We would like to inform you that your order has been dispatched and will be delivered to you in 1 day. Dispatch details are mentioned as follows: - Courier Company Name : Aramex Tracking Number : [protected] Dispatch Date : 16th September 2014 Please keep INR 1499.0 ready with you. I attached the slip which the got from courier company I am not getting the refund of the product which i have already courier to you. I used to be your regular client but after purchasing this product i dont feel like i should order any thing else. I called so many times on customer care but every time they say will arrange a call back but call back will not come. Please find a solution else you will loose one of your regular customer...

sir i ordered one android kitkat (3.5 inches) mobile phone which was CELCON company. dated on 30/11/2014. order no.[protected].
Mobile series no. CAMPUS-A354C White colour. i got message at 11.00 p.m. on the same above date. then i got message like your mobile has been delivered or dispatched through the vio-Ecom Currier express service with AWB No.[protected]. On 6/12/2014 i received mobile through the delivery boy and i paid Rs.2599/- and a have taken receipt of currier. on the same date. then one mr.rahul sharma has phoned me and said your mobile has not EMI registered so you have to return your mobile on these address is in the name of mr.manoj kumar behera, H.S No.D/223, infront of SIMS College, Home shop, Celcon Centre, CDA Sector-9, cuttuck odisa pin -753014.
but unfortunatly till now i am not getting any response from your side. even i frequently phoned to rahul sharma on [protected] these number but he is not giving proper answer to me and now he is not receiving my phone.
so i am very suffering like that please do cooperate . otherwise i will take legal action against your concern authority.

There is a Complaint while go for application download play store it desplay on the screen play store unfortunatly stoped. we aproched service centre B.G.communication Mangalore and their job number is 3035 dated 5/12015. After 5days they said we unable to repair here. We will send to company and it will one month for repair the tab. Now i request kindly refund the money what i paid you

                I placed an order for a shoe in Homeshop18. Meanwhile, I find the exact type of shoe I want in Myntra. When I tried to cancel the order in the Homeshop18 website, I found that cancellation of goods was not possible. This is very unfair. In Myntra, we are given the ability to cancel the orders. I think it is a consumer's right to cancel an order. So I beg the authorities to take steps so that there is an easy way for cancellation of orders in Homeshop18.

                  Hi Team, I had ordered for puma sports shoes for 1599 INR, size 8 on 2nd Dec 2014 got the product on 6th Dec 2014 but i wanted to gift it someone the shoe wasn't fitting so i had raised a complaint for a exchanging ( size 9) i kept on following up with the team but the ans was our team would call you back. But its really very disappointing, today its almost 1 month i haven't got any call.be they had called but my number was off i had provided an alternative number too but it was utter waste. *PHP Spellcheck Trial* expected this. i know even this is waste because u guys never take customers seriously.                             December 16 I received a handbag ordered from the site, the bag received was damaged with torn leather and dull appearance, homeshop delivrd a defective product to me. order no94327223 . Inspite of repeated complains and tickets to the site there is not a single effort to replace the product..absolutely no reply from the site..total customer harrasment...it is my last purchase from homeshop..i never expected it to have such a poor replacement service. U deliver me a defective piece and then u show no interest in replacing it...disgusting site...pls b careful in shopping or rather avoid it totally as there are more customer friendly sites at your service!!! Ps help in replacing the defective piece!

                            Homeshop18 called and asked me to sendback the bag to the address and I did as advised by them, they said they would refund my money within 7 days of receipt, the time has elapsed but I havent received any response from them. Where other sites are so prompt and efficient in complain handing, this site is harrassing me for past 2 months for a single return!! Never make the mistake in shopping with homeshop...one wrong purchase and u will get no cooperation in return...ony harrasment!!

                                  This is not the services expected from Homeshop18 (Network 18). From lodging the comlaint on 15 December 2014 regarding the swingtel sw50+ mobile, 24 days has been passsed but still you could not resolved the complaint and could not satisfied the customer. Do you really think this type of services could fetch you new customers and retain the regular customer ? First you listed the the complaint after 5 days then till date no New mobile has come to me.

                                      seriously the worst phone i ever have this home shop 18 is the biggest loser online shopping channel i bought micromax A075 the worst phone it was not working properly within the month of purchase it creating so many problems i think so i just bloody waste my money on this stupid phone 4 time i'll repair my phone its is the worst one piece it creating so many problem when ever i turn on this phone only bolt is show this phone is not bloody working i buy this phone in march 2014 this is worst phone i ever had please is my request to change this bloody phone or either solve this bloody problem permanently
