    I applied a loan last week. But 7th step taking a long time to processing and finally it exit to home page.in 7th step i provided all bank details and ifsc code but step is not completed please help me.

      I have already send mail to both mail of home credit but still no any revert.

      Already all correct information as per the aadhar updated but unable to process for further. After upload aadhar card i am updating information my location and landmark as per the aadhar but not getting correct option. Please check and close issue on urgent basis. Please make easy process for loan.

        I have called the customer care team of home credit many times but not got a single response from them i had been told that i will get a reply within 48 hours but nothing from their side was done. I am applying for online loansince a month now but it just gets stuck after giving the otp code. One of the executives told me to try from internet explorer i did the same i have sent mails also with the screen shot of the problem which i am facing. I am an existing customer have paid the dues before time but still this type of customer service is pathetic. They are so ignorant. It says that mini loan is for emergency needs which they value, but nothing seems to be right with your attitude.

                    I applied for this online loan. Completed necessary details and now I'm stuck on this Stage 7 page. Tried everything. Not going past it. Already mailed to their customer support but no avail.
                    Guys, this is supposed to be for emergency, and I really want to know from these guys that how much one can wait for such emergencies to take a loan at such high interest rate.

                      Loan amt not credited in bank account, loan amt 50k, approve 17/5/2018, I have applied for a cash loan and got a confirmation mail that my loan has been approved. But no amount has been credited till now in my account on other hand customer care representative said that amount is disbursed to your account .

                      i sent email their official mail I'd ([protected]@homecredit.co.in and [protected]@homecredit.co.in) ([protected]@homecredit.co.in ), with bank statement that clearly shows no amount disbursed but no response from their side.
                      On other side app is showing that my emi is due but I do not have got any
                      Loan amount. Please help in concern issue my details are as follows.

                            Just now spoken with your customer care executive he stated that my loan has been rejected is this a joke, since last week i was facing technical issue and today you guys have rejected my loan without no reason i have paid all the installments on time and finished my previous loan as well.                             This home credit people are not taking care of there exciting customers,
                            Unnecessary rejection of loan.
                            Then what is the use of writing your site that
                            ‘HOME CREDIT ONLINE INSTANT LOAN,
                            Emergency loan.
                            It’s just joking and playing with people’s emotions and time.

                            It’s atleast take care of existing customers, genuine customers those who closed there loans in proper manner.

                            Customers support is very unprofessional & slow. Getting 5 to 7 days to solve a simple quires.

                              I haroon khan, hereby wants to state that i m not able to get my insurance money back for my bike (Number - dl 7st 9323). I gave the claim check to home credit india on 9 april 2018 but money has not been transfered yet. Whenever i call to customer care they always says it will be credited within 1 or 2 days but it never happens. And sometimes they put my call on hold for several minutes. I have paid all the emi for my bike but still i am not getting my claim back.

                                I want to say you simply that home credit finance, customer care support in email as well in call center is very worst.
                                I apply for instant loan but no use coz not able to complete & submit application,
                                There customer care support always saying and asking to send screenshot of problem to [protected]@homecredit.co.in as well as [protected]@homecredit.co.in
                                After send screenshot on there support mail id,
                                After sending mail the same scripted answer saying that check your website or refresh the page, but no use because still i am not able to submit my online loan application coz home credit customer care support fails to solve there customers problem.

                                i want to apply for online loan but no instant support from home credit, even i mailed the screenshot at you [protected]@homecredit.co.in & [protected]@homecredit.co.in .. got revert that they will help us in 48 hours but no response till now from any of care support, , ..
                                [protected] is my register number.
                                Before resolving customers issue, first resolve your technical issue having in online loan websites.
