    Since i have informed insurance company about my mobile complaint for insurance and they register my complaint on 31/10/2017 but they not listening in my complaint and they close the file.
    And they not mentioned in insurance copy that u should do complaint in 48 hours registered. I have mailed several time to the insurance company and the executive also but response was very bad. Please stop my emi from next month at the phone is dead.

    Please go through my case and inform the insurance company for the claim and do need full early as possible.

      Home credit concern departmemt
      You had provided me a personal loan offer of 117000 after completiton of my mobile loan for which credit loan no is [protected] i had completed all the documentation on 25sept 2017 and i had recieved conformation msgs from your side that i will be getting amount within 4 to 5 working days after a week i had called to your worst coustomer care they said your documents are not verified you have to send it again
      1) who is resposible to inform me you team did not coordinated
      2) whenever i tried to contact they cannot provide me a solution
      After 15 days i requested your coustomer care to cancel my loan they first said they cannot process it you have to talk to our senior but after a long holding period senior never comes on phone neither no one is bother to call back so the situation is this from your end my documents are not verified and i also had requested for loan cancellation
      Now the next part
      The emi part your collection team is continiously calling to submit emi i havent recieved the amount how could you ask for payments and on my ecs date first emi get bounced "home credit loan no[protected] ke liye ecs bounce ho chuka hai. Aj hi rs4369.00 late fee 300rs ke sath jama karaye. Pay ke liye www.homecredit.co.in/pay[protected]" read message i know on next date you guys will do the same thing. I just wanting to inform you i am maintaning all the proofs and recording from your coustomer care and your collection team and preparing to file civil suite and take legal actions i am already in touch with police and lawyers just wanting to case become more worse if you are not taking any responible action you will definately remember my case in future
      So be professional and show some proffessionalism and if you are willing to then solve the issue otherwise leave it.

        Hi on 31/10/2017 i have applied home credit mini cash loan 10000 by online. I didn't get my money till now but they have sent the due date, due money all the details. I have sent the mail continuously last 3 days but no is responding

Radha and telling me that she is my mother but this is the fake information she has provided to you and also used very unprofessional language while talking to me and when i asked for any evidence regarding the reference then home credit representative start yelling on me when i don't have any relation with that lady.

              Plz find atteched bank statement for octuber 2017

              Hello sir/mam

              Hi i am sadhna nagar. My laon a/c no. Is [protected]. It is approved on 12-oct-2017 but still the loan amount is not credited in my saving a/c. I recived welcome sms also from home credit india on 13-oct-2017. But amount not credited yet. Erliar on 17-oct-2017 i have e-mail you. And its revert revcived today and in this mail you are saying that "we would like to inform you that your personal loan amount has been disbursed
              On 12/10/17, we request you to please share the updated bank statement so that we can assist you accordingly.". But you have not check that at 26-oct-2017 and 27-oct-2017. I also mail you and in this mail i have attech my updated bank statement. What are you doing guys. Plz either transfer my loan amount or close my loan.
              For your help today i am again atteching my bank statement and new ifsc code which was change. Plz check and transfer my money as soon as possible

              I have already mail my all details on this mail id for 3 times but you have not done anything for me. and at[protected]:01 pm I recive a sms from your company i.e :- " Dear Sadhna nagar, we wish to remind you that monthly payment of rs 1269.00 against your Home Credit laon [protected] is due in 2 days. Please pay early to avoid any late payment charges. You can now pay trough www.homecredit.co.in/pay or Paytm. Thank you, Home Credit. " What is thise non-sense. Until you will not transfer my loan amount in my bank a/c. then why i will pay EMI. for loan. you people are making me full or you are full.

                You just made a successful payment of rs. 1573 at home credit india finance
                For future reference, your order id is hcplacq7vgipaytm.

                But till now there is no update on homecredit and they haven't received instalment.

                  I akash narain ghosh feeling cheated and frustrated from home credit since i have applied for mini insta loan of rs 5000 online due to some emergency issues. All the procedureces were done onilne. Aadhar & bank verification, mobile verfication.

                  I also completed the contract formalities with signing pdfs.
                  Home credit claimed to credit the amount in 1 hr however it has never been credited till date 28th oct.

                  Also i received a sms on 26th regarding emi debit and amt from next month on wards that i need to pay, but this is ridiculous there has no disbursment done and they are not bothered also.

                  There customer care does not helps at all and have no information regarding anything though i called them so many times. Also sent several emails but not recived a single call or email revert.

                  I request to cancel the mini loan as my purpose cannot be fullfiled with so much of delay and uncommitment by home credit. Kindly cancel the contract and send me an office email.

                    I have applied mini loan on 25th oct 2017 for a instant loan of rs 5000 online for emergency. After all the documentation aadhar verification, bank account verification also i received pdf contract which i accepted. Home credit claims disbursal will happen in next 1 hr. Or next business day. But there has been no disbursal done.
                    And next day on 26th oct i waited but then i received sms from home credit regarding emi. I called there customer care twice and thrice but no one is able to and when disbursal will happen even there supervisor. I also did 4 emails but not received any communication.

                    This is very frustrating i received contract i'd emi dates for debit but no money in my account. I dont want my cibil to hamper.

                            My name is rahul hatagle my mobile no. [protected] i applied for a mini cash loan as i had some emergencies my loan id no. Is [protected] and i apply for loan on 18th oct 17 and it got approved in the evening at 7 pm. However till now i have not received the amount. When i call the customer care on 20th oct 17, they said wait till 21st oct 17 as there was a 2nd saturday in between. I waited till 21st, then i called back again and then the customer care person told me that the picture of the gas bill is not clear due to which the loan is cancelled so now you need to click a clear pic of the bill and send it to [protected]@homecredit.co.in and they will do the needful. I sent the email however till date. This shows what kind of customer service is provided by this company. Pleas check this bill and complite the process.

                                Hello all, my name is vidhya i applied for a mini cash loan as i had some emergencies on 13th oct 17 at 10:30 and it got approved in the afternoon at 3 pm. However till now i have not received the amount. When i call the customer care on 14th oct 17, they said wait till 16th oct 17 (Monday) as there was a 2nd saturday in between. I waited till 17th (Tuesday), then i called back again and then the customer care person told me that the picture of the electricity bill is not clear due to which the loan is cancelled so now you need to click a clear pic of the bill and send it to [protected]@homecredit.co.in and they will do the needful. I sent the email however till date there is no reply from that team. This shows what kind of customer service is provided by this company. Today (20th oct 17) when i callback the customer service they say its in process and wait till monday and then you will get a call or amount credited to ur account.

                                So please look into this.

                                  Please don't take any loan from home credit. If we tell thousand time that we pay loan on next day also they will be calling like dogs on ever 2 mins. They dont care what customer is doing sometime he wll be on work, driving, emergency etc. We are human beings dear financer we are not any robots to repeat same words on every call. Im going to make a video on youtube about don't buy any mobile phone from home credit.

                                    I applied for a loan of 10000 on 16th oct and did all the formalities and have signed the documents. You have started sending me collection emails too wow very fast.

                                    But unfortunately you are yet to send me the 10000 in my account even after 2 days. Please check your records i applied it for diwali if i don't get it what's the point of your slogan loan in 10 minutes.

                                    Please look into the matter and send the money asap.
