Hi, I have purchased a set of Denim Jeans from Homeshop18. Normally 34 Sizes fit for me, but this set of jeans is very small and not fit and usable. I also got a free goggle along with it which is damaged condition. Now I called customer care after they refused to return and saying complaint should be lodged withing 24 hours. But now it is a week time after the delivery ( I was out of station and opened it once I back). I would like to address this issue for a refund or replacement of product. Thanks Janardhn

I am not happy with closure of the request . One arrogant called me said replacement of the product is not possible. Now, I'd I done mistake ordering product online. How one ca decide the size of the product while ordering. I hereby request please refund my order.

    HI Sir am nawaz, iam ordered for Smart Pulse watch Model M-9010, bt i did not get my product, HS18ORDER NO[protected], D991L2840813 But i did not get my order, MY ORDER DATE 21/12/2014, THEY DISPATCHED DATE 23/12/2014. courier guy said u come and collect tht product, after that 05/01/2015 i collect the product, after opening inside only STONE IS there, iam realy shocked, iam hopeing your company but totaly it self am upset.so Kindly solve this broblam, regards nawaz

      I have cancelled the my Order No.[protected]SubOrder8939 no. 6909) on October 10th which i have booked on October 7th. The customer care executive told me that the order was cancelled. He told me that if the product arrives to my house, just reject to accept it. The parcel will be deliverd back to the seller and my cash will be credited back to my Bank A/c within 7 days. I got the First Complaint No.[protected]. But i got an e-mail showing the product was sent through Speed post to my Address. Courier Company Name : Speed Post Delhi - 906A101 Tracking Number : EQ[protected]IN When the parcel arrived at my post office, the postman called me and i told him to return it back to the sender as told by the customer care executive of HomeShop18. After some days i got another e-mail showing the product was delivered to me. When i check the speedpost Tracking Number, i came to knw that the product was delivered to the seller's post office at Delhi. So, I called the customer care of HomeShop18 and he told me that their senior executive will call me to tell about the transfer of Cash to my A/c... and I got the Second Complaint No.[protected] on November-4th. But, nobody called me and i used to call the customer care after every 3 days. In the HomeShop18 website, it is showing that the item was delivered to me. It has become 3 months and I am not getting any response from the HomeShop18 online Shopping Website. This was First and Worst experience i got from an online Shopping Website. They are just trying to cheat me. In my enquiry, the product was delivered back to the Seller's post office (pincode:110002) at NewDelhi itself and there is the record in the postoffice. 2 weeks before, when an executive of HomeShop18 called me told me that their courier boy will come for physical verification in my house. I didn't get the logic of physical verification of a product in Kerala which was actually delivered in Delhi. I asked him to enquire about the parcel at the postoffice from where it was send? India Post is one of the best trusty organisation of India Government and homeshop18 is not interested even enquire about the product at the post office from where it was send through SpeedPost. After that call, no calls and no courier boy came. Please, take an action ASAP!

          I have bought a electric tandoor from home shop 18. the product is not working ..I have made the complaint..but your executives are saying that there is no reverse back facility is available.I couldn't understand i[censored] can deliver here why u can't pick it back..and the sales girls are very rude..pls take it back this product..I query the courier charges for that it would be approx Rs750.. now I feel u people are cheated us..

            I purchased a jewellery item from home shop 18 some time ago and had returned it due to some reason. I had also recieved my refund cheque but the name on the cheque was wrong. The name that was written was VIDYA while it was supposed to be VIDYAWATI. Thats why I called on hs18 customer care no. And they registered my complaint with complaint no.[protected] against my order no.[protected]. I was told to issue NOC regarding this online which is as follows-. ' This is to certify that VIDYA and VIDYAWATI are one and the same person, but her bank account is with the name VIDYAWATI. That's why you are requested to please resend the refund check for the order no.[protected] to VIDYAWATI following order no.[protected].' Thanking you, Vidyawati

                  Yes, You are right. I too had same issue. They are keep on telling that senior person will call me back after 24 to 48 hours . Still they have not yet called. I have called too many times. Same dialogue. But i have got call for one time, actually thats not call, its missed call. Cutted within a second. Homeshop18 customer service is EVER WORST.

                    Return policy is defined in Homeshop18 just for name sake. I ordered for a car cover and after waiting for too many days i somehow got the cover delivered. But the size was not fitting and hence registered a complaint within 48 hours according to their policy and even they took the complaint but it has been more than a month but they have not arranged for reverse pickup. I call and bug them daily but they have one and only one mantra, be it the executives, be it the floor managers they all just tell one sentence " Give us 24-48 hours time and we will get back to you" i have spoke to them in all possible ways and they are not even giving a to anything. I deeply regret for shopping in homeshop18 and very annoyed. I have decided to go to consumer court and fight against this fraud company

                        I had ordered 8 pieces of pakistani styled suit pieces by zoha on november 17 and recieved on 21 nov. The quality of cloth was very poor so i complaint to them and on 22nov sent the suit pieces by speed post at their given address of faridabad and intimated them but on nov. 28 i got back this packet on which it was written that they refused to accept the packet.Till today i have made more then 30 calls to them for refund but they always told me that they will call me back and will refund my amount but i am fed up and don't know how and when i will get my money back.They haven't made me a single call back and always tell me that u will get call from us within 24 hours.it's almost 45 days.Now again I have sent my suit peices through speed post to them yesterday.5th january with scanned copy of speed post 270 rs each.My order no. was [protected] and suborder no. was 92893373 my mobile no. are [protected] [protected]

                          Hello, I have order Nayasa Muli utility rack and got this product on Dec 23rd with damaged. And raised compliant on that day itself. And requested for refund for them. I have sent so many mails, calls and raised ticket. Still that product is with me. They are not intiating for reverse pick up and daily carrying this product to the company . They are not calling me at all, if they call also, giving missed call only and they are sending message like they are tried to call me. It full lie only. I will not get any single callcall from them. They are cheat. Worst customer service and they are blaming the customer. Please help me.

                              Hi All, I ordered couple of products with the same order number and I was facing size issues since the size differs from brand to brand. Products are : 1) Warm Hugs - Thermal Wear for Men or Women from Neva - Women M 2) Warm Hugs - Thermal Wear for Men or Women from Neva - Men L I placed the request for replacement of both the products.                                 Hon’ble, Court I am an Indian and a resident of H. No.: 2/183, Opposite to CT Aluminum and Steel Works, Hospital Road, Kulikawn, Aizawl, 796005, Mizoram. I state that I have booked one HCL-ME Tablet (Model connect Y4 3G2.0) of 1GB RAM and 8GB internal memories on HOME SHOP18 vide order No.[protected] after looking the advertisement under the Cash on Delivery scheme. After finalizing the payment, when I opened the box in the dispatch sent by the HOME SHOP18 in my name, I found that I have received the wrong and exchanged HCL-ME Tablet (Model Connect 3G2.0) of 4GB internal memory against order No.[protected] and sub order No. 94104871 which was booked by a customer Mr Malkit Singh, Apsara Boutique, 26b/12, Gol Vihar, Sriganga Nagar, 33500, instead of my order No.[protected].The Tablet that I have received is not only of low internal memory 4GB instead of 8GB for which I have booked but also the socket converter of charger is broken. I have informed the HOME SHOP18 via Emails four times as soon as I have noticed that I did not get the correct Tablet of the configuration what I have seen in the advertisement and booked accordingly. Of course, the customer care have registered my request two times with request Nos. #728278 and #742492 without actions. No advertisement has any mention about the 4GB internal memory in HCL-ME Tablet (Model Connect Y4 3G2.0). The HOME SHOP18 Officials neither reply nor sent my order of said configured item. They also do not take any initiative towards the replacement of the exchanged Tablet and the broken parts. These activities clearly indicate that they do not supply the actual goods what they advertise, do not take any initiative if exchanged, do not replace the wrong dispatched and broken parts and thus, cheating the customer keeping objective of earning money from customer’s hardships. I therefore, humbly request to Hon’ble court for the justice and necessary action against supplier HOME SHOP 18 for the sake of innocent customers. Obedient of Hon’ble court. R K Pandey H.                                   Dear Sir/Madam, I purchased warm water bag from the homeshop18 online portal (Order #[protected] on 21st Dec 2014 and it was delivered on 26th December at my house in Delhi. I used the bag for 3-4 days and found out that the bag started leaking after 4 days usage. I requested for the replacement of the bag.The company states that its company policy that the purchased item can only be replaced within 24-48 hours of delivery. Thereafter replacement cannot be entertained. How can I know whether the such product as warm water bag is defective within 24-48 hours. Even the retail shop provides 1 month guarantee for such products. HomeShop18 are a bunch of crooked sellers who simply want to sell any product irrespective of whether it is defective or not and do not even entertain the replacement request. This is the worst kind of customer support I have ever seen among all the online portals. I request you all to refrain from buying any stuff from 'HomeShop18'. I wrote on this portal to generate consumer awareness and request HomeShop18 to take some steps to resolve the problem faced by me by purchasing product from this portal. Regards, Bhaskar [protected]

                                    I am frustrated with HS18 Service I ordered( Knex 15 set) jewellery and am not satisfied(reason defect and plating) with jewellery & i return the order prescription given by HS18 and than after two week order refused by [censored]al jewellery because you give me below wrong address: (Dear customer, to return your HS18 order no.[protected], Pls pack it properly & paste "Suborder No[protected], Mobile No-[protected], Add [censored]al jewellery, sco-71 first floor sector 30-c chandigarh-160030".pls call us on [protected] to share courier datails.) And i get this information when i call HS18 that was incorrect so that i want my courier charges refund and jewellery price refund & reply fast.

                                      HI This is anoop i had order a blue leather boots form homeshop 18 but shoes size was small so I had returned the order as per their return policy through dtdc courier and they got the delivery on 18th november 2014 after that i called up many time to their cust care and they said you will get refund soon but still i am not getting my refund it is over one and half months. their cust care executives gave me false complaint numbers and they don't have the knowledge about the refund policy.                                         Hi, This is in regards to the order # 95964700 & sub order # 94506223 delivered on 14-Dec-14, however the product was faulty and in spite of repeated complaints being registered in the customer care department, no response has been received so far. Each time after talking to your reps we get the same formatted answer which says "the order will be picked within 2 days" which has never happened since then. Its highly disappointing to the witness such a lousy protocol from your end for any sort of customer grievance. The complaint # for the issue is[protected].
