    d. Mr Raksesh
                    e. Mr Rutvij
                    f. Customer care operators

                    (13) The code of conduct of HITACHI (down loaded from Hitachi web site) is reproduced below:

                    “1.1 Provision of Safe High-Quality Products and Services
                    1. We will satisfy customer needs and specifications. We will not only obey quality, safety and environmental laws and standards, but also set our own voluntary standards when necessary to ensure the quality of our products and services. We will strive to guarantee safety and realize the goal of zero product defects so that customers can use our products and services with a sense of security.
                    2. We will respond quickly and sincerely to defects and customer complaints, and strive to determine the causes and implement thorough measures to prevent recurrence.
                    3. We will construct and administer appropriate quality management systems.”

                    (14) Following issues needs to be answered by the company –
                    (a) Does it take 50 days (almost 2 months) to attend to the technical failure / manufacturing defects in the machine (and still not solving the issue) so as to secure customer satisfaction? As per the company’s own code of conduct, response should have been quick and sincere, however, taking 50 days is neither quick nor sincere and that too when the result is still not achieved.

                    (b) In India, Refrigerator is indispensable in a hot summer. Specifically keeping that in mind, I purchased the refrigerator, however, two out of three months of the summer has passed and I am denied the worth of the money spent on your product Is there any accountability?

                    (c) The Refrigerator was taken away for more than a week for repair to the work shop. Why was it returned with no improvements at all?

                    (d) Company is found not adhering to its own code of conduct. Isn’t it a glaring breach of trust and faith against the customer and cheating with the customer who puts confidence in the Brand?

                    (e) Instead of grace fully accepting that the Refrigerator given to me contains technical failure / manufacturing defect beyond a normal repair, the company wants to modify the same. Isn’t it a breach of product warrantee / guarantee? Should it not be replaced immediately? [It needs to be appreciated that the product sold to me is covered under company warrantee / guarantee without any exclusion what so ever.)

                    (15) In view of the above, in my bonafide and considered belief, following is required the company –

                    (i) That the Refrigerator should be replaced immediately;

                    (ii) That it was a traumatic experience wherein the company has inflicted mental harassment on me, which needs to be compensated at once; and

                    (iii) That for both the above remedial action, company needs to act quickly and sincerely.

                    I trust you would be responsive. However, if still the company is not acting quickly, I shall be forced to take action in terms of consumer rights and consumer law for which the company shall be responsible.

                    No Company — reg Customer satisfaction

                    Hi,

                    This is regarding the rude behaviour from the Indane Gas distributors in Kandukuru, Prakasam District, Andra pradesh. Address of the Gas Agency is Sri laksmi venkateswara gas, Pamuru road, Kandukuru.

                    A trouble starts from the transfer of gas. Whenever we want to submit the papers he told rash it takes 10 days. I asked why it takes 10 days. Then he told for confirmation, i.e. required from where i transferring. So i asked i send it thru courier will come to u urgent. Afterthis they sent confirmation to them by courier but they r telling not came. what i have to do. there i observed so many custemors asking their doubts there is response is very serious and not clarification. and any body booked door delivery not giving door delivery.

                    I would like to conclude saying "This is not a single government body which is like this" . All the Government firms are like this only. Everything in india must be privatized which will stop such kind of negligence & customer satisfaction should be given a priority. All the employees who dont work properly must be terminated.

                    An humble request is to take a note of my complaint regarding the agency & do the needful to tackle this issue. Also to add, its not only one guy who speaks rude out there, its the whole staff in the agency who are corrupt as well as rude.

                      I bought a Hiatchi split AC from Vijay Sales. Problem with Hitachi started from day one, when their engineers came to install the AC. There was a difference in installation price quoted by Vijay Sales and what Hitachi engineers demanded. I was harassed because of the communication gap between the dealer and Hitachi. The company is required to send someone for a demonstration however no one came for the same in-spite of repeated reminders.

                      The company engineers did the faulty installation and AC has not even worked for a single day. My complaint has remained unattended now for close to a month. I was planning to buy a Hitachi refrigerator but the poor experience has made me changed my mind. As now I realize just a good brand name or superior product features is not enough, after sales services is the most important element.

                        I purchased 1.5 T HITACHI WINDOW AC Serial Number 100HO6275, model No 18EQDZI ON 20 Aug. 2010 from Referico, Cantt. Road, Lucknow. AC was installed on 21 Aug. 2010. Since its installation compressor of AC starts giving abnormal noise and trips intermitantly. The same was brought to the notice of the dealer who in turn sent mechanics on several occasions . They adjusted the AC but after sometime o[censored]se it again starts giving noise and trips regularly. I lodge a complaint to HITACHI customer care number[protected] on 2 September 2010 and later on 15 September 10 THEY TOO SENT THE Mechanic who adjusted the machine and said AC IS working OK.but, again on prolong use AC compressor starts giving noise and trips regularly. Since it is abrand new unit I repeatedly asked the dealer as well as Hitachi mechanic to replace the unit. But they paid no heed. Now as the summer is at its peak I am unable to use the AC due to its regular tripping. Recently, I complaints the dealer as well to the Hitachi customer care, no. [protected] dared 11 May 2011 and later a reminder on 18 May 2011,but so far no body has turned upto check the unit. Leaving behind unpopular and inexpensive brands I purchased the Hitachi AC BUT TO MY DISMAY I found it not at all working properly from the very first day of its installation. Hence I asked for a replacement at the earliest.

                          The Hitachi Atom Split Airconditioner 1+1 purchased on 09.06.2007 having Model Number :RMC014END,Machine number :071D05237,Compressor number 4163T3178300 & Motor Number :[protected] Reported Malfunction on May,01,2011,and was attended by Official Franchisee of Hitachi
                          M/s Khyber Airconditioning company GHaziabad[U.P.].On 09.05.2011 the leaking unit,after repair at Khyber workshop at Ghaziabad was reistalled and charged with Gas.As the service people had no Temperature measuring equipment,we could not ascertain Cooling and on their insistence Repair Fees Rs.2200=00+300=00 was paid to them.On 11.05.2011 it was found that the repaired unit was throwing water inside the room due to some leakage and the unit was not cooling.
                          This was reported to M/s Khyber vide complaint number 190938 and subsequently to Hitachi customer care
                          at Ahmedabad [Telephone number :[protected]] and they gave complaint registration number [protected] therafter as nobody attended we again lodged a complaint with M/s Khyber Complaint number 1910107 and with Customer care Delhi [Telephone number :35324848] & received complaint number [protected].However the unit is still not functioning and no one has attended to repair the unit.
                          We therefore request requisite needful in this regard.

                            I purchased Hitachi A/c Window 1.2T in the year 2010. I registered complaint/request for free service on 15.4.2011 (at your phone No.[protected]. I also received confirmation of registration number by SMS at my mobile No.[protected]. I was assured that engineer/service person will come within 48 hours. What to talk of 48 hours, no one has turned up till date (31.5.2011). Request you to look into the matter and get it solved as soon as possible.

Vision, Khanna Market, Lodhi Colony, New Delhi (India). When the persons came for installation they found that right side of the swing function part was not working, despite my request to call the company they did not bother, after 3 days some executive came to demonstrate and told us thatsome engineer will come and see the problem. He had noted the
                              non-functioning remarks on his sheet. After waiting and waiting no body turned up to correct the problem. On 17.5.2011 I again made a call for lodging a complaint and they had given me complaint no. [protected] dt. 17.5.2011. Again and again I contacted on telephone no.. 35324848 who told
                              me that some person would visit tomorrow. When I told them that I would complaint to higher authorities they rudely replied OK.

                              On 25.5.2011 some person from Hitachi named Lalit Kumar came to attend the complaint and after inspection he told that some part is not working and I shall come to correct the complaint. Despite repeated request / calls still (29.5.2011 9.30 p.m. ) no body turned up. Really I am thinking that I am cheated as no after sales service is provided by Hitachi.

                              I am bringing this to your kind notice to know about the after sale service provided by your company. Please arrange to advise your marketing staff to immediately change the defective AC and avoid to defame the reputation of the products manufactured by HITACHI.Hope an immediate action at your end

                                I have purchased a double door refrigerator of Hitachi made from Tata Croma Stores.

                                From the very first month of purchasing the refrigerator started giving problems and over the period of time it has been repaired a number of time. But it was never got fully functional even after so many no of repairing jobs performed by the Hitachi technicians.

                                Now its not working for last one month and even after repeated complaints over telephone and through email no one is coming to get it rectified.

                                  M/s Cooltech Corporation have supplied, installed and commissioned 2 Hitatchi make 11.00 ton ductable AC's at our premises M/S CROWN INTERNATIONAL, BEHIND SECTOR-29, HUDA, PANIPAT. The machines were supplied on 08.07.2009 vide bill no. 6538 of M/s Cooltech Corporation, Chandigarh. The same were installed and commissioned in october 2010. Since then the AC's are not giving proper service i.e., some times the remotes are not working, IC's were changed and latest gas was filled on 20.04.2011 by the suppliers. Inspite of all these changes the units are not cooling the premises. Many complaints have been sent to Cooltech Corporation but no satisfactory results are there.

                                  Kindly look into the matter and resolve the problem so that the name of a big company be maintained.

                                  we have alos purchased same AC 11 ton and i am screwed up with the kind of response
                                  we are calling customer care for last 4 days intially they asked for 48 hours TAT but now nobody is picking phone and
                                  answering calls, some Mr Mubarak is their in call centre and he is not giving any response

                                    This complaint is about the HITACHI customer care service the worst service I have seen than any other brand .............
                                    Because of their negligent customer is suffering !!
                                    They don't care the customer at all they don't bother if customer satisfied or not.

                                    This process of handling the customer should be changed NOW or it will be too late to keep surviving in current market for HITACHI with such service level..............

                                    I would like to share the information regarding one incident I faced with -

                                    I have asked for the wet service of my window AC on 30.04.11 as the cooling of AC is reducing day by day and almost finish.

                                    I called up the customer care on 30.04.11 and filed a complaint that my AC is not giving proper cooling. Call was attend by a lady and she has confirmed to inform the technical team to correct the same.

                                    I have written numerous times to customer care [protected]@hitachi-hli.com

                                    On Sunday I called up again the customer care and requested them if my AC complaint can be attend on Sunday as exception as it is too hot . They confirm that they will inform the concern technical team and try to do the needful. Same process i tried in evening Sunday but no result.

                                    On Monday Again I called up in afternoon and asked for the status of my complaint and same answer that person will visit u soon .

                                    Normally technician should visit within 48 hrs which means on MONDAY. But there is no one appears till Evening 02.05.11.

                                    Till Date (23MAY, 2011) nobody shows up. MY COMPLAINT NUMBER IS [protected] dated 30 april, 2011

                                    BUT my question is WHY I SHOULD THE CUSTOMER PAY SUCH A HEAVY PRICE FOR AN AC WHICH CAN BE BOUGHT FOR MUCH LOWER PRICE FROM ANY COMPANY LIKE SAMSUNG OR LG??

                                    Hitachi AC 1.5 Ton — Non Functioning of newly purchased AC

                                    I purchased HITACHI 1.5 TON Window AC on 17.06.2011 vide cash memo no 8544 from BHATIA ELECTRONICS LAB, PALIKA BAZAR, ROHTAK. The AC didnt work properly even after the installation. The cooling was not at all satisfactory even my 6 year old ac has double the cooling than it has, moreover the ac was also making much noise and there was no outlet for water dropping. I immediately made a complaint to the dealer who referred my complaint to the HITACHi CUSTOMER CENTER Situated at Rohtak. After much follow up Two of the Hitachi Service center technicians visited our home but they could not solve any of the above referred problem. They told me that their senior technician will come and solve the problem. I took his mobile no ([protected])and since than i have reminded him at least 10 times to visit and solve my problem, but till date my problem remained unsolved. I bought Hitachi AC with the feeling that it will give superb performance. But the fact is that neither its performance is good nor its after sales service. I want that company should take back this AC purchased just 6 days back and refund me my money so that i may buy some other genuine ac of any other brand. If i dont get back my money i will move to consumer court.

                                      To whom so ever it may concern

                                      With Regret to inform you that we registered the complaint for Hitachi AC with complaint number [protected] dated 30 april, 2011. I have to call customer care a lot number of times & by mistake if they pick it up they say that the representative will visit you tomorrow. I regret to say that the company is losing its sheen in terms of customer service.

                                      1. Quality of the Products are day by falling
                                      2. Chiiling is not there at all.

                                      i request you to kind send your technical staff to check the above problem immediately or please change the Whole AC at the Earliest. After paying so much of money if this type of problem arires its better to switch over to your competitor.

                                      I am looking forward to your cop-operation and resolve the Issues by tommorow.
