My contract i'd [protected]. This horrible experience from home credit finance, its third time i complaint against them on same issue but no response, action from there side. I have taken mobile loan from home credit finance i closed my loan proper there is no dues are pending. I closed it 5-6 months before. I request them to forward my cibil score to cibil union. But they said me that send a pdf copy of my cibil report at there customer email address, so three months before i gave them all necessary information &documents whichever thay needed but when i pulled out my new cibil report but still its same no report forward to cibil union from home credit finance.
Now i'm damn sure that home credit finance will ask me again same stupid informations, process like e-mail them new cibil report etc... Bloody #.
This is such a irresponsible and worst service from home credit finance.
I want my issue with proper resolve

Updated by Oswal sweety I don't want such hopeless sorry, I want proper solution, I spend 1500 rs for cibil reports to confirm that cibil score is updated or not, but same issue HOME CREDIT FINANCE not forwarded credit score to cibil union. Its your fault that you people not forwarding credit history's of genuine customers, you people are only interested in those customers who are not paying there EMI on time then sudden you will update there bad CREDIT score.
I want proper solution with my request number . Provide a request number on my registered email address which is in your systems.

Why homecredit finance is so irresponsible. They don't have any care, responsibility about customers concern. Very very pathetic company and irresponsible Employees who looking in my queries.
I would like to inform you about i had completed my loan but u dont provided noc of my bike my contract number is[protected]
