    My loan no.- [protected] & [protected]
    My monthly due date 1st of every month due to certain unwanted situation in this month. So, i was unable to pay current month emi.

    And i promise your executive i will pay the same to next month with interest.. Even after they call me atleast 100 times in a day and torched me.

    Yesterday one of your executive reach my hone and threatend me.
    I want is this your company policy to torched someone. When someone in financial trouble and that person to pay next month with interest..

    Today one of your executive call me and threatened regarding legal notice.

    I want to ask as per rbi policy you have no right to issue legal notice before 90 days of default..in my case i have delayed only 13 days and you told me you will issue legal notice what is this???

    I mentioned my loan no.in first line please look forward and don't cramped for this month.

    I promise you i will pay your due in next month. Don't be inconsequential...

        Hi my name is tairaj gurung. I want to register one complaint against home credit india pvt ltd. I have got finance for two wheeler from home credit and made whole payment 5 month before and i called customer care number and i requested for noc they said ok we will send by courier and they have given commitment to send noc within 15 days but i didn't received noc yet. I called again to customer care number the said we already sended from our end but when i told them still i am not get noc they said ok sir i'll take your request agin i said ok and the take again 15 working days but still i am not received noc then i called again the said something again sir we already sended when i said again to them still i not get noc the sir as per our updation we already word from our end after that i asked if there any another way get noc the said via mail we able to send then i said send ok send me on mail and the toke again 15 working days but still i am not get any noc on my mail i. D i took follow up again with customer care number the said may be there was tech issue that's why may be you not get noc then i had word one of superior person mr. Sumit he also give me some reason i said ok and he give me assurance know deferentially you able to get noc from our end but still i am not get noc i really feed up with home credit i my whole first time i get worst customer experience because of home credit

          Dear concern,

          This is to inform you that, i dinesh kumar.

          I have loan with the contract number [protected] via home credit india (https://www.homecredit.co.in/) with the amount of rs. 72, 000.00 which approved and effective form 15th jun 2016 with emis of 42 months. I have do the payment on time as they provide the date every month of 15th from my end they in 2017 after march 2 or 3 instalments are not done by ecs but by cash i did after taking a time with the penalty as they have policy for penalty but on november 2017 they deduct the payment via ecs and after next day they just terminate the loan before any communication it may by the emial, sms or calls but did not get any thing from their end regarding the termination of loan.

          I tried to touch with them by the email as well as call on toll free contact number which[protected] but every time they said that we arrange a call for you but never received any call or any revert of my mail which i written to the home credit india team.

          I have been written first mail to the team on 16th november 2017 but till yet not received any answers from the just get the computer generated email which shows that our team will get back to you shortly or with in 48 or 72 hrs.

          Kindly find the attached media of few massage form the team end after termination of loan and kind of threaten.

          Note :
          1. The home credit india send the legal notice of the same that you have to paid the amount of the 98664/- which not understandable.
          2. I want the proper clarification form the home credit india.

          This is to inform you that after have a lot of patience then i need to submit the complaint to the Consumer Complaints board but your team is not revert form the 17th November 2017 it going to be complete 1 month on this 17th December 2017.

          And for knowledge i had several tried on your toll free contact number[protected] even the same contact number which your team provides in threaten but your company representative always said that we arrange a call back but never get a call.

          Note : Kindly provide me the clarification as soon as possible or let me know if there is any things favour required from my end because from your end my CIBIL Score is too effected.

          Thanks for revert me regarding the issue of Cash Loan which terminate without any prior information.

          This is to inform you that till this moment i am not received any single call from any of the Mobile Number or Landline Number form Home Credit India as you are aware about that now a days every number is listed with the True caller or another another application which shows that from where the call is.

          As per your request kindly find the attached Number : +91 [protected], Apart form the call Home Credit India support team will connect with me via Email as well which [protected]@yahoo.com, For your kind information the both of things are registered with the Home Credit India.

          Additionally, I Just want to know the proper details of Amount 98, 664/- which pending from 132 Days as concern team mentioned above.

          And i would like to inform you that i'm not able to pay any single amount without full clarification because i just received the loan with the amount of 72, 000/- where the tenure of loan is 42 Months the same i have to pay instalment of every month which fall on 15th, the amount of every 3316/- and with my financial condition i had paid the 13 Instalments which the of amount is 43, 108/-.

            I purchased a royal enfield electra in 2014 and financed it through home credit india finance, it was for 2 years and emi was about 4900rs per month..

            All the dues were clear by june 2016, but no noc was provided by the company.

            Now i have sold my bike, but it cannot be transferred to other persons name due to non availment of noc.

            I have been requesting home credit india finance for the noc since 2 months, but even after repeated mails i am not being provided with the noc.

            If the noc will not be provided to me, isl will be have to buy back my bike and return the money, which will incur me a loss of 100000

            I am quite depressed about the same.

              I have applied for the personal loan on home credit and submitted the document on[protected].
              They told me to wait for 4 to 5 working day, but its been 12 days did not receive the loan amount also the customer care is not providing the details.
              The agent name monali is always busy and not returning the call.
              I have complained about this in their customer care but no response on that either.

                Dear sir/madam,
                I have applied for instant loan ref no : [protected] on 23/11/2017. But i received the loan to my bank on 27/11/2017. I applied the loan for the sole purpose for a medical expense. The amount didnt helped me. So plz withdraw the loan as im not satisfied. Tried calling your customer care they're saying that there is no such promise called 15 days satisfaction guarantee. Please withdraw the useless amount gaven to me. Its still not crossed the 15 days. Screen shots attached fyr.

                    Dear sir/maam,

                    (25/11/2017) i applied instant loan for rs 10000. I need the money for my family function. All the process was over. And my contract no. Is [protected] it said that the amount will credit tomorrow between 10am - 4pm as per the bank guidelines. Till now the amount has not been credited to my bank account. What is the use of instant loan i applied this for a emergency need. Please rectify and revert me asap. If it takes another day. I dont need the loan and cancel it. Im not satisfied.                     (25/11/2017) i applied instant loan for rs 8000. I need the money for my Family Function. All the process was over. and my Contract No. is [protected] It said that the amount will credit tomorrow between 10am - 4pm as per the bank guidelines. Till now the amount has not been credited to my bank account. What is the use of instant loan i applied this for a emergency need. Please rectify and revert me asap. Im not satisfied. And they are rejecting my mails to their support [protected]@homecredit.co.in

                      Dear madam/sir,

                      My name is sweety oswal. My concern is that, last 3 months before, i gave request to change my name in home credit records so i email my all necessary documents e. G: my pancard, adhaar card etc... As well as i raised request for cibil report same as to forward my cibil score to cibil union. I email them my all new updated cibil score reports.
                      So i got email that ms: bhavna patel is looking into solve my (Query) case, i got call & mail from her side, she mailed me this request ref no:-8578899 with ticket no :#10807671.
                      But when today i called in home credit customer care at 26/11/2017_3:02pm, executive name chandan said me that my name changing request is in process which i given 3 months before & he said me that there is no any cibil report complaints in their systems, and there is no any request ref no:-8578899 or ticket number showing in their systems.
                      So he took my complaint again and requesting number which given by mr: chandan is-8683336 cibil_iss_863336.

                      Now i'm very frustrating with such hopeless things. I'm going to file a case against this.

                      I'm again requesting you to solve the problem as soon as possible

                          I purchase a oppo phone in august 2017 and finance by home credit. Loan due date is on 24th of every month and i had paid my 2 emi before due date via using debit card. But in november 2017, a received a message from my bank regarding deduction of rs.236/- as a name of vrs charges sep 2017. I had a word with customer support team of my bank and also cross-check this same thing with bank statement and found that deduction is true and it's done by home credit not by my bank. I also had a word with home credit customer support executive but they are not ready to listen and just inform me that it's a one time charge and you have to pay it. I refuse on his point and ask for refund.

                          After this, i also drop the mail to customer support regarding my issues but they also replied the same that i have to pay this charge and they will not refund my hardened money. I informed him that no body had inform me about the vrs charges and now its affect to my pocket. At the time of purchase, dealer inform me that you have to pay your loan emi before due date otherwise home credit will charge emi + penalty from you. So, try to make the emi payment before due date as per your convenience of mode
                          (Debit, credit or online banking). So, i use debit card for the payment and pay the loan amount before due date and got rewarded by home credit with rs.236/- as a deduction from my account. Indigestable thing is that the vrs charges of sep. 2017 is charged in nov. 2017 just before the 3rd emi without any information. After due date the deduction as a name of penalty or other charges is right but before due date that is totally wrong and indigestible. Any one in the world will not believe or understand this kind of aspect of business of nature and also not accept. It's not the only loss which i had to bear. The losses list are mentioned below:

                          1. Cibil score
                          2. Money loss

                          After the loss of money, the biggest loss i have to bear that my cibil score, which will be decrease after this deduction. Tell me who is responsible for all this losses? I had paid my 2 emi before due date and i felt that's the biggest mistake of my life.

                          Now, i want "refund, refund & only refund"

                          Yes, We had a telephonic conversation on 23.11.2017 but my concern is not resolve.I would request to you please cross check it because i am asking for refund and that is not done from your end till.Without resolving the concern how would you say that my concern is resolve successfully?

                          Further, I would like to inform you that mention charges are not imposed by bank against mandate verification charges .I never give acceptance for activation of ECS facility to debit my EMI payment through bank account. At the time of purchase, Dealer Inform me that you have to pay your loan EMI before due date otherwise Home Credit will charge EMI and penalty from you.So, try to make the loan payment before due date as per your convenience of mode (Debit, Credit or Online Banking). So, I used debit card for the payment and paid the loan amount before due date .My only fault is that I had paid my Loan payment before due date by using my debit card."Badiya tab Hota Jab me apki payment hold kar deta or fir aap mere aage peeche chakkar lagate."

                          After receiving a message from my bank regarding deduction of Rs.236/- as a name of Vrs charges SEP 2017.I had a word with customer support team of my bank and also cross-check this same thing with bank statement and found that deduction is true but it's done by home credit not by my bank.The most surprising and indigestible thing is that Vrs charges of SEP 2017 is charge in NOV 2017 with any notification in advance. Tell me who is responsible for all this Blunder?

                          Now, I want only "REFUND" and if you are not ready to refund, I have no option to escalate this matter to senior level.

                              This company has given loan to my brother and my brother is unable to pay them on time and my brother has given my number to them without my knowledge and company has also not told me that in case that my brother doesn't pay on time they will call me regularly like maniacs.                                   I have finished my loan (No. [protected]). All the payments were cleared. I have requested for noc on 21/08/2017. Now, its 22/11/2017 till date i have not received any update regarding my noc. I have continuously mailed them for my noc. Through mail dated 14/09/2017, it was informed that i will receive it withing 15 working days but the mail was like slippery pot behaviour type. I have again requested on 12/10/2017 requesting for noc but again like wasting time asking for my own docs. The customer care support is very bad as they have setup call centers but their is no processing of request. It is very bad behaviour from their side. It is harassing of client.

                                    My contract i'd [protected]. This horrible experience from home credit finance, its third time i complaint against them on same issue but no response, action from there side. I have taken mobile loan from home credit finance i closed my loan proper there is no dues are pending. I closed it 5-6 months before. I request them to forward my cibil score to cibil union. But they said me that send a pdf copy of my cibil report at there customer email address, so three months before i gave them all necessary information &documents whichever thay needed but when i pulled out my new cibil report but still its same no report forward to cibil union from home credit finance.
                                    Now i'm damn sure that home credit finance will ask me again same stupid informations, process like e-mail them new cibil report etc... Bloody #.
                                    This is such a irresponsible and worst service from home credit finance.

Its your fault that you people not forwarding credit history's of genuine customers, you people are only interested in those customers who are not paying there EMI on time then sudden you will update there bad CREDIT score.

                                    Why homecredit finance is so irresponsible. They don't have any care, responsibility about customers concern. Very very pathetic company and irresponsible Employees who looking in my queries.

                                        Hi, i have applied for mini cash loan on home credit, last week on friday. But still didn't get the money in my bank account. When i try to send mail to [protected]@homecredit.co.in it is giving me error "mail box is full". When will you credit the money in the bank. Its already four days over.
