Meine Home credit se 85000 ka personal loan liya tha jiski emi thi 4022 rupe ki 48 month keliye ...2020 me meine monotoriam liya tha 5 month ki .. Government ka rule ye tha jinhone bhi monotoriam liya unka koi intrast nhi lagega sirf jitne mahine ki
monotoriam liya utna month ki emi extend kardiya jayga... lekin Home credite wale apne apko government se upor samajhte hai inhone meri 48 month ki emi ko 62 month ki kardiya ...mtlb 14...

Wrongly tenor calculation post moratorium of personal loan (4 Months moratorium costs as 22 Month EMI extend).

I have asked exact calculation where it has been calculated this tenor but they are hiding and misleading every time since last 7 months.

They are not able to provide calculation with parameter values like C= A * B where A =10 and B=2 then C should be 20.

Their CSR are resolving tickets...

I am getting daily 5 to 10 calls from home credit customer care without any reason.. I do not have any relationship with this company and did not take any service or loan from company.

Person call me different number every time and ask for personal Information. I have almost blocked 40 mobile number till now.

I have raised concern to home credit but nobody replying....

I got my new phone vivo v20E from an Store on 8 april 2021 with emi from Home Credit Company so ipaid my alll the emi at exact time but home credit walo ne mere 590 rs ecs return charges kate h bina kissi wjah se maine sb apni emi time se di amd i have my bank statement and transactions proofs .. i want my money back if my money not get back i willl not pay all the emi ... Please Get my money back ... Its an humbled request...

My loan account number-[protected] requested to restructure but they are refusing I had made all my EMI till date they are charging Rs- 500 extra per month as safe pay money which is no way benefited to me...

I had a Personal Loan ([protected]) from HomeCredit India Finance and due to covid-19, I have availed 4-Months moratorium during May'20 to Aug'20 . Now for that 4 Months moratorium Home Credit has increased my loan tenor for 22 Months .
My actual Loan tenor was for 48 months
after 4 Months Moratorium, now latest tenor is 70 Months .

I have done several mails to Home credit customer...

I have done some transactions but he is refusing not getting any amount . payment was going through goggle pay .
name of person is Raghav Traders from Instagram told me he will do double money and pay amount and again and again he blackmail me and told me i[censored] give me more mount then he will update whole amount with refund .

but when I told him this is scam and he blocked me ....

Dear Team, I am raising a complain due to telephone call harassment on daily basis 5-10 calls daily. . My concern:- I am receiving unwanted calls approx 5 to 10 times on daily basis with different different numbers and when i pick up the call nobody speaks.However I didn't not taken any loan, Requesting you to please remove my m.no from your database and do not call Their behaviour is very rude when they talk to me. I was done my EMI but by salary issue, it late .I requested to bank refund my amount. the amount was debited three times as 590/- total amount is 1770/-...

I took loan from home credit on 18th Apr 2021. The amount should credited in my account on 19th Apr 2021 as per teletalk with customer executive. They told me to wait for 72hrs which means 3days. Its 4th day I still not received the money in my account. I'm taking follow up continuously but no one bothered to give me valid answer. CE just saying you will get the call within 48hrs. But nobody call. I took this loan for paying my hospital Bills....

I took loan from home credit on 19th Apr 2021 with high rate of interest. It should credit in my account within 1 day. I'm following up with customer care from last 3days but they only said wait 48hrs. I'm getting messages for my EMI will start from next 18th. But I still not received the money in my account. Nobody is helping. M just sending mail on their email ids with statement....

I have received end number of calls from home credit. I took loan for a I phone mobile to which I have paid the balance amount as a settlement amount as discussed with one of the collection dept. Person . Now they state it's not taken.. some of the caller says we have received however it was sent beyond given period so settlement is null n void. Some callers doesn't have any information regarding the payment. But they do not forget to call...

I have done a payment of mobile loan of rupees 1264 on date 10 april at 09:51AM
My money is dudected but haven't shown on your payment page i already confirmed from google pay services they said that the payment is stuck in your server. I want my money to be refunded because i already paid the money after this transaction.
And both payment get sucessfully.

Is this a authorised rules ofb for tvs credit.?...
