Their process is completely incorrect.
Even by paying my due amount on the due date but it was thru different mode of payment. The cheque was hit on the next day and i got a bounce charge as i utilized that money for making the payment a day prior. On escalating this issue the cust satisfication was not considered and simply the answer was we can not help you. Where is customer service over here.

    Please note for above loan number i had not availed has been wrongly linked to my cibil. I had sent a mail on 19.04.2018 but no response received from company. I had called to toll free number and spoke to couple of customer service staffs who assured to call back. I received call again and they initially claimed mail not received as it would be handled by different team and asked to provide my cibil report. I do not want to share my cibil report as it is personal and informed them to send an reply. Till now more than 18 hours after communication i am yet to receive any mail. This is poor response from your team. I have already shared my complete details and id proof which clearly shows that i am not the individual who has availed loan and my cibil needs to be delinked.

    I am waiting for an update from your end or else i would be forced to put up-to ombudsman and escalate.

    Awaiting an call from capital first.

      I have taken loan from the company. Paying emi on time, problem is now i wanna foreclose the loan but costomer care is not giving proper information. Even i m paying all the emi regular still principal amount is same after paying 10 emi... What is the calculations??? Not getting... Nd costomer service is so cheap.. Not educated employees in co.. Overall experienced was bad... Licence of home credit finance's should be terminet.. Making fool to the people

            Applied for cash loan but my bank "uco bank" is not listed on your website. I mailed you and got reply after one week i. E. 'kindly send screenshot on [protected]@homecredit.co.in". Now i have to again wait for one week and u will again say please send mail on this etc etc id. If you have solution then resolve it instantly otherwise don't waste time of customers by your worst customer care service.

              Hi..
              I got an offer of personal loan from Home Credit and accordingly I applied for the same. My documents has been submitted on 7th April 2018 and I got an approval message also. I was informed that the amount will be credited in my account within 6 working days however 7 working days has been passed and its 17 April today and the amount has not been credited.
              I tried to communicate with Mr. Manish many times but I was informed that he is unavailable.
              Now I am informed that he has left and I need to submit all the documents again as he has left and new person will co ordinate.
              Neither I have received the amount nor any confirmation regarding the cancellation (except an oral conversation with some executive).
              I am surprised at the behaviour and response of the company.
              Anyone please help in case you can.

                We were initially received preapproved message and we have submitted all the documents including UPI ID.
                got approval includig EMI for 12 months, given acceptance and shocking is that after acceptance got rejection message.

                    MY Home Credit LOAN ID : [protected]

                    Home Credit cheated me on my LOAN amount and their customer service is so cheap. Non educated people are working there and they have no sense to talk to a customer.

                    I have taken 60, 000 LOAN for 1 year in October 2016 and the total amount I have to pay 74000 with interest. After paying 6 months I want to settle my LOAN. However, the calculation they have given me is equivalent to the total LOAN value (60, 000) + whole 1-year interest (14400 + 2000 processing fee).

                    At first, they have charged me 2000 processing fee and I got 58000 in my account and I have to pay total 74, 000. They have charged total 16, 000
                    for 1 year.

                    After completing my 6 months LOAN period by paying 6, 222rs per months and total of 37332 rs I went to settle my LOAN . As I expected the remaining LOAN amount would be 29, 468 after subtracting my 6 months interest 7200 rs.

                    They said you will have to pay 34000+ to settle the LOAN amount. Means
                    I will pay them 71332 even I settle my LOAN in 6 months. I asked why, the customer service replied the company has taken interest amount higher in first starting months that is the reason.

                    Is this company is serious? Ridiculous what they think people are an ### and they will accept the ###.

                    I will not pay a peny to the Home Credit and my target is to aware maximum people. So that they never be cheated. I have also posted the same on Youtube sent the audio clip to the Hindustan News.

                    If you are a reader of this review and looking for LOAN. Believe me be far away from their LOAN offer. I have wasted my time and money. I guess you will not.

                    I Got a call from Home Credit. One of duffer executive starts threatening me you will have to pay this much amount anyhow and start teaching me the norms. He was not sharing the complete months' deduction and details.

                    My concerned has not been resolved. And I things that bloody agent will not solve the concern. I have to file a complaint against misleading and extra hidden charges which they do not revel while giving the loan.

                    Homecredit did not deserve any star
                    I paid 17 emi regularly of 72000 LOAN
                    Means i paid 63529 approx to company
                    Rest 19 emi were pending and i lost my job, i got new job after 3 months, in these crisis i fail to pay the emi
                    Company pay all the debt and send me legal notice of 73500 payment in 7 days.
                    Bull ###, why would i pay all the money, i paid 17 emi which is huge amount if they charge half payment as intrest then where the rest of payment gone.
                    One of there company employee is my friend, he warned me to dont take LOAN from this company, but i didnt listen him. Now i realize my mistake..

                              I completed 6 stage and in last 7th stage i filled account information (Account holder name, ifsc code, ac no,) and loan details (Summry).. I click submit. But its always stuck on "we are processing your request please wait". There was no any window opens or no any eroor occure. Yet. Its only stucked on "we are processing your..." as showing in attached image.
                              Plz help me

                              I have also tried different browser and pcs but theres also same thing happening. After resumeing appplication its always comes on the last 7th stage and ask for bank details again..
                              Whats the system like u have.. Infact there must something show any error or failed or any somthing. But doestnt. Plz fix my issue asap/

                                        Today I paid my EMI installment of rupees 2457 at 3 p.m. today was my last due installment which I paid.
                                        After 20 minutes again rupees 2457 transaction had been done from my account by home credit .
                                        My EMI installment was of total of 6 months and today was the last month which I paid but again one more transaction was made by home credit that is they took 7 EMI installment.
