Hello sir i have applied for personal loan on 29 jan after that i got some family problem so i called to customer care and told that i want cancle the loan as i have not signed any document but its showing signed after that i call 10 time to customer in 4 days but no responce from them they said the person who have filled ur from is not in office or either busy please help me to cancle my loan .     Dear sir,
    Actually i am taking loan from home credit in july 2017 and now i want to close my loan but today when i am calculating about how much principal + interest they have taken from me. I was in shocked because i am taking a loan of rs. 45000 with intrest is 42.12%. When i am checking in loan calculator it is so much less than my home credit emi. And i will try to find in homer credit website also but calculator option is disabled, it not showing the correct page. Finally please mention this issue and try to solve as soon as possible. Because so many people are suffering with this heavy flood of intrest.
    And here i am attaching the loan payments. Pdf file please check at once and try to calculate, what type of loan repayment method is?

      Loan has been approved on 30th Jan and it supposed disbursed on the very next day( 31st Jan 2018). But till date it has not been done yet and when I am checking status of the application, its showing my profile is active and payment due date is 2/3/2018. Is it joking your doing guys. I cant understand why you commit for transfer money into account with in 10 mins.disgusting!!!

I was not aware of hypothecation so when you have sent me NOC of bike in 2015 I did nothing nor terminate hypothecation, now I am salling my Bike and RTO officer asking for original, latest NOC latter.             I am Santu Dubey, address-Ramdhanu basu building, saha panchil, dhalua, kolkata. Contract no-[protected], cust id-8473748 and reg mobile no-[protected]. I have applied for a mini cash loan on 26th jan 2018 but yet not received.
            Customer care team is not proving the resolution properly. I want my payment by today eod else i will make harassment case against you in consumer forum.
            You have written in advertisement that within 1day payment wud be done but 6days over till payment not received. Is this a good service???

                Congratulations kumar! Home credit loan number [protected] is finished. We definitely wish to see you in near future. You can download closure form from our mobile app http://hcapps.in.

                Now the thing is after finish the loan how can u try to withdraw the amount. Now my account is empty who will pay the debit return charges. I want return charges amt 470/-. If i'm not getting any answer from company i'll file the case over to consumer forum. I have a proof like a loan closing sms and debit return charges details also i know very well how to proceed legally because i'm also the same financial domain hence i'll proceed legally.

                    Applied on 28th jan'18. Contract no. [protected] loan approved & same was supposed to be disbursed on 29th jan'18. Today on 30th jan'18 @ 1.32 pm still awaiting loan disbursement to my account. Calling customer care is useless they do not have any updates always keep saying will be disbursed within 24 hrs. I shall remind you its about to be 48 hrs and you have started calculation interest from 28th itself without disbursing loan.
                    Hopeless services.. Must say...

                          Firstly i would be likely tell you that i would be responsible for mine own transactions and i would not be responsible for any bloody dheeraj.. And if personally request you to call and damage him. Or mark him whatsoever be you want to do

                          If you have not follow me when you give him loan and why are you torturing and disturbed me unnecessarily

Sir firsty i want to clear that i will responsible from an body loan.. If i take loan from yourself i definetly responsible... But how i should be responsible for any body (If you can ask me efore giving his loan.. Than it will be ok)...

                          Anfd yours peoples are continuously going on alling me and i am fling embrace that i have to call a bloody plumber for mine no mistake where...
                          Am responsible for mine transaction not anybdy if mine transaction i will give payment... Sorry i have no involvement for such stupid things...

                            I want to purchase a mobile from home credit loan, so i apply online trough home credit website. Next day on dt.20/12/2017 i received a call from home credit customer care, she told me that you can able to purchase mobile from home credit finance. I visit to home credit representative on 23/12/2017 & he login my application but my mobile loan application was rejected by home credit. Due to your wrong information now i was unable to apply through home credit finance for next 3 month.

                            It is not my fault for rejected my mobile loan application form. Now as per home credit message received on my mobile number i am unable to apply through home credit finance for next 3 month.

                              Hello,
                              I am writing these in regards to the personal loan I was offered by home credit finance. It began after I took mobile handset from them. After the EMI of the mobile handset they offered me loan of 100000 at 21.86%. The interest was 2% per month totaling to 4105 per month. I accepted the offer on condition that I will close the loan in 3-4 months. The executive agreed everything was fine I got the profit also from that money and was ready to close, but to my disbelief they said I cannot settle before 6 months and I was again puzzled about what to do. After that I got a job and was paying them regularly per month. This time my job lost and I intimated them that I am unable to pay so please foreclose. But this time they quoted huge amount about 120000. I was left with nothing but to pay. So I continued paying. Now I paid them 57000 till now but asked about foreclose they say pay monthly installment then only I can foreclose.
                              They are continuously calling me. I am n complete dilemma. Now due to this I lost my job.
                              Now the calculations
                              I paid them

                              For 14 months installments

                              But they are charging huge 80000
                              If asked about calculations they say it's computer generated. Please solve the query as I can pay 42530 only maximum I paid that too because of false information from the start. Please convey my message as no reply from them.

As i am unable to repay due to less salary and bad mental vonfition personaly fue to job salary. 57000 approximately i paid to homecredit and remaining amount of[protected] can pay in installments. so i happy and you happy at least will not default and pay that much what i had taken from you.. without interest..

                                I bought a new phone from home credit india finance. My per month installment is 2656/-. I had paid 3 installments on time. But still they charged ecs from my account 3 time. And about 1100 rs they charged me last 3 months. I had already complaint. But they didn't give any response.                                   My name is kumar vikram singh, i have been paid my all 6 emi. My fifth payment deducted to my bank account and 6th payment i have given to shop where i finance my mobile on 30th november 2017. Home credit company send me both transaction id and two thank you message that you finished your loan. Due to full of memory i deleted all the message from home credit. I have only two thank u message which was given to me on 13 december from vkhomecr and vm homecr. Please stop reminder call which is whole day disturb me 100 call per day.                                     I applied for an instant loan on 11th january 2018. I didn't get the money till now 16th january in my account. My loan contract is [protected].. If loan amount is dispersed why i am not getting money in my account. One customer care has said write a mail to [protected]@homecredit.co.in.
