Dear sir, i happened to get personal loan from your company in 23 september 2016 and i had paid regular 12 emis of rs.5994 each by 13 september 2017. My account number is [protected]. From 13 september, i tried to payoff my loan by calling your toll free number, but i was told to wait till 27 september citing reasons o[censored]pdating of your site, meantime i paid 3 emis on 21 september by debit card amounting to rs.17982. When i called your executive on 27 september 2017, i was stunned to know the final amount of rs.106435. So please correct your final amount, otherwise i wud be forced to go for legal action against your company. With thanx naresh kumar giri, h. No.482/d, near maxim merry school main gate, sector 15, jhugia road, kharar, district mohali, punjab pin 140301.. Accoriding to me total amount to be paid by me of balance 36 emis should be rs. 3041.66 multiplied by 36 should be rs.109500 minus amount of 3 emis. Rs. 17982 equal to rs.91518. So my total liabilities towards your company now is rs.91518 and not rs.106435. I hope you would mend your calculations and avoid legal course of actions. Naresh kumar

      This is the 5th time i am complaining about your company. There was no response that i got from your company. Complain was about your company polices you are calling me restlessly from early morning 8:30 till late night 8:30 just would like to know the reason why u guys are calling me when my date of paying my money is of 23 i am receiving back to back calls from 15th just tell me why u people call. I had already requested a call back from the manager approximately 5 to 6 time your representatives had promised me that i will be receiving a call but i never got any call from you people. Just would like to know under which section of gov of india has gave u the authority to call me in the morning 8:30 am i want to know the polices on which your company is running. I was one of the good customer this was my first loan till know i was paying before time still u guys creating problems in my day to day life by calling me again and again. I got everything on records i got the call recordings in which your representatives had promised me a call back from managers, but no call has been made. I will file a suite against you people. And if anyone reading this and can help me doing that then please call me on [protected].

          My name is vitika baraskar and i would like to bring to your notice that from past 3 days i am trying to complete the form for mini cash loan, but unable to do so. Firstly it was getting stuck on payment page, almost thrice i did the payment and now its getting stuck on bank verification. I am getting error again and again stating we are unable to login into your bank account due to some system error.

          I tried 4 times doing it but its not going beyond that page. And, if i login once again from the start it starts asking for rs 1/- payment again.

          Kindly help as i am in urgent need of cash due to medical emergency. Your help would really be appreciated.

                       10 day se mera for closing loan benifit amount nahi bataya ja raha hai so next month ki kist mei nahi jama krauga. Next time mei mere dvara 7 kisto ke baad sesh benifit amount hi jama hoga... Aapka system jb sahi ho jaye to mujhe call kr dena mei 7 kisto ke baad sesh raha benifit amount jama kra duga...

                I am trying to foreclose my loan and trying hard to just activate my er request

                I don't understand why they want me to pay another emi. I am already short of funds and with all my hard earned money i am giving the final payment to home credit, just because of the technical issue why should i suffer.

                I want to foreclose this before my next emi

                मैं पिछले 10 दिन से हर रोज आपके कस्टमर केअर नो.पर कॉल कर रहा हु, email भी कई बार भेज चुका हूं, facebook पर massege भी कर चुका हूं कि मेरे loan का for closing amount बाता दिया जाए but सिस्टम में issu आ राहा है सो आप नही बाता पा रहे हो ।

                जब भी आप का सिस्टम सही हो जाये तो मेरा 7th EMI जमा के बाद शेष रहा BENIFIT OMOUNT (जिसमे की ब्याज नही लगा हो) फ़ॉर क्लोजिंग अमाउंट अगली due date से पहले पहले बात दिया जाए वो मैं जमा करा दूँगा 48 घंटे के अंदर ।

                Sir में अगले manth की EMI ब्याज सहित जमा नही करा सकूँगा । मैं पूरा binifit amount ही जमा कर सकुगा। या benifit amount जानने की समय सिमा 15 day को आगे बढ़ाया जाए ।मेरा benifit amount[protected] due date से पहले बात दिया जाए।

                    After calling to toll free number[protected] since last 10-15 days the customer care executive didnt replied with the relevant answer so i myself has visited to Home Credit India Finance Private Limited mumbai branch which is in rabale on 25/9/17, so a person named Deepen Gawde gave a small paper in which he mentioned the calculation of total amount of foreclosing ( 1, 05, 494. ) which is including 7th month emi interest so he said that i need to make the payment before or till 27/9/17 and he gave me a list of payment modes so that i can make my payment to Home Credit India Finance Private Limited .He told me to go to any icici or axis bank branch for the payment and said that the company has tie up with them, so as per his information i went to kandivali west branch icici bank, the employee who was working in icici bank he told me to visit to malad liberty garden branch then i went their & over their an employee told that from home credit india link i have to submit a receipt something like that which was actually out of my knowledge, but according to me the person whom i met Deepen Gawde he would have told me this but he didnt gave me any such information so how will i come to know about the formalities i need to do while foreclosing the loan, i tried my level best to pay them via banks but somehow it didnt worked out and when i visited axis bank - kandivali east branch of ashok nagar they said they will not collect more then 50, 000. cash at a time, but then too on 26/9/17 i called to customer care person and requested to come at my place and collect cash so they were arguing that i have to make the payment of 109000 around so i was literally fed up from them that why the hell they are harasing me so much i mean i already visited main mumbai branch and had collected whole information and as a working girl my salary is been deducting because of this issue . I dont no what to now ..??? i have to take leaves for this home credit india company which is so so irresponsible and where the staff is also so lacking in iformation. They are not updating any thing and blaming me .Please its a humble request that please resolve this problem and as i said i m not responsible for any further emis because the staff is not updating anything . I have recorded the calls of the person to whom i booked a request to come to my home for cash collection also, so if they are not paying any kind of attention so its their propblem not at all mine.

                            I don't understand why they want me to pay another emi. I am already short of funds and with all my hard earned money i am giving the final payment to home credit, just because of the technical issue why should i suffer.

                            It is your problem that you can't generate my request not mine, i think this is not at all professional and logical thing to say that pay your emi next month.

                            Please look into matter seriously, i am fed up with all this, i am ready with the money and you people are now giving me so much trouble... I am just going through the complaint box of yours every customer is not satisfied even they are frustrated.

                            Now please tell me where is my fault. This is the only reason why people not willing to pay you back.

                                  I have opted for mini cash loan on 17th september near about 1:00 pm, your advertisement says that i will get the amount disbursed in 10 mins. That was the only reason i went for it even after the roi is too high. You guys are making fake promises, that should not be done as a company.

                                  I called customer care a few times but they hang up the call having said that i will get amount in 2 hours, still no show.

                                      I have applied for instant mini cash loan on 13 september 2017 //loan was approved on 14 of september 2017 // documents and agreement was sent to me on 16/09/2017 which i signed. Still the amount not credited. Website clearly states that with in ten minutes the loan will be credited. Everybody in customer care is giving different reply. Sent mail to the customer care team. And got reply on 17/08 stating that the disbursement is on hold as they need photo id proof and address proof once again.. Sent the same on the same date. Spoke to supervisor on floor named monika she said loan is disbursed today i. E on 18/09 but still i have no money in my account

                                      my loan id is [protected] and my contact number is [protected] .I would like to highlight that instant personal loan is taken for emergency .if they take so long then why they have mentioned on the site that within 10 minutes and 7 steps a person can avail instant loan. kindly resolve this issue asap.

                                        I had taken a 72, 000 loan from home credit and now i have paid 10 emi of my loan and now i wank to close full my loan with fourclose benefit but when i called customer care no. Of home credit they are telling me bulsheet reasons that there system is no showing the amount of fourclose why i am being cheated by home credit.
                                        I have been keep calling to home credit customer care for last 3 days & i am getting the same answer. Home credit is not willing to give the fourclosur amout.
