      I received the Order on 2nd January and found the piece defective. I raised complain the same day with complain no[protected] and order no[protected]. I tried reaching them several times and I also send mail of the picture snap to [protected]@homeshop18.com. They did not call me after that and only send me message that my mobile is unreachable whereas I have not received any call from them. This is the third time i trust homeshop 18 and suffered. I am not sure if they will give me new piece as they are not responding to it. This time if I face issue I request people not to go for homeshop 18 as I cannpot trust the product sold by them nor homeshop 18.

          My order no is[protected], suborder no is 93506475.I have received defective saree from Homeshop18. It was described on site that it is "exclusive designer sarees by khazana- red and white" ; but homeshop18 delivered wrong and defective saree. Immediately after receiving saree on 28 november 2014, within 5 minutes, I have registered complaint (complaint no.[protected] and requested to take back saree and refund the amount of rupees 2799/- paid against it.I called them several times on their phone no. [protected], till date (3rd January 2015) there is no response from homeshop18.

Sub order no.[protected] I have received and suffered worst kind of Mobile Handset, I received it on 15/12/2014 start it and after two hours it will be turn off. I complain about the product on 16/12/2014 with comp. no.                 i ordered a saree worth rs. 1499 on 2nd dec. it was delivered on 7th but the product was defective so same day i made a complaint. i was told that they will take the product back in 2-3 days. now its been 25 days nobody came to pick it up.i m tired of calling them every alternative day they always say we are forwarding the complaint it will take 2 or 4 days but all in vain. even i have spoken to the seniors/ ed department but they don't concerned.are you here to make people fool it was my worst experience ever

                  I really hope you will go through this and be able to help me because stopping my own work and writing this long mail should mean something to you too. after going through this mail I hope you understand what I am feeling right now. I Ordered A pair o[censored]ber-Urban jeans (Order no[protected] on 19th-Dec-2014. This was supposed to be Birthday gift to my friend from my side. So while ordering i called 3 times just to confirm if the order would be delivered to me before 26th because there was still 1 whole week left for 26th. I didn't receive the product. By the way this same problem also took place couple of years ago when i ordered a Spice phones combo. It took them around 20 day to ship the product. Since then i had stopped ordering from Homeshop18. This time also my friends tried to stop me ordering from you guys but i showed my trust on you and that's what i have got in return.? Anyways, I called the home shop guys on 26th and they said that with-in 48 hrs... I kept waiting, now on 29th I called them again after tracking the delivery status, they this time said your request has been registered and you'll get the product in next 24 hrs...I called the next day and got the same answer along call disconnection many times by them, also got many numbers of courier service like [protected], and many others but there nobody picks up the call even and today its 6:00 pm on 2nd jan i call you guys daily and face your rude and arrogant attitude, but to avail I am annoyed disgusted with this i really want to take this matter and say to you guys "Please don't do this to your customers"

                        Hello Sir, I have purchased a combo of 6 dress material few months back. I have given as a gift to my relative. After one wash, that stitched material is shrinking and some rashes are there. I just want to say please check such type of cloths before delivering, because after 2 months o[censored]se I am facing this problem. No action taken by Homeshop18.

                                I am Mrs. Aruna Anam. I had ordered the above product on 29-Nov, 2014 and it was delivered after 2-3 days.When I opened the product I found a defect and immediately called for replacement of the product and they assured me that my product will be replaced.After that I called many times and they replied that they will call back in 24-48 hours.But I never received any follow up from them.My complaint no is[protected] and till now i didn't get any follow up from them and neither is my product replaced.

                                  This mail is regards to the complain of the defect in the product I received. I had ordered Mahavir Aluminium Non-stick Kadai (Product Code:[protected] with the product Coupon worth Rs 500. I had received a faulty piece for which I called the customer care number and complained for the same. Then I requested for the product replacement with another product as per the Customer Care Senior Executive (Sushil verma) discussion. I ordered Mahavir Aluminium Non-stick Kadai (Product Code:[protected]. The request was not taken and gave me another 15 days time for the same. I Called up again for the Refund of the Coupon Code. The complain department gave me 2 days time that they will mail me the Coupon Code of Rs. 500. I haven't received any mail for the same. The service is pathetic and all the executives have no information about the process. Now its 2 months I haven't received any product nor coupon code. Kindly look into the matter.
