I have called the customer care team of home credit many times but not got a single response from them i had been told that i will get a reply within 48 hours but nothing from their side was done. I am applying for online loansince a month now but it just gets stuck after giving the otp code. One of the executives told me to try from internet explorer i did the same i have sent mails also with the screen shot of the problem which i am facing....

Even i mail all the screenshot to customer care mail id. About errors coming while applying online loan.
After long period i able to apply proper,
Now suddenly they are saying that the are not providing their services in given address which i have gave.
Even i am exciting customer of home credit, i applied for home credit loan before on same address & it was approved by home...

I applied for this online loan. Completed necessary details and now I'm stuck on this Stage 7 page. Tried everything. Not going past it. Already mailed to their customer support but no avail.
Guys, this is supposed to be for emergency, and I really want to know from these guys that how much one can wait for such emergencies to take a loan at such high interest rate.

Ravishkumar ashokbhai desai, informed u that my loan has sanctioned on 23 may 2018 but amount is not credited to my bank account yet. Already 3 days has gone. I have done many calls and mail with latest bank statement and sanction letter but still waiting for my money.

First experience is not good....

I applied on 24th may 2018, but the loan amount is not credited in my account.

When i called the home credit customer care.

The executive on call told me that the amount is already transferred in my account on dated 25th may 2018. At 9.15am. But in case u still not received the payment send the bank statement via e-mail.

Please wait.' i have tried different devices, browsers, wifi networks still it is on the same page. I need the loan for medical purposes.
