      IN spite of several reminder mails they are not giving clear information & clarity repeating same mail. For 4 months of moratorium they have increased tenure for 22 months & 90000 of loan amount i will be paying 2, 82, 450 don't understand what kind of calculation is this people are being charged with heavy interest & they are claiming that supporting & helping customers by increasing tenure. In other banks & NBFC for 4 months of moratorium increased max for 6 months but here it's literally official robbery. Kindy help customers like me & many from this.

        I am not a customer of Home Credits and yet I receive daily 2-6 automated calls from this company using different numbers. This is turning into daily harassment and there is no way I can contact them to stop this. I am suffering from last 2-3 months now. They even got my number fraudulently as I have never shared it with anyone from Home Credit. Please remove my number from your database. i have attached screenshot of one days call list. All the numbers are from Home Credit - around 8 calls.

          I have paid my monthly emi on 11 October 2021 but home credit again debited 1954 Rs from my bank account. How you can do this to me . Because next emi date is 4th november but you debited now on 13th october 2021 . Please refund my amount otherwise I will take action against you because it's illegal... Without my permission you did this and I have paid emi of this month ... So how you can do this to me.

            maine 13th may 2019 ko home credit se 200000/- a ka personal loan liya jiski tenure thi 42 month 9160 ka monthly installment after 10 installment timely its due to covid-19 lockdown maine 4 month ki moratorium li... ab compony ne lockdown ke baad tenure kar di 60 month... matlab 164880/-interest lagaya... logo ko maar ka interest...are 4 month covid ki vajah se pareshan the log aur inhone loot macha rakhi... phir bhi maine 91600/-ke 10 installment bharne ke baad sattelment karne ka socha jo hua 160000/-main jiski maie 1st part 60000/- 4 march ko aur 2nt part 50000/-ki 8th april ko pay ki... phir 2nd lockdown lag gaya...aur 3rd part 50000/-ki nahi kar paya... ab yeh log jaan lene pe utar aaye hainn..call karke mental harresment karte hain.. family valo ko bhi but ISKI COMPLAIN MAIN PMO INDIA AUR CMO GUJARAT KO KARUMGA RBI MAIN BHI COPY DALUNGA...2 loan timely pay karne ke baad yeh 3rd loan tha mera bit compony ko apne cliant ki kuch padi hi nahii... bus usko to marva ke dumlena hain... please help CMO INDIA...               Dear Team, // Serious Concern // Reference my contact no [protected] . I am raising a complain due to telephone call harassment on daily basis 2 to 5 calls daily. I have also contacted to toll free no [protected] mentioned on web http://homecredit.co.in and mailed to [protected]@homecredit.co.in for stop call me/harassing but story remain same. My concern:- I am receiving unwanted calls approx 2 to 5 times on daily basis even on Sunday from your company (Home Credit) with different different numbers. As per your executive on daily calls "mangesh dhotre have mentioned my contact no as friend", However I do not know him personally and not taken any loan, I have already requested to your executive that please remove my mobile number from your database but they do not do any thing and warned that you will receive daily call the statement like "Kar lo jo krna hai call toh aaegi" i have recorded this clip on my multimedia phone. Requesting you to please remove my m.no from your database and do not call Their behaviour is very rude when they talk to me. Please help us from getting disturbed and harassed, it will be a great help to have our peace of mind!

                    As mentioned have availed personal loan of 90000 & EMI of 4035 am paying regularly. Opted for Moratorium for 4 months. Now suddenly they have increased tenure from 48 months to 70 months i will be ending paying 282000 for 90000. How could they do this & also interest is too high for 4035 EMI - Principal is 700 & rest is Interest. Kindly help,

                    This is the reply received from HOME CREDIT.

                    With reference to your email regarding the increased number of EMIs for contract number [protected].

                    As checked from our records you have availed Moratorium for 4 months (May to August 2020) due to which the EMI tenure has been increased in your installment schedule.

                    The Moratorium period’s interest amount has been added to the outstanding principal amount and then your EMIs are re-calculated as per your loan interest rate.

                    Basis the revised principal amount and to ensure there is no increase in your EMI amount, the total EMI count has increased.

                    As moratorium is not a waiver but deferment of your EMI payment, it accrues interest. Hence, the applicable interest amount is charged for the Moratorium period and is payable in the subsequent installments.

                    We regret to inform you that we will be unable to waive off the interest charged for the Moratorium period.

                    Do any one charge 180000 for 4 months of moratorium & extra 2 years of tenure.

                    Kindly help these people are cheating & looting us in this bad situation. Please help once again request.

                          I have taken cash loan from home credit company I paid my all 24 EMI on time .
                          In the meantime I have taken 4 months mortorium facility so I paid one extra EMI
                          Total paid EMI -25 loan tenor -24 EMI.

                          Now home credit tell me pay 1904 rupees more for mortorium interest amount.
                          Which is higher rate of interest more than 40%

                          I mail fallowing this for last two months but no one helping for that .
                          I wrote a mail for this but they mailed me my interest certificate .

                          I ask simple question that send me 4 months mortorium interest which you charge me but no one help ...

                          Now last ten days collection team calling me multiple time in day and some of them telling me ...

                          Loan kyo liya aukat nahi thi ...
                          Paise nahi hai bharane ke liye ...
                          Bharana hi padega kuchh nahi hoga...

                          That's words they are used.

                              As per RBI guideline for NBFC is applicable NBFC shall give notice to the borrower in the vernacular language or a language as understood by the borrower of ANY CHANGES IN THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS INCLUDING DISBURSEMENT SCHEDULE, INTEREST RATES, SERVICE CHARGES ETC

                              As per rbi circular of 27 march 2020
                              RBI/2019-20/186
                              DOR.No.BP.BC.47/21.04.048/2019-20

                              In respect of working capital facilities sanctioned in the form of cash credit/overdraft (“CC/OD”), lending institutions are permitted to defer the recovery of interest applied in respect of all such facilities during the period from March 1, 2020 upto May 31, 2020 (“deferment”). The accumulated accrued interest shall be recovered immediately after the completion of this period.

                              Complaint in details

                              My loan summary before loan restructuring

                              Loan amount - 98000
                              Fixed Interest rate - 36.50%
                              Emi - 5703
                              Tenure - 36 months
                              Total amount payable to home credit - 205, 308

                              My loan summary after I used 4 months moratorium

                              Loan amount - 98000
                              Fixed interest rate - 36.50%
                              Emi - 5703
                              Tenure - 52 months
                              Total amount payable - 296556

                              I had used 4 months moratorium I have to pay extra rs91, 248

                              According to moratorium policy calculation I have to pay approx -RS 23, 478
                              Not more than this according to rbi

                              Then why to i have to pay 91, 248 instead of 23, 248

                              I have spoken which home credit customer service executive they told me the interest amount has been transferred to outstanding principal amount, hence to maintain my emi constant and so they have increased the loan tenure.

                              According to moratorium circular
                              The accumulated accrued interest shall be recovered immediately after the completion of this period
                              And home credit has to inform me about the changes in loan summary as per RBI guideline
                              If they call me I would have paid the total amount but they have transferred my accumulated accrued interest into outstanding principal amount

                              Because they didn't call me nor any email I have to pay extra rs 91248

                              It is violating the rbi guideline for not informing the customer about changes in Loan summary.

                              I told the same things to Rakesh gupta (customer service executive) he told me home credit doesn't have time to call each and every one that why we have made the changes without your concern this is totally unethical.

                              And the other agent told by seeing your increasing financial burden they have increased tenure so the emi amount will be constant. I asked them how do they know that I have financial issue he told me
                              We have ASSUME.

                              That proved it's clearly home credit
                              Fault because they have assume my financial condition
                              And increase the tenure from 36 to 52

                              If they had call me to pay the amount I would have paid it

                              I am ready to pay the accumulated accrued interest.

                              I hope my problem will be solved as soon as posible and I have been facing stress due to home credit and their customer service agents.

                                I had used 4 months moratorium I have to pay extra rs91, 248

                                According to moratorium policy calculation I have to pay approx -RS 23, 478
                                Not more than this according to rbi

                                Then why to i have to pay 91, 248 instead of 23, 248

                                I have spoken which home credit customer service executive they told me the interest amount has been transferred to outstanding principal amount, hence to maintain my emi constant and so they have increased the loan tenure.

                                According to moratorium circular
                                The accumulated accrued interest shall be recovered immediately after the completion of this period
                                And home credit has to inform me about the changes in loan summary as per RBI guideline
                                If they call me I would have paid the total amount but they have transferred my accumulated accrued interest into outstanding principal amount

                                Because they didn't call me nor any email I have to pay extra rs 91248

                                It is violating the rbi guideline for not informing the customer about changes in Loan summary.

                                I told the same things to Rakesh gupta (customer service executive) he told me home credit doesn't have time to call each and every one that why we have made the changes without your concern this is totally unethical.

                                And the other agent told by seeing your increasing financial burden they have increased tenure so the emi amount will be constant. I asked them how do they know that I have financial issue he told me
                                We have ASSUME.

                                That proved it's clearly home credit
                                Fault because they have assume my financial condition
                                And increase the tenure from 36 to 52

                                If they had call me to pay the amount I would have paid it

                                I am ready to pay the accumulated accrued interest.

                                I hope my problem will be solved as soon as posible and I have been facing stress due to home credit and their customer service agents.

                                  Hi Team,

                                  From 3 weeks I've been trying to close my loan, no one is even bothered to respond to the request or provide me the details.

                                  I have been ended up paying interest last month and now again they are delaying to provide me the details, not sure why they are doing this. I have lost all my patience and valuable time.

                                  They are providing me amount which doesn't have any breakup details. They delay the response and mention after the EMI you can raise request to close the loan.

                                  Kindly help me the breakup details for the foreclosure amount and procedure to close the loan so that I can close my loan as soon as possible for the loan contract [protected].

                                      I have taken personal loan from Home Credit India Finance in the year of 2018 for the tenure of 42 months and i have paid all the emi's on the time.
                                      after moratorium they automatically increased loan tenure from 42 months to 49 months. i have sent mail to the company grievance officer and customer care team,
                                      i haven't received any update.
                                      i have paid 34 EMI's till date and as per my contract with Home Credit India Finance now only 8 EMI's is left. but they sent mail me that my still 15 EMI is left.
                                      they are doing fraud with me, why should i pay when as per contract only 8 EMI is left.
                                      please help me in this case.

                                      How can you increase EMI number when I paid regular EMI on respective due date.
                                      I cannot bear this.
                                      Kindly update you system mine only 8 EMI are left not as per 15 EMI.
                                      I am sending mail from last 7 days also trying to calling on customer care number and Grivence officer but i am unable to contact as every time the call is in waiting.
                                      Clear this thing on immediate basis.

                                        Hello My Personal loan ([protected])was clear via axis bank on dated-26/08/2021.till date i have not received NOC letter by home credit.i will try to contact customer care many times but not replied. They ask we will contact you in 48hrs but today gone already 12 days and still not receive that NOC i want NOC by mail & also hard copy.
