I Deepak Kumar Goyal, resident of B - 52, Molarband Village, Badarpur, New Delhi - 110044. I was in search of authorized service center of Hitachi hard disk from last four months, but i could not find the same, because my pruduct is in the under waaranty. Now, i want that where is the service center of Hitachi hard disk in Delhi. Kindly help me in this matter, i will really be highly thankful to you.

Dear Mr. Lizuka,
I have a strong complaint against the service of my 1.5 Ton AC.
I got this done by Local Hitachi dealer in Delhi (Monsoon Sarita Vihar) last September. Due to winters and fall conditions I didn't used it much then and now when I started the AC in June, there was no Cooling whatsoever.
On complaining with Hitachi same dealer came and have detected the leak at the welding, which is not our mistake. However they refuse to accept their mistake and they want charges to refill the gas for which they charged us last September 2008.
Is there some authority in Hitachi who can help me
We would appreciate your immediate assistance on the above.

1. After one week o[censored]sing the product, the AC started making a cluttering noise.
2. Subsequent to making a complain with Hitachi, a technician was sent, but the problem remained unsolved.
3. After three repeated rounds by the technician, a senior technician also checked the air conditioner, yet the problem continued.
4. After all this humiliation mr. harpreet singh(service manager) asked me to send the air conditioner to the service centre for inspection, to which I agreed.
5. Then the air conditioner was brought back in a rickety condition, and what is worse is when i complaint to mr. harpreet he argued back "abusively".
6. Three days later the cluttering noise is still prevailing persistently.
7. And when Mr. Harpreet was contacted to update him regarding the problem, he refused by saying there is no problem.
I am shocked at the way such a big brand like Hitachi makes its customers feel sorry for spending there money and trusting a product that’s worthless.
Hitachi claims this Air Conditioner to be the world’s most silent Window AC but I have suffered completely otherwise.
I am baffled by the way your company and your people have harassed me all through these four months.
I, therfore ultimately call upon to you to pay attention which requires your immediate action and an effective step to solve this problem or unfortunately i have to file a suit in the consumer court regarding your after sale service.

This is emergency as this ac used to maintain a temperature which is require a cancer patient two days gone but there are no reply from yours side. I requesting many time to call customer care about this condition but they said three four days. I think this is very bad behaviors with a customer .
please inform me what is update on my request as soon as possible.
