Dear Sir / Mam,
I had emailed Home Credit previously about restructuring my loans as I want to pay you off, but am unable to pay currently since being jobless.
Instead of giving me a solution to it they asked me to call your helpline, which I had already done on numerous occasions, but in vain, before and after their revert to my mail.
Moreover, their executives are constantly calling me and visiting my home and pressurising me immensely for immediate payment.
They have charged such high charges for being unable to pay or for the moratorium provided earlier.
And then to add on to the metal torture and agony, they have sent me a lawyer's notice to threaten me of taking legal action against me.
I can't fathom why such a gross behavior from HOME CFREDIT's end when I myself expressed my utmost will to pay them off. Just that I had requested for some time of 6 months or restructuring of my loans with an extended tenure and lower EMIs.
If I could pay at this very moment, why would I ask for a extended moratorium or restructuring????
When other NBFCs and Bank are doing the same for their customers (including me), why won't they????
I hereby request again to restructure my Loan or give me 6 months moratorium without any extra charges.
I definitely want to pay off but can't take this mental torture from them any more.
Please consider my request and help me out.
