[Resolved] Homeshop18.com — not replacing my product or not refunding my amount | |
respected sir, i have purchased my a product order number[protected] from homeshop18.com at 15/05/2014 and i got my product on 27/05/2014 totally damaged and misplaced products contain so i call at the time and ask to replace it or refund my amount. and they send the product at but every time the ask to wait for 24 hours but not respond to my call or my query and maid them courier resipt at [protected]@homeshop18.com but they we r not resive your mail or my courier at there and wait for 24 hours every time and say our executive call you to your quarry but not any single call resived and not transferring to concern department for my quarry and cut my call every time Was this information helpful? | |
