My loan number :[protected]. I am a existing customer. I already took 2 loans.. One is finished and other one is running. Before days i was satisfied with the customer service. Now a days its getting horible with customer service and there processes.
I got a call from home credit for top up loan. I agreed to take that after 2days. I have been signed all my documents on jan4th2018. Again on tuesday9th i called to customer care. They said.. I was kept in hold for documents required. They didn't even informed.. That they needed my documents again. I sended again through mail. Thay said that on 9th by evng, the amount will be disposed. But didn't came. Again today i called jan 10th. They are saying.. We will call u back or callback from one of representative. They are not giving exact information. I don't know is this people trainned or not.

One thing i can't understand.. Before loan also same documents has been produced and now also same documents. But they are taking so much time.. To do the processes. Till today the amount has not been deposited.

    Dear sir/mam

    My two wheeler loan a/c no. Is [protected].

    This loan is closed by me on 25 nov. 2017. Despite closing my loan, n. O. C. (No objection certificate) is not being provided by the company till date. I have reminded to company many times regarding my problem but no one is helping me.

    Please resolve my issue and provide me n. O. C. Of my two wheeler loan which has been closed as mentioned above.

      Actually i had taken loan (Two whheler) from yurslef on dated 23/11/2015 for amt 74509/-and totaaly amount 38000/-paid by myself on 30/11/2017, that is double entered by yourself that is "rajshree auto finance pvt. Ltd for rs 88130/-"who is this company i had never taken loan from this company i had taken loan from yur self i. E "home credit"

      So you are requested to take necessity action against mine complaint

        I am being getting regular calls from homecredit regarding some guy named friend manjeet anand... I dont know this person and they are telling that this guy has given my number as a reference.. I have told them a hundred times that i dont know this person and please stop calling me but they wont listen.. I am completely disturbed and want this issue to be resolved.. They are not even listening me and they say that the calls wont stop coming.. Pathetic company.. How am i responsible if some guy gives my number and u are not able to contact him thus u would harrass me.

          My name is ajay sudhakar shinde one of my friend akash mohan jadhav gave my number to his consumer loan as a refrence number that time we where working together in one company now he left the job and i don't where he has been shifted and he is not in contact with me & your custumer care is giving call and troubling me if it gonna happen i will send legal notice to your company

            I had applied for loan at 19th december, 2017. My loan contract id... Has been signed. But i didn't receive loan amount in my bank account till 4th jan, 2018.

                We are facing problem since the time you have provided us shop code from your s. A and d. S. M (Lokhnath singh yadav). D. S. M asked for some money as bribe and when we refused, then he stopped his s. A to log in and come to our shop. We were very helpless for quite a long time. We requested for r. A code and submitted all the required documents to d. S. M. But no help was provided and we were forced to use bajaj finserve and capital first finance company. Then around diwali, two s. A were present in shop next to our shop, and no one was present in our shop. Then we tried to contact d. S. M but he asked for money again and again. Then we tried to share our problem with samsung's senior a. S. M (Mr. Nishant mittal) and he contacted your a. S. M pankaj yadav, then one s. A came in our shop after diwali and we had already incurred a huge loss. Then last month, mr. Nishant mittal was transferred to other city. After the transfer, the s. A and d. S. M again started problem and s. A didn't come to our shop. Then in second week of december, one of the owner of our shop (Aged around 50) tried to contact s. A sitting in the next shop to come to our shop and log in but he asked for money for every log in. When we refused, he misbehaved and took the customer with him to the next shop and logged in with the id of the shop next to our shop. Then we again called him but first he cut the phone and then, when he picked the phone, he abused a lot. Then another owner of our shop lost his temper and he slapped him. We apologize to you for this behaviour to your colleague. Then your s. A called your d. S. M and a. S. M. When they came, s. A threatened us in front of them and they supported him on his wrongdoing. Then they blocked our code and stopped our previous payments. Now for reopening our code, they are asking for money and are troubling us. We request you to give r. A code. Now, please help us in this matter.

                    This is ridiculous and you guys screwed up my life. My loan account no is [protected]. I took a loan and paid regularly but from last 2 months i am facing some financial crisis but even after i paid regularly but this month you guys are going beyond your limit. You guys called me more than 25 times in a day even after i told them i will pay on that date. Today is sunday but you guys are still calling me. You do not have rights to call at 9.00 pm and 8.00 pm in the night. I am attaching here the proof of the details. Please look into this matter and take action otherwise i will also with for high authorities.

                    I have already discussed with your executive, My concern is why you guys calling me in the night of 9.30 Pm .. You Guys do't know that you don't have rights to call after 7.00 Pm ?

                    If i had made the delay that you guys have full rights to go beyond your limits take it a serious note and stay in your mind that if i would get any call after 7.00 Pm i will take necessary against you.

                      I applied for an instant loan on 9th dec. I didn't get the money till now in my account. My loan contract id - [protected]. Whenever i call their customer care, they are saying loan amount is dispersed on 11th dec. If loan amount is dispersed why i am not getting money in my account. One customer care has said write a mail to [protected]@homecredit.co.in. I write mail to them also on 12th dec till now i didn't get any reply from them. Another customer care has said we will arrange a call back from concern department. Till now i didn't get any call from their side. All their customer cares are giving improper answers whenever i call. The loan i applied is instant loan. Its been 6 days till now i didn't get the money. Whats the use of instant loan if it takes this much time. Please solve my issue or cancel my loan.

                        This is my 3rd or 4th time i'm registring the complaint against homecredit finance.
                        Last time same query regarding cibil reports not forwarded by home credit finance.

                        Miss bhavana patel who is looking in my queries, she said in mail conversation that my cibil score concern has been solved & you can check out your latest updated cibil score. So i purchased cibil report 3rd time on home credit finance request, of rs 550.
                        But still there no single changes in my cibil reports, cibil union people said that homecredit finance, still not forwarded my credit history to them.

                        So again i mail my concern on [protected]@homecredit.co.in, now again this irresponsible people's are asking me for new cibil reports. I spend more than 1500rs for same thing. So because this people's i'm getting mentally harrested

I called again to customer care number the said we already sended from our end but when i told them still i am not get noc they said ok sir i'll take your request agin i said ok and the take again 15 working days but still i am not received noc then i called again the said something again sir we already sended when i said again to them still i not get noc the sir as per our updation we already word from our end after that i asked if there any another way get noc the said via mail we able to send then i said send ok send me on mail and the toke again 15 working days but still i am not get any noc on my mail i. D i took follow up again with customer care number the said may be there was tech issue that's why may be you not get noc then i had word one of superior person mr.                                   I have loan with the contract number [protected] via home credit india (https://www.homecredit.co.in/) with the amount of rs. 72, 000.00 which approved and effective form 15th jun 2016 with emis of 42 months. I have do the payment on time as they provide the date every month of 15th from my end they in 2017 after march 2 or 3 instalments are not done by ecs but by cash i did after taking a time with the penalty as they have policy for penalty but on november 2017 they deduct the payment via ecs and after next day they just terminate the loan before any communication it may by the emial, sms or calls but did not get any thing from their end regarding the termination of loan.

                                  I tried to touch with them by the email as well as call on toll free contact number which[protected] but every time they said that we arrange a call for you but never received any call or any revert of my mail which i written to the home credit india team.

                                  I have been written first mail to the team on 16th november 2017 but till yet not received any answers from the just get the computer generated email which shows that our team will get back to you shortly or with in 48 or 72 hrs.

                                  Kindly find the attached media of few massage form the team end after termination of loan and kind of threaten.

                                  Note :
                                  1. The home credit india send the legal notice of the same that you have to paid the amount of the 98664/- which not understandable.

                                    I purchased a royal enfield electra in 2014 and financed it through home credit india finance, it was for 2 years and emi was about 4900rs per month..

                                    All the dues were clear by june 2016, but no noc was provided by the company.

                                    Now i have sold my bike, but it cannot be transferred to other persons name due to non availment of noc.

                                    I have been requesting home credit india finance for the noc since 2 months, but even after repeated mails i am not being provided with the noc.

                                    If the noc will not be provided to me, isl will be have to buy back my bike and return the money, which will incur me a loss of 100000

                                    I am quite depressed about the same.

                                      I have applied for the personal loan on home credit and submitted the document on[protected].
                                      They told me to wait for 4 to 5 working day, but its been 12 days did not receive the loan amount also the customer care is not providing the details.
                                      The agent name monali is always busy and not returning the call.
                                      I have complained about this in their customer care but no response on that either.

                                        Dear sir/madam,
                                        I have applied for instant loan ref no : [protected] on 23/11/2017. But i received the loan to my bank on 27/11/2017. I applied the loan for the sole purpose for a medical expense. The amount didnt helped me. So plz withdraw the loan as im not satisfied. Tried calling your customer care they're saying that there is no such promise called 15 days satisfaction guarantee. Please withdraw the useless amount gaven to me....
