THREE COMPLAINTS REGISTERED SINCE PURCHASED DATE OF 3RD APRIL,2010. SERVICE TECHNICIAN VISITED TWICE, ACCEPTED THE FAULT BUT NEVER CAME BACK TO REPAIR. TODAY ON 18/5/2010 ITS BEEN 43 DAYS AC IN UNUSED AND THE WEATHER CONDITION AVG IS 40 DEGREE,

its very sad that we consumers are cheated, the ac mechanics that visited twice are illmannered. after confirmation for purchase now they say room is very big. and behaving very bad. i need my ac to be replaced or fixed properly. if the capacity is not sufficient then replace it because the capacity ac was installed after consulting with showroom and company mechanic. Serious action shd be taken against the service center of patna i.e. hinduatan refrigeration for misbehave of their employee.

    I have purchased an AC of HITACHI and for that i was told that i would be getting after sales service for that but i am not getting that said service on my ac. I am calling the dealer since 15 days but they are not providing the service rather they are making fake commitments about the service of the AC. I am facing a lot of problems in this matter as there is a heart patient in my home and also its very difficult for him to stay in hot climate.

    so kindly register my complaint and do the needful in the same.

      Very poor performance of Hitachi ac m/c.

      Dear Sir,

      Myself purchased Window Hitachi ac m/c on 02.06.2007. The PC board got out of order on 2009 and again on 05/2010. Local service center repaired PCB for first time and now again they are engaged in repairing work. I found myself in trouble by purchasing Hitachi ac m/c. Although I am covered under AMC from local service center in Kolkata, the damaged PCB is not being replaced by a new one. I must say I am not ready to accept the repaired PCB which should be replaced by a fresh set.

        We had purchased a Hitachi split air conditioner from Rhythm House on 28th March 2010 with Challan Number 5731 and invoice number 8185. From the day it was delivered and installed, it has been making loud noises while operating resulting in us not being able to sleep. The first complaint was registered with the dealer on 2nd April 2010 after which there was a service engineer who came to our house and agreed that there was a problem. He suggested that it was an issue with the stabilizer and we should replace the same which we did but it was of no use. Subsequently we called up the dealer again who put us on the area service engineer by the name of Maninder ([protected]). We spoke to him 3 time about our problem to which he finally expressed his inability to do anything and suggested that we speak to the area manager Pankaj Aggarwal ([protected]). We have been speaking to Pankaj over the last few days and also have sent him various messages about the difficulty that we are faced with but he has not even bothered to send anyone to our house to check the problem. We fail to understand as to what good a warranty is if companies like Hitachi behave like a local unscrupulous shopkeeper

          I bought this Hitachi Atom Square 2Ton split AC and I have never have had such a horrible experience so far with any of my purchases and never even imagined a brand like Hitachi can cause such pain still enjoying consumer money. Before I go into more details, I give a BIG warning for anybody who considers buying things from Hitachi in India.

          First I went to buy this only due to my earlier experiences with Hitachi as a brand using its VCR long back and after my international exposure doing business with Hitachi elsewhere (Singapore, Japan, etc). Also the design of this Atom Square AC attracted me so much so that I was bent on buying this when I already happily used other brands like Carreer (where there was other pain of service people trying to exploit charging more than normal for services though AC itself works fine).

          I bought this machine on Jan-2010 and the sales guy at Madurai (Mr. Kingsly) promised everything under the earth on service before I were to send the cheque to Hitachi, Chennai. Then started my trouble, he sent in the name of Hitachi Authorized service a company (S.K. Electronics) for installing this machine, who seem to knew nothing about this particular model and experiement with me. Ever since it was installed, it gave problems again and again with no cooling which was detected as gas leak but the service technicians (anybody would say by the way they handle things that they are good for nothing!) repeated would promise things will be alright. For the fourthtime in Apr, they connected a Nytrogen gas cylinder to detect the leak but only to conclude that there is no specific leak and probably the dummy nuts at the joints would have let to some leak and assured that there will no leak after charging this time.

          Again and again, the unit used to work only for a week, also with uncertain cooling efficiency (at no point of time anyone brought a thermometer to know if there is enough cooling though the installation sheet says to mention the cooling temp) and finally when I gave up chasing S.K. Electronics, then decided to escalate to Hitachi directly. All the while the Hitachi sales guy (Mr. Kingsly) was of obsolutely no use and it looks like they live in the luxury of Hitachi name (as I am fooled) doing no work for customer satisfaction.

          When I escalated the problem to Hitachi in Apr-2010, they sent some one from Hitachi Airmac, Madurai and they also proved useless as even after they serviced, the same problem of No efficient cooling, Water dripping from indoor unit, gas leaking that could not be detected, etc. all were still there after three of their visits. Fourth time with them when I called Hitachi Airmac services directly is when the story unfolded to bizzare propotion. The support lady there (one Ms. Aruan) told me that how many time she could send their technicians to Karaikudi from Madurai and when I told them that they better take back the system if they cannot complete an installation (as this is not even a service call and is a pain of installation for four months having spent about Rs. 65000), she told me that I should speak to Hitachi. Only then I realized that Hitachi Airmac is also an agent and not any part and parcel of Hitachi to own my case. Worse still, when I asked them if they use other brand AC in their home making money selling Hitachi AC that does not work to consumers in the market, very boldly she acknowledged 'YES'.

          A week ago, some 'sounding to be' senior people called me from Chennai (one Mr. Shekar, and then Mr. Selvakumar, etc) assuring to solve the problem I have but none of them seem to follow up the case to close. Every time when I contacted Hitachi Support, the people talk so nicely and always would tell that they will get back within an hour or so but at no point of time they came back in time only for me to call them again to check what they would do.

          The story is bitter than what have narrated so I have cut the long story short only to say that any one goes to purchase Hitachi AC is inviting pain at exorbitent price.

          Couple of days ago one Mr. Dheenadhayalan came and reported gas leak and observed water dripping with less cooling efficiency. And today one Mr. Prabhakaran came to attend to the problem and told that he has tightened the dummy nuts so there should be no more leak and charged some gas to increase the cooling so there will be no more water dripping also from indoor units. But sooner he left my premises, water began to drip.

          So in effect the story and my pain continues with Hitachi and today I am raising a big alarm for Hitachi to take back the unit and refund me the money, or I may have to resort to legal course (consumer court or whatver for all the agony).

          I am still being challenged with such a poor (I am unable to find any bad word to put here) service from Hitachi so anyone who reads this be warned.

          hitachi 2 tonne ac — the ac has never worked

          i am ts bhattacharya retd managing director of state bank of india. i purchased a new ac in jan 2010 from vijaya sales mumbai. hitachi 2 tonnes rs 52000.00 . it has never worked .
          Hey, Sorry to know about your bad experience with Hitachi. I have planned to buy atom2 split from Hitachi, but after I read through your comments, I am almost dropping the plan to buy ac from hitachi for their poor service in india.

          Satish, I am glad you dropped the idea to buy this, as you get to be in peace.
          Currently I have filed a complaint in Consumer Court and it is ongoing and the AC still lying fitted in the wall and the case still ongoing I was even unable to throw it out to replace with many good local ones that have come in.
          But I am sure Consumer Court forum will give the right judgement so these kind of companies are thrown away to muddle and do not continue to rip off customers money for dust.
          Hopefully my next summer will be cool.
          I planned to purchase Hitachi Split A/C. Now I am Confused either can I go for above OR Not. I am Also from Karaikudi only. I have to choose alternative instead of above your case. Thanks for your kind information.
          Ditto ditto ditto as far as the product and service is concerned. We too got hitachi atom square and now doomed. Been about 15 months since we purchased and a zillion complaints later the unit only got worse. First it was a problem with water leaking and now it does cool at all!!! Now that it's out of warranty they want us to pay per visit and they haven't if it's going to be fixed. How frustrating!!! It has been nothing but hell with hitachi product and service!!!
          I am experiencing same problem and poor service response for last 4 years. Please please please never buy Hitachi Product.

            Hitachi Global. — Faulty Computer Hard disk

            Hi,

            I am a unsatisfied customer of Hitachi computer hard disk, who mad a big mistake of purchasing the Hitachi hard disk (160 GB). I bought this hard disk 2 years back ( with 3 years of Global warranty) and since last 1 year my hard disk has been replaced thrice by Hitachi but i am not able to use any one of them properly.
            Now the current hard disk has again stopped working.

            Ill want to highlight this issues to all the computer users and recommend them not to go for any of the Hitachi Products.

              Mr. piyush tiwari the sales engg. in hitachi electronics placed in Raipur(CG) is totally a vulgar individual. Always trying to molest the girls and ladies around.He is abusing ladies and girls physically and verbally.
              I request you(the company) to do the needful or else i will sue the company for keeping such individual.

              Not only Raipur, it seems everywhere. there service engineers are not at all trained and they damage the AC while reinstalling and ask for money for its restoration. Very ill behaved and irresponsible company. Customer care is very much uncaring. No one listen to them. I take an oath not to purchase any Hitachi product in the future. Fed up of their behaviour.

                I bought an HITACHI AIR CONDITIONER - QUADRYCOOL TM on 24th March, 2010 and the Company did not even send any person for its installation and I was told by their authorised dealer - NAYYAR ELECTRONIC WORLD, RU-376, PITAM PURA, N.D to get it installed by outside. Nobody from the Company was sent for DEMO. My particulars are DEEPAK, customer code I[protected]

                The AC was not working and I was advised to lodge a complaint with the customer care. A complaint which was registered on 2nd April was attended by HITACHI PEOPLE on 24th April.

                The AIR CONDITIONER - QUADRYCOOL TM which was made available is very noisy although HITACHI CLAIMS IT TO BE NOISE FREE AIR CONDITIONER .

                Even the Technicians giving demo confirmed in writing that this AIR CONDITIONER IS DIFFECTIVE AND HAVE TO BE REPLACED. AS ITS A NEW AIR CONDITIONER HOW COME SUCH A BIG AND WELL KNOWN COMPANY LIKE HITACHI IS NOT HAVING QUALITY CHECKS FOR ITS PRODUCTS.

                I am VERY MUCH DISAPPOINTED BY THIS HOPELESS SERVICE ON THE PART OF SUCH A REPUTED COMPANY LIKE HITACHI.

                It has been ONE MONTH and SEVEN DAYS still I am wondering here and there in the misguiding loops created by HITACHI technician and Dealer – NAYYAR ELECTRONICS

                I even talked to DEVESH – Area Sales Manager.

                Please help me out and replace this defective Air Conditioner and improve your after sales service

                Hitachi — noise

                i bought a hitachi ac quadricool tm on th 4th of april 2009 from neha electronics, mayur vihar phase 1,unlike what it claimed to be thge ac is very noisy, i immediately complained about the noise. the techs same and pottered around for sometime, but the problem remained. when i started using it this year in april i have already filed three complaints regarding noise but nothing so far. the tech support seems arrogant and uninformed and hell bent on proving that there is no noise. i wonder what action i can take next

                I am experiencing exactly same problem with my Hitachi Quadricool. It's extremely noisy. I could ave bought two low cost ACs like LG for this price and would ave had much better sleep. Vowed that would never ever buy any Hitachi product in my life. Made Several complaints but no solution.

                I have purchase one window air conditioner from Rhythm House Noida, one month back.

                During installation i came to know that Fan is touching with lower body of AC and making lot of noise, I raise a complaints to dealer about the same.

                He assured me to send somebody for rectification after 2-3 days one technician visited site and told me to replace the same ASAP.

                After that another engineer visited the site and he rectified that problem.

                Suddenly after 1-2 week same problem arise again. I contact to customer service for the same and they assured me that somebody will come and rectify the same within 48 hrs.

                I am not happy with the services and product because machine having some problem from starting.

                I advise everybody please do not purchase Hitachi product.

                Hitachi engineer visited my ac and he rectified that problem, now running in good condition !!!

                That I purchased one Hitachi Split 1.5T-ACE FOLLOW ME A.C. for Rs. 37,000/- from M/s. Deekay Vision Pvt.Ltd., SCF-17, Goal Market, Model Town, Ludhiana ag.bill no. 947/3.6.2010(Tel.No.5027070,5027171). But the A.C. is not working properly(no colling). I have many compltaints to service centre of Ludhiana Branch to Varinder(Head of the Service Centre) Tel.No.[protected],3523879. But no response recd.from service centre.

                Now, I am request you to do the same as early as possible.

                Hitachi Air Conditioner — no cooling in the new ac

                i purchased a new air conditioner 1.5 tonnes of hitachi just 15 days back from big bazaar outlet of Rs 22890. since then there is no proper cooling in the new ac RAW218KRD and cash memo number is T37/42491. Two times the complaint has been done but in vain.
                and yes my contact number is [protected]. there is a loud noise coming from the a/c and i think i have purchased a cooler and not an a/c as there is no cooling

                Hitachi — AC Not working, Poor After Sales Service

                I bought my Hitachi 5 Star rated window AC last month (May 2011). After running one month, it stopped working. I registered complaint with customer care three days ago. But Nobody is turning up to repair my AC.

                It is so sad that the HITACHI brand image does not get suffered even after we register complaints. I must admit that Hitachi product and service have been very poor. I suggest that people should explore other options and do not spend extra money on brand name such as HITACHI. Go for LG, Samsung, Whirlpool, Godrej instead.

                Hitachi — replacement of defective air conditioner

                i m honey manchanda , i have bought a split ac(hitachi kaze 2 star) of two ton on 16/05/2011 from deekay electronics, ghumar mandi chownk, ludhiana. but i'm encountering many problems and already complained about it to the dealer but he told me this is not my duty now its company's responsibility then he gave me the numbers of company's personnels namely Honiesh([protected]) and Tanveer([protected]). i have contacted them but they always make lame excuses and have also repaired it for 3-4 times,still there occur some problems in it. i had told them to replace it and they agreed to it but after few days they again gave me another excuse.so, now i want u to solve my problem and replace it as early as possible.

                Same here I bought a Hitachi Ac 1.5 ton and its not cooling and when Hitachi is not responding whether they are goin to replace or not!!! Totally fed-up. Also don't buy products from ACE TECHNOMARK, Great India Place Mall, Noida as they dont take any responsibility of the products sold and make you chase them for small things!!! Charu
                I AGREE to all above mentioned complaints because i also bought the HITACHI AC and when i got it installed i found it making so much of noise that we cant sit with the AC on and i have even filed a complaint but no action has been taken yet... Wonder that without quality checks they are sending their product for selling... Pathetic service, pathetic quality ... Not recommendable.

                Reference:
                • I purchased two Window AC on 18/06/2011 vide invoice no SLF02A[protected] from TATA CROMA DLF MEGHA MALL Gurgaon in the Name Kuldeep Singh Chauhan
                • I called only Company to install and shift the units.
                My Units’ Complaints are:-
                • My One unit being very hot and not working properly.
                • Second unit is not cooling as required.
                • Both Units’ front and rear soft nets are pressed badly – it’s not good. (Your field technician Mr Javed came when shifted the units).
                • He “Mr Javed” partially damaged my units and not working properly.
                • After few days when we checked the ACs and found one unit damage due to high voice.
                Complaints against the technicians:-
                1. I feel your technicians are unskilled labours.
                2. Field technicians are handling the units carelessly.
                3. Always these technicians insist to sign the service paper at the spot without checking it to run the unit at least one hour running.
                4. These technicians are not polite – some time very rough on asking something.
                5. On shifting your Technician Mr Javed came and damage one AC unit and he did not inform us.
                Please, do the needful.

                  I bought a Hitachi AC more than a weak back. I have been calling customer care no & the dealer for the demo but there is no response from the company yet. I submitted a form concerning the problem at the Htachi global website but of no avail.

                  When the company can not provide a sevice than how can they price the product so high. The price of the AC i bought was 28,000(Window AC) while the cost of AC in 1.5 ton for other brand is much less.

                  If it would have been easy I would have returned the AC & taken the money back.

                  Well I brought a Hitachi 2 ton and the AC is making a noise and leaking water. The complaint is unresolved for over 4 weeks now. I think hitachi deserves a negative recomendation. No more hitachi products for spread the word guys about this irresponsible company with an unreliable product.

                    I purchased this on 06.10.06. Problem of not cooling registered on 13.04.10 & attended on 15.04.10, reported gas leakage. Taken to service center and returned on 24.04.10 after repair. Works properly upto 27.04.10, then again the same problem of not cooling started. Apart from call center no other nos. for communications are available in net also, so that I can express my agony. This kind of act is untollerable from Hitachi, who claimed their worldwide reputaion. They are simply cheating the INDIANS in the name of quality. Their after sales service are worst.

                      I am a def offr and I purchased a Hitatchi unit Ac of 1.5 Ton Cap at Essgee Enterprizes thro CSD in Jun 2010.Till date I have asked for first hand demo through your service centre rep at Bathinda.Inspite of requesting and or sending message @ 8-10 times for giving demo which is mandatory, I am sorry to say but I am totally dissappointed and fed up due to the attitude which I am experiencing from the co people.This fact was also told to shop owner inspite of his personal reminder till date no action has been initiated.My totally New AC is many a times getting Off in between and I am feeling very uneasy due to poor response and improper services.May I finally request to take up this issue saeriously and direct your rep at my place.It is also requested to confirm the initiative taken by you.

                        We purchased a 660 ltr refrigerator in Jan 2010 from Kapila Electronics, janak Puri, New Delhi. The performance was okay in winters. But come summers and the cooling levels deteriorated. We were informed that in summers the cooling goes down. This was absoultely amazing. Refrigertors are bought for summer use only.

                        Numerous complaints to the service centre have elicited lukewarm response.

                        After haveing bought such an expensive product, one does expect the product to work, but Kudos to Hitachi.

ON 13 TH DEC 08.For the last one week i am calling the service centre about the servicing of my AC but to no effect.Everyday they say hat the person will visit tomorrow but one week has passed no body came to vist my home for servicing of my AC.When I asked about the booking no they say it is 4.The registration for servicing the AC is booked in the name of my father i.e. Sri Arjun Kumar Srivastava since i am in the office on working days.                           Extreme Summer is passing on but i am very dissapointed to know that a prestigious international brand like Hitachi customer service is so poor.

                            It has been 08 months since we have purchased a Hitachi Refrigerator from M/S Shakti Electronics. From the beginning, the refrigerator has been troubling us with poor cooling, overflowing and at times flooding of defrost water inside and switch defects.

                            Several complaints have been made to M/S Shakti as well as Local Hitachi Office. However, the problem has not been resolved. They are just promising some change of the local parts etc., which has not worked in the past

                            Since it is within the warranty period, we have been asking for total replacement of this defect product. The company has not been responding in a responsible manner.

                              Sub :- Refrigerator Complaint and Very Poor handling of your Service Centre.

                              I have purchased Double Door Refrigerator on 16/10/2009 ( Six Months ) back in the impression of Hitachi Brand but at the starting of summer now refrigerator have stopped working. Any way this can be a technical problem and nobody can do anything but after sale service is in your hand. I am sorry to say that I have never seen such a poor service in my life. We are using other brand also and getting after sale service in 24 hours.

                              I am giving below the detail of my complaints and feedback of your company.

                              1. Complaint no.[protected] on 06/04/2010 First Complaint was registered and service engineer came on 07/04/2010 at 2000 hrs and give assurance that it will work properly but it has not work.

                              2. Complaint no.[protected] on 08/04/2010 Morning we registered another complaint as your service engineer told me on cell phone that every time we have to make new complaint whether problem is solve or not. On 12/04/2010 same service engineer came but nothing done and he told me on parts has to replace and same is not available with him.

                              3. On 13/04/2010 and 14/10/2010 I spoke to Mr. Ravinder on Tel no.[protected] but my problem was not solved.

                              4. 15/04/2010 Mr. Ravinder suggested me to make a fresh complaint which I did ( Complaint no. [protected]) but till today nobody turn up.

                              5. on 19/04/2010 service staff came and chnage the part but still problem was not solved and they told me that they will take the refrigerator to service centre and do the repair their but till today (23/04/2010) nobody turn up.

                              6. I have spoken to Tejbir Singh Service Manager in Delhi and Mr. Sandip Nayyar in Ahmedabad but till date nobody came to pick the refrigerator.

                              I shall be grateful if you would kindly look into the matter and take the necessary step.

                              I have purchased a 1.2ton Hitachi split AC from Great Eastern Trading Company, Sreerampore branch on 03/03/2013. The AC has been installed on 21/03. The AC is not providing any cooling. The service centre at Sreerampore is saying that they will not provide any service since that machine has been installed by someone else. But those men were sent by the dealer since I did not call anybody for installation. They took Rs. 2500 for installation and Rs. 900 for 24 ft drainage pipe and did not deliver any money receipt. In the scorching heat of end March the expensive air conditioner has become a show piece.
                              Nnothing has been done till date i.e. 10/04/2013. Today I called the Srirampore service centre again. They are asking to report to the dealer, The Great Eastern Trading Company, Srirampore Branch or the head office of the service centre. Since they have not done the installation they are not interested in providing the service. The numbers from which calls were made for the installation are saying that they are masons, tailors etc. I don't know how they could get my phone number. But the customer care executive told me from their record that Ramprasad Gupta had done the installation.

                                We had bought hitachi window ac from ashoka trading on 9th april,2010 and had specifically chosen Hittachi going by the reputation and brand. However,even after expiry of 16 days noone has turned up for product demo. We are fed up with following up with their service centre.

                                The customer care is never available inspite of around the clock service. My sincere advise to all prospective buyers is not to go for hitachi. They offer worst customer service.

                                  Please note that I had purchased Hitachi Window AC from Audio Voice at Lajpat Nagar on 30 May 2007. After 1 year of purchase, I had AMC done through Hitachi Home and Life Solutions, India. My AMC was expiring on 21 April 2010, which inspite of reminding to Hitachi Customer Service on 16 April 2010, for renewal, has not been renewed.

                                  The compressor of the air conditioner, had not been working since 16 April 2010.

                                  For last one week, I have been trying to contact Service Manager Mr. Tejveer Singh on Tel Nos. 32220014 & 32220093 and Service Centre Nos.[protected] – 69, but no one picks-up the phone or gives some other No.

                                  I tried to contact at the the Nos. provided by Hitachi ie [protected],[protected],[protected] &[protected], which are for customer service and for the Service Manager. I sent complaint though e-mail and through the Hitachi web site as well.

                                  Although I was having effective AMC, when the complaint was sent, so far no response has been received from the Company.

                                  We had purchased a Hitachi-Ducatable Split ac-Hi Fi super 11.01 scroll Hitachi microcool MPAG132EMD3Z1 for our company Kays Jewels Pvt.Ltd.On Dated[protected].Since then we are facing the compressor problem.And this problem is already under process and handling by Supreme Aircon Pvt.Ltd. on dated[protected].But they say that they are unable to find the compressor hitachi is not issuing them a compressor, but our concern is that what we do.They are not able to give us a proper answer.These days tempreture is getting higher and higher.

From the installation period a noisy machine sound is being heart and accordingly a complain has already been registered vide No.[protected] on 02/05/201. After that four reminders have also been given through customer care. But no body visited /entertained. It is matter of grate concern that customers are being purchased HITACHI with the hope that this company is recoganised and most reliable but the behave like that is very poor. Realy I am worried man to purchase HITACHI in stead of other AC.

                                  If you could let me know what is the problem why should not be entertained? I will grateful to you.

                                      This is in continuation to the below mail which I had sent last year regarding replacement of compressor of my window A/c . I was told by customer care that M/s Sheetal Aircon will check and get the issue resolved .

                                      I am writing this complaint again and I am very upset with the product quality and service of we boought from HITACHI ie my window A/c .

                                      I paid Rs 1800 /- to Ms Sheetal Aircon vide their Bill No 387 dated 19/4/09 towards filling of gas in compressor , The A/c was barely used for 2-3 months after that .

                                      Not even a year has lapsed and I am told by HITACH service again that there is no GAS in the compressor and we will now charge you Rs 2500/- and get the same re-filled .

                                      Please be very clear that I cannot spend Rs 2500/- every year on this Airconditioner hence I need a replacement to this AC now ....they have the thrill to tell me that the warranty is only for 6 months and you will have to spend this amount each time .

                                      I fail to understand why a consumer is cheated like this by HITACHI ..... Surprising indeed and I used to associate in my mind that HITACHI means quality and your A/c is Rs 8000/- to Rs 10,000/- more expensive than Samsung and ELGI , then WHY BUY THIS PRODUCT AT ALL IF THERE IS NO DIFFERENTIATION
                                      Certainly I cannot buy your product going forward and will ensure that any one in my contact does not buy a Hitachi product aswell . VERY DISSAPOINTING INDEED .

                                      Going forward I booked another complaint on 10/4/10 your toll free no as ----- Complaint No[protected] , which was finally attended on 15/04/10 .

                                      As on date the AC is with your team .

                                      I would need to speak with a senoir person at Hitachi to get my grievance sorted out and settled and I want the machine replaced immediately .

                                      The a/c at that point of time was the most expensive as againt other brands available in the market and this needs to addressed right now .

                                      You are requested to get the compressor changed immediately before the summer season starts and the heat is on peak

                                        I bought Hitachi Window AC around a couple of years ago.

                                        On turning it ON, it is making noise. Looks like the noise is coming from Compressor, it goes high and then low and sometimes goes off. And sometimes it starts in the middle. But it is always ... when Compressor is running.

                                        Running on vGuard VGSM 400 stabilizer but noise is coming even if Run directly without Stabilizer.

                                        This noise generally comes when there is peak time (High demand of AC).

                                        Is this due to low voltage?
                                        Is there a problem with stabilizer itself?
                                        Is there a problem with AC compressor or some other part??

                                        Kindly answer as this is out of warranty now!... :(
