I bought a Samsung phone worth 32k but in documents they entered Sony LED TV. When EMI came, the agent forced me to pay him cash, I was paying online but he said you have to pay me cash. After giving him cash he didn't provided me receipt. I called customer care number but it's says temperory unavailable.

    I have taken personal loan of 70, 000 from home credit. I feel that intrest rate is too high. It is around 44 percent per annual. Which is too higher than other banks. I have to repay total 1, 30, 000 for 70, 000 loan which is near to double. I advise to others that never take any personal loan from home credit. Their loan intrest charge is too high. It is more than credit card intrest rate.

      Dear sir,

      It is submitted that i got a call from home credit india in the month of may 2017, i which i was offered by their representative for a pre-approved mini cash loan upto rs.176000/- which i accepted during the call and got a mini cash loan of rs. 176000/- vide loan contract no. = [protected]

      Till february 2018, i am regularly paying emi and also have been paid 9 emi with any delay.

      Now i want to return the entire outstanding principal amount of my loan in one time.

      But i am not agreed with the outstanding principal amount which is being told by home credit customer care representative as outstanding principal amount is being seems in excess of rs. 21737/- as per calculations.

      Even, your system is not able to provide me loan statement of said contact no.

      So, you are requested to look into the matter and resolve it at the earliest so that i will be able to return the outstanding principal amount.

        Hey my name is amrinder singh, i finance a mobile phone home credit in year of 2012 its actual cost is 13000 but from home credit it ganna cost me around 18000. After that when i paid my last emi to an agent he said that this is the last emi that you are paying but i m not aware about noc on that time... But after some years suddenly i m checking my credit score it shows that around 5000 (Five thousand rupees) is still due for the same and my credit score is too low. Never receive any noc through mail or post. Please resolve as soon as possible because i m not able to do anything with low credit score...

          Hi i am renu.
          I have taken a personal loan of 120000 from home credit which was given to me on checking my old track of mobile finance.
          I am regular payer of emi, but i went on maternity leave of 6 months and i was informed by my company that i will be given wages every month, so i invested all my saving in my cesarean surgery.
          And my emi got bounced i have repeatedly told every collection person my problem but there is no one who is supporting i m not able to pay my loan in one go as i have invested all my money. Just because of this tension i cant enjoy my journey of motherhood experiencing sleepless nights. Now i have joined my ofc but i request you to please continue my loan in emi basis, as i promise no emi will bounce from now onwards or if you cant so please give me another loan option.

                    I took 40000 rupees loan 2 years back from home credit finance my contractor id is [protected] i have been trying to contact with home credit i am asking my foreclosure amount by dialling the toll free customer care but no one is helping me no 1 is telling me about my foreclosure amount cds before i received a call from there customer care from mumbai are they told me to that they told me that they will waive off my late payment charges but by now i have been receiving their calls to deposit late payment charges on the other hand i want to 4 close this loan but no one is telling me for close amount i have food audio records call they are just cheating with me this is very ridiculous company no no one told me my foreclosure amount buy now they told me to deposit january months emi i deposited they promised to tell my foreclosure amount but they didn't fulfill their promise diya keep on harrassing me by calling again and again i am wishing to close my loan but they don't wish to close my loan

                    Why my account has been attempted to debit for my already paid emi. Unprofessional company with unprofessional people who doesn't have ethics to talk. If you were supposed to debit it then why I was receiving calls from collections to pay immediate for my bounced emi and when I Paid it along with bounced charges of Rs 350 again you have attempted to to debit it. I need a clarification on this ASAP. I have been charged by my bank for this bounce, return my money fools. See the next emi shows due on 9th March. I need to know ASAP, if this could have communicated with me that the EMI is going to be represented then I could have not made a payment online and could have waited for the EMI to be represented. I need a response ASAP. Secondly this is my written feedback, complain about the collection team, they have spoken with my Dad badly over the call.                       I have recently taken a new mobile number and i am getting continuous calls. They are trying to reach someone called madhu, madhav and continuously harassing us by calling every now and then. I have told them many a times that i have bought this new number for me in the month of feb'18 and i do not know that person. Still they keep calling and everytime they promise that they will update their records but nothing happens. They want to know every detail of mine that who am i and what's my address but when i asked for the details of their representative like name and employee id, he simply denied. I asked for the supervisor and they refused to transfer my call.

Requesting you to please remove my m. No from your database and do not call their behaviour is very rude when they talk to me.                               Hi it's rinku, i want to draw your kind attention towards my problem. The problem is that a sum of rupees 1289.50 had been deducted in my bank from home credit dated on 09/10/17. I've already show my concern to the home credit executive as well as my bank manger. Home credit were saying to me your amount will refund when you'll write email to us. The bank said to me home credit didn't stop it's service after completing your all installment including file charges and hidden charges. And their executive were taking benefit of you by cheque bounce of every month and i told them if you deposit my bank's cheque so plz informed me first before depositing in the bank but they didn't do like this because of their benefit purpose. Every month they are charging between around 300 and 500 rupee. And now home credit has deducted sum of rupee around 3000. From bank till date 10/02/2018,

                              Even i have already sent message to them of deduction but they said we didn't receive any amount from you.
                              I hope you will take an action against home credit as soon as possible.
                              I want to refund my money asap.

He put me on confrenes call with his boss sanjay he was also forcing me to pay the amount within two days i was very cleared to them not able to pay til my salary date he denied and said (Jb aukaad nai hai to kyu lete ho loan).. Very unprofessional language

                                  I was taken personal lone from home credit india finance
                                  13 month before. He promise me the interest rate 30.54% in personal lone.

                                  My monthly emi date is 2nd of every month.

                                  Lone amount was 1, 16, 000/- for 3 year.

                                  Monthly emi amount is 6174/-

                                  I paid 13 emi till now (6174*13=80262).

                                  According to interest rate (30.54%) annual in interest should be 35427/-
                                  And monthly interest should be 2952/-

                                  If i will pay 36 emi than i need to pay interest[protected].54%) of principle amount of 116000/-
                                  Total — 116000+106279= 222479/-

                                  But
                                  Now i want to close my lone i want to pay all amount.

                                  According to interest rate i need to pay interest of 30.54% (13 month)
                                  Which should be — 35426 (12 month) +2952 (One month) = 38378

                                  My principle is 116000
                                  Interest should be 38378

                                  Total amount — 116000+38378=154378

                                  In this amount i already pay[protected]*13) which is 13 emi

                                  I should pay —[protected]=74116 (For close my balance)
                                  They are saying for closing charge is 5% of remaining amount

                                  I am ok with it

                                  But problem is that

                                  They are saying to pay the amount 95005/- to close my personal lone

                                  I already pay 80262 they are saying to pay 95005 more

                                  Total is about 95005+80262= 175267 (Which is much more than 30.54%)

                                  I always listen and read about if i will close my emi before the time i will get benefit

                                  But here i am not getting any benefit even thay are asking much more the 30.54% of interest

                                  I should pay 38378/- interest of 13 month (Which is 30.54%)
                                  They are saying to pay 59267/- interest of 13 month (Which is 51% near)\

                                  If i am not getting any benefit that's ok but at least i should not pay the interest of (51%) which is very scary

                                  When i called the customer care they 95005 is system generated amount
                                  They are not explaining why 95005/-
                                  Or they are saying to pay the emi on monthly basis (But i want to close my lone account interest rate is to high)

                                  What i want mention below
                                  1-
                                  80267+95005 =175267 /- (51% they are asking to pay) of 13 month i don't want to pay this amount
                                  2-

                                  116000 (Principle) +38378 (Interest of 30.54%) +5% of closing charge= 154378 (I want to pay according to rule)

                                  if anyone is taking lone of 1, 16, 000/- and after 13 month he is paying total amount 1, 75, 267/- which is (59, 267) 51% (near) of principle amount.

                                  now i can feel that--
                                  this is the problem people didn't give you lone amount EMI they feel NPC(not picking call) is better than to pay your EMI and amount.

                                  because those are paying with trust you want to recover all amount from that person.

                                  now people know if they will not pay amount you can't do anything you can call many time form recovery department.
                                  but you can't do anything .
                                  and because of your type of company people do not pay the amount. and you alll will start showing loss in your result .

                                  and finally when your will Declare the result you will get more NPA( Non-performing asset) more than last quarter or last year.

                                  because of you are taking 59, 267(51%) interest of 1, 16, 000 of 13 month only.
                                  when i called than you all are saying this is system generated amount.

                                  now i know what you will do

                                  you will try split the amount and you will show the amount what ever you are saying you are right that's why you are taking 10 days .

                                  and i know that you guys can proof the 59, 267 is 30.54% of 1, 16, 000/- of 13 month
                                  because you all think you only are genius.
                                  one blind man can calculate 30.54% is not 59.267 of 13 month.

                                  so please provide all the information in practical ways not is theory
                                  before 15th of feb.
                                  because i want to close your amount .
                                  because after 15 days of EMI you people will start making new story

                                  i was call near 29th January to customer care. one person make the story please pay the EMI of 2nd feb and after the EMI call us within 15 days .so you will get benefit because my system will generate the amount than you can pay within 24 hour online or offline.

                                  so they are giving me benefit 51% direct 59267/-(only 13 month) interest of 116000
                                  that is kind of joke is happening with me.
                                  i try to calculate compound interest, simple interest, and according to your policy
                                  but not get answer .

                                  how 59, 267/- is 30.54% of 1, 16, 000/- time period or 13 month only.
