I have taken personal loan from Home Credit India Finance in the year of 2018 for the tenure of 42 months and i have paid all the emi's on the time.
after moratorium they automatically increased loan tenure from 42 months to 49 months. i have sent mail to the company grievance officer and customer care team,
i haven't received any update.
i have paid 34 EMI's till date and as per my contract with Home Credit India Finance now only 8 EMI's is left. but they sent mail me that my still 15 EMI is left.
they are doing fraud with me, why should i pay when as per contract only 8 EMI is left.
please help me in this case.

You are doing cheating with me.
How can you increase EMI number when I paid regular EMI on respective due date.
I cannot bear this.
Kindly update you system mine only 8 EMI are left not as per 15 EMI.
I am sending mail from last 7 days also trying to calling on customer care number and Grivence officer but i am unable to contact as every time the call is in waiting.
Clear this thing on immediate basis.

    Hello My Personal loan ([protected])was clear via axis bank on dated-26/08/2021.till date i have not received NOC letter by home credit.i will try to contact customer care many times but not replied. They ask we will contact you in 48hrs but today gone already 12 days and still not receive that NOC i want NOC by mail & also hard copy.

      Hi my loan id contract number:[protected]

      I am taking loan amount of 50000, before due date home credit team call to me harrasing me, when I left the call no one taking, but repeatedly got calls from home credit team daili I got 20 to 30 calls from home credit, I regularly pay emi but I received calls, after emi paid also I got calls, I decided foreclose my loan amount, I asked customer care, he told foreclose amount 35000 change, I took loan amount of 50000 only, but ipaid 50825 rs, home credit deduct only 15000 principle, I am requesting loan summary what interest they charged which principal amount deducted, but their is no response I already told 20 to 30 times to customer excecutives still I didn't get any mail from home credit side for loan summary and what interest charged and foreclosure amount, they are not following RBI guidelines why charged this interest rates please send explanation letter for interest rates, how much principal collected from my side, they will collect 1 st interest only after they will collect principle, there is no RBI guidelines, please send which base interest charged and interest collected and yester day, today I am receiving legal notice for 2 emis pending, pls provide my request, which base you send legal notice they will not charged

                  Meine Home credit se 85000 ka personal loan liya tha jiski emi thi 4022 rupe ki 48 month keliye ...2020 me meine monotoriam liya tha 5 month ki .. Government ka rule ye tha jinhone bhi monotoriam liya unka koi intrast nhi lagega sirf jitne mahine ki
                  monotoriam liya utna month ki emi extend kardiya jayga... lekin Home credite wale apne apko government se upor samajhte hai inhone meri 48 month ki emi ko 62 month ki kardiya ...mtlb 14 month ki emi bada diya ...mein itne din bad ishiliye complaint dalrha hu kiyu ki home credite walo ne app me loan detail ko hide kardiya tha sirf emi Amount show karrha tha ...meine ab app ko delete karke install kya to loan detail dekha inhone aise fraud kya hua hai ...mein garib admi itna extra amount me pay nhi karskta ...Agar inhone jitna bhi extra charges lagya hai wo nhi hatate mein emi pay nhi karunga ...is complaint ko me RBI or CMO ko bhi forward karrha hu agar home credit walone mujhe jada pareshan kya me suside karlunga or iski jimedar Home credite company or iske employee honge jo mujhse bt karenge ...mein sirf itna chahta hu meine jitna loan liya hai utna hi pay karna pade ... Mtlb 48 month ki emi ...jo inhone galat tarike se emi extend kya hai wo hataye

                    Wrongly tenor calculation post moratorium of personal loan (4 Months moratorium costs as 22 Month EMI extend).

                    I have asked exact calculation where it has been calculated this tenor but they are hiding and misleading every time since last 7 months.

                    They are not able to provide calculation with parameter values like C= A * B where A =10 and B=2 then C should be 20.

                    Their CSR are resolving tickets without providing those requested information.

                      I am getting daily 5 to 10 calls from home credit customer care without any reason.. I do not have any relationship with this company and did not take any service or loan from company.

                      Person call me different number every time and ask for personal Information. I have almost blocked 40 mobile number till now.

                      I have raised concern to home credit but nobody replying.

                        I got my new phone vivo v20E from an Store on 8 april 2021 with emi from Home Credit Company so ipaid my alll the emi at exact time but home credit walo ne mere 590 rs ecs return charges kate h bina kissi wjah se maine sb apni emi time se di amd i have my bank statement and transactions proofs .. i want my money back if my money not get back i willl not pay all the emi ... Please Get my money back ... Its an humbled request

                              I had a Personal Loan ([protected]) from HomeCredit India Finance and due to covid-19, I have availed 4-Months moratorium during May'20 to Aug'20 . Now for that 4 Months moratorium Home Credit has increased my loan tenor for 22 Months .
                              My actual Loan tenor was for 48 months
                              after 4 Months Moratorium, now latest tenor is 70 Months .

                              I have done several mails to Home credit customer care and grievance cell but they have not provided for resolution and just saying Moratorium is not waiver which I have also agreed over mail.

                              Please take care this asap.

                              Although till now Home Credit teams are unable to provide me exact calculation along with each parameter values where tenor has been calculated post moratorium loan balances .
                              In simple eye 4 Months moratorium can not be cost for 22 Months EMI extend .. for this reason i have asked how was it calculated post loan recapitalized .
                              CSR team are totally hiding the calculation and misleading the information .

                              Several times I am telling your team member the same point but without addressing that point they are saying generalized statement and closing that ticket without providing resolution. Same Incident was happened on 12th Jul'21 with discussed with Mosin (Your prolonged dedicated manager).

                              My concern : Share me the calculation OF TENOR AFTER 4 MONTHS MORATORIUM BASED ON LOAN BALANCE = 94, 847.93 from Aug'20 with all parameters ?
                              Several times I am telling your team member the same point but without addressing that point they are saying generalized statement and closing that ticket without providing resolution. Same Incident was happened on 12th Jul'21 with discussed with Mosin (Your prolonged dedicated manager).

                              It's not a single person problem there are many person who face this problem they has only unethical words I don't know who teach them the calculation, we should file consumer forum or the best twitter platform #tag trending RBI.

                                I have done some transactions but he is refusing not getting any amount . payment was going through goggle pay .
                                name of person is Raghav Traders from Instagram told me he will do double money and pay amount and again and again he blackmail me and told me i[censored] give me more mount then he will update whole amount with refund .

                                but when I told him this is scam and he blocked me .

My concern:- I am receiving unwanted calls approx 5 to 10 times on daily basis with different different numbers and when i pick up the call nobody speaks.However I didn't not taken any loan, Requesting you to please remove my m.no from your database and do not call Their behaviour is very rude when they talk to me. Please help mefrom getting disturbed and harassed, it will be a great help to have our peace of mind.

                                      My loan no is [protected] i have paid my installment through ecs on 24 apr 2021 but i an ecs bounce change has been lieved on me and company executives are irritating me on phone that we didnot received any amount from you i have shared the transection id and all with them but they say that i have to pay the late payment charges and intallment again and a i get a text today

                                      "ATTENTION! Dear AVINASH, EMI of Rs 3238 for your Home Credit Loan [protected] is late/ pending. Please pay immediately to avoid late payment charges. To Pay NOW, click on 1kx.in/yAEatl or Paytm. For any assistance, call us on[protected]"

                                        I took loan from home credit on 18th Apr 2021. The amount should credited in my account on 19th Apr 2021 as per teletalk with customer executive. They told me to wait for 72hrs which means 3days. Its 4th day I still not received the money in my account. I'm taking follow up continuously but no one bothered to give me valid answer. CE just saying you will get the call within 48hrs. But nobody call. I took this loan for paying my hospital Bills. Nobody replying in this pandemic situation.
