Dear sir

I have registered complaints in your team with us monday. And almost one week my problem not slove. I have purchase my new phone samsung galaxy j7 pro and instalment amount with highly interest amount including on emi. I have purchase my new phone with out any interest (0 %) your company advertising board in every mobile delear and shop on his front and write you do finance to mobile 0 % interest so why you do highly interest amount including on my emi. 12.11 % interest rate including my emi. And not slove my problem.

I request to you please slove this matter asap.

    I had applied for a emergency mini cash loan on 13-oct-2017, after completing all steps and account verification, i got my contract id ([protected]), emi due date and emi amount with loan summary. But i would like to inform you that the loan never got disbursed its been more than 24 hours, would i be paying emis for a loan i never recieved? Please look into the matter urgently as i maintain my cibil and emi payments very strictly and i dont wish to put a negative remark on it at any cost what so ever be it.

    Sorry, as per telephonic conversation Home credit claims money is disbursed however its not . I am attaching proof of my bank statement . No disbursal has been made how do you claim u have disbursed the loan amount and already calculating EMI due date ?

    I am singing in 29 sep today is 10/10/17 my loan amount not credited in my account please check what the issue otherwise i cancel the loan the process is too slow by the agent of home credit member try to solve the problem.

        Dear home credit,

        This is my second account with you i'm not satisfied with all these things first was my phone claim not passed.
        And after lone account i was submitted my all documents 5th october after documents submitted.

        I had word with mr. Parshuram natati &
        Santosh bande both are saying fund initiated on 7th october but as of now i wasn't received..

        It's totally frustrating to call you everyday and i'm not going to pay any interest as of now because i am not received money yet.

          Hi team,

          This is with reference to my consumer mobile loan with home credit. Due to some unforeseen circumstances i was unable to pay my emi of 2, 101/- which was due on the 2nd october. I told the customer service agent that i would try and pay the same by the 9th october. The very next day when i was in an official meeting with clients and the collection agents called me on my mobile multiple times. Since i had kept the phone on silent as any one would when in a meeting i missed their calls. I did not realise the calls are being made and then the collection agents decided to call up my mom on her mobile number and started questioning about non payment and being aggressive. They also threatened by saying that "humko maloom hai paise kaisa nikalna hai aur aapke ghar pe ladke bhejenge" this is very rude and unprofessional. My wife then said that she will lodge a police complaint if they continue to be aggressive or if someone comes at the doorstep. Since then the call stopped. However, they have created a mental torture for my mom and my wife. A emi delay of 8 days shouldn't trigger such collection calls in the first place.

          It is for sure that the debt collection agents have not gone through the approved and mandatory training as per the regulator’s guidelines (Rbi and trai). I will also take this up with ombudsman and file a complaint against home credit.

            Before receiving loan from home credit your executive told me that
            After 6 month you can foreclose you loan without any interest charges,

            I've paid total 09 installments,

            Now i want to foreclose my loan but customer service executives are asking me for 35, 063 of amount to close this,

            Here they are asking me for excess amount,

            Which is totally unacceptable,

            As per communication done with your executive before receiving loan you should provide me the foreclosure amount without any interest,

            Kindly justify it & provide me the correct & exact amount without any interest to close it,

            Otherwise i'll not pay the emi from next month,

            I'm following up with customers care team since last 3 months,

              Hii, i am very feeling so bad experience about this home creditor, i dont know there name, i asked there name but they siad very rudely tht they ll not say there name.. And there was two guys and they both said that, first one boy said insurence is nt must, again they said tht insurence is must, and they wasted my time and they abused me and also said that i ll give u a slap.               Hii my Name is Abul Hayat i like to complaint about two gyuz that his behaviour was very rude i went there to purchase oppo mobile at zakir Nagar, and they was behaving like they will kill me. And trying to make me fool A i said tht they i want gold colour and they said ok, after filing all the process they was giving me black colour without my information and forcing me to take that which they like. They dont know how to take care of the customer really i had a such a bad Experience. This was my first and last entry in the store or show room of oppo and home creditor such a bad Experience.

                As per the loan contract signed, loan no.[protected] amount of rupees 152000, on agreement signed dated[protected], the committed time for amount credit to my given a/c was 3 working days from your executive, and got a message to my registered mobile no. From your home credit was 1working day. But still date[protected] it not credited in my allahabad bank a/c no.[protected], ifsc code:alla0212226, micr:[protected]. And from your end i got my first monthly emi due date on[protected]. So, i am disappointed with the service provided from you people. After several calls & mails to your customercare, it was delayed twice. At first you asked me send a scan copy of my bank passbook and asked me to wait for 48 working hours and second (Today) your executive told about tecnical issue with bank's changing of ifsc and micr codes, which i find it as a foul reason, where in online, nothing is changed with my bank ifsc or micr. Now, again third time delayed to monday. So, supposed timed to credit of loan is[protected], as per three working days (Three holidays in between), but till date[protected] it not credited. And now its delayed to monday[protected]. So, i request you to pls credit the said amount asap, so that i can focus on my delayed work.

At first you asked me send a scan copy of my bank passbook and asked me to wait for 48 working hours and second (Today) your executive told about tecnical issue with bank's changing of ifsc and micr codes, which i find it as a foul reason, where in online, nothing is changed with my bank ifsc or micr. Now, again third time delayed to monday. So, supposed timed to credit of loan is[protected], as per three working days (Three holidays in between), but till date[protected] it not credited. And now its delayed to monday[protected]. So, i request you to pls credit the said amount asap, so that i can focus on my delayed work.

                      I m contently receiving the monthly mail for some one else financial transactions. Even after reminding to their staff every month they are sending me the reminder and inefficient to rectify. While every time they responds that issue got resolved and would receive mail again.. Still getting mails every months.

                      Don't know how they are dealing in financials as sharing someone critical information with someone unknown and really don't seems in mood to correct their mistake.

                      Real torches from home credit every time got mail from them...

                            Hdfc support executive told me about hdfc ergo health insurance policy that i can avail for 2 years. So i will have to pay some amount each month as a premium and at the end of it if i don't renew again same amount of points will be credited which i can use to do shopping.                               Further, we would like to inform you that we are unable to cancel your contract because personal loan amount has already disbursed in your bank. However, you may close your loan under free look period. To close the loan under free look period kindly make payment of sanctioned loan amount 80, 000/- in next 48 hours through any of our available modes of payment.

                              Additionally, you have an option to foreclose the loan. There are below conditions for loan foreclosure.

                                  Hi i have applied for mini loan, i got a msg that loan is approved and will dispensed but not yet credited, i gone through your app and found that i have due. Without giving me money how can u start loan due dates. I have contacted your customer care number they are saying that they even don't know the exact time or date when the amount will get credited.

                                      I have purchased a mobile phone and have cleared all the emis, after depositing 1000 in my account, they deduct 1000 in 3 transactions.

                                      Whenever i try to contact them thru email. I never get the response from them directly, but an automated message which marks my issue as "[probable fraud]money got deducted from my bank"

                                      I want my money back.
