I have purchased a mobile phone vivo y51l from home credit on december 2016. I choose the payment mode as emi for 6 months. My all emis cleared on 10th june 2017. But they do not provided noc after completing loan.
I request you to help me for getting noc from homecredit.

I have been receiving hundreads of calls regarding some loan taken by someone who i know. I am a busy person and i am receiving these many calls and it is frustating. I have not given any confirmation that if he doesnt pay any loan amount they can call me and harass me.

This is the same case happened to me, i had took a loan amount of rs 1.80k vide loan account no [protected] and paid 11 montly emi's of rs 8288 (Rs 91, 168/-). Today i made a call to their customer complaint for closure of my account.

They told me to pay 1.60k for closure of account, they guys are out of the minds because when i paid 11 emi' where is my 91, 168/- amount which i paid earlier?

Sir, am ruksana from mysore, karnataka. As i had applied for mobile loan today. But my application is rejected. Already six months back also the same result. So my humble request you to inform the reason for my application rejected. Even in february also i applied. But my application is rejected. As i am state government employee this is disgraceful for me. Please help me out at earliest....

Last month, i purchase a mi-4 32gb mobile phone and also insured by amtrust mobile solution insurance company.

On july 31st, 2017 my mobile phone was slipped from my hand and get in the bucket of water. After that my mobile is not working.

Next day i contacted to the insurance company to file a claim on it, i sent all the needed document same day by an email but i've heard from insurance company yet.

I have take a loan from Home credit India, (Contract ID :[protected] and today[protected] is the the due date . While making payment for my monthly installment, an error screen will appear"contract number doesn't exist. Please enter valid contract number". Many times I tried, but same result. I have attached the screen shot with this. Kindly find it. a late fine will generate from tomorrow onwards.

My emi due date is 25th to 1st of every month, my salary is credit to my account with sbi bank 1st of every month. So i pay emi thorugh home credit app online with my debit card. (Paytm ref no. 355jypaytm), also i got receipt of payment from home credit.

Now the problem is "my payment has not been updated in home credit system and i am continuously getting payment reminder call from home credit customer...

I have caused inconvenience due to your technical issues i dont know why you deducted my ecs return charges in vain and after consulting with your executives on call they didn't able to understand and couldn't able to solve my issue i think they are incoperative or weak trained trainees hasn't have well skills to understand the situation. After having long chats with your executives i have wasted my time without any satisfaction and my time...

My name is abhishek tripathi. My minicash loan number is [protected]. I applied for minicash and amount sanctioned. My due date also flashed in homecredit app. But i did not recieve loan amount yet in my savings bank account.
Please do needful. Homecredit also calculated interest amount from its sanctioned date 15 july 2017. But i did not get amount. Please credit it in the account.

I applied a mini cash loan yesterday i. E 17/07/2017 and it was approved but the amount was not disbursed until now... I called the customer care and they suggested me to mail the details.. I mailed them the details and they replied that my complaint will be resolved in two days... Interest calculation is started from yesterday... Kindly resolve my compalint asap...
