[Resolved]  Home Credit India Finance Private Limited — Re-Payment of loan ([protected])

Hi Team, This is to inform you that I took a loan from home credit India in the month of April-2013. I gave all required documents as per their requirements for ECS. My 1st ECS was supposed to be on 05/04/2013 but it was not go through then they told me to pay first payment manually and they also promised me that next time I will not face any issue related to re-payments, I did the same. Next month also I faced same issue, when I asked them why it is happening then they said there is some problem with my bank (ICICI Bank). After that I checked with my bank and they confirmed me that there is nothing wrong with my account when the same was informed to home credit India they said they will investigate this matter further. They requested me to pay installments manually until the issue resolved. Every month I told them to re-check the issue but every time they replied it is under process so I need to pay manually. Once I was out of home town I request them to suggest me some other payment (online) to pay the installment then they suggested me to transfer online in the account of Home Credit India, I did the same but after two day the payment was returned back and they called me to pay manually again (attached is required details). Next month I got call from Home Credit India for late payment of Rs. 300/-, I illustrated the scenario to the executive who called me then he told me to pay monthly installment only (Not to pay late charge as it was because of Home Credit India) I did the same. After that nobody informed me to pay late charge. After successfully payments of all EMIs in the month of Dec-2013 they started calling me for overdue payments and I told them that I had paid all EMIs then they told me that I have some late payments to be paid, I requested them to re-look the issue then told me to re-look and ensured me that I will not face further issue. After few days, again I got call for overdue, I told them the scenario but they told me to pay approx. Rs. 2100/- to close the issue then I inquired why I need to pay that amount then they told me it is overdue so I need to pay otherwise they will apply other charges if I will make delay. Then I called Customer care of Home Credit India and complained the same they (customer care) suggested me to mail same issue on their care mail ID, ensured me to re-look the issue, also ensured me to share full payment chart but nobody replied with same, always they replied to pay the overdue amount (attached is required details). When I told them to speak with the concerned person they gave me excuse every time. Even after 2-3 moths nobody re-looked the issue but always saying to pay the overdue amount (now it is approx. Rs. 4100/-. I (Manmohan, Cont: [protected]) was not supposed to write this to you but I am writing this because I am really harassed as nobody from Home Credit India is listing to me even after requesting more than 10 times.

Very bad experience, never prefer or suggest any one to go Home Credit India
