I am taking loan amount of 50000, before due date home credit team call to me harrasing me, when I left the call no one taking, but repeatedly got calls from home credit team daili I got 20 to 30 calls from home credit, I regularly pay emi but I received calls, after emi paid also I got calls, I decided foreclose my loan amount, I asked customer care, he told foreclose amount 35000 change, I took loan amount of 50000 only, but ipaid 50825 rs, home credit deduct only 15000 principle, I am requesting loan summary what interest they charged which principal amount deducted, but their is no response I already told 20 to 30 times to customer excecutives still I didn't get any mail from home credit side for loan summary and what interest charged and foreclosure amount, they are not following RBI guidelines why charged this interest rates please send explanation letter for interest rates, how much principal collected from my side, they will collect 1 st interest only after they will collect principle, there is no RBI guidelines, please send which base interest charged and interest collected and yester day, today I am receiving legal notice for 2 emis pending, pls provide my request, which base you send legal notice they will not charged
