We are sorry for the inconvenience, as observed from our records your other loan ([protected]) is in Written off status. Hence we request you to please make the payment for Rs.1, 750/- . Post we receive the payment from your end we would issue you the NDC (No Due Certificate).
Further, as per the company policy we are unable to give you the NDC (No Due Certificate) for the finished account till that time you complete your outstanding balance of other account.
