Dear sir/madam, I kalyani das, i get a call from prianka who offer me a loan, than i applied personal loan today 30th september 2017 amt of rs.80000.00. My contract number [protected] customer id. 449738. But now i wish to cancel this application beacause of higher rate of interest of 37.68%. I called to customer care and team leader dheeraj who told me to email my problem, i am attaching my application copy in attachment. So please look into my matter and cancel my application. We have requested you to share your alternate number to discuss your concern however we did not receive any response from your end. Further, we would like to inform you that we are unable to cancel your contract because personal loan amount has already disbursed in your bank. However, you may close your loan under free look period. To close the loan under free look period kindly make payment of sanctioned loan amount 80, 000/- in next 48 hours through any of our available modes of payment. Additionally, you have an option to foreclose the loan. There are below conditions for loan foreclosure. Minimum 6 emi should be paid in the contract. There should not be any delinquent amount in the contract. Loan foreclosure request can be taken within 15 days from last due date if above conditions are met. To foreclose the loan, kindly call on our below given customer care number within 15 days from last due to give a request for loan foreclosure.
