I have done a payment of mobile loan of rupees 1264 on date 10 april at 09:51AM
My money is dudected but haven't shown on your payment page i already confirmed from google pay services they said that the payment is stuck in your server. I want my money to be refunded because i already paid the money after this transaction.
And both payment get sucessfully.

          Dear Sir!
          I am Lalji P Prajapati. I had taken a loan with Home credit India company and when my loan was about the complete then one of the employee of the company called me and told that you have new offer because of good credit score. And he told about 15 -16 % interest will be charged in your new loan.
          But, at the time when they called me and they singed and passed a loan of amount ₹96000 with interest rate 33.10% and total 36 EMI of amount ₹5314/.
          We got to know about 36 EMI when my son downloaded their official app and then we contact with customer care about it .
          So, then they told your loan has 70 EMI of ₹ 5314. They kept us in dark and by the fraud way they make that much EMI.
          Sir You just think about it they give the loan ₹96000. and according to them, we need to return approx 4 lacs rupees, I want take a strict action against them.

              I have taken a loan from Home credit my loan a/c no. Is [protected]. I have called and mail several time for reconstruction of my personal loan but they denied all the time and told to pay emi.

              In February, I got a letter from lawyer to pay the full payment.

              Right now I am not able to pay that's why I want to reconstruct my loan so I can pay it regularly.

                I m rahul Rai S/O Ramesh Rai, I took a loan of 48 months and in covid-19 time i choose moratorium but now they increased my Loan tenure from 48 months to 61 months, without any information they increased my loan tenure and intrest putted to 25 % of principal amount.

                Thank you for contacting Home Credit.

                In reply to your concern, we wish to inform you that your concern has been resolved. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.

                We would like to inform you that as checked, you have availed EMI Moratorium benefit on your contract for 3 months due to which Moratorium interest charges has been applied and loan has been re-structured accordingly.
                Additionally, Moratorium was not a waiver hence, simple interest was charged for the Moratorium period as per your loan terms and conditions. Considering, the current tough times and not to increase the monthly financial burden on you, we have planned your repayment in a way that you don't have to immediately arrange the entire interest amount. We have added the interest amount in your original loan outstanding so that you can pay it as additional EMIs.
                 
                The Company has levied only simple interest on your loan account for the Moratorium period and no interest on interest was levied during that period.

                Further, In order to foreclose your loan, please refer below terms and conditions.
                1.Minimum 06 installments to be paid to foreclose the loan under this option.
                2.As per the loan summary letter terms & condition you need to make payment of the amount communicated by our customer care team.
                3.Nil foreclosure penalty charges will be applicable on the outstanding principal amount as per the Loan Summary letter terms & condition.
                4.To raise a request for Early Repayment customer have to inform us before 6 days from due date if payment mode is Direct debit otherwise if you are availing cash payment mode then email us anytime to foreclose your loan.
                5.Once the request is raised and activated with us customer is advised to make the payment in same day to avail the benefit of Early Repayment option, which is as per the terms & condition of Loan Summary letter.

                Further, any concerns related to ECS bounce charges we would request you to kindly contact your respective bank and share updated bank statement so that we can check and assist accordingly.

                  My Name is Ajit Singh. Presently living in West Bengal. I received calls on daily basis from Home Credit Company as someone given my number without my consent. And from last one year they are harrassing me via unnecessary calls in daily basis. I provide the current numbers of that person and everything in my knowledge. But again they are calling me insted of him. Please Solve this issue otherwise I have no other option but to move to ombudsman for this query.

                      I was taken loan of 150000 after paying 16 emi of 7527 my outstanding is still 132000, my may month emi was return due to lockdown and I wasn't apply for moratorium and their employye wast told me about moratorium and its charges at that time i clear that employye that dont moratorium my loan for any month ill pay may month emi when unlock but without my intimation they apply auto moratorium and charged me 5500 for that month and now my loan showing 46 months my loan actual tenure is 42 moths I was asked about moratorium charges and other charges company was gave me that details in January 2021 and after that they are not responding positive from last 9 months I was fight with company against all of this concern but company is not giving any answer or solution they are just wasting time by showing company policy. Recently I was apply for cancelling my February month emi from email and call centres also but they proceed my emi and debit amount from my acount.i have all recording of their costomer care contact and all mails which I sent to this company so please help me out of this company because they have right to spoil my credit score and for my cbill record I was clear all of emi on time but there is no benefit against that.

                        vide Invoice No-238 dated 08-11-19 finance from Home Credit India Finance Pvt Ltd. Monthly Instalment 2094 Total Loan Amt.- 14658

                          Hello namaste sir, i am jayesh dhanraj salunkhe mene home credit se loan liya tha jiska 3 emi 1180 pay kardiya hai kal shaam mujhe har baar waale bande ka call aaya naam uska rohan hai jisne mujhe bola pay kijiye warna ghar pe jayenge mene pucha kaha pay karna hai usne bola mere number pe pay kardo 1180/- (850+330) mene uske phone pay number pe pay kiya hai [protected] or uska number hai jise baat karta hai [protected] naam rohan hai jo ki home credit me kaam karta hai mene pay kardiya ab uska call aaya ki mujhe nai mila hai amount wapis pay karo mene na bola to dhamki dene lag gaya wapis ghar ki to mene usse call kiya request kiya to chila ke baat karne laga fir mene home credit ke mumbai helpline number pe call kiya[protected] waha ke adhikari se baat hu mene unko ye saari problem batayi to unhone mujhe hold pe rakha 10 min or fir baat ghumane lage mail kijiye ispe aisa kijiye waisa kijiye 48 ghante me report milega mene request kiya ki abhi bataiye mera haq hai kiu mail karu aap kiu hoto na bolne lage or jab unhone call cut kiya uske thode time mai rohan soni ka wapis se call aaya mere ghar pe khada tha family members ko pareshaan kar raha tha 3/5 dosto ko lekar aaya tha mene usse rokne ki kosis ki to bola mujhe is place pe aake mil ye sab home credit waale mile hue hai mene wapis help line pe call karke bolne ki kosi ki rohan aise lukhebaaji kar raha hai to jinhone uthaya call wo baat sun hi nai rahe call unhe de hi nai rahe jinse baat horahi thi mene rohan ko consumer conmplaint ka batay to bola 3 saal se home credit ke saath me aisa kar raha hu matlab sab mile hue hai ye msg sab jagah jaaye ye sab fraud cheaters hai lutne ka kaam karte hai mujhe cnsumer complaint se umeed hai ispe strict action liya jayega

                              I have been paying EMI of Rs. 4851 since July 2019 for the loan amount of Rs.112000. after paying EMI for more than one year when I ask them to foreclose the amount they tell me to give 113000 to foreclose the loan..which is more than loan amount. if I ask them for the loan schedule and details how that much amount is left they say we don't provide that..and try to threaten.

                                  I have taken Personal loan from homecredit which 24 months EMI and I paid more than what I brought from Personal loan which is Rs. 156128/- but I just took loan Rs.70000/- only. And I informed lot of times that I couldn't able to make a payment due to my Medical issues which is from October 2020. And for that I have attached my Medical reports till date. U guys are threatening me to file Case against me. U guys can take actions when I didn't Pay my amount by purposely.

                                    Dear team,

                                    Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unnecessarily the amount is debited which we don't know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

                                      Dear Sir / Mam,

                                      I had emailed Home Credit previously about restructuring my loans as I want to pay you off, but am unable to pay currently since being jobless.

                                      Instead of giving me a solution to it they asked me to call your helpline, which I had already done on numerous occasions, but in vain, before and after their revert to my mail.
                                      Moreover, their executives are constantly calling me and visiting my home and pressurising me immensely for immediate payment.
                                      They have charged such high charges for being unable to pay or for the moratorium provided earlier.
                                      And then to add on to the metal torture and agony, they have sent me a lawyer's notice to threaten me of taking legal action against me.

                                      I can't fathom why such a gross behavior from HOME CFREDIT's end when I myself expressed my utmost will to pay them off. Just that I had requested for some time of 6 months or restructuring of my loans with an extended tenure and lower EMIs.

                                      If I could pay at this very moment, why would I ask for a extended moratorium or restructuring????

                                      When other NBFCs and Bank are doing the same for their customers (including me), why won't they????

                                      I hereby request again to restructure my Loan or give me 6 months moratorium without any extra charges.

                                      I definitely want to pay off but can't take this mental torture from them any more.

                                      Please consider my request and help me out.

                                        I gave 70 k but home credit took 2k loan charged I paid 13 k emi paid amount 85956 Rs mean I already paid 175956 Rs intrest amount.. But today mrng without inform me call me directly came my home & harassment my family members home credit recovery team gunde.. I complained against home credit to RBI & police station Harresment my family members..
