Homecredit se loan k liye call aaya tha i said no to executive but usne kaha tha ki 6mnth me loan forclose karne pe koi intrest nahi lagega but mujhe abhi 15000 jyada bharne k liye bol rahe aur proof mang rahe hai pls help me out otherwise mai ab ek bhi emi pay nahi karunga maine use kaha bhi tha ki mujhe loan nahi chahiye but usne kaha le lo sir 6mahine bad o% intrest k sath pay kar dena... Nt sb bol rhe h 5% ke sath pay karo
As per my calculation n int base

My loan num [protected]

I want to close my acc ... I paid 6 month emi...

As per term 25.53% yearly int charge on 134000 rs...

In one month emi 134000×25.53%×1÷12=2851 rs int part

N balcing amt 4466 principal amt

So i paid 4466×6=26796 principal amt in total loan amt rs 134000

So balacing principal amt is 10704 rs... As per law of interest...

Bt ur exective say 121000 sumthing amt depsoit for loan close..

      Dear sir,
      The first emi payment was deducted on 11 th july 2017 and my whole loan payment was settled on 10 th july 2017 with interest. The details of my loan :
      Loan no.[protected].
      The customer complaint redressal desk was replied as that the payment which was deducted as excess will be refubded with 5 working days but the payment was not recieved even after 1 month from the response date.

            मेने होम क्रेडिट कम्पनी से लोन लेके एक मोबाइल फोन खरीदी किया था जिसका emi में समय पर कर रहा था मेने मेरा आखरी emi जो की ११-अगस्त -२०१७ को था वो मेने ७-अगस्त-२०१७ को ही डायरेक्ट ऑनलाइन पेड किया था फिर भी उस के बाद लोन कम्पनी से ECS ट्रान्सफर के लिए मेरे बैंक अकाउंट में रिक्वेस्ट आई जिस में बल्लेंस ना होने के कारन बैंक ने मुझे फाइन लगाया हे और मेरा अकाउंट अब डिफाल्टर लग रहा हे.

Hence we always suggest our customer to maintain sufficient balance from 6 days prior to the due date.

                This is the same case happened to me, i had took a loan amount of rs 1.80k vide loan account no [protected] and paid 11 montly emi's of rs 8288 (Rs 91, 168/-). Today i made a call to their customer complaint for closure of my account.

                They told me to pay 1.60k for closure of account, they guys are out of the minds because when i paid 11 emi' where is my 91, 168/- amount which i paid earlier?

                1 home credit is saying i have paid nothing till date and amount which i paid rs 91, 168/- is only a interest charges?
                2 as per your agreement and rbi guidelines if someone foreclose his/ her account no foreclosure charges has to pay to the financier.

                This is my hard earned and you guys are looting and cheating your customers

                I am waiting for your call for proper information with regards to my account and settlement amount.

                You guys are saying that you are charging 27 % annually interest rate. I paid 11 EMI's for an amount of Rs 91, 135/-, If i calculate 27% on each EMI the interest amount comes to 24606/- and the principle amount which i paid should be 66529/-
                It means 1, 80,[protected]= 113, 471 my foreclosure amount.

                Start calculating the things on the right way and don't misguide you customers.

                    Last month, i purchase a mi-4 32gb mobile phone and also insured by amtrust mobile solution insurance company.

                    On july 31st, 2017 my mobile phone was slipped from my hand and get in the bucket of water. After that my mobile is not working.

                              I have taken loan from home credit against mobile phone oppo a37f, with contract number= [protected]. My emi due date is 25th to 1st of every month, my salary is credit to my account with sbi bank 1st of every month. So i pay emi thorugh home credit app online with my debit card. For the emi which was due on 1st of august i paid through online as before but after that they deducted emi from my account even i paid on the due date. They deducted double amount. Pleasw refund my amount as soon as possible this is affecting my other bank transactions. Please do the needful

                                I had taken loan for vivo mobile phone in january 2017 from big boss mobile shop because of some difficulties i not paid my last monthly emi but for that i made call in home credit finance for saying that i will pay this emi in next month with emi bouncing charges, but still they are calling me and saying such a wrong things and also one person called to my mom today with gave number of warnings and said that he will send me legal notice for this due payment and all...
                                It is so much wrong thing by which your executive harassing the customer. I hope the company will resolve the matter earlier and will keep good relationship with the customer.

                                    I have caused inconvenience due to your technical issues i dont know why you deducted my ecs return charges in vain and after consulting with your executives on call they didn't able to understand and couldn't able to solve my issue i think they are incoperative or weak trained trainees hasn't have well skills to understand the situation. After having long chats with your executives i have wasted my time without any satisfaction and my time goes in vain, i don't know how you would do that but i want my wave off charges which were deducted by you as ecs refund charges, what the hell who do that to their customer, if you are continuing to do this to customer you are not going to be longer in the market and i'm not satisfied with your bloody poor services and i'm also attaching statement slip as proof so that you can't make me fool with your bloody reasons called "proof".. Otherwise i will complain to your senior officials.
